11 Feb 2025 | S4 Ep15: Columbia, from Goddess to Ghost | 00:34:45
Why was this American Goddess forgotten and have we damaged ourselves in doing so when we left her behind? Did we leave part of ourselves behind? Columbia represented the concept and idea of the birth of what was once a beautiful, new, incredible country that wanted to be the beacon, the light on the hill. Created at the inception of the country, she was beloved in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in the United States of America. Named after Christopher Columbus, Columbia was the first American Goddess who faded out of history in the early twentieth century. Once a Goddess who led the battlecries in the American Revolution, “Hail Columbia” was sung and spoken for centuries. The District of Columbia is named after her but why is she not revered and celebrated anymore? We need her blessings now more than ever. Let’s bring her back! Do you want to connect with April? 13 Jun 2023 | S2 Ep13: Scrying | 00:26:32
One of the oldest forms of divination is scrying which is divining messages through a reflective surface. 2000 years ago in the ancient world, the upper echelon of society would use a circular piece of black obsidian to scry. The Greeks would also use hydromancy, reading messages in water. At about 3000 B.C.E., the Babylonians began to scry messages in lamp oil.
Scrying has been used by many mystics, diviners and psychics, including Queen Elizabeth’s court astronomer, John Dee and his assistant Edward Kelley. Scrying can be used for mediumship, connecting with loved ones on the other side, past lives, connecting with ancestors and different dimensions. You can use a candle and a soft gaze to relax your vision to see messages in the mirror.
Join April, Harmony and Maggie as they share the history, uses, and personal stories of scrying.

30 Oct 2023 | S1 Ep:5 Sophia, Divine Feminine Archetype | 00:37:06
Join April, Harmony, and Maggie as they introduce Sophia as part of the Holy Trinity according to the ancient Gnostic Christian sect. Learn more about this hidden and ancient Goddess as Mother of all Creation and how important she is for the cultivation of the Divine Feminine in our modern culture that has been ruled by patriarchy for thousands of years.
Who is Sophia? April explains that the Greek word for wisdom is Sophia. In the Gnostic interpretation of the holy Trinity, it was the father, God, the mother, Sophia, the holy spirit and the child, Jesus. The gnostics were eradicated by the Roman Emperor and their teachings were hid in the Qumran Caves for two thousand years. Sophia shows up years later in the Renaissance period, depicted as the Queen of Heaven. Sophia’s modern interpretation according to Harmony is the Divine Mother of all Life even as we are shifting to accept a genderless creator with a balance between the divine masculine and the divine feminine. Sophia, the Great Mother Out of the darkness, a great goddess according to the ancient Babylonians was born from the primordial chaos. She was a multi headed dragon that dates even farther back from the earliest record of Sophia. Now as we enter into the Age of Aquarius, humanity is moving into a global family consciousness. Sophia shows up in modern consciousness as the divine feminine to rekindle and ignite the birthing process of the new age. Maggie shares a definition of feminine and masculine energy to give context to ways we experience feminine energy in our society.

12 Sep 2023 | S2 Ep26: The Root Chakra | 00:38:06
In this week’s podcast episode, we explore the qualities and relationships of the root chakra. There is some debate whether sexual energy is connected to this chakra. Where do you feel your sexual energy in your chakra system? Can the root chakra be about more than just safety, roots, your foundation, ancestry and sense of security? The kundalini serpent lays coiled at the root chakra, and she can be awakened through sexual energy and the activation in this chakra. When we explore the energy body, we tend to break it into parts to explore different energy centers and qualities reflected in our lives. In so doing, we may be limiting our understanding of the potency of our sexual energy which is also our spiritual energy. There is no separation or difference, merely our own perceptions of our life force energy. Join April, Harmony and Maggie for a riveting discussion of our primal root chakra. 29 Nov 2022 | S1 Ep25: Blindfolded Blessings of Fortuna | 00:39:01
There are two goddesses in the Greek and Roman pantheon that are primarily seen as blindfolded; Fortuna and Themis. Fortuna has a cornucopia with coins, fruits, vegetables and all kinds of earthly possessions pouring out. Fortuna is also blindfolded as if to represent that luck is blind and meaning that life wasn’t always fair to everyone. Fortuna bestows her blessings on the lucky ones to represent that some energies you don’t have to work for, they just come naturally.
Fortuna is also the patron goddess of the Roma Gypsies. Oftentimes she is portrayed with the Wheel of Fortune. Join April, Harmony and Maggie this week as they look into the relationships between the blindfolded goddesses and the Wheel of Fortune and Justice in the Major Arcana of the Tarot. They also discuss Karma, Dharma and the Law of Cause and Effect and how it may play a role with the blindfolded blessings of Fortuna.

