Scaz and Tinds are back with a bang for Season 2 on the Scarratt family farm. Mike's visit to rural Leicestershire wouldn't be complete without finding out about Emily's childhood ‘helping’ the family business. The pair also get into Scaz's rehab journey, Mike's recent foray into coaching in the Premier 15s and they look ahead to the Autumn Internationals, where the Red Roses will take on the Black Ferns twice.

Scaz, Elma and Mike are together in the flesh for the first time ever, live from The Prince in Fulham, in a week bookended by two England New Zealand clashes. Mo Hunt joins the team as a special guest, after a weekend of commentary at Sandy Park to get into the nuts and bolts of the game. She also reflects on her GB 7s journey, the Olympic bed sheet stash that came with and jumping straight back into 15s.

England Head Coach, Simon Middleton is with Scaz, Tinds and Elma this week, to reflect on the Red Roses’ dominance over the Black Ferns. Simon looks ahead to the Six Nations and next year’s World Cup, and gives us his take on the players that have stepped up so far. He also shares his thoughts on Emily’s foray into punditry.

Marlie Packer drops in for a chat with Scaz, Tinds and Elma, fresh from England camp and back on parenting duties. She takes us behind the scenes and reveals how karaoke and balloon art have helped the players to switch off in between tough training sessions and world class performances. We look at the young guns breaking through at international level, and how the Premier 15s is helping to advance women’s rugby.

This week Good, Bad, Rugby & Good, Scaz, Rugby worlds collide as Alex Payne joins Elma, Scaz and Tinds for a bit of a jolly in the studio. Rugby Union’s eligibility rule changes are on the menu, as the crack team dream up which other nation they’d want to get a cap for, if it was up to them to pick. Emily and Elma relive their weekend working in various guises on the Baa-baas game, and they discuss the trajectory of women’s rugby in England with the new broadcast deal between Prem 15s and the BBC.

England and Saracens Fly Half, Zoe Harrison, one of the standout players of the Autumn Nations, joins Scaz, Elma and Tinds this week. The back-to-back premiership winner and back-to-back grand slammer, tells the team about the battle for the Red Roses 10 shirt and the big Harry Potter social after the Autumn Nations. The team also debate the tackiness of tinsel, the best colour for Christmas nails, who’ll be kicking when Scaz is back from injury, and which of Zoe’s trophies is her favourite. The brand new Women’s Rugby Association is also on the menu.

Scaz, Elma and Mo are back together to see out 2021. There’s awards to dish out, school nativities to relive and rugby to discuss! Mo’s BaaBaas experience and Elma’s cats are also on the menu. Sevens star, Jaz Joyce, joins Scaz, Elma and Tinds in a historic week for Welsh women's rugby, as the first female players have been awarded professional contracts by the WRU. Beginning a World Cup year as a newly contracted player, with sights firmly on New Zealand, Jaz reflects on her olympic journey, her time on the 7s circuit and finally finishing off her teacher training; which Mike saw as an opportunity to learn some parenting tips.

Ruby Tui, the woman who gave the most energetic post-match interview during the 7s in Tokyo last summer, joins Elma and Scaz this week. Cat mad Elma can’t help but ask Ruby about her kitten, straight off the bat, but from there they get down to juggling 7s and 15s in the biggest year of women’s rugby to date, the levels of teammate telepathy it takes to be a Black Fern, and reminiscing about their time on the 7s circuit together.

What’s it like being a two-time Olympic champion, quintuple World Cup champion, and a mother of three? Helen Glover joins Scaz, Elma and Mike this week to talk rugby, rowing and parenting.

Scaz and Elma are joined by Rachel Taylor, AKA Tails, for this weeks episode of The Good, The Scaz, & The Rugby. With an incredible playing career and coaching CV, Tails compares and contrasts her experience in coaching both men’s and woman’s rugby teams.

England 7s star, Meg Jones, joins Scaz, Elma and Tinds, fresh from Wasps’ historic victory over Quins at the weekend. She relives her career highs, lows and learnings, admits she was grateful for doing her ACL, highlights the importance of visibility during Pride Month and shares the challenges and joys of having your partner play in the same team as you. They also discuss Scaz’s new statue on the banks of the Thames, Mike gets some stretching tips for his geriatric hips & Elma’s nosey cat, Shirley, makes a guest appearance.

