Physical activity improves sleep quality, which is crucial for maintaining mental well-being. Additionally, exercise fosters social interaction and provides a sense of accomplishment, reducing feelings of anxiety and depression. Guest Julie Thom is a Trauma Informed Movement Coach and shares what movements are best for your mental health.
