#088 A Message to All STARSEEDS from THE PLEIADIANS!

Today I'm bringing a Channeled Message from the Pleiadians to all Starseeds. And I'm doing something slightly different this time because I actually captured the transmission as I channeled them through my Breathwork practice, so you may notice that the quality of recording is not as high-quality as most of my other meditations or channeled messages, you may hear me tuning in with some breaths and sounds and a slightly funny voice, BUT I believe you will be able to feel the high frequency from the transmission. Whenever I channel the Pleiadians and actually sound out or speak out loud is super high frequency and always an overall uplifting vibration!
This is a message to all starseeds living on 3D Earth and consciously shifting their consciousness into 5D. As a Pleiadian Starseed myself, I recognize that sometimes living in a still dense world can feel overwhelming and tiring, however, the message that our star family brings is to basically LOVE OUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE and all that comes with it.
The question that we can keep in mind while listening to this is "What's preventing me from fully enjoying my human experience?" - and you can also use this as a prompt journal if you enjoy journaling.
Listen to the words of Love and let your deepest emotions be revealed.

#106 Alcohol & Drugs From a 5D Perspective

Can we live "in 5D" and still drink alcohol and take drugs? What if they're medicinal? What about psychedelics and plant medicine? This is what I'm talking about in this episode.
I know this subject can be very sensitive and triggering so let’s just make two things very clear:
1st - My intention is to bring awareness and not judge or preach, and tell you what’s right or wrong, always follow your truth and check in with your inner-resonance.

Basically, our bodies are updating from carbon DNA to crystalline DNA.
And we can look at it in two ways: in the far future we will have a physical body and a physical experience but it will be less dense than what it is currently, and we will have that 12-strand crystalline DNA.
And the other way we can look at it is: NOW as we are in this moment, in this body.

#117 What Does CONTENTMENT Mean? | Birthday Episode 🎉

Today I feel a genuine sense of CONTENTMENT.
So over the last month I've been reflecting on what it means to be CONTENT, and I've come up with 10 things:
1 - Being content doesn’t mean you don’t have desires or goals, doesn’t mean there’s nothing you want to achieve
2 - Being content doesn’t mean you settle for less, but you also acknowledge the level of abundance you’re in
3 - Being content doesn’t mean you’re “happy” and “joyful” all the time
4 - Being content means you prioritize your peace over being right or over your worries
5 - Being content doesn’t mean there’s nothing else to learn or experience
6 - Being content MAY only be possible once you’ve lived a lot or had a life full of experiences, but it doesn’t have to be that way
7 - Being content means you appreciate the “small big” “ordinary extraordinary” things in life
8 - Being content may mean you have no regrets and even if you do you are working on it but from a place of wholeness and love
9 - Being content means if today was your last day on Earth you would just be right where you are.
10 - Being content also brings a high level of detachment and trust

In this episode I talk about the main signs that show us which of the 9 Dimensions of Consciousness we are most connected to.

And this is absolutely normal, and actually really good, because it shows us areas in ourselves that we can improve and/or that we need to pay some attention to.
The same goes for the ones that you feel connected to, they may confirm that we’re on the right path and that somehow you're fulfilling your calling on Earth in this lifetime.