The stage is set for the Women’s Six Nations and Scaz is finally back in an England shirt, so for one week only, the woman with her name in the show doesn’t make an appearance. Instead, Elma has drafted in the Red Roses rehab crew, Saracens and England prop Hannah Botterman and Gloucester-Hartpury and England lock, and current World Player of the Year, Zoe Aldcroft, to join her in the Leicester Arms in London for a special live show. The trio look ahead to this year's tournament, Hannah reveals her love of Crocs and fancy dress and manages to land Zoe in it with her antics on a certain Harry Potter social.

Scaz is back alongside Elma and Tinds following the Red Roses’ first win of the Six Nations, her first run out in an England shirt for almost a year. We’re also joined by Victoria Rush, the director and producer of the brand new women’s rugby documentary No Woman No Try, which has taken social media by storm. Smelly socks, sports bras, dry shampoo and a brief visit from Sarah Hunter are all on the in camp menu, with Scaz and Mo. Elma manages to steer them through their post-travel tiredness and delirium to hear about Mo’s first start in an England shirt for a few years, her time away from the Red Roses, her player of the match performance and her love of wordle. And as with any episode with these two, it wouldn’t be complete without them throwing each other under the bus regularly, especially as they've been roomies for almost a month, there’s a lot of dirt to dish and a lot of laundry to wash...

Record breaking crowds descended on Kingsholm to watch the Red Roses dismantle Wales at the weekend; Emily Scarratt’s 99th appearance in a white jersey. Elma and Mike force Scaz to look ahead to her ascent to triple digits by looking back at her first cap in 2008, when Bluetooth ringtones and apple bottom jeans were a thing. The shocking Black Ferns cultural report is also a hot topic, with their home World Cup on the horizon.

The Red Roses take on Ireland at Welford Road this weekend in Round 4 of the Six Nations, so what better way to look ahead to the clash than with Scaz’s Loughborough Lightning teammate and Ireland legend, Gill Bourke. Elma quizzes Gill on Scaz’s hurling skills at training, and her incredible career in data science; she professes not to be the next Moneyball, but we don’t buy it. She also tells the team about the head injury that ended her international career, the help she got from Sean O’Brien in getting back on her feet, and the mountain she had to climb to rediscover her love of rugby.

Scaz & Mo join Elma fresh from their Grand Slam winning Six Nations. The girls get into Scaz’s call-up to captain the Red Roses, the hostile French crowd, the underground dug out and England’s unstoppable driving maul. Don’t worry, it’s not all rugby chat, the swimming pool after party and Scaz’s broken coffee machine are also on the agenda.

Rocky Clark joins Elma and Emily to discuss what it means to have more caps for England than any other human & in turn, what it means to her when this goes unrecognised. They also get into the perils of pet ownership, the infamous Rocky Clark plastic bag, the Prem 15s semi finals… & they have a stab at predicting who’ll be crowned champions next weekend at Sixways.

On the Sixways Stadium touchline, just after Saracens lifted the Allianz Premier 15s trophy for the third time, Elma, Scaz and Mo reflect on the game and the season that was, with some of the most influential women on the pitch. Player of the match, Party Packer joins them for a pint. Her co-captain, Lotte Clapp (& Lotte’s mum and fiance) pop over for a debrief and a look ahead to the Pacific Four Series in New Zealand where she’ll be playing alongside her USA team mate & Exeter Chiefs back row, Kate Zackary, who also stops by. And last, but by no means least, the trio grab retiring playmaker Patricia Garcia, for a moment of gratitude for her incredible career.

Back in the freshly kitted out GSR studio, Mo joins the gang to catch up with the woman who’s been pitch side for some of the biggest rugby moments this season, sports broadcaster, Ashleigh Wilmot. The foursome have all worked together in various guises & Scaz enjoys being the one to ask Ashleigh the questions for a change. They talk about Ashleigh’s journey into production and presenting, the challenges she faced as a woman working in sport and her post university days working in cruise ship entertainment. Mo’s love of stats and her difficulty getting through a book on holiday are also on the menu.

