Brian is a retired educator in Indiana and has served as executive director of The Posner Center of Justice for Pro Se’s based in Chicago, Illinois for retired federal court of appeals judge Richard A. Posner. Successfully REPRESENTING himself in state and federal court proceedings in Indiana, Brian Vukadinovich won a FEDERAL JURY verdict against his former public school corporation employer in Indiana in March 2016 for VIOLATING his DUE PROCESS RIGHTS. In a five day trial where he successfully represented himself against the corporation’s team of lawyers, he has received national acclaim for his self-representation ability and is believed to be the only person who has ever won a federal CIVIL RIGHTS JURY TRIAL by representing himself WITHOUT a lawyer. At present time, Brian is litigating a Breach of Contract case against Richard Posner, a former Federal Court of Appeals Judge in the 7th Circuit In Chicago. At one time, Richard Posner had hired Brian as Executive Director of the Posner Center of Justice and had agreed to pay him $120,000.00 per year. That never happened. Apparently, this former judge used Brian Vukadinovich for his work, but when the time came to PAY for his hard work, Posner used him for his work and then blew him off. Jenny Reimenschneider Gives Updates On Her Mother In A Guardianship: Her Family Are Now Co-Guardians

She also invited her friend Deb to speak on the podcast in regards to what has happened with Jenny's mother. Jenny is a long-term activist and Montgomery County, PA resident. She comes from a very close-knit, community-service oriented family. The idea that in the year 2022, in the United States, a human being can actually own another human being, is atrocious.
The family has been living the nightmare of having an uninvolved, stranger taking complete control not just of their Mother, but their entire extended family. After unfortunately reaching out to the county looking for assistance, the family suddenly found themselves falsely accused of not properly clothing and feeding their Mother, not taking her to appointments, using her money, and other things that were easily refuted had anyone taken the time to look at.
After attending a hearing with a clearly predetermined outcome, a judge assigned this stranger, whom none of the family had ever met, and who didn’t even speak to their Mother, became the owner of their Mother.
For eight months now, she has endured multiple fractures and head injuries, the situation has caused her to mentally, physically and cognitively decline exponentially, and the county claims they “can’t do anything”.
What Jenny wants everyone to know is that she and her family are "co-guardians" of their mother as of September. They get to see their mother more often and get to take her out of the nursing home per judge's orders. Jenny also encourages that if you need help with a loved one, ask another relative or a friend, but do not go to the state for help. NO ONE should not, under any circumstances ask county agencies for help. Do not under any circumstances allow anyone you care about to become under the control of a “Guardian “.

We talked about how licensed professionals lie in court along with CPS and how families falsely report to CPS multiple times. However they are never held accountable. A judge will often go off of what recommendation a licensed professional or CPS makes in "the best interest of the child."

Keisha Daniel Exposes What Really Happened In Birmingham, AL, Harassment, Incarceration And Abduction Of Her Baby

Slam the Gavel welcomes Keisha Daniel to the podcast. Keisha is going through unspeakable crimes in Birmingham, Alabama. It all started when she was threatened with incarceration by Magistrate A. Teele while getting fingerprints done for her job while at the courthouse. Keisha did not keep quiet about this harassment. This is the story nightmares are made of.
The magistrate threatened her and drove her to the precinct to have her booked and then drove her back to the courthouse and it was in the car he assaulted her. Keisha then spent 131 days incarcerated and kept away from her seven year-old daughter. While imprisoned, at Birmingham City Jail, Keisha was then assaulted by officers, denied medical care afterward along with keeping her sleep deprived. However, her one sister helped her get out of prison and has been helping her since.
Keisha has signed grievances from the jails. Lt. Bayles stated that she knew of her abuse, but had orders from the Presiding Judge Andre Sparks not to file anything on her behalf.
When speaking with Internal Affairs, Sgt. Fisher and Hangler told her that they were given orders by Judge Andre Sparks not to file anything on her behalf and that her claim is frivolous..
Calling upon Mayor Randal Woodfin's secretary who then forwarded Keisha to the City Attorney's Office, she then spoke with Susan who told her to file an affidavit of claim. However, Judge Andre Sparks and Mayor Randal Woodfin are both operating in the corruption to cover up these crimes that have occurred.
Finding herself in Family Court with Judge Andre Sparks, along with false allegations by DHR (CPS), Keisha's daughter was placed with her one sister who then handed the child over to the father with a criminal history. There have been multiple calls to DHR on a continuous basis. Now she is labeled as insane in the Family Court.
Keisha was hurt badly while imprisoned and no one in Birmingham is willing to help her and other attorneys have turned their backs on her case.

