Planting macadamia trees, a natural rainforest plant, transformed the farm's practices. With a focus on working with the environment to support the health of everything, Brookfarm is a leading sustainability led business. With son Will Brook now managing the business, the Brook family continue to see the farm’s business evolve and support the rainforest surrounding it.
