Hello there and welcome to Wild for Scotland, a new podcast that allows you to travel to Scotland through stories.

My name is Kathi Kamleitner, I’m a writer and storyteller and I run the Scotland travel blog Watch Me See. I started Wild for Scotland as a way to help you visit Scotland without ever having to leave your home.

Each episode starts with a travel story about a location or an experience from my travels. Then I’ll tell you some of my top tips for visiting to inspire a future trip.

The first season of Wild for Scotland is all about the Scottish isles. Each week for 10 weeks, we travel to a different island and spend some time together, exploring their nooks and crannies, history and landscapes.

Are you ready?

Great, subscribe to Wild for Scotland now and join me for a journey full of adventure.

Let’s travel to Scotland!

02 Mar 2021Island Hopping - Boat trip to Iona, Staffa & the Treshnish Isles00:25:34

How many islands can you visit in one day? The first episode of Wild for Scotland sees us embarking on an adventure on the west coast.

“Island Hopping” tells the story of a day trip by boat to visit the Isles of Iona, Staffa and Lunga of the Treshnish Isles – all from our home base on the Isle of Mull. That’s 4 islands in one day!

We wander among the medieval ruins and moorlands of Iona, hop on a shaky boat ride to the Isle of Lunga, hike to the top of a tall cliff to see – you guessed it – puffins, and eventually find our way to the mythical Isle of Staffa with its famous sea cave and black basalt columns.

Then, I give you my top 5 tips to visit the Iona, Staffa and Lunga yourself.

09 Mar 2021Lullaby - Exploring the Isle of Tiree by Bike00:25:08

What does the Scottish west coast sound like? This episode of Wild for Scotland invites you on a journey to the Isle of Tiree.

“Lullaby” tells the story of a day I spent on the Isle of Tiree exploring its different sounds and landscapes.

The adventure begins at Glasgow airport with a flight on a tiny Twin Otter machine and sees me discover the nooks and crannies of the island by bike. We visit beaches, learn about the history of the island and meet some of the locals.

After the story, I give you top 5 tips to visit the Isle of Tiree yourself.

What happens when you embark on a big solo hike - and then you panic? This episode of Wild for Scotland sees us embarking on a big adventure on the Isle of Barra.

"Out of Nowhere" is a story about my first day on the Hebridean Way - 155-mile long-distance trail across the Outer Hebrides. I take you with me on the ferry to Castlebay, my journey to the start of the hike and up into the hills of Barra. And as you can imagine - not everything went entirely to plan...

16 Mar 2021Wake Up - Wild Camping on the Isle of Bute00:25:40

Is waking up to the sound of the sea always the peaceful experience you imagine? This episode of Wild for Scotland whisks you away to the Isle of Bute to find out.

‘Wake Up’ is a story about my first-ever solo wild camping experience. I chose the West Island Way for this adventure, a 30-mile long-distance trail that runs across the Isle of Bute. The island isn’t far from Glasgow – just a hop, skip and a jump away – but its coast is the perfect place to pitch your tent in solitude and pretend you’re in some remote corner of the country.

The West Island Way is very beginner-friendly and most people can walk it in 2-3 days. Camping is optional, as the hike is well-connected by bus and there are lots of B&Bs on Bute.

But, I wanted to give it a try – especially because I had never wild camped on my own. Needless to say, it came with its own challenges… You’ll have to listen to find out more!

After the story I share some of my top tips for a trip to the Isle of Bute and a hike on the West Island Way.

30 Mar 2021A Whole New World - Kayaking round the Isle Martin, Summer Isles00:26:44

What does the Scottish coast look like from the water? This episode of Wild for Scotland leaves the solid ground of beaches and cliffs behind and explores the north-west coast and the Isle Martin by kayak.

‘A Whole New World’ is a story about changing your perspective in order to learn something new about a place you thought you knew like the back of your hand. Travelling is all about these kinds of learning experiences for me.

Kayaking is one of my favourite ways to explore and change my viewpoint. This trip to the Isle Martin, an outlier among the Summer Isles is no exception.

In this episode, we learn about the history of the Scottish kelp industry, the geology of the Summer Isles and the wildlife you can expect to encounter on the north-west coast – from seabirds to marine wildlife and even otters.

A big thank you to Will Copestake of Kayak Summer Isles for his help researching this episode.