Michael Sayen Explains What The Reversal of Roe v. Wade Could Mean For Parental Rights Today

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Michael Sayen to explain what reversing Roe v Wade could mean to parental rights.
Snap Shot: Roe v Wade was based on privacy rights under the substantive, due process clause of the 14th Amendment. Planned Parenthood v Casey confirmed Roe v Wade prohibiting government interference if the child could not live outside of the womb (fetal viability). It also said that abortion was a “liberty” right under the 14th and 5th Amendment. This was thought to put an “undue burden” on the woman (by the State) to carry a child that she did not want.
However, the court was split 5-4. The main argument was over the constitutionality of Roe v Wade. Although Planned Parenthood v Casey confirmed Roe v Wade, the split decision made it possible for a new case to directly challenge Roe v Wade in the future.
All-in-all, Planned Parenthood v Casey made it harder for the States to interfere with the abortion rights of the woman. Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey could be reversed in the summer of 2020.
The question will be over privacy rights, State interference, and the child’s constitutional rights to life. If reversed, this will change how the State looks at their ability to interfere in the private life of its citizens. That means, gay marriages could likely be reversed in the future. What this means to family advocates is that substantive, due process rights really do not exist. That protective barrier that prohibits the State from interfering with how you parent your child. Like; public education, religion, free speech etc… In reality, these rights are unalienable rights guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence.
The bad thing for us is the courts do not look at the Declaration as a legal document. That means, there is no protection for our parental rights should the State want to interfere other than those rights expressly spelled out (enumerated) in the Constitution. Which Justice Scalia in Troxel v Granville (2000) correctly said is “zip.”
Patriot Mom And Dad Give An Update On Recent Death Threats, Slander And The Deceit Of CPS

