29 Aug 2024150 // Decluttering the Unrealistic Expectations of Motherhood - with Danielle Bettmann from Parenting Wholeheartedly00:34:21

Imagine this scene: You’re shopping in Target with one child pulling on your leg and the other grabbing random items off the shelves, wailing, “PLEEEEASE Mommy can I have this?” An elderly woman in the same aisle smiles at you and says, “You’re going to miss this, dear! The days are long but the years are short!”

Or imagine that you buy a parenting book about a discipline approach that your sister-in-law raves about, but when you try it at home it just makes you feel uneasy. But it’s all you’re seeing on your Instagram ads and hearing about from your mom friends, so you decide just to push through, even though it’s making you miserable.

Whether unrealistic expectations are placed on us by well-meaning people, or we place them on ourselves due to our own childhood experiences, it is something that constantly plagues us with self-doubt. Am I doing enough? Am I doing this right?

On today’s episode, I’m talking with Danielle Bettmann, parenting coach at Parenting Wholeheartedly and the host of the Failing Motherhood Podcast, about how we can declutter these unrealistic expectations and have confidence in our parenting again.

Danielle is a positive-Discipline certified parenting coach who empowers parents to crack the code of their strong-willed child's personality, meet their deepest core needs to improve their behavior, and find new levels of patience. An early childhood educator, certified teacher and home visitor, Danielle now equips parents from all over via Zoom!

Instead of inadvertently inviting defiance by using traditional tools or playing "whack-a-mole" with short-sighted reactions, families get on the same page and learn how to cultivate cooperation while being KIND + FIRM at the same time! Host of the well-loved podcast, Failing Motherhood, she's passionate about eliminating shame from parents' vocabulary, reminding them they are the parent their kids need. She is also a mom to two daughters, wife of 15 years to her high-school sweetheart, and an avid fan of sunshine and coffee.

Resources Mentioned:

I would highly recommend her FREE Calm + Confident masterclass where you’ll learn  how to master the KIND + FIRM approach that your strong-willed child needs without crushing their spirit or walking on eggshells.

30 Nov 202378 // Intentional Planning to Combat Overwhelm with Sarah Horgan From Simple + Intentional00:37:27

When we are stressed and overwhelmed, planning is usually the first thing to go by the wayside. But intentional planning doesn’t have to take up a ton of time, and can have incredible benefits!

In today’s conversation, I’m talking again with Sarah Horgan from Simple + Intentional about her best tips for intentional planning to combat anxiety and overwhelm.

Sarah is a full-time teacher, mom and wife who is passionate about helping women change their lives through decluttering.

After a cancer diagnosis in 2014, she discovered her perfectionism and people pleasing were holding her back and creating a lot of overwhelm. This was also the year she first discovered minimalism and slowly started getting rid of things.

Fast forward to 2018 and becoming a mom. The overwhelm forced Sarah to start examining her relationship with stuff and the big purge began. And she hasn't looked back!

Now Sarah helps other moms deal with their clutter, get organized and create systems + routines to make life easier.

You can find her on Instagramher website or in the simple + intentional Facebook community

30 Mar 202330 // Feeling Stuck on Your Decluttering Journey? The One Mindset Hack that Will Change Everything00:10:25

Instead of using the physical confines of our home as a barometer for how much we own, and filling our schedules within the confines of the 24 hours we have in a day, we need to look at our capacity, that is, what we can reasonably manage when it comes to our stuff and our time. Today I dive deep into this mindset shift, which has forever changed the way that I go about decluttering.

Does keeping a tidy home feel like an uphill battle? Today on the podcast, Lisa Lizotte from the Habits and Home Show shares the one life-changing habit that will transform your home management and keep your home clutter-free. Lisa is a wife, mom of three and cheerleader for anyone wanting to simplify their life so that they can enjoy it more. Lisa first tried living as a minimalist but no matter how few possessions she owned, she still struggled to keep up with it all. Through this process, she’s been able to keep up with daily home management and be more mental present with her family. 21 Mar 2024110 // The Connection Between Simplicity, Self-Worth, and Reaching Our Greatest Potential - with Rose Lounsbury00:32:56

As you embark on your decluttering and simplifying journey, you start to ask yourself questions such as:

What am I making space for?

