In today’s episode, I discuss something that isn't spoken about enough in the world of infertility, IVF & pregnancy loss: Trauma. 

It took me a long time to realise the lasting impacts of infertility trauma and the control it had over my life, years and years later. It's something we need to speak about more openly, so here I'll be speaking about:

  • What is trauma and how does this affect your health, your life & your ability to fall pregnant?
  • Ways to start healing the layers of trauma that have built up within you over the course of your journey
  • Why addressing this now is important as you prepare for pregnancy & motherhood

It's like the old saying goes: "What you resist, persists."

Until you can find ways to release the trauma of what you've been through, the more it will maintain a hold over you.

Jessi is a certified Life and Fertility Coach whose mission is to help women manifest the motherhood experience they've been dreaming about. She has helped over 175 women in the last two years bring their babies home with her manifestation framework and coaching. She teaches women to create babies by stepping into their true power, completely making over their energy, and leaving the force and anxiety behind along this journey.

I was always under the impression that more = more when managing fertility. But it took me years and many hard lessons to realise this has the opposite result.
