Pete Evans is an internationally renowned  chef, restauranteur, author and television presenter. His passion for food and living a healthy lifestyle is what really motivates Pete. He also has a podcast called Evolve with Pete Evans, exploring nutritional and emotional wellbeing.

Pete’s career spans professional kitchens and numerous television and film appearances. His latest project is the award-winning documentary film The Magic Pill  which shows the impact food can have on people’s health, now streaming globally on Netflix. He has a TV documentary series titled AWAKEN  which looks at ancient and modern healing modalities for body, mind, spirit & the planet.

Pete has been co-host and judge of My Kitchen Rules for 11 seasons. Dr Andrew Katelaris graduated from Sydney University Medical School in 1982.  In 1992 he was awarded a Doctorate in Immunopathology from the University of NSW.  He has over twenty years experience in clinical medicine and pathology.  

Since 1988 Dr Katelaris has been researching the industrial, food and medical uses for the Cannabis plant.  His activism, along with others, has seen the introduction of the Industrial Hemp Act, the legalisation of Hemp seed as a food and the beginnings of medical cannabis reform.  At this year’s federal election Dr Katelaris will be the senate candidate for the Legalise Cannabis Party. 

Dr Katelaris was the first medically trained practitioner in Australia to publicise the multiple therapeutic benefits of cannabis medicine. Beginning with treating chronic pain and iatrogenic opioid addiction in the 1990’s, he went on to pioneer the use of CBD dominant cannabis in intractable childhood epilepsy.

We talk about the industrial uses of hemp, hemp seeds, CBD and THC and the different mechanisms in the body. His early agricultural work that culminated in the Industrial Hemp Act in 2008. Dr Katelaris wrote the FSANZ application that was instrumental in having hemp seed legalised as a human food. His current research includes developing advanced dietary interventions to treat chronic diseases and the development of non-toxic hemp plastics.

Camilla Becket is the co-director along with her husband Jim Becket of the documentary "The Seeds of Vandana Shiva" the life story of eco-activist Vandana Shiva. How did the willful daughter of a Himalayan forest conservator become the world’s most powerful opponent of Monsanto?

Camilla grew up in South Africa and worked in the anti-apartheid movement. Camilla established Becket Films with Jim Becket in 2005 with a mission to focus on international environmental issues, social justice, and health. Camilla has co-produced several Becket Films projects, including the award-winning Sons of Africa, and films for the Religion, Science, and Environment series about besieged water bodies around the world that feature leading environmentalists and climate change activists as well as religious and indigenous leaders.

Sean Willmore is a former Australian Park Ranger (11 years) and now founder and Managing Director of the Thin Green Line Foundation. He’s also past President of the International Rangers Federation (8 years).

While undertaking his work Sean has travelled to and worked with rangers in over 50 countries on 6 continents where he has been ambushed, held a gunpoint, charged by elephants and avoided militias. His efforts to bring attention to the dangerous work undertaken by these warriors has won him international acclaim. Using profits from documentary The Thin Green Line, Sean started The Thin Green Line Foundation (TTGLF).

His continual inspiration is from the men and women, the park rangers worldwide, that he represents and who do this front-line work on a daily basis.

Danni Carr is the owner of Earth Bottles and with her husband Ash Grunwald, the passionate duo on self improvement and self preservation decided to use their knowledge to help others. After years of touring and partying the excessive binges started to take their toll and the two decided enough was enough.

When a good friend said she was going to take a 12 month break from drinking, these two didn’t hesitate in joining in.

Dr Bishan Rajapakse is an Integrative Emergency Physician and Clinical Academic  living in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia. His diverse life journey spans growing up and living in several countries has led him to train extensively in western science whilst still embracing a deep rooted background in Eastern philosophy.

Bishan has practiced as a medical doctor for over 20 years specialising in Emergency Medicine in Australia and New Zealand, but has directly experienced the health systems in Sri Lanka, UK, USA and Sweden. He holds a PhD in knowledge translation with a current focus on wellbeing medicine and healing the healers. He has several passions that include nature engagement, mental health advocacy, the integration of arts, science, and spirituality, and the promotion of practicing “humanity in healthcare”; but above all he is an eternal optimist who sees hope where there is increasing challenge.”

We discuss the importance of nature, community and not over doing it. Why listening to you body and enjoying life is the most important thing you can do. You will live better and be much better prepared to help others if you ensure you get the physical and emotional care you need.

Gigi Foster is a Professor with the School of Economics at the University of New South Wales Business School, having joined UNSW in 2009 after six years at the University of South Australia.  Formally educated at Yale University (BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics) and the University of Maryland (PhD in Economics), she works in diverse fields including education, social influence, corruption, lab experiments, time use, behavioural economics, and Australian policy. 

Her research contributions regularly inform public debates and appear in both specialised and cross-disciplinary outlets (e.g., Quantitative Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Population Economics, Journal of Economic Psychology, Human Relations).  Her teaching, featuring strategic innovation and integration with research, was awarded a 2017 Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning.  Named 2019 Young Economist of the Year by the Economic Society of Australia, Professor Foster has filled numerous roles of service to the profession and engages heavily on economic matters with the Australian community, including most recently in regard to Covid policy.  Amongst other service roles, she co-founded and runs the Consortium for Inclusive Economics Education at UNSW.  As one of

A landscape architect by degree Dan Deighton then completed a permaculture design course in 1999 and was awarded a Diploma in Permaculture in 2005. He embarked upon a 10 year restoration of the remnant saltmarsh wetlands of Tom Thumb Lagoon and broad scale revegetation of adjoining industrial landscape and an old landfill site.