What dreams have been buried in the stuff and chaos around me?

Where do I find my self-worth as a mom and woman? Is it in the roles that I play and the things I own, or something deeper?

When we start simplifying and creating space in our homes, calendars, and minds, it opens up so much more than extra square footage or hours in our day. It allows us to dream, to see where our self-worth truly comes from outside what we have and what we do, and to reach our greatest potential as moms and women.

On today’s episode, simplicity coach Rose Lounsbury and I discuss these topics and much more!

Rose helps busy working moms declutter their homes, simplify their work lives, and clear their minds. After struggling to balance a teaching career and 2-year-old triplets, Rose was introduced to minimalism in 2012. Inspired by the “less is more” philosophy, she let go of 70% of her family’s possessions in eight months. She eventually left the classroom to pursue a career helping other working moms create happier lives with less stuff. Rose’s advice has been featured on TEDx and USA Today, and she’s been a guest on Good Day Columbus, WYSO, WVXU, and Good Morning Cincinnati.

*Trigger warning - child loss discussed on today's episode**

Casey Jones @that.minimalist.mom started her minimalist journey over seven years ago, when she realized that she wanted to spend more quality time with her family, but the excess stuff, commitments, and home management responsibilities were getting in the way of a meaningful life.

She decluttered, downsized, and embraced a minimalist lifestyle both in streamlining what she owned but also simplifying her family’s schedule and routines. On today’s episode we talk about her journey, as well as how the foundation of minimalism and simplicity impacted her navigating the loss of her son Colt and the grieving process that followed.

You can connect with Casey on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok where she teaches women to live intentionally, minimally, simply and clutter free to make room for more of what matters.

08 Dec 202214 // Is Your Family Pressuring You Into Holding Onto Stuff You Don’t Want? Say Goodbye to Guilt with These 3 Tips00:13:50

Whether overt or perceived, guilt is a major reason why we hold onto what we don’t need. And family guilt is particularly tricky, because relationships are involved which (as we know) can be very complex. We have to tread lightly while still holding our boundaries around what comes across the threshold of our front door.

In today’s episode I’m going to give you three tips on how to deal with the guilt you may feel, so that you stop saying yes to stuff you don’t want or need out of guilt, and can let go of what you may already have in your home that isn’t serving you or your family.

25 May 202338 // Work With Your Body and Declutter Faster by Harnessing the Power of Cycle Syncing00:14:16

Cycle syncing can be described as adapting your lifestyle to your the different phases of your menstrual cycle. Changing levels of hormones including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone have a direct effect on our mood and energy. So if we are aware of what to expect in each of the four phases of the menstrual cycle - (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal), we can better plan our diet, exercise, calendar, and yes, even decluttering (as well as shopping) around the shifts in our hormones.

22 Aug 2024148 // The Power of a “Yes” List to Overcome Overwhelm - with Jessica Jackson from the Thriving in Motherhood Podcast00:32:11

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, creating a “yes” list - a list of everything you’ve said yes to - is a powerful tool to help you understand why you’re saying yes, what needs to change, and how to get yourself out of chaos. My return guest, Jessica Jackson, has amazing insights to share on this important topic!

Jessica is a homeschooling mother of four children, host of Thriving in Motherhood Podcast, creator of the Thriving in Motherhood Planner and Journal, and cheerleader in her program the Surviving to Thriving Toolkit.  She knows what it is like to try and find peace and balance between running a business, a household, and creating a strong family culture while real life keeps happening.

After years of struggle she realized there are simple, practical things she can do to stop in living survival mode no matter her circumstances and find meaning and joy in everyday life. Her mission is to empower women to go from surviving motherhood to soaring - using their unique gifts and talents, having a relationship with God, experiencing life as the grand adventure it is, and enjoying meaningful relationships with friends and family.

06 Apr 202331 // Effectively Parenting Strong-Willed Kids When You’re Overwhelmed with Danielle Bettmann from Wholeheartedly00:32:26

Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm definitely impact how we parent, and if you throw a strong-willed kiddo (or two) into the mix, then parenting becomes even more challenging.

