What happens when you launch 21 power offers in 4 months?

One of the core principles I teach in High Ticket courses is being agile.

Being able to move quickly and test a lot of ideas.

Usually, that's to find the one idea we can scale. But what if they all work?

What if you can find specific power offers and messaging to appeal to several categories of people without changing anything about your offer or promise?

Cody Neer is the founder of eCommerce Brand Academy. He joined High Ticket Courses around December 2019.

Cody's program was set up in a unique way, in that he has a ton of eCommerce courses specific to different platforms.

For example, Amazon, ClickFunnels, Etsy, Pinterest, Facebook ads, etc.

And because of this, he was able to create and test several power offers and mini webinars targeting each platform interest.

When I first checked in with Cody after he joined High Ticket Courses, he had tested 7 power offers and closed on all 7.

Now, he's up to 21 offers. All running concurrently. All making money.

In all my years of teaching this stuff, I’ve never seen something like this before.

  • Currently caters to 40 clients at a given time
  • Assists info publishers, real estate investors, coaches and consultants, etc. with social ads and distribution of their online product
  • Spends almost $2 million a month on ads

[5:26] David runs webinar ads for over 50% of his clientele and spends roughly $1 million in webinar ads. He specializes in webinar ads and high-ticket funnel ads.

  • Cost increase
  • Bids gauged more on engagement

"We're almost creating a half conversion campaign, half engagement campaign."-DS

[12:22] What is the most effective way to advertise a webinar?

"I don't nurture anyone to jump on a webinar. If your message is aligned with the individual reading it, they'll naturally click and apply or register."-DS

David believes a longform ad is enough to convince someone to sign up for your webinar.

[14:12] Why do the opposite of what everyone else is doing?

"When the masses are hearing one way of doing it, that's your opportunity to try the opposite."-DS

[15:27] Joel is an advocate for starting at the closest point of sale as possible.

[16:30] Improve retargeting costs:

  • Create video campaigns that giveaway nuggets of valuable information
  • Build video audiences
  • Measure the engagement of each video
  • Combine most engaged audiences

Desktop ads can include longform opt in pages

"They won't click anything unless you're entertaining."-DS

[27:50] “When you start your YouTube channel from the beginning, it's going to be very disheartening. It's going to suck."-DS

[29:40] Bottom line: The people on YouTube are completely different than Facebook in the way they register for webinars.

[30:39] The quality of traffic from YouTube vs. Facebook:

  • Depends on your end goal.

[34:58] What to be aware of when you advertise on Instagram:

  • Like, Facebook, it's either image or video
  • Video content is limited to 3 to 60 seconds depending on your objective.
  • There's no CTA

A couple of weeks ago, I was on a chat with a good friend of mine who I met in a mastermind.

"Joel, I've been following your podcast. I've been following your content on social media. And I've got a question because we are struggling and I was hoping that you could help."

Now, this friend of mine is in the medical marketing business and he helps medical practices increase leads and sales and the whole nine yards.

“The problem that we have right now is that we're wasting so much time with prospects who don't have any intent to buy our services. Our sales calls are extremely time intensive. We go through an audit, then we have a second call with them and a full-blown strategy session. We go through all this effort, only to get turned down at the very end when we propose our price."

It’s all about knowing the importance of using metaphors. The word metaphor may or may not mean anything to you, but it is the ability to relate to complex topics with something tangible that your audience can understand. When you get way too complicated with how smart you are and you want to teach your prospect or your audience everything under the sun, we fall into the expert’s curse. We confuse our prospects and we’re boring our audience to death. When it comes to sales and converting your prospect into believing that they should be buying your product or service, the last thing in the world that you want to do is impress them with how much you know. Dave Rogenmoser got started selling his “6K Success” course through organic methods, private messaging and trolling Facebook groups. Through the use of webinars, he was able to build authority, credibility, and bond with his ideal customers, allowing him to increase the price of his program.

  • [3:41] "When you created your first course, how were you going about trying to sell it before you discovered webinars?"  "We spent a long time actually building out the course which I think is honestly mistake #1."
  • [5:07] "6K Success" - Had the goal of helping people get to $6K/month of recurring income.

o   Took 2 months to build the course.

