The Root is all about our sense of stability and security, when imbalanced its all about learning to feel comfortable in your body and learning to create a sense of safety within yourself.

& How the energy body interacts with our physical and emotional body. 

• How to "read" energy centers, how your personal codex/ language with spirit informs your ability to perceive information about the energy body and how you may perceive it. 

The Root is about building a state of inner permanence in an impermanent world, while maintaining a sense of stability as change happens around you and eventually within you. 

How do imbalances in the energy body show up?

Rebirth Challenge Meditation 3/7

We’re back for the Rebirth challenge, we were facing some tech issues but nothing can stop 🛑 me heheh 😈

We begin this meditation with a little chat about physical pain, what I am experiencing and have experienced that continues to lead me back to meditation and energy healing and how I believe we can move through it with tools and unconditional love.

If you’re experiencing pain, dis ease, illness, mental or physical i am breathing with you so lovingly, gently and if needed so firey 🔥🐲

For this meditation we will be seated upwards for the first part of this practice and then you will be laying down on your back or stomach( whatever is most comfy) as we are guided through some light breathwork, taking you into a self energy healing practice and ending with a guided visualization, centered around releasing the past and coming to terms with moments of pain, intensity and trauma we have faced personally, collectively, societally and generationally.

We didn't do anything wrong but we can do a lot of of things RIGHT to move in the direction of health.

Some things can’t be healed with energy alone we have to make physical changes in order to make a difference in our everyday reality.

This week were having a conversation with Kate, also know as @Kaptin.Kate and Kat aka @KatnBoots138, two healing practitioners who happen to also be best friends that do spiritual "healing things" together.

Kate describes herself as a seer and Kat a feeler, they offer healing services and classes together and individually, check out the links below the show notes to find their offerings and social media.

In this episode we talk about Kate and Kat's friendship, becoming friends through Tiktok and how their relationship with doing healing work together evolved. Kate and Kat's healing process and how the use of "healing phrases", which is a technique they share in sessions and online with clients, developed over time and practice. How others can use this system to create their own healing phrases and unique ways of working with this idea.

We discuss not getting bogged down with the shoulds and should nots of spirituality, learning to respect your own individual connection with spirit and personal ability to connect with your intuition.

Psychic senses, characters as archetypes, stories often give us information about ourselves, merging with aspects of yourself, past life memories and relationships.

Learning to ask the right questions to deepen your understanding of spiritual signs and information.

We talk about Kate's experience connecting to spirit guides and her process of speaking to guides for other people and what kinda information comes forward when we connect with our guides.

Teaching clients to deepen their relationship to their guides and their psychic senses instead of doing all the work for them, show them how.

In this episode Kate and Kat also walk Grace through some healing phrases and energy work to release fears connected to her mediumship. We also do some healing phrases and activations in which you can participate centered around finding aligned friendships and relationships.

How can we begin to learn the difference between procrastination and divine timing? sometimes things don’t happen when you thought they should and sometimes we are the ones blocking ourselves from taking action in our lives. 

Are you scared 😱 to ask for help ? Are you maybe even ashamed to ask for help ? Do you feel like you don’t have people in your life you can relay on ? Do you have trouble even asking the universe for help ? 

Sometimes we are too independent (and stubborn 🤣) to actually ask for the things we need, to give ourselves the support we need and sometimes that’s because we didn’t have those things in our early life.

Sharing about reprogramming ourselves to see our value, and to not only love ourselves but to RESPECT ourselves. 

Grace shares some stories and experiences from her own life that avoidance got her into and now she is learning to break free of those habits and relearn it’s safe to be seen, to be loved, to be heard, to be witnessed, and as she heals she can help others too!

Todays practice we begin seated upwards, for some gentle stretching, moving to the floor or a cozy spot for a guided visualization, and sensation meditation, focused on creating feelings in the body to help us move through and process what is ours and what is someone else’s, Building our intuition for understanding ourselves more clearly and supporting our ability to experience emotions.

Healing Meditation Practice for Nervous System Relaxation and Building Feelings of Inner Peace and Unconditional Love. Joy and Peace are just as valuable and important emotions as Grief and Pain, it’s okay to take space and time to feel all of our emotions. It’s okay to have Joy and Hope for the future even when the future feels very dark. Today on the podcast we are sharing a guided meditation to bring us into our body and share the feeling of unconditional love with ourselves and the world around us. This meditation begins with a body scan, some feelings based meditation and ending with a short guided visualization to send love into your body, your spirit and the world around you. For this practice I invite you to get a journal and write down your feelings after the meditation is done.