Today’s guest is Danielle Bettmann. Danielle is a Positive-Discipline certified parenting mentor for families with strong-willed kids age 1-7 and host of the Failing Motherhood podcast. She guides parents to cultivate cooperation, extend their patience and prevent behavior proactively through a group coaching program called Wholeheartedly CALM. A teacher by trade and a coach by strengths, her passion is to be a translator between adult + child, helping parents crack the code of their child's personality and find sanity + strategies.

Today, Danielle shares her powerful story about why she ended up downsizing with her two daughters, moving to an apartment and getting rid of 75% of their belongings and, even when she moved into a larger home again, not filling it up with stuff when she recognized the benefits of living with less. We then talk about how to approach parenting with self-awareness, compassion, and without mom guilt, especially when we’re overwhelmed and dealing with strong-willed kiddos.

02 Feb 202322 // Marie Kondo Didn’t “Give Up” on Tidying. Here’s What She Gave Up On - and 3 Ways You Can Do the Same00:12:16

On January 26th, 2023, a Washington Post article about Marie Kondo, the patron saint of decluttering and tidying, was anything anyone could talk about on my Facebook and Instagram feeds.

Was it true? Had Marie Kondo, whose career exploded because of her book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, truly “given up” on the very thing she said was life-changing now that she was a mom of three?

Reading the clickbait titles of online articles like these, it seemed to be true:

“Marie Kondo’s House is Messy. Should You Give Up on Being Tidy, Too?”

“Marie Kondo has Finally Realized What it Costs to Be Tidy - and Like Me, Has Decided to Chill the Hell Out”

But in reading the Washington Post article itself, and looking at Kondo’s exact words, I’m not planning to let go of the decluttering and tidying systems in my home that help support my physical, emotional, and mental health. Kondo isn’t giving up on tidying in the sense that her house is going to be in the next episode of Hoarders. On the contrary, she has given up on something far more important. She has given up on unrealistic expectations, and issue that plagues me and pretty much every mom I’ve ever met.

So in today’s episode, we’re going to see Marie Kondo’s words for what they are and learn about the three things she can teach us about letting go of unrealistic expectations to live a life that truly sparks joy.

28 Dec 202386 // Struggle with Impulse Purchases? Intentional Purchasing and Values-Based Spending Strategies with Meghan Dwyer from Money Isn’t Scary00:30:34

Right now you are likely experiencing the post-holiday glow…or the post-holiday spending hangover. And even if you didn’t blow your budget in 2023, you may struggle with impulse purchases. The average American spent $151 per month on impulse purchases in 2023, or over $1800 in a year. If spending money more intentionally in 2024 is one of your goals, today’s episode with Meghan Dwyer is for you.

Meghan is a Certified Financial Planner and host of the Money Isn’t Scary podcast. After spending 15 years watching women take a passive role in the management of their money, she’s on a mission to help them stop playing small. By challenging the societal norms around women and money, Meghan aims to empower women to make money decisions out of a sense of abundance and confidence, rather than scarcity and fear. When Meghan isn’t working, she loves running, writing, and being mom to her two young boys.

On today’s episode, Meghan shares her best tips on developing a values-based spending strategy so you can go into 2024 with confidence - rather than with a bunch of stuff you wish you hadn’t bought from Amazon!

The Man in the Arena speech by Theodore Roosevelt

The Mom in the Arena by Emily McDermott

It is not the critic who counts; nor the mom who berates herself for stumbling, or who looks to Instagram to see where she, the doer of all the doing, could have done it better. The credit belongs to the same mom who is actually in the arena, whose shirt is stained by spit up and Goldfish crumbs; who strives valiantly to be the mom she knows she is called to be; who yells at her kids, who comes up short again and again, who apologizes and makes it right and tries better the next day. Because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; there is no perfect mom - it is an illusion that traps us despite what we know in our heart of hearts to be true. But who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows the great enthusiasms of the laughter of a child and a moment of true connection, the great devotion we feel to the family entrusted to our care; who spends herself in the most worthy of causes; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of being imperfectly devoted to the highest calling of all, and who at the worst, when she fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that her place shall never be with the moms who let perfectionism prevent them from the victory of a life fully lived.