13 Apr 2021The Cure - Climbing Goatfell on the Isle of Arran00:22:48

What to do when you wake up to a sunny day in Scotland and you're longing for an island getaway? This episode of Wild for Scotland heads on a day trip to the Isle of Arran.

'The Cure' is a story about a day trip from Glasgow to the Isle of Arran. I take you with me to the island on a hike that was only made harder by the one too many drams I had the night before in the pub... We're hiking to the top of Goatfell, the highest mountain on Arran.

After the story, I share some of my top tips to visit the Isle of Arran, whether you are coming for a day or longer, hiking Goatfell or want to see something else the island has to offer.

They don't call it "Scotland in Miniature" for nothing!

20 Apr 2021Island on the Edge - A Boat Trip to St Kilda00:29:05

Is St Kilda as remote and wild as they say? This episode of Wild for Scotland travels to the islands far out on the edge of Scotland, to investigate.

'Island on the Edge' is a story that looks into one of the remotest locations in Scotland - or is it? St Kilda is a place of lore and legend, life and mystery. The islands have been inhabited for thousands of years until the remaining islanders asked to be relocated to the mainland and were evacuated in 1930.

Today, the island is home to a military base, researchers and conservation workers and thousands of sea birds, who come here every summer to nest and raise the next generation.

After the story, I share some of my top tips to make a day trip to St Kilda happen for you - because visiting islands that are 40 miles into the Atlantic ocean is not as straight forward as island hopping closer to the coast.

It's an island on the edge, after all!

Now, let's travel to Scotland!

27 Apr 2021An Acquired Taste - A Whisky Tour on the Isle of Islay00:30:05

You and Scottish whisky – was it love at first taste? For me, it certainly wasn’t… In this episode of Wild for Scotland, I tell you about my journey to single malt whisky and its culmination in a tour to the whisky distilleries on the Isle of Islay.

‘An Acquired Taste’ is a story about turning hate into love. The first time I tried single malt whisky, I found it awful. It took moving to Scotland, going to many distilleries and making myself try one dram after the other, to slowly mature my tastebuds. Eventually, I fell in love with Islay whiskies and was fortunate enough to join a whisky tour to the island and visit all 9 of its distilleries.

Whisky might not be everybody’s cup of tea – but did you know there are also two gin distilleries and a winemaker on the island?

After the story I share some of my top travel tips to plan your own trip to the Isle of Islay, whether you’re planning a whisky pilgrimage or just looking for a stunning island to add to your itinerary.

Islay has many tricks up its sleeve.

Now let’s travel to Scotland!

04 May 2021Between the Tides - A Hike to Oransay, Isle of Colonsay00:25:16

Can you imagine walking to an island across the sea? This episode of Wild for Scotland takes you on an unconventional island hopping journey from the Isle of Colonsay to Oransay.

‘Between the Tides’ is a story about one of my favourite island experiences ever: the walk from Colonsay across a tidal causeway to the small island Oransay (or Oronsay – both spellings are common).

Home to a plethora of wildlife, dotted with historic sites and lined with breathtaking beaches, the island is worth the effort it requires to get there.

The origin of the name Oransay isn’t quite clear. Some believe it was named after for the Irish missionary St Oran, who landed here in the 6th century. Others link the name to the Old Norse word for “island of the low tide”. I’ll let you make up your own mind after listening to this story!

But the walk to Oransay isn’t the only highlight of a trip to Colonsay – as always, I include my top 5 tips at the end of the show.

Now, let’s travel to Scotland!

11 May 2021Day and Night - Star Gazing on the Isle of Coll00:28:26

What's the best time to experience the Isle of Coll? My answer to this might not be what you expect - let's travel there together in this episode of Wild for Scotland.

'Day and Night' is a story about falling in love with an island, regardless of when you head out to explore.

This is the final episode of season 1 of Wild for Scotland and in many ways, the show has come full circle. This story picks up exactly where 'Lullaby' - the first story I wrote for this podcast - left off. We're going to the Isle of Coll, first exploring its sugged coastline and rocky outcrops by boat, then seeing a different side to it at night.

After the story, I share some of my top tips for a trip to the Isle of Coll. There isn't much to do here, but in a way that is exactly the appeal!

But most importantly, we’re going to slow down to really explore what’s left and right of the road.