You will be seated upwards or laying down whatever is going to make you most comfortable. If you like you have play some soft relaxing music in the background or simply focus on the sound of your breath. The meditation begins @ 7 mins

Come back to this practice whenever you feel the need for a little release and reprieve from the chaos of society and your daily life. This week on the podcast we are sharing a LIVE Energy Healing session with my lovely client and friend Alice. Enjoy this episode and get a peek into what a virtual energy healing with Grace might look like. We walk through the process of "client intake", what is our client looking to work on with energetic healing? Do they have an understanding of Reiki, or any previous experience? Allowing time for the client to share a little bit about how they are feeling, setting intentions for our session, and answering any questions before beginning the Reiki process.

 We set up this healing session so that yes, you can see what it might be like to get a Reiki Healing Session but also so you can experience that energetic healing as well, feel free to close your eyes lie down and receive. We go through an energetic cleanse of the body and the energy centers, as well as walking through a house cleanse. 

We discuss addressing anxiety and daily stress, and how that can show up in the body plus some very simple actionable tips for energetic cleansing and protection of the home. 

As we begin our healing session, I suggest closing your eyes and getting comfortable, or maybe putting this episode on in the background and going for a mindful walk or a stretch session. Allow yourself to feel and experience Reiki. Just like we suggest for Alice you can take some time to visualize a gold or silver light, almost like liquid pouring down into your energetic field, over your head, melting down your back and throughout your body. 

Then Grace shares any psychic and mediumship messages that showed up for Alice during the healing session.

This week on the podcast we're having a conversation with Geselle of Siente Mas, New York based Intuitive Energy Healer. Talking about Reiki, Shamanic Healing, connecting and healing with the Angels thru Integrated Energy Therapy, and how the process of healing yourself ripples outward to those around you.

Geselle talks about her experience finding Reiki to eventually studying Reiki and continuing her healing work through self exploration, then going onto work with clients thru virtual healing sessions.

How Reiki led to exploring other realms of energetic healing, sparking psychic and mediumship development, shamanic activations, and later finding IET. Geselle shares her experience with receiving Reiki for the first time, getting her Attunements, and how that benefitted her and took her down unexpected pathways, like learning her great grandmother practiced shamanic healing, channeling Mother Earth, and helping clients process their own healing experiences. 

Geselle also happens to have studied some of her Reiki training with me * :) and I'm proud of her 

We also talk about how working with Reiki and Shamanic Practices in her personal healing opened up opportunities for healing within her family dynamic and her relationships to her parents, deepening her connection with her brother and some stories about practicing Energy Healing with her family.

Lauren started her career off as a chef among other things inside the wellness industry. Her personal healing journey led her to energy healing, with a successful coaching business utilizing Reiki, Mediumship and all the woo woo things. Years later her work has brought her all the way back to the beginning and she is now creating a cookbook, using her skills as a chef and holistic health coach with a magical twist.

In this interview we talk about Lauren's experience coming back to her body, herself and how her experiences living outside of her body and dealing with addiction have helped her heal herself and help others along the way. In this conversation we talk about food from disordered habits to eating for your chakras, holistic healing, kundalini yoga, creating self love and ritual through food, aurevedya, cultivating true friendships, dating yourself and coming back home to the authentic self. Defining some Human Design terms like authority, strategy, centers, channels and conditioning. How we experience each other’s energy and how our energy influences each other. This week on the podcast we talk about Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Energies.  What does this mean and why would we want to balance them? Grace explains some archetypes and themes that connect to both the masculine and the feminine energies and examples of what it looks like when we are embodying those archetypes in both their higher and lower aspects and some examples of those archetypes in mythology, religion and fiction.  Observing the trends in the online spiritual space and explaining these concepts of Divine Feminine and Masculine  that seem to be slightly misconstrued. Sometimes taking concepts out of context can cause confusion other times it can help us understand high concepts more clearly outside of esoteric texts. We talk about the different between societal gender constructs and the true essence of these binary energies.  We will never be truly balanced, we are not chasing a state of being we are tuning into a feeling. We’re never gonna be perfect or finished and that’s okay.