12 Jan 202319 // Exhausted and Burnt Out with NO Energy to Declutter as a Busy Mom? You Probably Aren’t Asking Yourself This Simple Question00:14:00

Did you know that every day we supposedly make 35,000 decisions (although my guess is that it’s higher for moms)? If you’re going through your days exhausted, burnt out, and not sure how you’re going to find an ounce of energy to declutter anything, I have an idea what the culprit may be. Too much stuff means too many choices and too many decisions, which causes decision fatigue! In today’s episode I’m going to talk about the three reasons why unnecessary decisions are stealing your energy and what we can do about it.

10 Sep 2024153 // STOP Buying Stuff You Don't Need by Answering This ONE Question00:10:37

❓ Are you constantly decluttering, organizing, and re-organizing your home and feel like you never have time to relax?

❓ Do you love to find a "good deal" and bring things home that you later regret?

❓ Do you have a hard time saying no to free stuff?

Decluttering is a time-consuming process, but it's hard to get closer to a clutter-free life if we are always bringing more and more into our homes.

Today I'm sharing ONE question you can ask that will help you stop the "stuff stream" and also help you in letting go of what you no longer need!

07 Mar 2024106 // Triggered by Your Kids? Recognize Destructive Anger, Tame Your Triggers, and Overcome the Negative Thought Spiral - with Natalie Hixson00:30:46

Are you easily triggered by your kids? Do you struggle with destructive anger, telling yourself every night that tomorrow will be different, but you stay in the same patterns causing you (and your family) to be miserable?

In today’s episode, certified professional life coach and mom to three Natalie Hixson gets real about her own struggles with destructive anger and shares the tools that have allowed her to recognize her anger, tame her triggers, and overcome negative thoughts.

Natalie is a wife and mom who helps discouraged Christian moms overcome destructive anger and burnout.

After learning to thrive in motherhood and process anger in a healthy way, Natalie became convicted to help other moms avoid those dark years of motherhood by helping them to appreciate and process their anger, learn to identify their triggers, and ultimately control their reaction to those triggering situations.

She enjoys her own motherhood journey by hanging with her husband Mike and their three daughters in beautiful Bozeman, Montana.

07 Sep 202354 // How to Simplify, Minimize, and Thrive - Even with a Chronic Illness - with Ali Cornish from Everthrive00:26:59

We know that clutter directly impacts our overwhelm and stress, as well as our physical health. As we declutter and simplify, we are seeking a more peaceful, less stressful life. But if you have a chronic illness that is impacted by stress - like my guest Ali Cornish - then it’s even more important to declutter your home, head, and heart so that you can learn to not only survive, but thrive despite the challenges of the illness.

Ali describes herself as a mother, writer and wife rooted in minimalism, wellness, and lifelong learning. Shortly after launching her website Everthrive.org, she was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis (otherwise known as AS), an incurable inflammatory disease. After suffering from long bouts of pain and intermittent immobility, Ali chose to redouble her commitment to a minimalist way of life. Through living simply, eliminating distractions, and focusing on the important aspects of life, she put her AS symptoms into remission.

Whether you have a chronic illness like Ali, or if you’re just looking for ways to reduce stress and inflammation, today’s episode is incredibly helpful and I know you’re going to learn a lot.

13 Jul 202345 // The 3 Levels of Overwhelm with Jessica Jackson from Thriving in Motherhood Podcast00:31:07

Today I’m very excited to bring you my conversation with Jessica Jackson from the Thriving in Motherhood Podcast all about the 3 levels of overwhelm that moms experience and how we can overcome them.

Jessica and I connected in 2018, I have been a guest on her podcast a few times and she is one of my coaches. I use her planner and am part of her Next 90 Days/Soaring Mothers  Society where we talk about our vision, goals, and celebrate our wins every month! She is homeschooling mom to four children who knows what it is like to try and find peace and balance between running a business, a household, and creating a strong family culture while real life keeps happening (hard pregnancies and postpartum, sickness, cross country moves, husband has busy work seasons, etc.).

After years of struggle she realized there are simple, practical things she can do to stop living in overwhelm and find meaning and joy in everyday life. Thriving in Motherhood equips women to use their gifts and talents and build strong families no matter the circumstances of the world.

09 May 2024124 // The Rise of ADHD in Women and How to Be More Productive When Focus is a Challenge - with Alicia Cohen00:49:59

Many of the mamas in the Moms Overcoming Overwhelm Facebook community have shared that they struggle with ADHD, and many have been recently diagnosed. In fact, Epic Research recently reported that the percentage of adult women who were newly diagnosed nearly doubled in the U.S. between 2020 and 2022.

