Many of you may know many years ago, my first son Ryan, died at four months old, on my birthday. Ever since then, I had difficulty on my birthday, whether to be happy or sad on that anniversary.
All during the years, I questioned why did he die? It was, in fact, what started me on my spiritual path, but the questions were never answered, until recently.
I was puzzled about why did he die? What was his purpose in coming to earth? Why me? And this question comes up a lot with parents of SIDS, the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome parents. They ask, why me, what did I do? And I remember going through that whole guilt stage too, where you ask, did I feed the baby too much milk? Was it too hot or too cold?
Did I keep him warm enough at night? Was it... the countless guilt questions that come up as you go back in time through your mind to find out what did I do wrong? What could I have done better, what could I have done to prevent this?
And then, as the days move on into weeks, and the weeks move on into months, the question changes. For me, it changed to questions like, why did he choose me to have this impact on my life? And I had great difficulty arriving at any answers about that, because, I wasn't a drug addict, or an alcoholic, or a murderer, or ... I didn't believe there was any Karma there that might cause myself so much suffering at the loss of my first son.
So, nothing was getting answered, and I was going around in circles. And then, the day came when I saw a sign in Dublin on the Royal Canal, and the sign was for a meditation center. It said, "Perfect Peace, Step Inside." And that attracted me because I was not having any peace. My life was on a path of self-destruction because nothing was making sense. There was no answers to anything, and I desperately needed that inner peace.
Well, it provided it to a degree, in the sense that, once I allowed my mind to slow down, then things became clearer and lead to more understandings about what life is, and what life isn't, and what the purpose of life is, and why people are born and why people die. It answered why we age and why we suffer.
All this came full circle today, when Aingeal Rose and I went out for a drive to a beautiful mountain town called Julian in California, about one hour northeast of San Diego. It is famous for its apple orchards, its cider, and for its apple pie. In fact, it's their big advertising campaign every year - the Julian, apple pie. While there, we relaxed, enjoying the beautiful sunshine before we headed back to the spring, still cold, snowy, frosty, weather of Oregon. Aingeal Rose asked me the strangest of questions. She asked me why do we age and die? Why do we age and die?
And I went back through the experiences of the death of my son because that was what I used as a yard stick to understand why I was here. Why he was here. Who I was.
Who am I, and why am I here? - This is the single biggest question we get from students and clients all over the world. We entered a discussion on being born, aging, and dying. We have tackled this before, but we never tackled it to the level, to the degree we're tackling it now. The reason is that it's such a vast subject, and it can be approached from so many angles and from so many planes of understanding.
We find this is true when putting up a video on YouTube, for example, or a podcast, and we find some people will say, fantastic, wow, I really got that, that makes sense. Or, that opened doors for me, or that triggered light bulbs in my mind.
You'll have other people who are so negative about it they are not willing to allow themselves to open a new door of understanding, or to enter another possibility of awareness or truth. Not that everything we say is absolute, or truth, by any means. We're portraying our growth of awareness as we, as we enter it. We report on it because we're aware of the necessity to understand our world, we're aware, and willing, to explore the possibilities. And this issue is huge in this world.
So, her first question was about the mass consciousness. Does the mass consciousness contributes to our aging? Do we only age because we see others aging, or that it's an expected thing to do. That's the frame of reference from where we were coming in Julian, in California, as we took on this huge subject. Little did we know where it would take us.
I will leave this with you as a little teaser because it is such a vast subject, we will have to, of necessity, break it into multiple parts. But let me tell you, we will look at the planes of existence before birth. We will look at the planes of existence after death. We will look at the planes of existence in life. We will explore the tunnel of light and find out is it a trick? And we will likewise answer the whole thing about aging and death.

Aingeal Rose & Ahonu interview Penny Kelly on Evolution. Penny states that the population must step back and look at the world as a whole without losing its identity or unique characteristics. We must hold dear the paradox of life and recognize diversity as the key to survival. Who is Jim Pasmore?
Jim Pasmore is a born adventurer who began his adventures from the time he could toddle out of the house to explore the prairies of Grand Prairie, Texas at age two. Over the ensuing years, Jim graduated to grander and more exciting explorations including riding in junior rodeos, jumping motor-cycles, getting lost in wilderness adventures, exploring wild caves, and ultimately traveling from equatorial jungles to the arctic circle, and in the process getting to know people and places in the all fifty US states, sixty one countries, and hundreds of cities and towns around the world.
