Blue Grit Radio is about making better cops for a better community.  Discussions and lessons are shared in how to become a cop (for the police applicant), be the best cop (on and off duty) you can be, and how to keep developing and growing in role and PURPOSE.

It is founded on principles of ownership, leadership, building and positive team culture to make for a more resilient policing profession.  Conversations feature insight, anecdote, experts in the industry from the front-line to the departmental top-cop spot.  Outside of law enforcement, Blue Grit features objective experts from all fields as they pertain to wellness, mindset, and improving community- ultimately in the effort to build better, more adaptable and resilient officers on and off duty. 

Host Eric Tung is a 17-year police officer currently serving as a Patrol Operations Commander and wellness coordinator in Washington State.  He is an author, host, and industry voice focused on building critical mindset, wellness, police leadership, and community engagement.
