The Black Sherpa Podcast - Season 1 Trailer
00:02:06
Welcome to The Black Sherpa Podcast!
If you are from a disadvantaged background or marginalised community, personal growth and career progression is often subject to narratives and behaviours that make it even harder to succeed.
The Black Sherpa Podcast was created to help right these wrongs.
The show is hosted my Yam, a commercial leader with 15 years’ experience at one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical organisations. A father of two I hoping to play a part in creating the equitable, diverse and inclusive society he would like for his children, and others like them.
On the pod, he’ll be joined by successful and generous friends and colleagues. All willing to help you by paying forward lessons from good and bad times in their career. The experiences that have served them well in the long run.
Think of their advice like cheat codes to the corporate game of snakes and ladders.
The Black Sherpa Podcast launches this Autumn, when you can expect new episodes full of practical insights on your chosen podcast platform every Tuesday.
