20 Jul 2024 | EP.8 - Guest: Paul Caddis | 01:04:08
Join us for a special interview with Hereford FC manager Paul Caddis. Your hosts Tom Gough and KD Rai ask about Paul’s time as a player, specifically at Celtic, Birmingham City and Swindon Town, as well as some of the great managers he has worked with namely Gordon Strachan, Paulo Di Canio, Gary Rowett. We get some great insight into how he has found life in management at Hereford FC and about the culture he has instilled at the club, including the challenges of working with a part-time playing squad and the fantastic support the club has. We put some of your questions to the Hereford FC manager - including his favourite matches from last season, how he leans on experience within the squad and most importantly, whether he chose the stadium music at Edgar Street. Finally Paul talks to us about a cause that is close to his heart, Diabetes UK, and how his daughter has been a huge inspiration to him. This was filmed on Edgar The Bull’s birthday who is walking 1.7 million steps from Lands End to John O’Groats to raise money for Diabetes UK, Junior Bulls & the Hereford FC squad builder. You can sponsor Edgar The Bull here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/edgars-17-million-steps-lands-end-to-john-ogroats-walk You can donate to Diabetes UK here: https://donate.diabetes.org.uk/donate/ ------------------------------------

27 Apr 2024 | EP.6 - "The Most Emotional Rollercoaster" - Aldershot 1-2 Hereford 2013/14 | 00:42:08
Join us for our sixth episode where we review the 2023/24 Season, cover Hereford FC manager Paul Caddis’s contract extension and the decision to scrap FA Cup Replays. Your hosts are Tom Gough and KD Rai as they talk us through the last match of the National League North season - Hereford v Boston United, we get excited about potential away days for next season, as well as home games, after the announcement of a 4-part payment plan for season tickets, available until end of April. We congratulate Hereford FC Women on winning the Herefordshire FA County Cup and wish them good luck after their win in the Quarter Finals in the Midwest Counties Women’s League Cup. We also dream about (and get a bit carried away with) Jarrod Bowen getting into the England squad this summer, scoring a last minute winner to win England the 2024 Euros and thus decide where the statue might be in Leominster. We take an emotional stroll back to Memory Corner where we rewind 10 years to the day, to talk about the final game of the 2013/14 season: Aldershot Town 1-2 Hereford United. We talk about the twists and turns that day, the agony, the late drama and the aftermath of Hereford United. Is there a Hereford match that is particularly memorable for you? Please email us with your memories and we may well feature them next time. If you have any questions, want us to promote any good causes, do get in touch. 13 Sep 2024 | EP.11 - Last minute winner & the FA Cup is back! | 00:32:31
The National League North unbeatables are beaten, but bounced back with a draw against Spennymoor. How do you see the next couple of games going?
Your hosts are KD Rai and Tom Gough, who recently went to the Brackley match with fellow London Bulls to experience that incredible late winner by Tate Campbell. An incredible team goal to get Hereford's first points away at Brackley Town.
We talk through the win, the draw and the loss in our last 3 games, as well as looking ahead to our first FA Cup tie of the season (first of many, hopefully).
We give some London Bulls updates and are crossing our fingers in hope that a Tuesday night match is on National League TV in months to come, so we can host another screening.
Finally in Memory Corner we look back at the match in which Jarrod Bowen scored his first Hereford goal. A critical match in which Hereford United needed to win to avoid relegation against Alfreton at Edgar Street in 2014.