For the past 38 years Jim has traveled worldwide to develop, market, sell, and train users on scientific instrumentation. He has also been a contributor  to new market development strategies along with new product applications and capabilities. He has written or co-written 23 scientific publications on the use of analytical instrumentation for environmental and quality control testing.
In 2015 at age 73, Jim is still an avid exercise and workout enthusiast, hiker, mountain climber, mountain climber, tennis and racquetball player, and a metaphysical practitioner. Is the practice of baptism really necessary or have any spiritual value at all?
We found out that there are other gods that have been willed into life by believers, do people who believe in those other gods like "Jehovah" perish and live their next life under the belief system of their religion associated with those beliefs?
Some TV mediums (like John Edward) have stated that our loved ones who have passed over are with us and can see what is going on with us on Earth. When our loved ones have re-incarnated, are they still available to us in spirit form, attending our special occasions, etc? If so, how can they be with us in spirit and also in new bodies?
Do deities reincarnate? If so could they be anyone?
When parts of ourselves are "fractured off" due to traumatic events in prior incarnations, why is it that when we die/pass over (and waiting for our next incarnations) we do not seek out out and all these fractured parts, heal them and integrate them back within our souls before entering into an incarnation? Please explain why this re-integration process does not take place before we re-incarnate again.
Since we all have other aspects of ourselves in other dimensions, can we ask our other selves to help us with difficult issues, such as health & job issues? If so, HOW do we go about asking our other selves to help with our current issues?
When you see a faint group of beings near the time of a loved ones death. Are they waiting closer to the earth and therefore available to be seen?
Where do the blue skinned beings reside?
What plane of existence does Krishna reside?
This might sound silly but I love using a free app on my tablet called ghost radar which reads energy and forms words. Often I think it is reading my own higher self. Can you ask Source what it thinks of this technology and how else could it be used?
What is Morgellon’s disease? Does it come from off-planet? Is it carried in family bloodlines? How can it be treated?
A psychic told me I’m holding a lot of negativity of the past & present, and I need to love myself, and balancing the heart chakra was suggested to me. What do you consider the easiest/fastest/most effective way to rid oneself of negativity?
There are several people who have somehow contracted a long term illness at an early age. For example joints problems like osteoarthritis in late 20s or MS or Lupus in early 30s, etc. They go through lots of physical pain throughout their life and struggle with normal life activities as a result. Why do they contract these conditions from their soul perspectives? Is it the punishment of their past life karma or nothing to do with that? And what should they do to make things better for themselves in achieving their life purpose more effectively in such conditions? Grateful for an understanding.
What does Source say about Magic Mushrooms, particularly the Fairy Cap verity? Do they enhance our mind and enable us to get beyond the normal brain barrier, and so facilitate a deeper communication with Mother Earth and beyond? When done in the right frame of mind, (by someone of sound mind) with the respect and reverence they deserve, does Source think a regular (4 or 5 times a year) taking of these gifts would aid and illuminate our soul work on this planet? Where did they originate from, are they from Earth, or further afield?

Nicolas Mezzanato joined the 111th Airborne Division of the US Army and was deployed to Iraq in 2005. His desire was to be a hero but it quickly became a decent into madness. During that time, the conflict was so intense that it left scars on his emotional body, and these scars would only become apparent on his return to civilian life.
In this interview, Nicolas tells Ahonu of how his faith helped him in the war zone but was of no use to him when he returned. He speaks about the ignorance and regret attached to military engagement, and how differently he would be if he knew then what he knows now.
He speaks about the effect of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder on his mind, body and spirit, and how he found a way to overcome its effects. He explains how his inability to cope became his motivation to separate the trauma from himself in order to function, and then how he progressed spiritually to give him today an amazing outlook on life and its purpose.

On St. Patrick's Day this year, Ahonu & Aingeal Rose were invited to make a presentation to the Spiritual Awareness Community (SAC) of the Cascades in Bend, Oregon (http://www.spiritualawarenesscommunity.com). The Presentation was entitled "The Sacred Sites of Ireland" and took the form of a virtual video tour of Ireland's most sacred places during which Ahonu and Aingeal Rose narrated the history and significance of each place.
