This week, Gem is getting her sickness for the season out of the way, and while she rests, she is loving seeing men coming out with the allyship lately, but Revz isn’t so sure it’s time for the trophy cabinet just yet. Revz doesn’t have time for her 7 year old’s apparent regression to Toddler Town, and Gem is so very over her post partum hormones (but stop the press she’s DOING something about it — and it involved booking an appointment?!). So, the DLs are rioting about Revz' comments on balayage and there's a mutiny happening in the Facebook group. But we are, frankly, exhausted by all the "on-edge-energy" going round and round (the world). We're calling it jet-lag with a side of whiplash. But enough of platitudes, it's Tuesday and there's shit we don't have time for; today, it's "Toxic Gratitude". Revz has very mixed feelings about this new term, which indeed may be toxic itself, but it put language around what we're all navigating at the moment... we think. We get into how the influencers are supposed to navigate this time, and how we're supposed to consume it. Then we talk about money...and how awkies it is.. until another topic takes over and we abandon it all together. True story.

Oh look, Revz is upholding more boundaries, good on her! Meanwhile Gem had a solid hang with a newly minted Mum of Three™️ and she has thoughts and insights that she just has to share. Gem overheard something that kinda upset her at the hairdresser and Revz had a really hard chat with the sister that descended into giggles. So Revzy is fitspo now? Gem is not convinced. Or maybe it's the botox not letting on how she really feels. (Yes, we give a botox update, no, we don't talk about bobo [the dog]).
