Eran was an early employee at Plated, where he focused on building planning and sourcing programs. The team's collective efforts led to a $300M sale to Albertsons.

He then went to join Nuts.com, one of the world's largest nuts and specialty ingredient e-commerce companies. He was quickly elevated to COO and quadrupled capacity to support growth in 2020.

Fun Fact: Eran took a gap during college to attend culinary school, where he solidified his love of food.

Frank began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he focused on product lifecycle management and salesforce effectiveness in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries for companies such as Astra-Merck, AstraZeneca and Amgen.

In 1999, Frank “caught the Internet wave” and worked for several technology companies at the forefront of their respective fields including more.com and DigitalThink. From 2005 to 2018, he served on the executive team at Cornerstone OnDemand, one of the most successful cloud software companies in the world. During his tenure, he architected the company’s client retention and growth capabilities including its innovative client success model, launched and led its international businesses in Israel and nine countries in Asia-Pacific, and finally served as Chief Customer Officer. Over the 13 years that Frank called Cornerstone home, the company grew from $0.5 million to just shy of $500 million in annual revenue with a successful IPO in March 2011. After a short break from the corporate world to reset, Frank served as the Chief Business Officer for Thrive Global, founded by Arianna Huffington, where he led the pivot from a media and content company to a technology company.

Los Angeles is home; however Frank spends about half of his time outside of the U.S.A. being a global citizen. He has also lived in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Healdsburg, and Antibes.

Andrew Q. Kraft has served as Chief Operating Officer of The Arena Group since October 1, 2020. Mr. Kraft first joined us in December 2018 as Chief Revenue Officer and then Chief Venture Officer. He transitioned to a consulting role in early 2020 before rejoining the company as COO.

Prior to his time at Arena, Mr. Kraft served as the “utility infielder” on the executive team at AppNexus (acquired by AT&T as part of Xandr) for seven years. Roles at AppNexus included head of business and corporate development, co-founder of the company’s publisher business, global head of ad sales, and interim Chief Financial Officer.

Previous roles included Senior Vice President, AMP & Publisher Solutions for Collective, where he led business development for the company’s audience management and monetization platform, as well the Head of Revenue & Member Services for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB).

Mr. Kraft, who studied Physics and Theater at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before leaving to help join the “web” business at Sapient, lives with his family in Hillsborough, NJ. He began his career in healthcare at Baptist Medical Center (VBMC) in south Texas, where he first worked three years as a pharmacy technician in the central in-patient pharmacy filling unit-dose prescriptions and preparing Total Parental Nutrition bags for ICU patients.

 

By 2003, Mr. Rodriguez had completed both his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a concentration in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

Between 2003 and 2009, Mr. Rodriguez worked in management roles for retail pharmacies such as Walgreens and Target, followed by a transition into an instructor at a local technical vocational college, where he taught anatomy and physiology, as well as prepared pharmacy technicians for their certification exam.

 

Mr. Rodriguez used this opportunity as an instructor to simultaneously enroll as a student himself at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where he would earn his MBA in Finance and Strategic Management in 2009.

Moshe Cohen has been teaching negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution and organizational behavior as founder of The Negotiating Table since 1995 and as a senior lecturer at Boston University's Questrom School of Business since 2000. He has worked with thousands of students as well as companies worldwide. As a mediator, Moshe has worked to resolve hundreds of matters, and also coaches executives, managers, and individuals on leading others and negotiating effectively. He is the author of three books - Collywobbles, How to Negotiate When Negotiating Makes You Nervous;Optimism is a Choice and Other Timeless Ideas; and The Optimistic Pessimist: More Timeless Ideas. He has also written numerous articles and cases, and appears in podcasts, videos, and interviews. Moshe studied Physics at Cornell University and has a Master's in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, specializing in robotics. After a dozen years in robotics, he completed his MBA from Boston University and fell in love with negotiation, mediation, and leadership.