Attendees had the virtual experience of the megalithic sites of Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth - each 2,000 older than the pyramids of Egypt! We visited Glendalough in the Garden of Ireland, and the famous Hill of Tara and Uisneach where the kings of old were crowned. We saw holy wells and ancient hills that still carry the original mystical and healing energies.
Along with that, Aingeal Rose and Ahonu offered a sample of the sacred waters from St. Brigid's and St. Patricks burial sites. These waters are known to possess powerful transformative properties. Prepare yourself for a highly engaging and informative experience!

Aaron O'Neill founded Let's Talk Mental Health because he had anxiety and depression since early childhood. He had a lot of tough times in life, a lot of loss, hardship, and mental and physical abuse (not sexual). This is not a pleasant story, but it ends well.
What is the group, and how did it come about?
The group is for sufferers of mental distress. I have 4 team members, all whom have been part of the group since the start, they are sufferers themselves, and have come through a lot, and now are able to part their experience with members of the group.
It came about as I was attending a local mental health support group, but the numbers were always low. People were getting as far as the door, then turning around and going home. As much as we’d like to think the stigma is gone, it’s not 100% gone.
I realized that I had a way that I could help others, in a private and secure way. I worked for a conference company, and it used the most secure platform available. I managed to secure a good rate with them, and this allowed me to give out free phone (or toll free) numbers to everyone. I have a host control panel so I can mute lines, dismiss guests if needed, and nobody except me can see who’s on the call. We have guest speakers on the call quite often, who tell us about what they have been through, and some of these people are recognized names and happy to put their name to our group.
We focus on positivity, sure we look at mental health and all that we’ve been through, but we focus on what can come, what you can be, empowering you in the most positive ways to help yourself, to reach out and ask for it. That’s recovery!
This idea was very new to Ireland, but it wasn’t long before we built up 350 group members, and some offline also. We advertised in local papers giving contact details so that I could issue the Thursday call details to people who needed the help, and may not have internet, or may be elderly and they’re not using social media.
We have been involved in a lot of events in Ireland, and worked behind the scenes for events like "The Voice of Ireland", where we had counsellors working with a few of the participants to help them with nerves and anxiety.
To date, we have worked out that we have helped a total of 2,400 people.
You mentioned guest speakers, could you tell us more about them, and also I believe you have some big followers?
Yes we have some regular guest speakers such as Liam Kennedy, who is a fantastic football player, and now works as a motivational speaker, and motivates the group with his talks and also his poetry.
We have Linda Creedon, who’s just qualified as a nurse. She had a rough childhood and was bullied to the extent that she wouldn’t attend her own Debs. She has since gone on to take part in Miss Ireland, and works as a model, as well as being a nurse, and a motivational speaker.
We have Valerie Farragher, who talks about alcohol addiction, and is doing massive work in Ireland to help people with Dual Diagnosis, Depression and Alcohol Addiction.
We also have some big name supporters such as Glen Hansard from the Frames, Elton John, Neville Southall, PJ Gallagher, Pat Shortt (both big name Irish comedians), and several others.
What lies ahead for Let’s Talk Mental Health?
Recently we had to move the group to a new page, simply because we wanted to change the privacy on the group on Facebook from Secret to Closed. We had too many people in the group, and Facebook wouldn’t allow us to do that so we’ve moved to a new page.
We also want to run a poster campaign by getting laminated posters sent out to rural areas in Ireland, letting them know we exist, and to get in touch, there’s no shame in it, and that there is a group out there that really cares about you, genuinely!
As I have said we have touched the lives of 2,400 people, not only in Ireland but in the UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, and the US. Out of everyone we have dealt with, I am proud to say that we have never lost a member.
How is the group funded?
We rely completely on donations to fund the group, we do this by asking those who have it to contribute when they can. We don’t put pressure on people as the whole idea is that the service is free. We run raffles and we are running a Christmas raffle this year on 12th December which will keep the group going for at least another 6 months.
We are going to have a complete overhaul of our website at LetsTalkMentalHealth.com, get our group more in the public domain and continue to help people as best as we can.

Dreams are the focus of our discussion today - but not ordinary dreams. We discuss everything from the perspective of God/Source. Join Aingeal Rose and AHONU in determining if God dreams when you dream? Find out if your dreams are personal to you?