Fee Pocock drops in for a chat with Elma, Scaz and Mo this week. A broken knee, PTSD and an ACL injury plagued Fee’s remarkable England career, so now, motivated by the change she needed in the women’s game, she makes space for female athletes to learn about strength and conditioning and mental health through her coaching business. The girls pick Fee’s brains on training and the menstrual cycle and share their own period struggles.

Three incredible Prem 15s athletes and entrepreneurs join Elma in the studio this week to chat about the way the women’s game is viewed, how important the right kit is and the progressive work they’re all doing off the field. Worcester Warriors’ Stef Evans, founder of women’s kit and apparel company Ruggette RFC, Harlequins’ Emma Swords, founder of headwear company BONCEE & Wasps’ Flo WIlliams, founder of sports marketing company, The Perception Agency & now working for MATTA, take the perception of the game to task. They debate kit provision, male allyship (and the James Haskell storm), gratefulness and coverage of the women’s game; and all make a case for the marketability of the sport and the individuals in it.

Scaz, Elma and Tinds take a look back on the season that was and dish out awards for the best of the pod and the best on the pitch… as well as a few choice awards for each other. We also can’t wait to see the high energy Scaz TikTok from the Red Roses camp… or not, as the case may be.

Mo Hunt’s officially part of the crew!! She joins Elma and Scaz as a full time host for the start of Season Three from a kitchen somewhere in the Leicestershire countryside. Mo & Scaz haven’t seen each other since before the World Cup & a lot’s happened for both of them since then, so the girls have got some catching up to do. Scaz give us a full tournament debrief; the thrill of a final at a hostile Eden Park, the white wall that faced the Black Ferns Haka, that rainy Australia game and the families versus players cricket match which sounds like one for the ages. It’s a wild ride - finished off with the story and the heartache behind Mo’s shock omission from the England squad pre-tournament & Elma’s baking, which leaves a lot to be desired. Sophie de Goede joins Elma, Scaz and Mo to tell her world cup story; a journey of two languages, camaraderie and sacrifice like no other. She’s Canada’s goal kicker, number eight AND captain - a role that you could say she’s been bred for, as both her mum and dad have captained Canada at world cups. De Goede tells the girls all about the experience of leading her team to the semi-final against England - the only amateur team to get that far. And top things off, Scaz, Mo and Elma disagree on Christmas tree size; a debate for the ages.

Twickenham Stoop is the setting for this week’s show, as Scaz’s World Cup roomie, Amy Cokayne, joins her and Elma for a chinwag. The Harlequins and England hooker became only the third person ever to score a hattrick in a world cup final, was raised in the Land of the Long White Cloud & could’ve been a Black Fern (thank God she moved back home). We hear all about her time in NZ, what Scaz is like to room with and her work as a ​​Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force. The trio are also joined by Scotland and Harlequins number eight and fire fighter, Jade Konkel-Roberts, who’s had a very different World Cup - one that involved visiting every single fire station she could. They also discuss the annual Cokayne Christmas family bench press competition (at length) & Amy just won’t stop talking about pigs in blankets.

It’s all about Mo this week, for a Loughborough away day at Gloucester-Hartpury. What better excuse for Elma and Scaz to head to the West Country to see Mo in action for the Cherry & Whites. Mo takes Elma for a nose around the gym & matchday changing room. Then postgame, the girls sit down with her boss, Sean Lynn, to get the goss on Mo at work, his brand new electric scooter, nerf gun fights & the winning culture they’ve built at the club. Mo, Elma & Scaz are joined by their pal and legendary Red Rose, Rachael Burford, to relive some of the best times they’ve spent together on & off the pitch, & celebrate the game changing work she's doing across the world of rugby. Rachael shares that this season will probably be her last on the pitch & that her recent hamstring injury might have even put paid to that. It’s also the morning after the night before, & Mo’s struggling with a terrible hangover after spending the evening at a dinner to honour Scaz’s incredible career…. Strap in - this one’s a rollercoaster.