28 Jun 2022 | S1 Ep2: Opening the Witch Wound | 00:31:50
Join Harmony, April and Maggie as they discuss the history of the symbolic witch. In this episode, they talk about how women are moving out of a survival mode from these witch wounds of the past and embracing the healing needed to thrive, not just survive. Survival Mode: Survival techniques that have been carried over from our ancestors and past lives that we have lived are needing healing and love so that women can thrive and not just survive. The conditioning of women has been influenced by our parents, religions and cultures. It is important to recognize the divinity within ourselves and to love all aspects of our journey through compassion and empathy in order to move out of a survival mode that is no longer necessary. Witch Wound: Constantine was the first Roman Emperor to convert to Christianity. He sent armies out to kill anyone who was not of the same belief system. Women at the time were treated as second class citizens. After many of their husbands were killed, the women started to brew beer and sell it on the street corners. They wore pointy hats to be seen in the crowds. This is where we see the image of the “Witch” start to form with their pointy hats, stirring a cauldron. The word “witch” meant “she who gathers sticks or herbs.” During Witch trials, many women started judging and criticizing other women. They turned on each other for fear of being killed. Humanity can benefit when we heal through divine feminine empowerment energy. Collective Consciousness: The big shift happened 6000 years ago when we moved from a matrilineal society to a patrilineal society with the introduction of Zoroastrianism and monotheism. This is when the shift of power started between the feminine and the masculine. The energy in the collective consciousness holds vibrations of different layers of consciousness. There is a thread that connects everyone. We saw this consciousness thread during the Witch trials. Even without modern technology such as phones and internet, witch trials were happening at the same time in many different parts of the world. Our energetics feed the thread that connects the mass consciousness. If we all start connecting and embracing the divine feminine and resourcing ourselves with thoughts of equality, we can shift the collective consciousness. Having reverence for the Earth also helps us to appreciate Mother Earth and our physical bodies.

16 May 2023 | S2 Ep9: Ayahuasca and Healing Trauma | 00:47:22
You have experienced trauma just by being raised in a patriarchal society and by being born from a woman’s body that had lived through different types of patriarchal conditioning. When healing trauma, many find they are caught in the triangle of disempowerment where you play a role of the victim, the rescuer, or the perpetrator. Talk therapy, dealing with your shadow work, and embodiment practices can help you start to understand and to heal your trauma. Many also turn to the use of psychedelics to look deeply into places that store trauma in the body, mind and spirit.
In this episode, Harmony shares stories from her ayahuasca journeys as it pertains to healing her trauma with sexual abuse and with men. Ayahuasca is a plant-based psychedelic drug that is usually brewed into a tea or a concentrated liquid to drink. Ayahuasca is a sacred plant medicine of the shamans of South America and it is used for ceremonial practices. It is said that the spirit of the plant, grandmother Aya, will call to you when you need her medicine.

Hecate is a Greek Goddess who rules liminal space, crossroads, thresholds, cemeteries, spirits, life, death, transitions, herbalism and magic. She is primarily a Moon Goddess and also shows herself as a triple goddess and Queen of the Witches, and she is represented as having three heads looking three different directions.
Recently on social media, Hecate has been portrayed as being connected with the Devil. April, Harmony and Maggie debunk this theory as they explore the historical context of Hecate being in the Greek pantheon before Christianity and before the concept of the Devil was even in existence.

In the Major Arcana of the Tarot, The Empress is the embodiment of the divine feminine creative matrix. She represents the trinity; the maiden, the mother, and the crone, the three fold goddess of eternal creation. In this episode we discuss the importance of the power of three, whether we say a name three times or say, “It is done. It is done. It is done,” at the end of each spell.
Discover how Spirit, the conscious mind and the subconscious mind play a role in the creative energy of the number 3. We take a look at all of the threes in the Minor Arcana including the Three of Swords which is known as the card of sorrow or heartache, but could this card and humanity’s consciousness have evolved in the last century to make this an empowering and integrative card? How can we change our relationship to emotional pain as well as physical pain to raise the vibration of the three?

22 Nov 2022 | S1 Ep24: The Morrigan | 00:38:35
The Triple Goddess was known to the ancient Celts as the Morrigan. She was a member of the Tuatha Dé Danaan, the fairy people of ancient Ireland. Has the archetype of the Maiden, Mother, and Crone been fragmented by the patriarchy? At one point the patriarchy tried to separate the Morrigan into three aspects, like the Gorgons.
The Morrigan was a goddess of protection and was called in before each battle. There are stories of the Morrigan running ahead of the wars, naked in front of all of the men and covered in blue power symbol paint. She runs toward her enemies and at the last moment, shape shifts into a raven and circles the battle ground to watch for the dead.