So, fasten your imaginary seatbelts and enjoy the ride!

Season 2 will hit off next week - go tell your friends about it and help me spread the word by sharing this trailer on social media.

14 Sep 2021Road to the Isles - The Journey from Fort William to Mallaig00:27:24

Ready to hit the road? Let's travel down the road from Fort William to Mallaig in the first episode of this season of Wild for Scotland!

'Road to the Isles' is a story about the drive from Fort William on the northern shores of Loch Linnhe to Mallaig, a port town from where ferries leave for Skye, the Small Isles and the Outer Hebrides.

The Road to the Isles is not exactly a hidden gem - it leads from Scotland's tallest mountains to the sandy beaches of the west coast. But most people drive it way too fast on their way to the ferry. In this episode, we'll take it slowly and explore what's left and right of the road, the best places to stop and the stories they tell.

Only 42 miles- yet there is so much to do and see!

After the story, I share with you my top 5 tips to make your journey on the Road to the Isles extra special.

21 Sep 2021Rhins of Galloway - A Journey from Portpatrick to the Mull of Galloway00:26:17

Ready to go off the beaten path? Let's drive down the Rhins of Galloway peninsula and make our way from Portpatrick to the Mull of Galloway.

'Rhins of Galloway' is a story about exploring the far southwest of Scotland - the hammerhead-shaped peninsula known as the Rhins of Galloway.

Located where the Irish Sea meets the Solway Firth and the North Channel, the peninsula is a hidden gem, so far out of the way that it would be impractical to visit on most itineraries. But those few who venture in this direction, will be rewarded with bustling harbour towns, endless miles of sandy beaches, surprising flora and a geographic superlative.

After the story, I share with you 5 tips to make your road trip to the southwest of Scotland the best it can be.

05 Oct 2021The Slow Road - An Adventure on the North Coast 50000:25:35

'The Slow Road' tells the story of driving down the North Coast 500 - but mostly not following it. Instead, we explore some of the detours along the way.

First, we drive from Torridon to Lower Diabaig, crossing a mountain pass that makes the hair stand up at the back of your next. Then, we leave the road behind to go for a hike in the Beinn Eighe mountain range. Finally, we drive down another detour - the winding coastal road to the beach at Red Point.

This episode shows that it's worth to slow down and tackle short sections of the North Coast 500 in-depth, instead of attempting to drive the whole loop in a few days.

After the story, I'll tell you some of my top tips for driving the North Coast 500 responsibly.

02 Nov 2021Whisky Galore - A Journey on the Malt Whisky Trail00:26:59

'Whisky Galore' is a story for whisky fans, but also for those who wonder if a trip to the Speyside is worth it if you're not a whisky lover. A hint: it is!

We're driving to the Speyside and spend a few days in Dufftown, the "Whisky Capital of the World". The Speyside is one of the best places to learn about Scottish whisky - it's the most productive whisky region in the country. The distilleries here produce more whisky than all other regions together!

But of course, driving and drinking don't blend well. And so, after an initial road trip to the Speyside, we explore the Malt Whisky Trail round Dufftown on foot.

After the story, I'll tell you some of my top tips to visit the Speyside and get the most out of a trip to the Malt Whisky Trail.

Along the way, we explore historic ruins, stop to take in the landscape and hear about some of the quirky stories and sights that make this region so unique. We're driving down the Snow Roads scenic route, from the jaw-dropping drama of the Lecht Road to the lush glens of the Royal Deeside and the high Munros in the heart of the Cairngorms.

After getting a taste of this landscape from the roadside, we visit Mar Lodge Estate and go for a walk through one of the Scots pine regeneration areas managed by the National Trust for Scotland.

'Wild Isle' is a story about a day trip to the Isle of Mull - from wild-landscapes to wild-life, the island is showing off its "untamed side".

We start with a hike in the hills of south Mull, discovering the plants of the bog, swimming in a mountain loch and exploring the corries of the coast. Then, we're hitting the road and make our way along the scenic route from Pennyghael to Salen.

But the real stars of this episode are the animals we see along the way - from eagles to otters, from Highland coos to herons. You're in for a safari!

After the story, I'll tell how my top tips to visit the Isle of Mull for yourself and make the most of it.

05 Apr 2022Coming soon: Season 300:01:59

Wild for Scotland is coming back for its third season and the first new episode will be out next week.

