I have recently learned a great deal about neurodiversity and people on the autism spectrum thanks to Dr. Leslie Bayers of the University of the Pacific in California. I have attended Dr. Bayer's conference presentation about how to support neurodiversity in the classroom. I immediately identified a connection to leadership and decided to dedicate this episode to people with autism and how we, as leaders, can make them feel welcomed and acknowledged in our working environment. Welcome to the 100th episode of The 10 Minute Leadership Podcast! This calls for celebration! In this episode, I am simply sharing my gratitude to all the listeners and for spreading the good word. The listenership had grown tremendously over the past few months, and I am beyond grateful for that! I have plenty more to share, so we will continue throughout the month of December of 2022, 2023, and beyond. Thank you, and happy holidays!

We should know how to interact with a Millenial as opposed to a Baby Boomer in the workplace since different generations present diverse thoughts, actions, and what is important to them.