Of course, we found out that God has no necessity to dream at all. Indeed, nor does any enlightened being. We talked about dreams help us rejuvenate the body and how we leave the body in dreams. We talked about the alternate realities in dreams, we discussed prophetic dreams and that we go on these planetary missions while dreaming. We talked about the Native American traditions around soul journeys and picking up soul pieces.
We had a brief discussion about nightmares, their purpose and their impact, and how fears manifest in dreams. We talked about the unlimited dimensions that are out there, and then we looked at the extraordinary abilities that we have while in the dream state. We also talked about the multiple languages that are spoken but how our own perceptions filter the language of our dreams into one that we understand. We talked about the chemicals that are in the brain that cause dreaming to happen.
Then we looked at disorienting and disturbing dreams. We talked about the negative forces that are out there and the possibility of hibernation zones. We spoke about the spirit that dreams in us. We talked about the perception that our disconnection from Spirit is what causes us to go out there seeking that union with Spirit. We talked about past life dreams, lucid dreaming, the whole apocalyptic scenarios that can manifest out of dreams, the people in our dreams (who they are and what they mean to us).
We talked about dream interpretation and looking to the dream books for the meaning of your dreams. We found that writing down your dreams and keeping a dream journal is a good thing. Before we wound down, we discussed reoccurring dreams, sexual dreams and we looked at what happens when you wish a person sweet dreams. We talked about dream-catchers and then we finally found that the real reality of God's love is not a dream at all, and that it is the reality that we all aspire to.

In this episode of The Honest-to-God Series, Aingeal Rose & Ahonu asked many questions about time and time cycles, including "Does History Repeat Itself?" They discussed in depth the Wheel of Time, the Wheel of Karma, the Precession of the Equinoxes, and the Frequencies of Cycles. The expansion of the universe along with our soul's purpose came into the discussion, and much, much more!
Here are some of the points that came up:
We go up a notch on the wheel of time each cycle, but unless we grow, we encounter the same issues.
Each time cycle gives us the opportunity for soul progression.
As long as the planet goes thru time cycles, we must ask, "What are we going to do this time?"
There are dimensions where time does not exist.
The quality of lifeforms and consciousness is different in each dimension.
Thoughts manifest instantly in spirit.
Gravity has much to do with time in this dimension.
Dreams are in-between places where time can speed up or slow down.
Karma is the law of cause and effect and is all about forgiveness.
We experience karma when our consciousness doesn't change.
Anything that is not healed or forgiven stays in the Wheel of Karma.
True forgiveness is recognizing that nobody ever did anything to you in the first place!

This episode of the Honest-To-God series is in response to a 3-part video we did two years ago called, "Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick?" Those three videos generated so much controversy and so much uncertainty they became the most commented videos that we've done on YouTube. To clarify the uncertainty they raised, I asked Aingeal Rose to go through the comments and address them in this video because we don't want people being uncertain, or unsure, or in fear about what happens after death.

Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick?
Good morning everybody. This is Aingeal Rose, and I want to respond to our "Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick" videos that we posted some years ago. We've never had such a wide variety of responses to a YouTube video than this one, and I just want to give my own opinion about the information because many of you are left confused. Some of you are left fearful, others believe that the tunnel of light is a trap. So, there's... because there's such a wide variety of conversations here. I feel it's necessary to clear up some of what was said and put it in a perspective - that is a higher perspective. When we talk about the tunnel of light being a trick, I believe the very first response from Source was that it was in effect, cells collapsing inward on themselves, suggesting that the center of our cells is a vortex. That little piece of information in and of itself is quite mind boggling!
If you think about it, the fact that your cells could collapse inward and take you on a journey in a vortex type of experience when you start to disconnect from your physical body. I'm not saying this is the only experience of the tunnel of light because I have known people who've had near-death experiences, have seen that tunnel of light and were afraid of it, and didn't go there. But most of that was because they were not ready to die. And indeed they did come back.
