Pulling from over 20 years in education, counseling and non-profit leadership, Renee Branson's passion and purpose is helping individuals, teams, and organizations cultivate resilience and well-being. After years of working with survivors of trauma and caregivers who help heal them, she became enthralled with what it was that allowed people to not only survive, but thrive through their greatest crisis. The answer always came up the same: resilience. Resilience can be taught, strengthen and cultivated. It is not only trauma survivors and their caregivers who experience the impact of toxic and chronic stress. It can impact anyone in any profession. In recent years, the legal industry has begun to lead efforts to minimize the damage caused to attorneys from toxic stress, burnout, addictions and mental health concerns. Renee works with attorneys and law firms to build programs that increase resilience and well-being in accordance with the ABA Well-Being initiative. Renee earned her B.S. from The Ohio State University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado.
