Dan has been a wildlife and conservationist his entire life and has spent much of that time fighting for our rights to continue hunting and trapping through different groups such as Coloradans for Responsible Wildlife Management and the Colorado Wildlife Council. Dan and his team are currently fighting to block a ballot initiative this fall that would ban hunting of large cats in Coloardo. Brian and Dan talk about some of the serious problems with ballot initiatives and how they have negative impacts on the wildlife balance and our North American Consveration Model. Zach is a 22 year old outdoorsman that grew up in the small town of Paynesville, MN. Zach has been hunting since he was 5 years old, it started with a bow for his birthday and then his first bb gun which he used to chase chipmunks with on his grandma's property. Before long he started tagging along on deer, turkey and duck hunts with his dad. Zach had a lot of success in the woods from age 11-14 and then football started and hunting got pushed aside. Now that Zach is in college he decided to quit football to give himself more time to go hunting.