I’m back on the road and will combine my passion for storytelling with the best thing about travelling - meeting new people.

Inspired by Scotland’s Year of Stories, this season is called “People of Scotland”.

I will be meeting with folks all over the country, and write immersive stories about the time we spend together, but also interview them to hear their stories in their own words.

This season will include some exciting conversations with people in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the west coast - to name just a few. We’ll talk about life in Scotland, favourite places to visit, and of course about what makes them wild for Scotland.

Season 3 is kicking off next week, so go tell your friends about it and help me spread the word by sharing this trailer on social media.

Tune in next week for new stories from Scotland!

06 Dec 2022Creature of the Sea - Snorkelling at the Argyll Hope Spot00:25:52

'Creature of the Sea' is a collection of stories and poems inspired by my time at the Snorkelling Artist Residency hosted by the Argyll Hope Spot. Me and a group of 10 other artists were able to explore the abundant underwater world of this stretch of coastline and learn to draw underwater. Our snorkel explorations were guided by local experts, experienced swimmers and wildlife artists and weaved together lessons of creativity, biology and water safety.

The result of my time at the Argyll Hope Spot is a little different than my usual storytelling. We're staying firmly underwater for the duration of my story which is broken up into short pieces of poems and prose, separate, but all connected by the sounds weaving through the narrative.

The music you'll hear alongside my words was composed by Jennifer Austin, an artist and musician from Orkney, who also participated in the artist residency. In fact, some of my texts started developing as I listened to Jen working on melodies inspired by our swims.

Visit our website to find the full show notes incl. the transcript and tips for your own trip to the Argyll Hope Spot.

Listeners of Wild for Scotland know Kathi Kamleitner as the writer and host of the show. Long-time listeners might even know her as the creator of the Scotland travel blog Watch Me See. We recommend listening to last week's episode 'Creature of the Sea' as we'll refer to it multiple times throughout this episode.

07 Mar 2023Introducing: The Coast That Shaped the World00:24:37

If you love stories about the Scottish coast, The Coast That Shaped The World is an app full of audio stories that I think you might enjoy!

The Coast that Shaped the World, or simply Coast, is a gathering of stories reflecting and celebrating the people, communities, heritage, culture and environment of the west coast and islands of Scotland.

More than 30 local story gatherers spent a good part of the pandemic to collect over 1,300 stories about a great variety of coastal subjects. The aim of the project was to get local communities involved in telling their own stories, and to allow those of us who are interested in listening to learn about lesser-known areas, the characters who inhabit them and parts of history that are that don’t always get the attention they deserve.

The app features many of the stories that were collected, some background about the storytellers who donated them and a map to help you connect the stories to their place of origin. But the part that I’m most excited about is the audio section of the app where you can listen to recordings of stories from all over the west coast.

This episode features five of my favourite stories from the app.

The Coast That Shapes the World app is available on the App Store and on Google Play and is completely free of charge.

Listen to my stories that I mentioned in the episode:

This episode was created in partnership with The Coast That Shaped the World, a project of the University of Highlands and Islands.

02 Apr 2024Revisiting Stargazing on the Isle of Coll (+ Stargazing Tips)00:28:35

It's International Dark Sky Week! ✨ 🔭 🪐

To celebrate we're revisiting an episode about one of my favourite islands on the Scottish west coast. 'Day and Night' is a story about my first trip to the Isle of Coll. It lasted only 24 hours, giving me a taste of everything Coll has to offer by day and by night. Rugged coastlines, wild waters, beautiful beaches, fascinating history, welcoming locals and of course, dark skies. Coll is a Dark Sky Community, which means the night skies are unspoilt by light pollution. On a clear night, you can bathe in the dazzling light of millions of stars.

After the story, we've prepared an updated tips section with my top tips for stargazing in Scotland.

Check out my up-to-date Isle of Coll travel guide.

Note that IsleGO is sadly no longer operating. A great alternative for boat trips in the area is Tiree Sea Tours - they are based in Tiree but also offer trips with pick up in Arinagour on Coll.

14 May 2024Revisiting Whisky Trip to Islay (+ Tips for Fèis Ìle)00:27:22

With the Islay Festival (Fèis Ìle) just around the corner, let's revisit another classic Wild for Scotland episode. 'An Acquired Taste' traces my journey to become a whisky drinker in Scotland and tells the story of my first visit to the Isle of Islay.