  • [5:36] The creation of the $500 price point
  • [7:15] When did you decide to increase your price point and when did you decide to do a live webinar? "We wanted to run paid traffic and paid traffic costs money."
  • [7:58] "For most industries now, you're going to have a hard time making money on a $500 product if you're using Facebook Ads."
  • [8:08] Dave would only break even at $500 so he raised the price to $1K.
  • [8:45] Did 1st live webinar from Facebook Ads.
  • [9:46] "Time is the most important element of building a relationship from a cold prospect to somebody who's ready to buy." -Joel
  • [10:08] Every single week, I'm changing my pitch, changing my offer, working on my slides, exporting the chat and I'm looking at 'Hey, when are people talking and what questions are they asking? I'm making the presentation amazing week by week. After doing that 6 or 7 times, we turned into more of an evergreen-type product and built it into a funnel."
  • [11:32] Scaled from $5K-$10K/month to $90K-$100K/month in 5 months.
  • [12:20] Refining your pitch is the single most important aspect of business in general. "If people don't want to buy what you're selling, you have no business."
  • [12:34] A live webinar gives you the opportunity to refine and get immediate feedback from the people who are most likely to buy. Get feedback and then revise, reframe and start to scale.  
  • [12:57] Dave is working on new webinar to launch Proof - new software for marketers that helps increase conversion in their funnels. "I'm going to learn so much about what we've got from that right now and that's way more valuable than the money we're gonna make on Thursday. I love the feedback loop and that's what live webinars are all about."

Welcome to another episode of Sold With Webinars! I recorded this episode specifically for you because I want YOU to make more money with your business! I want YOU to stop treating your webinar as a product and I want you to start thinking of how you can 5 or 10X your business without any extra effort.

This episode is kind of a rant, but I am sick and tired of people buying into the fact that they need this $997 course, that it will be their golden ticket! It might be the ticket, but it won't be ever-lasting... so without further ado...

If you have been following any of the big name marketers, you have also probably been leaving money on the table. 

Falling victim to the $997 curse! Everyone thinks they need the $997 course.  I don't know why it has been hammered into our heads that we need this. But those who are successful in selling their $997 course, are over delivering.  What I mean by that is, some of my clients have been providing over the top support, access, coaching for minimal profits a month minus all that fulfillment overhead.

Make the shift: understand your true value and what people really want to pay for.  Stop the cycle, stop the burn-out. 

Rule #1 - do not offer lifetime access as a bonus.

The real money is made on the back-end.

People don't want to buy courses, they want to pay for access.

Think about it, a book only costs $5-$10. Why? Because it comes with no access. 

Once you build your webinar as a business model, leverage your webinar, you can 10X your value. How? It's by adding support and implementation help... but for an extra cost. 

How can you work this into your business? Don't cannibalize your back-end!

[1:47] Jason's story:

  • Has been an entrepreneur for 7 years (online marketing)
  • In 2015, founded Arsenal MKG -a social lead generation platform that helps real estate agents generate leads for their business.

[2:45] Webinar history:

  • Marketed software to network marketers
  • Ran webinars for weeks without success
  • Targeted real estate market using the same webinar with a few minor tweaks
  • Had two sales the first week.
  • Realigned marketing to target real estate agents

[4:33] Jason's original offer was $300/year. Increased to $497.

[5:29] "I was attracting unemployed engineers and that was the first major shift I had — I can't sell to broke people. So I can take the exact same offer and sell it to a different audience and charge more money for it."-JE

[7:26] Jason sold 4/week but saw potential to increase.

[7:53] One of Jason's big mental shifts: realizing he wasn't selling more because he didn't feel like he could fulfill more than 4 people.

[8:16] Once Jason put his fears aside, he scaled up his sales to 8, sometimes 11 per week. Totaling $10K per webinar.

[9:17] Jason had his biggest day ever right before the end of 2016. But his first webinar of 2017 was "total crickets."

[10:03] The roller coaster begins:

  • January of 2017, Jason's list had approximately 9,000 people on it.
  • February - he sold a $37 mini-course resulting in a $12K increase from his biggest month ever.
  • March - sales increased $20K.
  • April - sales dropped and became inconsistent.
  • May - Jason takes a break to work on revamping the webinar.
  • June, “I launched my webinar thinking it was gonna kill it and then I realized my messaging was totally off and rewrote [the webinar] three times before I got I working again."

[15:21] Jason’s two game changers:

  1. Simplifying the webinar to make it more consumable for his "non-tech savvy" market
  2. Recreated the offer itself to resonate with his market.

[17:39] "It was the same offering but instead of saying, 'Hey, we'll set up one lead generation campaign, we'll get you to thirty leads per month consistently."-JW

[19:02] "As you're trying to sell your own products, services or courses, we have this curse of the expert I see all the time with the webinar campaign."-JE

[19:49] Headline formula: Who you're talking to + what you want them to become.