It’s been a huge year on the park for Scottish referee Hollie Davidson, who’s broken glass ceiling after glass ceiling & refereed some of the biggest games in both 7s and 15s - including last years World Cup Final in Aotearoa. She joins the girls to relive the sinking feeling at seeing THAT tackle on the big screen, and they learn about all about Helga, her favourite fan. Mo’s mind is blown by the art of when NOT to blow your whistle, and Hollie also lets us in on what Scaz & Mo are like to referee - one of them’s compared to Scrappy-Doo, can you guess which? And last but by no means least… if you thought referees were all goody two-shoes, Hollie’s insight into their kangaroo court at the end of the Rugby World Cup might make you think again…

It’s on the cards!!!! A two-year feasibility study has confirmed that the first female British and Irish Lions tour is able to go ahead… We don’t know what it looks like yet, but Elma, Scaz, Mo and legendary Irish back row, Claire Molloy take a run up at what they’d like to see. Elma (the smuggler) regales the team with tales of her time embedded with the Springboks during the last Lions tour and Claire gives the girls an insight into her job as an A&E doctor with descriptions of some of the strangest injuries she’s treated in between scoring tries and getting turnovers for Bristol Bears. Mo also talks about the heat Gloucester-Hartpury have had on social media since the announcement of the Prem Final at Kingsholm… And somehow with all this to talk about, a shower puff steals the show…

The Cabbage Patch is a home from home for the girls, so this week Scaz & Elma are joined by England and Bristol Bears Lock Abbie Ward in Twickenham's famous rugby pub. They discuss all things pregnancy and motherhood with the Red Rose who will be the first player in the professional age to have a baby and make use of the RFU’s brand new maternity policy. Abbie shares the details of her ambitious plans to be back on the pitch next autumn and the white lies and acting skills she had to employ at Bristol to ensure her teammates didn’t find out she was pregnant too early on. Abbie’s husband, former Quins player, and her coach at Bristol Bears, Dave Ward also pops in for a chin wag, & Scaz & Abbie share some stories from England Camp where they left Mo… who we’re so glad is back in the squad!

She may not have lifted the World Cup last year, but her words after the final (and everything she’s given the game before and since) have lifted a nation, so join Scaz, Mo & Elma to say ‘toodle-pip’ & ‘cheerio’ to the woman of the moment; Sarah Hunter. She made it down from her ‘Leaving Do’ in Newcastle (AKA England Vs Scotland) to have a chin wag with two of her oldest pals. They re-live all the big, bad, and brilliant moments, from the first cap to the last dance of a captain who’s led the Red Roses for so many years. Mo struggles to find the words to describe Sunter, or much else for that matter, for the entire 80 minutes and Hannah Botterman’s attempt to not be the centre of attention is given a whole lot of air time. The girls also celebrate Wales’ record crowd at Cardiff Arms Park and look ahead to another round of fixtures. Quite frankly, you should be ‘itching at the bits’ to get your ears around this one.

This week Elma’s said ‘toodlepip’ to Scaz & Mo, as she’s crossed the Severn Bridge to the beating heart of Welsh Rugby, somewhere two Red Roses would not be welcomed with open arms - especially not ahead of a Wales England match up in the Six Nations… Head Coach Ioan Cunningham shows Elma around the Elite Training Centre at The Vale Resort, where both Welsh international sides call home. She gets a behind the scenes look at all the state of the art facilities including the cryo chamber, the judo zone, and the team room to see where Wales have built their first couple of victories in the Six Nations. Scrum half, Ffion Lewis, hooker Kelsey Jones & centre Kerin Lake also drop by for a chat in Elma’s makeshift studio on the indoor pitch to spill all the tea about life in camp, the girls’ journey to the big time, and the Welsh passion for singing.

Scotland, Quins & RAF lock, Sarah Bonar joins Scaz & Elma in the studio this week. She’s been kept out of the Six Nations thus far by a broken collar bone (AKA Colly B, who you’ll get to know throughout the episode) - but she still gives us the inside scoop from Scotland’s clashes with England & Wales. Spartans & Scottish rugby feature heavily, not to mention stories from Bonar’s time as a GB rower, her day job in the RAF, her very important business cards and the school assembly bangers that still get her going. And while, we’ll never know what happened in Glasgow, we do know that if Scaz were an animal, she’s be a duck, so at least there’s that. With the Red Roses heading to the Emerald Isle this weekend and the storm clouds gathering over Irish rugby, this week Scaz & Elma are joined by a woman who knows a thing or two about dealing with the rain. Ireland’s most capped women’s player, Lynne Cantwell, gives the girls her perspective on the situation from her unique viewpoint, as Women’s High Performance Manager at the South African Rugby Union - where a parallel story has unfolded; the boys in green and the Springboks have both had great success recently and their female counterparts are struggling to progress. We also hear about Lynne & Scaz’s epic battles in the midfield, and get Scaz’s two pence on Simon Middleton’s kicking comments. Oh, and lest we forget the Marlie Packer post match interview you'd never get on the BBC, thanks to our Mo!