Famous for its heavily peated whiskies, Islay is home to nine working distilleries - with more underway! Every year at the end of May and early June the island hosts the Islay Festival, or Fèis Ìle in Gaelic. And as you can imagine, whisky plays a huge role in that!

After the story, we're sharing an updated tips section with my top tips for attending Fèis Ìle, whether you're going this year or planning a future trip to the festival.

You can find even more festival tips in my Fèis Ìle guide and travel inspiration for Islay and Jura here.

11 Jun 2024Revisiting Hiking the Hebridean Way (+ Barra Travel Tips)00:28:52

Last month I visited the Isles of Barra and Vatersay - two islands in the Outer Hebrides that I hadn't returned to since solo hiking the Hebridean Way in 2018.

My trip inspired me to revisit one of the first stories I shared with you on Wild for Scotland. It's called 'Out of Nowhere'. But there is another reason why I decided to give this story an encore... you'll have to listen to find out!

After the story, we're sharing an updated tips section with my top tips for a trip to Barra and Vatersay.

06 Aug 2024The Art of Nature (Unst, Shetland) - A Social Club Preview00:18:52

How far north can you go in Scotland?

In today's episode, I'm sharing with you a bonus story that I produced for my Patreon community, the Wild for Scotland Social Club, back in season 1!

'The Art of Nature' is a short story about my first trip to Unst, the northernmost island in Shetland (and thereby in Scotland as well as the entire UK). We're visiting a glass artist who draws inspiration from her surroundings and go for a walk to one of Scotland's most picturesque cliffs - all in the search for a connection between nature and art.

17 Sep 2024Coming soon: Season 600:01:41

Wild for Scotland is coming back soon with brand new stories and conversations digging deep into what it means to travel slowly and with purpose.

Season 6 of Wild for Scotland is all about "Slow Travel". We’ll take it slow, soak up our surroundings, pay attention to the littlest details, and will find joy in the small things all around us.

Our journey will take us to distant islands and ancient civilisations, to bustling villages and crowded pubs.

We'll slow down physically and mentally, make encounters with unexpected inhabitants, and peek behind the curtains of Scottish traditions.

Along the way, we’ll hear from locals who are experts in capturing a moment in time, and will help us find ways to be fully present on our adventures.

The first episode of Season 6 "Slow Travel" will drop in your feed on 1 October 2024.

Make sure you’re subscribed and share this trailer with a friend so we can all slow down together - and be Wild for Scotland.

01 Oct 2024Push and Pull - Cycling in the Outer Hebrides (+ Barra and Vatersay Travel Tips)00:26:20

'Push and Pull' is a story about slowing down and exploring the Isles of Barra and Vatersay by bike. I spent 3 nights on these islands which I had only visited once before - to travel even slower, by foot on the Hebridean Way. Yet somehow, I never felt like I did these islands justice - seeing so little of them on my hike...

That's what this story is about - maximising your time on the island, while also slowing down to immerse yourself in the landscapes.

We'll explore Barra and Vatersay by bike, battle the hilly roads out of Castlebay and learn about the transformations that happen at Traigh Mhor - the big beach up north on the Isle of Barra. We meet the merry dancers in the night skies and follow the road south to the beaches of Vatersay.

At the end of the episode, I share my top tips for a slow adventure in Barra and Vatersay.

08 Oct 2024One Mile Magic - Coldingham Bay & St Abbs (+ Berwickshire Coast Travel Tips)00:19:52

Covering great distances isn't necessarily the best way to see as much as possible when you travel.

'One Mile Magic' is a story about picking a mile-long stretch on the Berwickshire Coast and exploring it in depth. We'll enjoy a slow morning on the beach of Coldingham Bay, go snorkelling and swimming on the Berwickshire Snorkel Trail, and follow the coastal path to the charming fishing village of St Abbs.

None of the places we visit in this story are further than a 30-minute walk apart - let me convince you that mileage isn't everything!

At the end of the episode, I share my top tips for a slow adventure on the Berwickshire Coast.

15 Oct 2024A Slow and Winding Journey - A Trip to Huisinis (+ Isle of Harris Travel Tips)00:27:14

This story was recorded LIVE at the Tremula Festival in Brighton on 21 September 2024.

