Roger explained how the sensor works by measuring the amount of oxygen in the muscle tissue and how it can optimize training by providing real-time feedback on muscle oxygenation levels. 

It can also be used to monitor recovery and fatigue and to track changes in muscle recruitment and form. Kyriakos asked about specific applications such as endurance events, weightlifting, and using the sensor to test the efficiency of running shoes and bike fitting. 

Roger noted that the sensor could be used with other data, such as VO2 and EMG measurements, to provide a more comprehensive understanding of an athlete's performance. 

He also mentioned how it could be used to track the oxygenation level of the muscles in real-time and provide more precise control of the intensity of the training.

In our recent podcast, we had an in-depth conversation with Ray from DC Rainmaker. Ray shared the journey of launching the most well-known blog and Youtube channel and his views on the wearable market.As he began using various wearable devices, his experience with an old Polar watch led him to the more recognizable Garmin Forerunner 305. This progression from user to reviewer was natural, and he detailed his first steps into blogging with a review of Garmin in 2007.Ray also offered a candid look at the competitive landscape of wearables. He spoke about ambitious but short-lived brands and why they struggled against the likes of Garmin. Much of this was attributed to the steep challenges new brands face when trying to innovate and meet the benchmark set by established brands.Our discussion also ventured into the software realm. In this video, we had the chance to chat with Jay, the CEO of Genopets, a blockchain-based gaming platform that combines the concept of NFTs and gaming. Jay shared with us his experience in the space, starting as one of the first employees at EOS, a layer 1 protocol that was popular then.   

He worked on the marketing side, building community, and it was his first foray into web 3 community building. 

He also talked about how he met his co-founders, Albert and Ben, and how they developed the idea of Genopets, which started as a health data marketplace that would make an NFT out of your health data and allow individuals to earn passive income when researchers utilized their data in the aggregate for studies.   

However, the idea didn't pan out, so they pivoted to create a pet-based game that motivates people to take care of their health by taking care of their virtual pets.   

Jay also discussed the company's plans, including adding more motion inputs to the game and expanding to other experiences in the gaming industry.   T