[20:25 Joel and Jason finished reworking the webinar end of June.

1st webinar results:

  • Sent to list, no paid traffic
  • Totaled almost 300 registrants
  • 50% show-up rate
  • Immediately had six sales
  • Within 24 hours, 5 additional sales
  • 11 sales after first week

[23:11] "I had never seen follow up sales — let alone double the amount of sales — so I was so pumped about that."-JW

[23:32] "Whenever you look at the market size, the beginners of any market are always going to be your biggest pool and usually your most attractive pool."-JE

[25:00] Jason breaks down his 5+ failed follow up sequences

[26:08] Jason's current sequence (for 24-hour webinar):

  • Thursday morning - Live webinar (he's found it to be the best time that works for agents).
  • Thursday afternoon - Sends a webinar replay email to follow up with non-buying attendees. Introduces urgency. (46% open rate)
  • Four hours before offer expiration – intense urgency to ‘go in and check it out.’
  • Non-attendees receive an email invite to an encore auto webinar that starts at the top of every hour.
  • Non-openers receive an email with a different attractive subject line.

[28:42] Joel compares and contrasts Jason’s sequences.

[29:29] 24-hour webinars psychologically make sense for cold traffic. "I think it's brilliant and it tipped the tables for you 100%."-JE

[30:37] How cold traffic responds to frequent emails: "They've never heard your name and all the sudden this random Jason Wardrop guy has emailed me 4 times in one day?!...Take me off your list!"-JW

[32:02] Joel's creative writing advice for webinars: Don't pigeonhole yourself into a specific formula.

  • Analyze what market you're really speaking to
  • With the beginner market, there's always leads coming in.
  • Think about it just like a funnel: The most educated, moderately educated, and the uneducated. If you can speak to the uneducated, you speak to all of them.

[21:12] Does (your webinar) have the potential to outperform your infomercial?" Yeah. Our infomercial is running online right now and converts better online than on TV."

[22:42] "You're spending $12K to $20k a week to test and tweak (the infomercial funnel) where a webinar, you can literally run some traffic to it and go 'that's not working, let's adjust this'. It's the same process on an infomercial but you need some deep pockets."

Creates and illustrates a story.

Opens minds to, "Hey this is what I do. If you join me I'll show you how to do it."

[14:44] "Stories sell. One of the things we teach is how to sell your product before you ever get to the offer."-JE

[15:54] "Will it work for me?" You can't give ammunition to that question. When you simplify it, make it a story and give them the result. It eliminates that question.

[17:42] Craft a successful webinar by talking to your customers.

[20:01] Jon explains how he sold Virtual Cash Machine in 2014 for $7K, direct sales to cold traffic.

[20:55] "The number one thing I see people do Joel — and it's so simple in my opinion, — is they get caught up in what they wanna sell and not what their customer wants."

[24:59] Knowing and marketing to your audience - "Picture Hell Island and Heaven Island and in between are the sharks in the water..."

[27:09] Write copy that avoids bogging your audience with details. Instead, create stories that support the overall model.

[28:23] Sell the end result or lead with pain points? It depends on the market. Travis Sago says...Entrepreneurs "run to heaven," non-entrepreneurs typically "flee hell."

[31:29] How do you frame, present and set up the offer on your webinars? "I always do the offer stack and bullets. I'm a biiiig bullet guy." 

[33:52] Do you pre-frame the offer before getting to the CTA link? When I open my webinar, I'm like, 'Here's what we're gonna cover AND I'm gonna give you an opportunity to work with us and you're gonna wanna do that and you're gonna be happy about it."

[35:36] Teaser content does more harm than good especially with cold traffic. Let them know you're in the business of helping people.

[37:00] "People aren't stupid...The minute you're not [honest], you're done, just like in a marriage, right? You build trust and it only takes one lie to bring down years of marriage, so why do it?"

[40:06] A must-use script for handling overly inquisitive Q&A's with composure and class.

[45:31] “Just be a person. Talk to people on a webinar like you would if you're there, and I think that's what's made the difference for me."

I recently came back from a mini-vacation in Florida where we set up our new property. And I use the term “vacation” lightly because it was extremely stressful.

It just goes to show that no matter your expectations, you can never be 100% prepared for every single thing that comes your way. It is crucial to keep a work-life balance, and remain flexible so you can have the time and space to work with whatever comes up. You don’t want to be left treading water with no safety net.