23 May 2023 | S2 Ep10: Pamela Colman Smith | 00:28:47
Pamela Coleman Smith, nicknamed “Pixie,” was a British artist responsible for every single illustration on all seventy-eight cards of the A.E. Waite and Rider Tarot Deck. She was involved heavily in the 1920s Suffragist movement in London. She created many of the posters that were hung throughout the city to let women know where they were gathering, to meet and discuss their rights, where they could get together to support each other, and the Suffragist movement, and to push the government in the direction that they wanted them to go.
Pamela was a very wild and super individualistic in a period in time where women didn't really have a lot of personality. She didn't care who looked at her, what they thought, how they interpreted her actions or her behaviors, because she was very eccentric, and she just wanted to define herself as the woman, the witch, the feminist, the suffragist, the lesbian, and the mixed race female that she was. Pamela illustrated over twenty books and she wrote and illustrated two books about Jamaican folklore as well as illustrated Bram Stroker’s novel, The Lair of the White Worm.

04 Oct 2022 | S1 Ep17: Spell Work, Part 1 | 00:32:01
Did you know that the oldest, most ancient, authentic, simplistic form of invocation and supplication to the Gods is prayer. All witchcraft, spell work and everything that we have today started with the basic 101 of prayer. Early records of people trying to appease the gods or even making offerings is how ritual and ceremony was created with the idea that we leave something for the deity or for the person that we're trying to get the attention from so that we can find favor with them.
We can look at a spell and prayer as the same thing. Spell crafting is adding the craft practice to the prayer work, and together you're creating a manifestation. Ultimately, prayer, spell work, and manifesting are the same thing, and they work together like a weave. Being in the right place within yourself before doing spell work and really getting honest with yourself to how you feel about the other people in your life is how you energetically practice spell work.

18 Jul 2023 | S2 Ep18: Hel, Goddess of the Afterlife | 00:30:42
Hel is a Norse Goddess who is the daughter of Loki and a giant. According to a prophecy that has been lost over time, Hel was forced by the God, Odin, into Helheim, the underworld, a place where you would go if you don’t die a glorious death and go to Valhalla. She was given control over the nine different dimensions of the afterlife and Hel even has the power to bring back the dead. In the 13th century, St. Bartholomew, the Bard, mentions a story with Queen Hel having a conflict with Jesus. This was enough to influence culture in society as the plays and songs were shared by the Bard. Over time, the Norse Goddess, Hel, had been replaced with a Christian place called Hell, a place of torture in the afterlife. 12 Jul 2022 | S1 Ep: 4 Lilith, Out of the Shadows | 00:36:29
Have you ever heard the story of Lilith? Join April, Harmony and Maggie as they talk about how Lilith was shunned, hidden and demonized. This biblical goddess is making a resurgence into main stream consciousness as one of the first divine feminine archetypes. Thankfully, the ancient Nag Hammadi scrolls that have recently resurfaced from their historical hiding place shed truth and light into her story.
The Story of Lilith: Lilith has been referenced in the Kabbalah, the old testament, and in the Nag Hammadi scrolls. According to the Bible and ancient texts, Lilith was the first woman created out of the same dirt as Adam, the first man, or as another story tells it, taken from the skull bone of Adam. She no longer wanted to lay beneath Adam when having sex so Adam complained to God and she was banished from the Garden of Eden. Of course, it is under debate if Adam and Lilith were truly the first people on Earth because Lilith was banished to the land of Nod and there were people already living there.
Thrown into the Shadows: One of the earliest Witch Wounds was being banished for not wanting to have sex on the bottom. Lilith continued to be demonized as her story was removed from Biblical texts and she appears next in Medieval times where she is portrayed as the wife of Lucifer, the Devil. Lilith stood up for what she believed was equality and fairness. She has been thrown into the shadows for centuries but she is re-surging into mainstream pop culture and she should be honored as a divine feminine archetype.

01 May 2023 | S2 Ep7: Beltane | 00:26:24
In the Wheel of the Year, Beltane is celebrated on the first day of May with this midway point between Spring and Summer. Many times, it is associated with May Day and the tradition of the May Pole, representing the phallus and a wreath, representing the sacred feminine vessel. The celebration is traditional with the fires of Beltane, the fires of Bel as they were called in reference to the Celtic God.
The Druids always lit two fires on Beltane to emphasize a balance of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine. People and livestock would walk through the two fires to inspire purification and fertility. The fires empower rituals, and all of the summer themes including love, happiness and protection. The fires open up the doorway to the fae folk, the other side and the supernatural world. Join April, Harmony and Maggie as they share ways to celebrate this holiday!