Here's the important thing. We live in realities where we have a mixed bag of beings we've got glorious beautiful and good beings. We've got nasty evil and destructive beings. We have beings that support our freedom and our God realization, and we have beings that do what they can to take us somewhere else so that we don't believe we're worthy. I have always found in my own path that when I ask I receive. This means that what you ask determines what kind of information you receive. I have always sought to understand things at a higher level from Source's perspective, as opposed to the human perspective. I have found a consistency over the years where the love of God is reinforced, and constant, and non-judgemental. In fact, it seems to be if there is a lesson to learn it's the lesson that we are all innocent. Our very nature as God-beings is innocent. It is not a guilty sinner, and if we look around the world and even if we take the topic "Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick," how could somebody be deceived? This is the question!
It's not a question of 'if' we could be deceived. It's a question of 'what' allows us to be deceived. There are just as many people who, when they die, have wonderfully glorious experiences, and they go to higher planes of existence. Some spirts are in different levels and there's levels of all kinds. You know it's that "in my father's house are many mansions" statement - there are many, many levels of reality, and very many dimensions, and they're fashioned after our consciousness.
In other words, we make them up, and in fact we make up realities, we make up other dimensions. We are creators - there's just no way around that! The problem is we're not conscious of what we're creating at any given time. We think so quickly, we come to conclusions so fast that we're not aware of the quality of what we just thought or decided. I think it's safe to say that the majority of the human race is still a judgmental race - we still judge, compare, blame, decide who we think is worthy, and so on.
If we take a look around us and we look at the whole idea of blaming, and accusing, and separating, and killing - it's easy to see that we all have aspects of that in our consciousness. Whenever we look out into our world and look at anything that's going on, whether it's political, whether it's with friendships, or relationships, or careers, or bosses, or with ourselves. And I think the biggest message to get is that when we talk about what does it mean to be guiltless we have to look at that realistically.
You can't have one person be guiltless and another be guilty. And I'm talking about at the fundamental core of our beings. I'm not saying that people don't behave in ways that are destructive and counterproductive to life. We know they do, but I'm talking about innocence on a level of what does a person deserve. And everything I've gotten from Source says that every person regardless of their distortions or their behaviors or their trauma deserves love. What this means is that all that's ever provided by Source is another opportunity to love, and to know that you're loved, and that you deserve good. So, when we come to this issue, is the tunnel of light or trick, and we start worrying if we're going to be deceived, or if the whole idea of reincarnation is a trap - it all depends on your beliefs. What you expect for yourself how well you know that you are loved, and believe it? In essence, it all depends on your state of consciousness.
The majority of people who experience a tunnel of light talk about it as being a beautiful experience. But it doesn't end there. Whether you come back into a body or not is still a choice of yours on some level. And what I mean by that is that it's impossible to have somebody else or something else totally have control over you without your participation on some level. And that participation could simply be an ignorance in discernment, and once again, this has to do with our state of consciousness. If you're on a true spiritual path and you're being directed by higher aspects of yourself or higher beings, what gets reinforced along your way is that you are a powerful creator; you deserve love and abundance. There are no rules to adhere to in the sense that you have to struggle or suffer. There is no higher being that will ever tell you that you're guilty, or that you deserve to be punished and get sent back to Earth because of some sort of karmic.
What is true is that every negativity desires to resolve itself at some point. So, if you did have a lifetime where you mistreated somebody - what's called for is not that you come back and have to experience the same thing; what's called for is forgiveness. What's called for is asking forgiveness, coming to a place where you realize that we are in relationship with everybody and everything. And it is not possible to separate yourself out from life, or cast away parts of you and still be happy. Ultimately everything wants to resolve itself into a harmony.
And when people come back from other lives and they meet the same people again, it can be for a variety of reasons some of which can be to heal, or reconcile something. What a person does in a lifetime has everything to do with their beliefs and what they think is true. So my suggestion is that nobody take on the belief that when they die they're going to be trapped or deceived. Instead, why not choose to believe that as you ask you will receive. Why not choose to believe that you'll be guided by your own Angelic Presence to where you need to be, to where you need to go, and that all of it will be perfect?
Once again, deception only occurs because we lack discernment, an inability to identify particular energies and see through them. But that's a result of an insensitivity to ourselves and our environment. The more honest you can be with yourself, about your state of mind, the positive the negative the parts that judge, the parts that need more self-love, the parts that can admit that it has worked to do those things - the more sensitive you can be and honest with yourself, the more sensitive you can be to other energies. It's only when we try to deny energies that we get in trouble, and what I mean by I energies is denying parts of ourselves because we are all contained in various aspects of the whole.
