Oh Attack of the Clones, it's considered one of the worst Star Wars movies. We rewatched the movie and try to find the answer to question we had since we were kids: why did Padme fall in love with teen Anakin Skywalker?

Star Wars Twitter is having an interesting discussion about the possibility of Din Dijarin aka the Mandalorian hooking up with Bo-Katan. She is not the first character to be shipped with Din and we doubt she will be the last.

And that got us thinking Din Dijarin is shipped with a lot of different characters. There is even a trope for a character that gets paired with EVERYONE and it’s called Launcher of a Thousand Ships.

From Breaking Bad to The Sopranos, it seems like more and more shows are filled with characters we just can’t stand. Sometimes it’s fun, like with Seinfeld or Gossip Girl, and sometimes you get something like Glee… This week Candace, Vanessa, and Mack talk which shows they watched where every single character sucked.

Candace and Bri tackle Camila Cabello’s Cinderella in a special bonus episode, Amazon Prime’s new jukebox musical. Despite the talented people involved, nothing about the movie resonated with either of them. From anachronistic details like plastic and Singer sewing machines to a world that feels like a giant set, no one is spared the Waffles wrath. Especially James Corden.

In one of their more giggly - and embarrassing - episodes to date, Candace, Bri and Arezou discuss which fictional characters completely captured their childhood hearts.

From the expected like Aladdin, to the strange like Goliath from Gargoyles, or Basil of Baker Street, they leave no stone unturned. And Star Wars comes up too. Because of course it does.

Is Wanda Maximoff a villain? Short answer: no. Long answer: definitely no, it’s called WandaVision, not WandaVillain.

In honor of M3GAN we are talking about famous evil dolls and why we find them so scary.

We talk about the movies that surprisingly don't pass the Bechdel test. The Bechdel test is a method for evaluating the portrayal of women in fiction. It asks whether a work features at least two women who talk to each other about something other than a man. The requirement that the two women must be named is sometimes added.

Today Candace and Arezou are joined by their friend Alice to celebrate the 25th (!) anniversary of Disney animated classic The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

They reminisce about seeing the movie for the first time and what it meant to them, they try to make sense of the light marketing contrasted with the dark tone of the movie, and they dive into what it is that makes Frollo such a terrifying villain.

Also Arezou makes a case for why Phoebus and Ben Solo are the same character and absolutely no one is shocked.

Candace, Bri, Vanessa, and Arezou discuss the holiday classic that should be an annual tradition, if it isn't already - The Muppet Christmas Carol! Listen in for some interesting trivia and techniques that can only be dreamed up by the Jim Henson studio, as well as discover the truth about a deleted scene that would have helped save a very major part of the movie. Is it the best Christmas movie ever? Spoiler: yes. From Michael Cain's brilliantly genuine acting to wonderful comic relief from the Muppets we have come to know and love, this treasure of a movie never fails to warm the heart around the holidays.

This extensive discussion and review touch upon the animated movie Wish, which commemorates Disney's 100th anniversary. Candace and Arezou share our initial excitement, expectations, and disappointment after viewing the film (multiple times). We go over the storytelling, character arcs, and music, as well as its animation style and thematic messages.

In honour of the release of Shadow and Bone on Netflix, this week Candace, Bri, Arezou and special guest Maggie take a look at cult classic Stardust. Or rather, Candace was bamboozled into watching it, since it “stars” Ben Barnes, who appears for a grand total of 5 minutes.