Consciously choosing your tattoos for your magickal practice allows one to integrate the energy of what the tattoo means to the wearer, similar to an altar. Join April and Maggie as they dive into magickal tattoos of their practice and of history. Amunet is a mummy that was discovered close to 2000 BCE. She is believed to be the High Priestess of a group of priestesses to the goddess Hathor that were found in Thebes together. When archeologists performed x-rays on the mummies, they were found to have concentric circles, lines, and dots, a lot of them around their abdomen and groin area, which they believe had to do with the sacred birth and a relationship to Hathor being the Goddess of earth and motherhood. The oldest tattoos that have been discovered are from a caveman named, Otzi. He has 61 tattoos which appear to have been very specifically and intentionally placed. The tattoos are believed to be ceremonial healing tattoos. Would you get a power tattoo for healing?

11 Oct 2022 | S1 Ep18: Spell Work, Part 2 | 00:38:12
The first rule of witchcraft is, “First, do no harm.” What you put out, you will receive tenfold. So intention is very important when you think of every thought and every word that you speak as being a spell. Spell work is creating your whole life as a spell and letting everything you do revolve around that intention. In this episode, discover new spells that you can do as you move through your daily life, and create new intentions to support your witchy lifestyle!
Speaking your truth and living your true intention is the most important part of spell crafting. What you talk about and pay attention to is influencing your consciousness and subconsciousness all of the time. Our brain becomes hardwired from external influences and also ancestral trauma. Tuning into frequencies of love and positive energy creates a ripple effect for your future ancestors to attune themselves to and for healing to occur through your lineage.
Some of the original Spell Work focused around birth and death as these were the most wondrous and miraculous transitions. You are closest to Source energy and your divine sovereignty at the veil between the worlds of the living and the dead. Some of the most powerful spells used today have similar intentions and motivations as those of your ancestors from thousands of years ago. As modern day society is opening up to magic, and baby witches are on the rise, we have opportunities to make new traditions with loving intentions.

Explore the goddess, Medusa, one of the Gorgons that was cursed by Athena for being raped and conceiving a child by Poseidon. Join April, Harmony and Maggie as they talk about the importance of the sister wound in history and the impact of another Goddess falling from grace.
Medusa’s Story:
Medusa had dedicated her life to the Goddess, Athena and studied under her lineage. Medusa was famed to be a beautiful woman and had committed herself to a life of celibacy in her devotion to Athena. Poseidon desired Medusa and raped her. Instead of supporting a woman who had been raped, Athena then cursed Medusa and her two sisters. What is this sister wound about and how does it influence female relationships today.
The Gorgon, the snake headed goddess, was very popular in north Africa about three-thousand years ago. Perseus kills Medussa, and Pegasus springs out of the blood from her neck. Pegasus was the child of Medusa .Perseus, also known as Jason, flies over north Africa holding Medussa’s bleeding head which creates the red sea, the red sea coral, and the red serpent.
The Sister Wound:
Harmony shares part of her mission is to help other women to be able to be seen and heard and heal wounds of sexual rape and abuse. Woman are afraid to even press charges because they are afraid of having the finger pointed back at them from not just the patriarchy, but from their sisters, and from their mothers. We need to understand this story of Medusa so that we can use it as our strength and so we're not repeating these same historical wounds.

06 Sep 2022 | S1 Ep12: Tituba and Grace Sherwood, Famous Witches of North America | 00:37:10
Join April, Harmony and Maggie as they explore two historical witches in North America. The first woman accused of being a witch in Salem, Massachussets in 1692 was Tituba, a slave woman. This launched one of the most famous witch hunts in history where twenty-five people were killed for being a witch. Ergot poisoning is the culprit to some of the visions that may have led to the witch accusations, which has a similar effect to the body as the modern day drug, LSD. Cotton Mather used the Malleus Maleficarum, The Witches Hammer, a book published in 1486 to discover who was a witch.
Grace Sherwood, the witch of Pungo lived in the Virginia Beach area in the late 1600’s. She was a midwife, cared for animals and had knowledge of herbs. She was accused of being a witch when her neighbor had a miscarriage. Grace was found to have two witch marks and was found guilty in a Colonial trial and sentenced to witch dunking. She wouldn’t die after several attempts of dunking. She was kept in prison until 1714 and then was quietly released.

Who is the Bell Witch and why is she still haunting with poltergeist activity in Adams, Tennessee? The Bell Witch was named after a haunted house owned by John Bell in the early twentieth century. April shares her story of meeting an old Wizard in 1992 and listening to his tale of sleeping in the Bell house as a right of passage for a young boy.
Half way through the night, the young boys could no longer stand the banging on the walls, the doors and the ceiling. They ran out into the night and into a field where they all saw a black dog in the distance. Knowing this was a bad omen, the boys ran scared and went to hide in the caves where one of the young boys encountered the Bell Witch.
We may never know her full story but the Bell Witch and her black spectral dog are still being seen and witnessed to this day as an American Witch.