So, in this "tunnel of light" business, let's not deal in absolutes. Let's not say the tunnel of light is a trap - everybody run for your lives! Let's not generalize that way because my experience with Source is that you're in a living quantum field where anything can be remolded in the moment. There is nothing that's fixed to the point that it can't change and be changed by our consciousness.
So what is safety? Safety is the state of innocence. Safety is becoming harmless within yourself. Safety is knowing 100 percent that you are loved by God, and you're safe in that love, and as you ask you will receive. Anything contrary to that, or belief systems that we have to work on releasing because we've all been programmed from very early on that we are guilty of something, whether it's the original sin or that we haven't succeeded well enough, or that we haven't worked hard enough, haven't learned enough lessons - those are all deceptions, because the truth is, you do not have to earn your way to God's love!
So, how do you trust your experience in this life after you die? You have to know that you're safe, that you're protected, that you'll be guided to the proper places. And when you know this, your safety is assured! Thanks.

Chantal Cash's novel (The Memoirs of an Annunaki) is deep - many have virtually said it changes their DNA when they read it. She says "All I know is it is limitless - we have the key through our love for one another and exploring our true nature of all our multidimensional selves." Are the Annunaki coming back, or are they here already? Here is her answer.
I remember the Annunaki more than any other race, she says, but maybe they just implanted the memories. Are people’s memories real memories or implants. Am I really what I think l am, or am I a clone? These questions do bother me often. It is like my mind is that limitless pill now, and my other "selves" are aware of me, some are a bit confused. It is a weird place to be. Not sure if thats a download or evolution.
For me the Annunaki are not bad or good - just truly misunderstood, and Source really gave them a long leash! Many of them (who are on the planet today by the way), are egotistical and struggle with the true concept of evolution. They did de-evolve to learn a valuable lesson, and I do feel that the ones up there do not want to make the same mistake as their forefathers did - meaning get "stuck here".
As for Enki - he knows who he is; you probably do too. He is very arrogant and at present is not helping the full paradigm shift. Enlil, boy, where do I begin with him. He has been approached by the Elite, who have approached him as a son of God. Yes this really is happening. I think the Fractal Experience is crucial in understanding their mentality, and their strengths and weaknesses.
I had a lot of guilt over my Annunaki experience. I still am struggling with what Source wants me to do. I strive every day to help all star races, and as a Medium, I truly believe Sitchin did his best to translate. He came to me several times in the beginning of my studies. I felt that as I continued to meet other Annunaki souls, it is all leading up to something.
I even saw their ships come in the dream, and we left; thousands if not millions left. But it could signify the changing of the matrix the breaking down of our true old world. The Annunaki had to bow out sometime. Michael Tellinger is a huge player in this too.
I also have heavy contact with the Blue Race - I call them the Blue Vishuddas, and I have even perspired blue after contact. Still my shirt might have the stains.
All of these experiences also led me to write my personal take on the Akashic Records and again I truly thank you, and I referenced you in the book; for all your help, and work with me and of course, your faith and belief in me as a writer.

Aingeal Rose & AHONU discuss Predictions, Prophesies and Timelines on our Sat morning World of Empowerment Radio Show. We looked at our orientation in terms of past, present and future, how we create our futures, the martyr consciousness, victim and victimizer suffering and how we move into resurrection consciousness.
We spoke of the importance for all of us to be very mindful of our thoughts at this time. We spoke about the timelines and the Armageddon scenario and its opposite, Paradise Earth. We discussed also about using the resources of the earth sparingly. We talked about judging others, we covered how death is just a simple choice and we gave a brief mention to Santos Bonacci and his principles of astro-theology. We spoke about the power of thought in manifesting an outcome, the power of nature and we discussed sustainable living.
Aingeal Rose described beautifully what it was like to be in a true moment and creating a blissful future by living in the moment. We talked about the aging process and what creates aging and we discussed a little bit about the martyr, crucifixion and victim-victimizer consciousness. We spoke about zombie and vampire energy, believing in judgment, the ever-present opportunity to realize love, and how it's so important for us now to be in a blessing mode instead of judging. We asked how to be in a beautiful relationship with all life everywhere at all times, and how now it's so important to redirect our thoughts to the growth of awareness and shift to a sentient consciousness. We covered the sound frequency of resurrection, which is the process of forgiveness. This is a presentation first delivered in March 2017 to the Spiritual Awareness Community of Central Oregon at the Old Stone Church in Bend, OR. It is a precursor to an exploration into the loss paradigm through the Akashic Records which is available as Part 2 of Is Loss A Doorway To Transformation?