ADHD impacts attention, focus, and impulsive behavior, and can make activities like decluttering (that require sustained focus and attention) difficult.

On today’s episode, productivity expert Alicia Cohen dives into ADHD - what it is, what it isn’t, and the productivity tips that will benefit anyone who struggles with sustained focus and attention - even if you don’t have ADHD.

Alicia Cohen specializes in prioritization and time management. She built her business, Alicia Cohen Designs, based on her own journey of overcoming her overwhelmed and frazzled life -- what she calls the "hamster wheel marathon" -- and now teaches others the methods that she discovered and uses personally.

With Alicia’s support, busy people learn intentional planning, effective productivity, and high-impact mindset shifts that enable them to transform from constantly feeling behind to designing lives that work and feel good.

Alicia is based in the U.S. where she lives with her husband and children. She finds great joy in homeschooling her children and marvels at how blessed she is.

15 Dec 202215 // These 3 Words are Sabotaging Your Decluttering Efforts00:12:58

There are so many roadblocks to decluttering that we’ve spoken about in previous episodes - how long we’ve owned something, how much we paid for it, thinking that we might use it “someday” or we “should” keep it because it’s sentimental, or belonged to a family member.

But there is one huge roadblock that we’re going to dive into today - something we tell ourselves over and over again. In fact, the two guys who call themselves The Minimalists say that these are the 3 most dangerous words in the English language. Can you guess what they are? We’re going to chat about them and how we can shift our mindset to kickstart our decluttering efforts in a powerful way.

31 Oct 2024165 // Waiting Well in Seasons of Overwhelm - with Erika Diaz-Castro from Her Renewed Strength Co.00:40:20

When we are in seasons of waiting, it can often feel like something to be endured, rather than enjoyed.

How can we “wait well” even if we’re in a season of overwhelm? How can we find contentment rather than wishing it away? How do we shift our gaze from our circumstances to something greater than ourselves?

On today’s episode I’m speaking to Erika Diaz-Castro, Christian life coach for Christian women, the founder and owner of Her Renewed Strength Co,, and the host of Her Renewed Strength - the Podcast. She is also the host of the upcoming 2024 RENEWED Conference where 10 experts (including me!) will talk about what it means to wait well.

Erika talks about her journey to wait well through financial uncertainty, her 5-year cancer journey, her struggles with drugs and alcohol, and more.

This is a faith-filled conversation that will fill you with hope and encouragement.

Erika is a Christ follower, wife, mama, and graduate student at Dallas Theological Seminary. She is passionate about helping women get in God's Word and grow in their faith as Christians.

28 Nov 2024169 // Finding Contentment in a World of Comparison with Courtney Florey from Declutter and Dwell00:28:22

Today is Thanksgiving in the U.S., where we give thanks for all our blessings and remember what matters most. Unfortunately, we are still heavily influenced by ads that bombard us multiple times a day and the unrelenting comparison that plagues us due to social media and not feeling "enough".

How do we cultivate contentment in a world of comparison? How do we see ourselves as "enough" when it comes to our stuff, our roles, and the stories we tell ourselves? Today my guest, Courtney Florey, and I discuss these topics and much more!

Courtney Florey is a military wife, boy mom, & Decluttering Coach who is passionate about helping moms find contentment in life through decluttering their homes. Her heart is to help moms find freedom in letting go of things they no longer need while forming meaningful relationships with moms along the way, because life is better when it's lived together.

18 Jul 2024142 // Calming the Overwhelm in Motherhood - My Interview on the Motherhood Restored Podcast with Natalie Hixson00:43:23

How does decluttering and organizing allow us to calm the overwhelm in our lives? In this interview on the Motherhood Restored Podcast, I chat with Natalie Hixson about the three causes of overwhelm, reducing decision fatigue, the power of saying NO and minding our “shoulds”, and much more!

Natalie Hixson is a wife, mama to three, and Certified professional Christian life coach. She helps discouraged Christian moms overcome destructive anger and burnout.