Aaron is a Permaculture teacher and designer who has been working with community gardens and school Permaculture gardens over the past 20 years. He is passionate about inspiring transformative change in his local Illawarra community by connecting people with nature and creating resilient urban food systems.

In 2003, following 10 years of nurturing community, business, industry and government partnerships, Dan was invited to develop and implement a school Permaculture garden program with industry funding. Teaming up with Permaculturist, Educator & visual artist Aaron Sorensen the ‘Living Classroom & Garden Ambassadors Program’ was born.

André Leu was named international director of Regeneration International in 2017. Previously he was president of IFOAM—Organics International, the international umbrella organization for the organic sector. IFOAM, which has about 850 member organisations in 127 countries, was a founding member of RI. During his tenure as president of IFOAM, Leu served on the RI steering committee.

During 40-plus years of visiting and working in more than 100 countries, Leu acquired an extensive knowledge of farming and environmental systems across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Australasia. He and his wife, Julia, run an organic tropical fruit farm in Daintree, Australia.

Leu is an international lecturer who has spoken at the United Nations and at conferences, seminars, universities and workshops. He advises  governments, industry, farmers, consumers and NGOs on the multi-functional benefits of regenerative organic agriculture.

He is the author of “Poisoning our Children” and the “Myths of Safe Pesticides.” He has contributed articles to magazines, newspapers, journals, conference proceedings, newsletters and websites.

In this podcast we discuss Andre's career, his love of exotic fruit trees, the 80 something poisons sprayed on our food in Australia via corrupt corporate agendas and the captured regulatory agencies that are meant to protect us. The Peloton Against Plastic team, Jamie Lepre and Paul Hellier are together to talk about some craziness of 2022 and dreams of 2023. It was another kind of weird year though we have much to do and many conversations to have.

A big focus of this episode is fearing less in the way of the system that controls us and going out and doing things for our community and environment rather than waiting for permission. The answers to not repeating what we have all been through in the last few years might be community.  Starting from the ground up, how can we live a simpler, happier and more fulfilling life, knowing and contributing to what happens right where we live. We can do this, those at the top have absolutely no idea what it takes. So turn them off.

We don't have all the answers, though we are willing to talk about things honestly. And who knows, some things might just stick.

Dr. Sam Bailey completed her medical training at the University of Otago, gaining a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB). As a resident doctor she worked in all areas of medicine, with a particular focus on Emergency Medicine and Cardiology. Following this, she worked in General Practice and Sexual Health before becoming a Clinical Trials Research Physician. Over that decade, she worked as a supervising doctor in phase I-IV clinical trials.

In early 2020, with the arrival of Covid-19, Sam began researching the scientific evidence behind lockdowns, social distancing and PCR tests. After releasing a YouTube video in September 2020, where she stated she would not take a coronavirus vaccine, she was sacked halfway through filming a second series of “The CheckUp”. Subsequently, she lost some of her employment as a medical doctor and has had ongoing legal battles with the New Zealand medical authorities who are attempting to silence her views on Covid-19.

Kevin Patrick Corbett trained as visual artist 1975-1979 at the University of Reading (BA Hons) and 1979-1981 at The Slade School of Fine Art, University College London (Higher Diploma): https://www.kevinpcorbett.com/. Kevin has worked in hospitals, primary care and community health services in the fields of acute medicine, infectious diseases, psychosexual and forensic medicine. Kevin has gained clinical nursing and health science research experience working in the UK National Health Service (1983-2004) and in the medical and nursing faculties at St George's Hospital Medical School / Kingston University London; The University of York (and the Hull-York Medical School); Liverpool John Moores University; Canterbury Christchurch University, Kent and Middlesex University, London. Kevin has published in citizen science journals like Continuum (1996-1999) and in peer-reviewed science journals e.g. Science, Technology & Human Values, Critical Public Health and Health Science Reports.

Kevin Patrick Corbett trained as visual artist 1975-1979 at the University of Reading (BA Hons) and 1979-1981 at The Slade School of Fine Art, University College London (Higher Diploma): https://www.kevinpcorbett.com/. In 1986 Kevin qualified as a Registered Nurse and in 1987 began working on the UK’s first HIV-AIDS ward at The Middlesex Hospital in London opened by Princess Diana. Subsequently Kevin worked in a variety of NHS roles in HIV-AIDS and acute medical-surgical services 1983-1994, as staff nurse, charge nurse, clinical nurse specialist and lecturer.

Kevin undertook experimental nursing research in respiratory care at King’s College London 1987-1989 for which he was awarded an MSc and later undertook social science research at London South Bank University1995-2001 into people’s experiences of ‘HIV tests’ - the Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), the Western blot and the Polymerase Chain Reaction - for which he was awarded a PhD (2001).

In this episode Kevin recalls his experiences during HIV and the last few years. How death protocols were used to end life of people who had listed symptoms yet had every opportunity to live. This goes for other illnesses and he discusses how technology and protocols make death into a system rather than a personal, spiritual and family experience.

Judith Curry is a climate scientist and the  President (co-owner) of Climate Forecast Applications Network (CFAN).  She was Professor and Chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

All 200+ have said that they have no such records.

None have any record of proof of existence of the alleged virus', which would be necessary before it could be shown to be harmful, or sequenced sufficiently to develop a PCR assay. The PCR can only find something if it has some of it already.

We discuss the freedom of information requests, the language used to request these records and the results. 222 requests sent around the world reveal not a single record of the existence of any such virus.
