I've known David for quite a few years and he has an amazing energy for what he does. From translating books into dutch to delivering a wide range of sessions and training people. He also has a wonderful vision for a world where work is more playful.

Thoroughly enjoyed the chat. Thank you David!

Episode 8 of the LSP Method Podcast is out! In this episode I talk with the sparkling Jenny Martin. A facilitator from the UK who works across Agile, Product and People.

She uses LSP throughout her work. But as she says in the interview she doesn't lead with LSP, she weaves it into most of her sessions where it fits best.

We talk about some of Jenny's LSP experiences. The future of LSP - particularly the importance of these practices where we are being human. And we discuss diverse teams and how they make better decisions, amongst many other things (kindness, flourishing).

Overall it was a wonderful chat with a very switched on facilitator. Lots of insights and learnings to take away.