After learning to thrive in motherhood and process anger in a healthy way, Natalie became convicted to help other moms avoid those dark years of motherhood by helping them to appreciate and process their anger, learn to identify their triggers, and ultimately control their reaction to those triggering situations.

23 Feb 202325 // From “I Don’t Like it Here” to Rediscovering Joy in Your Home and Motherhood - with Elyse Rooney from the Wholesome Mumma Show00:32:11

Have you ever looked around your house and thought to yourself, “I don’t like it here?” Has your home ever felt like a prison filled with stuff, rather than a peaceful haven? If so, you’re going to love my conversation today with my friend Elyse Rooney.

Elyse shares a powerful story of the moment she realized she didn’t like being in her home, a moment that prompted her to grab the trash bags and start to ruthlessly declutter the things that weren’t serving her and her family. If you have ever felt anxious and overwhelmed in your home and knew something needed to change, I know you’re going to love her story.

Elyse lives in Australia with her husband and 3 children. She is a Christian Motherhood coach and chai latte enthusiast (something she and I have in common). Elyse helps moms, or “mums” as they say in Australia, of young kids to step into their calling of homemaking and raising their children. She is passionate about helping overwhelmed mums trade stress for peace and create flow in their home. Elyse also shares her journey of moving to a slow, simple way of living and why all mothers should embrace a more holistic, natural lifestyle. Elyse is the host of a top 1.5% global podcast, The Wholesome Mumma Show. She believes it is possible to spend quality time with your children, without the mum guilt of letting the home or the to do list go.

13 Feb 202499 // Master Mental Clutter in Four Simple Steps00:14:18

Once I removed the physical clutter and calendar clutter that was no longer serving me, I was left with my thoughts. We can’t control our thoughts and according to research we have 12,000-16,000 of them a day. But the issue is that 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive - in other words, they are the negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, “shoulds”, and to-do’s swirling around in our brain.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing my simple four-step plan to master your mental clutter, so you can stop feeling scattered and distracted in your life and motherhood.

09 Mar 202327 // What Does Your Home Say About You? The Secret to Decorating Intentionally with Dani Watson from fig & farm at home00:31:05

Today I am thrilled to bring you an interview with Dani Watson. Dani is a former first grade teacher turned home decorator. She describes herself as a daughter of the King, wife, boy mom and popcorn enthusiast. She's the host of the #1 ranked home design podcast, fig & farm at home.

What I love about Dani and why I invited her on the show is that she teaches busy moms with REAL homes and REAL budgets how to break free from the Pinterest perfect trap to create a home that tells their story with their style. She also grew up in a cluttered environment, and this really influenced her intentional approach to design and decorating.

As we are decluttering, we want to keep in mind what is most important to us. And that includes asking ourselves how we want our home to feel, and what story we want it to tell. Dani believes that homes are a canvas for storytelling, and learning how to intentionally decorate your home can help make it the restful haven you want it to be, not a cluttered, overwhelming place. And spoiler alert - the secret to intentional design is not buying every throw pillow you can find at Home Goods or Target!

24 Nov 202212 // Say Goodbye to Perfectionism and Declutter with Confidence with Sarah from Simple + Intentional00:28:52

Today I’m thrilled to bring you my first interview on the podcast. Once a month I will introduce you to a mom who has overcome overwhelm through decluttering and simplifying. Today I chat with Sarah from Simple + Intentional. Sarah is a full-time teacher, mom + wife who is passionate about helping women change their lives through decluttering.

After a cancer diagnosis in 2014, she discovered her perfectionism + people pleasing were holding her back + creating a lot of overwhelm.

04 Jul 2024140 // Reset Remix: The #1 Habit to Keep Your Home Clutter-Free - Episode Remix with Lisa Lizotte from the Habits and Home Show00:21:23

In this episode “remix” I’m bringing you the best clips from my conversation with Lisa Lizotte from the Habits and Home Show all about why resets are the #1 habit to keep your home clutter-free.

Lisa is a wife, mom of three and cheerleader for anyone wanting to simplify their life so that they can enjoy it more. Lisa first tried living as a minimalist but no matter how few possessions she owned, she still struggled to keep up with it all. Then she discovered the solution to the chaos was  to simplify and systemize her home to support life-changing habits. Through this process, she’s been able to keep up with daily home management and be more mentally present with her family.