I’m very grateful to have had this experience, because the stress that came with it taught me some valuable lessons.

"When we really focus on things that really move the needle, that create big changes, that's going from zero - one. Pushing that needle to craft that next big idea or new hooks; that's going from 1 - N or from two sales to four sales, or four to five; whatever that is to you. That's the incremental process.  

So in this episode, I am going to share with you some ideas of what really moves the needle.  These ideas are what I share with my private clients and those who have come to my live events.  

  • Big needle movers is what we look at first; big changes, that is what is most important;
  • Examine your hook, is it unique? 
  • Examine your stats, are people showing up?
  • Incremental improvements lead to BIG changes and big needle movers;
  • So how can you go from zero - 1 with your marketing angles? How can you bring new concepts that people have never heard of before because nobody wants to buy an improvement, they want to buy a saving grace, a life line, anything that will take them to "hell island to heaven island"? 
  • Test those brand-new ideas and explore some cross disciplinary research.

06 Apr 2020How To Turn A Commodity Into A High Ticket Offer| #10900:11:12
“Why would I pay $2,500 for a testimonial video when I can just get my students to record one on their phone?”

Brian was calling it the “spider web” testimonial.

When he asked me for feedback about his offer, I really couldn’t see the price justification.

And so, he had to explain to me why his weren’t normal testimonials, they’re much better, etc.

I eventually ended up working with him and he did 10 testimonials for High Ticket Courses.

It’s because of a simple reframe, a tiny shift in positioning.

This “shift” will allow you to sell high-ticket to cold audiences.

I’ll tell you about it in a minute.

Mind you, it’s not like his product wasn’t legitimately better than a regular testimonial.

He had one of my student record 2 versions.

One, the student recorded with his phone and it was the usual.

The second was much more polished.

It was edited.

You could tell he was asking the student questions.

The testimonial was methodical and had a logical progression.

“The reason why my stuff is so great is because I'm uncovering gaps in the sales process for my clients when I'm interviewing their customers.”

Jackpot. Now, we’ve got a high ticket offer.

Tools Vs. Models

A Tool is a commodity.

Tools can be shopped around.

People can get several quotes and compare prices.

It’s hard to sell a tool at a premium.

And good luck selling a high ticket course for one.

A Model is unique.

There’s only one of it: yours.

People can’t shop around for a better price.

The price is whatever you say it is. Look at me, for example.

If I told you “I want to teach you how to create a webinar,” my competition is the hundreds of low-ticket products on the market and thousands of free videos, articles, and podcasts on the topic.

But if I told you, “I want to teach you how to sell your course for $5,000, $10,000, or even up to $25,000,” there’s zero competition.

This is a fact.

Let’s take Brian as another example.

Brian doesn’t sell testimonials.

He sells:

  • Discovering gaps in your sales process.
  • Revealing the real reasons why customers buy from you.
  • High-value sales material that can be used to get more customers

Any one of these things is worth $2,500.

A “testimonial” costs nothing but the time it takes me to get my student to record one for me on his phone.

This brings me to my final point…

Don’t Leave It Up To Your Customers To Figure Out The Value Of Your Products

Don’t leave it up to me to figure out what I can do with “testimonials.”

If you do, the value is low.

Instead, tell me:

“What I'm really doing for you is developing compelling sales material that new prospects are going to relate to because it's coming from your current customers' mouths.”

No more price objections.

No more, “Why am I paying $2,500 for a testimonial?”

Conclusion

If you're having a hard time getting prospects to buy your high-ticket offer, chances are you’re selling a Tool.

And there are a hundred other businesses selling the same tool, all competing on price.

Turn your Tool into a Model.

Show your prospects a process and what their life looks like after they complete it.

Now, you have a compelling sales argument for why your product is priced at a premium.

Don’t leave it up to your prospects to figure out the value of what you provide.

Their response will be, “Why should I pay so much for that?

Instead, demonstrate your value in detail so there is no doubt in their mind that your product is worth the investment.

[8:52] Scott was funding his company on his girlfriend's credit card when he first started out. He had to figure out how to get as many leads as possible, how to build an audience and how to get as many sales as possible for as least as possible.

[10:16] The idea is to use the "Sidewalk, Slow Lane, Fast Lane Methodology."

[10:41] Scott's webinars last around 3 hours. His show up rates are 50%+.

[11:00] How Scott uses natural stories, no scripts, and fun to sell with webinars.

