What a great chat I had with my dear old friend Brian Ingle. We have known each other since the mid-80s, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about so many different healing modalities, having studied naturopathy, osteopathy, Feldenkrais and Hanna Somatics. We get into all of that, plus his recent interest in quantum biology, plus even delve into the guru cult, as we met through the Transcendental Meditation community and he now lives in India. Here’s his bio… Founder of Living Somatics, Naturopath & Registered Doctor of Osteopathy with AHPRA.

Brian Siddhartha Ingle, ND, DO, is a licensed doctor of osteopathic medicine and also a naturopath. He is a certified Hanna Somatic Educator, somatic yoga teacher, and practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method. Brian is a graduate of the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training and has a background in Ayurvedic medicine and Vedic astrology. For more than 30 years, he has been inquiring into authentic self-healing, movement, and personal development systems.

13 Apr 2025Useless anecdotes – Eris – shingles, IBS, joint pain.00:24:48

This is the first in my Red Pill Sangha useless anecdotes series, this time with my good friend Eris Fellmeth.

Eris Fellmeth is a 40 years old Canadian/German musician and owner of a small building automation company. Self reflection became a normality for Eris at a young age. Mostly healthy and very athletic life took a strange turn for him in his early 20s when he developed shingles. Mitigating the disease by learning how not to fuel it; living a normal life became once again possible. As the years went on, immune system issues and IBS slowly crept in until eventually Eris began an elimination diet that inevitably lead him to carnivory. He is now stronger and wittier than ever.