Local communities should be at the heart of sustainable and slow tourism in Scotland.

'A Slow and Winding Journey' is a story about discovering the wild landscapes of the Isle of Harris - without losing sight of its community of people who take care of North Harris, its mountains, beaches and coastlines.

We'll go for a hike to spot eagles on the North Harris Estate, join local guide and former ranger Daryll Brown for a snorkel session at Huisinis beach and learn about community ownership & stewardship in this part of the Outer Hebrides.

At the end of the episode, I share my top tips for a slow adventure in the Isle of Harris.

22 Oct 2024Community Tourism in Scotland with Russell Fraser00:49:40

Join me for a conversation with Russell Fraser, the Managing Director at Loch Ness Hub & Travel and Chair of the Scottish Community Tourism Network, SCOTO. We hear the story of the local community in Drumnadrochit, and how they stepped up to the challenge of running the local visitor information centre. But that's not all they do - from e-bike hire and baggage transfer for hikers on the Great Glen Way, to providing public toilets and offering school meals, the Loch Ness Hub works hard to benefit both visitors and the local community.

Russell tells us about the leading role of community tourism in Scotland, the potential of local communities to get involved with tourism and what an unforgettable trip to Loch Ness and Drumnadrochit could look like.

29 Oct 2024Nature Connection with Francesca Lo Verso00:50:32

Join me for a conversation with outdoor therapist Francesca Lo Verso about nature connection and how to be more mindful of nature on the go. Francesca is a therapist with a focus on outdoor therapy and host of the "We Are Here, Too" podcast about life abroad and mental health. We met up to dive deep into that feeling of connectedness with nature, why it’s important and how it can add to our travel experiences.

Francesca tells us how we can connect more deeply with nature while we’re out and about, and also how we can implement more mindful time in nature while we’re travelling. We’ll talk about the relationship between nature and wellbeing, how different natural environments can affect us differently, and how to make more space for nature at home and on the go.

05 Nov 2024Slow Travel Special: Guided Nature Meditation00:15:08

Last week, I spoke with Francesca Lo Verso, an outdoor therapist and host of the “We Are Here, Too” podcast. One of the questions I asked her was about exercises we can do to tune into our surroundings, feel more present in the moment and connect with nature around us.

From this, we came up with the idea to create a special episode with a couple of guided nature meditations for you.

So, today, we aren’t travelling anywhere in particular. Instead, I invite you to hit pause, metaphorically speaking of course, and take a moment to connect with nature through two guided exercises.

First, we head there at night to witness the return of thousands of storm petrels to their nests. The next day, we return in daylight to explore Mousa Broch and the trails across the island. Along the way, we'll meet the men who take you to the island, learn about traditional sheep farming and dive into the history of the island.

18 Feb 2025Paradise - Birdwatching on Handa Island00:12:43

'Paradise' is a story about a tiny island off the west coast of Scotland, along a famous road trip route: the North Coast 500. Join me for a boat trip to the bird island Handa, a paradise for nesting seabirds and nature lovers alike.

I wrote this story a few years ago - several months before I started this podcast. It was during the pandemic, and I longed for those days when I could simply jump in the car, hop on a ferry and visit a small uninhabited island off the shore. I finally recorded and shared the story last month, as a bonus episode for the Wild for Scotland Social Club 🐬 (that’s my Patreon community).

As such, this story is a taste of what you can expect when you join the Social Club as a regular listener of the show. I couldn't produce new episodes of Wild for Scotland without the support of all club members.

04 Mar 2025Women's Stories from Scotland00:26:57

In the past, I have featured countless women's stories on Wild for Scotland, from women sharing their own stories and expertise, to important figures from Scottish history I encountered on my travels. Many of my episodes would not have been possible without their input and stories.

This episode aims to celebrate their contributions to my show, but also to Scottish history, culture and society as a whole.

I have selected three stories from previous episodes, which highlight different aspects of women’s stories and three specific women I’ve learnt about during my travels around Scotland.

If you enjoy nature and outdoor adventures, why not start with ‘A Slow and Winding Journey’ about my trip to the Isle of Harris.

If history is your jam, listen to ‘Like an Open Book’, a story about an archaeology tour to the Scottish Borders.

And if you’d like to hear more about Gaelic traditions, music and culture, check out my conversation with Gaelic singer Ali Coyle.