[12:15] His main funnel starts with guides, leads to a 5-day challenge (has generated millions of dollars) and then a 3-hour implementation session.

[13:03] Anyone who joins your webinar has known you for how long? “At least 10 days.”

Uses a different funnel for the high-ticket program.

Would you like a peak behind the curtain at my low-ticket funnel?

Wait...did I say low-ticket?!

Yes, I did.

You know my whole vibe is high ticket offers, right?

I made my bones in the Internet marketing space by ignoring conventional funnel-based marketing, and using Power Offers and Mini Webinars that lead to high ticket offers.

But you might not know that I started out doing low-ticket offers.

It went...OK. Kind of.

I broke even, but here’s the thing: We’re not in business to break even!

In this episode of Sold With Webinars I share the nitty-gritty details of a low-ticket funnel I did for our Power Offer Workshop.

The workshop itself was a HUGE success.

The feedback has been off the charts, and out of 310 sales, only seven people refunded. It’s even been compared to masterclasses costing thousands — not bad for a $37 product!

The funnel for this offer has done pretty well (we’re into five figures), but part of my purpose in sharing this is to, once again, remind you that if you follow the traditional method of funnel-based marketing — Ascension Model, Value Ladder, self-liquidating offers — I just don’t believe it’s the right path to generating lots of income.

I am ~not~ saying it doesn’t work. There are plenty of people out there who have made it work.

But basing your entire strategy on pushing leads from low-ticket offers through upsells and OTOs in the hopes that they’ll bite on your high ticket offer can be a long, frustrating process.

I’ll never go back to that model.

A peek inside what we have been working on and how things are working for us... 

Behind the Scenes:

I am a huge advocate for messaging; the right messaging for the right buyers. So how can we test while spending less.  Our ads have hit a stagnant point, a scaling block.  I think we have hit our threshold with the message and the audience. So we need to change our audience and change our message to appeal to this audience. 

We are currently in testing mode.  

Conversion rate optimization is what we are really learning. Scroll rates, where are they dropping off, etc. 

So what's on the horizon: 

  • Nobody is really teaching rate optimization from ad to funnel; I want to change this;
  • I am working on how to optimize every step on the customer journey from click to close.

My new GOAL: how can we measure, optimize and monitor every step.

Through our testing, my cost per link clicks has gotten as low as 20 cents! So I will be continuing our testing and will fill you in as we move forward...

Travis Stephenson is an affiliate marketer, software entrepreneur, marketing coach and public speaker in addition to being a webinar expert!  He has a very interesting method of boosting his sales using messenger bots! 

Travis is the CEO at Chatmatic; is an Affiliate Marketing and Affiliate Marketing trainer. He specializes in teaching people how to create a businesses for themselves or helping people grow their already running business to a new scale. Whether it's a brick and mortar business or an online based business, he helps those companies get more traffic to their site/ store.

State of the industry:

  • Number 1: Messenger is not going to replace email.  Messenger is, at its core, a conversation.  Nothing can convince someone to buy quicker than talking with them.  There is a comfort in knowing that you will be able to speak with someone.  
  • The most effective thing you can do is let the conversation allow that person to out of their own way.
  • You can buy engagement BUT you cannot buy conversation -- because it has to be REAL.
  • We tested in with $30K --> the results were incredible!!
  • --> We reached more people, our lead cost went way down and our sales went way up.

Plus:

  • Advantage of using conversation aka messenger bots
  • Be the "speaker on the stage";
  • How do I get more people to sign up or show up for the webinar?;
  • The difference between comment baiting and incentivizing conversation;
  • Messenger BOT sounds very automated... it's NOT at all, it needs to be personal!
  • Do not think of it as "messenger or email", look at it as an asset deliverable program.
  • "We expect the world to come to us now"... so do not ignore it, messenger is a way for them to connect with you.

Can service-based businesses launch high ticket offers?

Maybe...

The answer isn’t as straightforward as you might think.

I always try to be up front, and as clear as possible when talking about what types of service businesses are a good fit for high ticket offers.

The truth is, this is not universal. There are some things that don’t translate well into high ticket offers.

But sometimes, there are things that just need to be packaged and/or positioned differently to become awesome high ticket offers.

Example: You might recall that I recently worked with an attorney who wanted to go a certain direction with his offer. Honestly, I wasn’t really on board.

But as we were having a consulting call, he mentioned something that made me sit up and take notice; one of those “pump the brakes” moments.