The girls are back in the studio this week, joined by French legend, Lenaig Corson to look ahead to the weekend’s Six Nations Grand Slam decider, between the Red Roses & France in front of a record breaking crowd. Recovered from a Super Saturday for the ages, a croaky Scaz & Elma relive one of the greatest days in the history of the Red Roses. They take you behind the scenes & talk glitter moustaches, crowd surfs and party hats from a day that was bookended by hilarity at The Cabbage Patch. After a day like that & with a home World Cup on the horizon, the question we’re all asking is how do we keep this momentum alive… & lucky for us the RFU’s COO & CFO - & former Red Roses captain - Sue Day, is on hand to discuss the strategy, numbers & business of women’s rugby in England.

It’s round two of Scaz Vs Mo this week, as Loughborough Lightning hosted Gloucester-Hartpury at their new home of Franklins Gardens. Join tour guide Scaz for this Loughborough special, starting with a behind the scenes look at the facilities. From the brand new indoor pitch to the pregame changing room setup, it’s clear the blossoming partnership with Northampton Saints is set to be a good’un. Scaz & Mo are in charge this week - without Elma. So they’ve invited their old friend, Vicky Fleetwood over to chat about her very recent retirement. Scaz & Fleeto first started playing together aged 15, when Vicky joined Leicester Forest (East). The pair travelled to uni together and then to Lichfield… so there’s glory days both on and off the pitch to relive, on top of stories from World Cups and Commonwealth Games. It’s safe to say the wheels are firmly off from the start with a studio decked out with pineapples, Scaz & Mo at the helm & Fleeto’s incredible career to celebrate!

Jodie Ounsley stopped by for a natter with the girls just before her first day as ‘Fury’ in the BBC’s remake of the classic 90s hit television show, Gladiators! Elma, Scaz & Mo can’t contain their excitement to hear all about the Exeter Chiefs and England 7s winger’s shift from rugby girl to showbiz character; something she’s not found to be the easiest fit. As the first ever profoundly deaf gladiator & England rugby international, there’s very little that’s run of the mill about Jodie’s life. They chat about her impressive campaign to raise awareness about what deaf people are capable of and Elma manages to get to the very end of the episode before exploding into a conversation about Jodie’s parents’ hotel for cats. That’s right, a hotel… for cats. If that wasn’t enough unexpected content, Elma also managed to surprise Scaz & Mo with something very special...

Our Mo’s made it all the way to the final of the Premier 15s with her Gloucester-Hartpury side, so as a treat, Katy Daley-McLean’s come all the way down from Manchester to join her besties, to review two spectacular semis & look ahead to the big final at Kingsholm. They reminisce about the glory years, talk about Katy’s retirement and her big shiny job at Sale Sharks… And yet the show is stolen by Scaz’s favourite pet when the trio lived together during their days on the 7s circuit; Chardonnay, the fish.

The Allianz Premier 15s trophy has a new name on it… the Queens brought it home. Gloucester-Hartpury & our Mo are champions of England. While she was busy crowd surfing in the changing rooms, Elma & Scaz hot footed it across the road to the pub garden of Teague’s Bar for a live show for the ages! Katy Daley-McLean joined them to discuss the game & relive the day. And then… just when all hope was lost, a wild Mo Hunt appeared, still in full kit (including her boots) alongside G-H’s Maud Muir & Sam Monaghan, to celebrate & cause some chaos. WXV is here… Mo’s off New Zealand with the Red Roses, Elma’s in the All Blacks camp en France, and Scaz reveals she’s had a big old operation on her neck which will hopefully get her back on the pitch before too long!
