2️⃣ Develop their skills in their job: Provide proper training and support in the areas relevant to their roles. Whether it's social media marketing, content marketing, or strategy, ensure they have access to the latest training resources and courses.

3️⃣ Help them develop their soft skills: Effective communication, leadership, and cultural sensitivities are vital for a successful team. Offer opportunities for personal development in these areas to enhance their overall performance.

4️⃣ Coach them through their challenges: Consider being a coach yourself or finding a suitable coach to guide your team members through their mindset obstacles and personal growth. Group coaching programs or internal coaching roles can be valuable assets.