We ended up positioning him with a totally different (and very exciting) offer, doing something he was already doing for his clients.

Sometimes all it takes is a willingness to step back, and take a good hard look at what you do. Add in some discussion, a little give-and-take and brainstorming, and you might discover a way to package your expertise in a way you hadn’t considered — but that serves clients well.

We have launched a new webinar, which is doing really well. We launched our new ads, received some good results, but then suddenly began to see some negative comments.  I respond to every single comment on the ad - the good and the bad.  

So although the ad started to receive a lot of comments, it was doing really well. So I wanted to take a look at the ad and see why.

How are you going to optimize your webinars? If you have a piece of content that you are sharing with your audience, why do they need to pay attention? If you're going through your webinar and you include three, four, five pieces of content that you want to share with them, why is each piece of content important? If you're adding components to your offer, why is each component important? This sounds simple, but it is not easy and it is very important. If you could explain the reasons why with everything that you talk about, you will become a much more effective communicator in all of your messages, marketing, and sales language and drastically improve your conversions.

  • Launched a productivity course focused on teaching entrepreneurs to "kill the chaos of info overload by learning to apply Evernote to their business and life".
  • Had no list and pulled people in through LinkedIn connections
  • Learned how to do joint venture partnerships

 [4:06] Webinar swaps: promote your partner's webinar to your audience in exchange for promoting your own product to their audience. 

[4:19] Affiliates or joint ventures: promote someone else's product to your audience and split the revenue from that webinar.

[6:28] Charles' first webinar had over 1,000 people on it.

[7:12] "Lots of people want to be more productive and in fact, 92% of people I speak to have heard of Evernote, 3/4 of them already have it."

[8:56] Joel recaps: “Essentially what Charles is doing is leveraging other people's audience to grow his own audience.”

[9:19] "Your list is your most important asset in your business."

[9:55] "It's a win for them because you're bringing their people this fresh perspective and good ideas and a win for you because I started with no audience."

[10:40] What does the process look like when you reach out to bloggers and podcasters? "Find groups that have the kind of people you're looking for on Facebook like entrepreneur groups and internet marketing-type groups."

[12:06] If you don't already have a network, Charles recommends you:

  • Find active members in the groups
  • comment and like some of their stuff
  • contribute to the conversation
  • message them

[13:22] Joel recaps:

Charles is finding his target audience of influencers first and engaging them by liking and commenting on their Facebook posts.

[15:35] "Ping em and ask. I've never had anyone decline. Why wouldn't they take a meeting, ya know?"

[16:02] The best outreach strategy is adding value to them first before you ever ask for anything in return.

[16:47] Like and share their posts and introduce them to people who can help them with an issue or solve a problem.

[18:06] "Let’s say you're home alone. It's crickets. It's quiet. You're an entrepreneur wondering why the world is so quiet...this is how you start getting more interaction."

[20:02] Charles did 5 partner webinars in 9 months. Now he books 2-6 webinars every week. Sometimes 2 webinars a day (books them Tues, Wed, Thurs). Grows his list at about 2,000 a month.

[20:49] He's grown his list from 0 to 7,000 in about 4.5 months.

[21:42] Why do you think joint venture webinars and promotions work so well for this strategy? "Because you're providing value up front."

[22:09] "You gotta light their imagination and awareness to the bigger impact the message that you're sharing has."

[22:36] The promise of Charles' course is "You'll spend 3 hours in the course, you'll save 3 hours a week going forward."

[23:01] A minimum of 10% of people buy. Charles has had it as high as 42%.

[24:00] "It's a win for the partner because I just showed up and provided a free training to their audience, the buyers get the deeper-dive course that will save them 3 hours a week and the partner gets 50% commission in my case."

[24:29] As you deliver more webinars, conversions increase, messaging gets smoother and deliveries get better.

[24:59] "Webinars are the ultimate form of content marketing. You’re able to teach, you're able to wow people and you're able to give them this transformation in a 45-60-minute presentation."

[27:44] Charles on live events:

  • Live events pay for themselves.
  • There's no better way to build relationships than meeting people in person.

[29:26] In January, Charles went to 8 cities in 5 countries and did 14 live webinars.

[30:44] "If somebody signs up for a webinar and attends, they're 4-6x more likely to buy just because they showed up to a live webinar."

[31:21] The movers and shakers who fly to events are super high-quality people you want to connect with.

[33:55] Webinars are ideal for promoting to other people's lists because you provide content, value, goodwill to the audience and give them the opportunity to continue to follow you.