Aingeal Rose and Ahonu outlined how loss is the temptation to perceive yourself as guilty, and that loss exists because we don't believe we are "worthy".
Another strong point they made was that loss would not exist if we did not believe in death, and when we defend death we defend loss and thereby keep it in our awareness!
It was equally shocking to find that God/Source has not created loss a tool or a doorway for transformation - it is our own spirit that aways wants expansion and uses these experiences to grow. However, expansion does not always have to be experienced through loss and adversity.

This morning, Aingeal Rose and I did a dimensional jump into our own akashic records. I want to report the strangest of experiences as a result of that. Everything started as normal where we went up the steps, the door opened, and we jumped into our akashic records. While there, it seemed it was just a regular cosmic morning. Let me describe what that looked like. It seemed like it was a dawn on Earth, but it was out in the cosmos. I think everybody's familiar with those cosmic pictures with swirling gases, and beautiful colors of stars, and planets, and swirling clouds and cosmic bodies and that kind of thing. But it looked to be just before the dawn, so it wasn't as if it was bright-bright, but it wasn't dark-dark, either. 
And all of that was very beautiful, and it seemed very welcoming, and nothing major happened in terms of any great experience that I can report to you - except when the call came to jump back into our hallway with the doors closing behind us, I found myself looking back at Earth. I was looking at it from a distance, and it seems that the Earth was the doorway, and the call to jump back into my quantum hallway was like jumping back into Earth with the door closing behind me. And all that seemed fine because - that's our experience - we're having an Earth experience, but this time, I felt I didn't want to go. I felt that the experience of the universe, the cosmic experience, was where I belonged, and that going back into the Earth experience and closing the door behind me, was a limiting experience. It was a down-stepping. And I didn't want to do that!
So a little part of me complied with it, just like as if I segmented myself. A little part of me complied with the instructions to jump through the doorway back to Earth, where the door closed behind me and I went back down the steps into the physical Earth awareness. I could see all that from my vantage point in the cosmos, in the universality of it all. I could see that Earth life was very limiting, but nonetheless it was a valid experience, but it was a tiny part of me that went with it. The rest of me stayed in this glorious, expanding, infinity of wonder and joy, and constant creation, and constant expansion.
And it seemed there was an energetic thread that connected me to my Earth body. Why is this significant? Many times Aingeal Rose & I asked the question and wondered, what is it that connects us to Earth? What is it that connects the spirit to the body? What is it that comes in to animate the body at birth, and what is it that leaves at the physical death of the body? This is what it is - it is an energetic, conscious awareness that simply says, I want to experience this, and when the time comes not to experience anymore, it simply stops it and experiences something else. The cosmic, universal, infinite mind is always there and it never stops experiencing. It is just choosing to experience this little bubble planet of Earth in the infinity of it all. 
So, I'm still in this kind of awareness right now, that feels huge. It feels enormous. It feels very expansive, while at the same time, simultaneously, I am aware that there's a sense of confinement and smallness and limitedness in the Earth experience, but it is a choice I am making in each moment!

On St. Patrick's Day this year, Ahonu & Aingeal Rose were invited to make a presentation to the Spiritual Awareness Community (SAC) of the Cascades in Bend, Oregon (http://www.spiritualawarenesscommunity.com). The Presentation was entitled "The Sacred Sites of Ireland" and took the form of a virtual video tour of Ireland's most sacred places during which Ahonu and Aingeal Rose narrated the history and significance of each place.
Attendees had the virtual experience of the megalithic sites of Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth - each 2,000 older than the pyramids of Egypt! We visited Glendalough in the Garden of Ireland, and the famous Hill of Tara and Uisneach where the kings of old were crowned. We saw holy wells and ancient hills that still carry the original mystical and healing energies.
Along with that, Aingeal Rose and Ahonu offered a sample of the sacred waters from St. Brigid's and St. Patricks burial sites. These waters are known to possess powerful transformative properties. Prepare yourself for a highly engaging and informative experience!