They discussed the march against CPS corruption. Patriot Mom discussed the retaliation they both have endured after filing a Mass Tort Federal Lawsuit on the County, but went into default, as well as discussing how the Governor terminated the Commissioner. There have been 3 false allegations placed on Patriot Dad. Now there have been recent death threats toward Patriot Dad such as, "he deserves to be put in a wood chipper feet first," and on the mug shot page a comment was made, "get a rope." Fox 44 KWKT also wrote a slanderous article as well as the Waco Tribune Herald.
There is a lack of empathy, Patriot Dad explains. Senators have involved themselves in other parents cases such as Senator Bob Hall. Patriot Mom would like to know, "what disqualifies our family for JUSTICE?" They blame Judge Nikki Mundkowsky for the predicament they are in. Patriot Dad states, "all I want is to show my innocence in court, get our kids back and live in peace." Patriot Dad gives statistics of children placed in the Foster Care system in Texas.
They explained the family dynamics of Patriot Mom's mother's interference for the last 15 years and the brainwashing of their children in her care. Authority must be reversed so the child doesn't have the authority. Parents in custodial fights claim they can't get their child to go to therapy/visitation -- "if you can't get your child to do these things clearly the parent is having issues in having authority and are parentifying the child. We discussed the failures of CPS in Texas, Title IV-E and ASFA that Bill Clinton signed as he incentivized children being removed from the home. Children are products where states are incentivized for taking children. Judge Janice Graham Jack in the higher level courts recognizes this .
Every single program in CPS is voluntary. It's a SCHEME and a Coercive Control approach to "we are just here to help." The instant media are parents now recording when CPS comes to the door. As Parents we should know our rights when CPS comes to the door however, 83-86% of claims are unfounded claims /false accusations. State and County, CPS gets a bonus for removing children out of the house and into the Foster Care system, and more bonuses at the 6th month hearing, at the 12th, 18th and the 24th month hearing a CSW is going to get a $4,000.00 bonus for keeping the kids an extra 3 months and lying to parents. YOUR CHILDREN ARE THEIR INCOME.
There are unlicensed individuals working for CPS handling drug testing that will taint the drug test to keep the kids away from parents. When a parent tries to stand up for themselves in court they are then called crazy. The deal is: they will force a psyche evals on the parents to drag the case out because they budget how many kids are in the system, how much was the reimbursement through Title IV-E, AND the rest of the money goes into the JUDGE'S RETIREMENT FUND. They are making money abusing our children. The goal is to come together as parents and stay out of court. CPS is not solution based as it thrives off of an incentivized system that destroys families and children.
We discussed the Jeff Younger case (in Texas) where his son is now in California being transitioned to a girl and how this can affect parents across the United States. This case was mishandled by Judge Mary Brown.
Also the sad case of Corbin Henderson, where his father was finally allowed to visit with his son minutes before he died and the grand parents were allowed to visit with Corbin for only 90 minutes on Father's Day.
This is the two year anniversary of the John A. Mast murder that took place on February 5th, 2021. It has taken the DA 2 years and court trials delayed four separate times until this year, this case now goes to trial.
Awareness is key and both sides have to come together and work together.

Today we discussed the Family Rights and Responsibility Act that has passed through the Senate in Tennessee. If this bill passes it has the potential to sweep through this nation, stripping parents of their parental rights via teachers, CPS and/or Department of Health. Connie has served as an attorney for three decades throughout Tennessee and helped parents fighting for their rights and defending parents against their own government. Connie was retaliated against severely and the whole system turned against her, concocting a fake crime for strongly defending a parent. When attorneys stand up, they get BRUTALIZED. There were CPS bills that came up this year and Connie went in to speak against these bills, all got passed in the House and Senate. Within one of those bills was Reverse The Standard of Proof For Parents: that if a court found that child had been severely abused (terms used loosely), the child could not return to a parent unless the court excluded the parent by clear and convincing evidence as a perpetrator, or any other person - grandmother or anybody. CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION. Within the bill was that if the state can put on proof by an expert that the child and the expert can reasonably "predict" that the child is going to suffer from a severe psychological event such as anxiety or depression then that is severe abuse, and the parent can't see the child. You can't predict that they are going to have injury in the future. Termination of a parent's rights should NEVER occur over MONEY. We discussed the bill (TN, 2024 SB2749) " Family Rights and Responsibilities Act." It has already passed through the Senate Committee in TN. WHAT IS A PARENT? Within this Bill, is the way the state will define a parent. A parent is a biological, legal or adoptive parent OR an individual who has been granted decision-making authority over the child under state law. Here are parental rights: direct upbringing of the child, moral and religious training, make medical, gender and mental health decisions, to access medical records, educational records etc.. Even a non parent can make decisions for the child. They have defined decision making authority which is GRANTED BY THE STATE. We are damaging OUR rights, not ADDING to them. BAD NEWS. Also, ANY branch, agency or commission or instrumentality of the state government: so the literal reading of this is that a teacher can grant decision-making authority.......This is making our children a commodity. Cases are going on a lot longer than anticipated and it appears that bias is ruling and not the judge. Judges and lawyers are operating inconsistently with bias and unaccountability. Whoever alleges mental illness, Parental Alienation or any other allegation FIRST will win their case. We discussed how lawyers have a role in this too. There is a non-profit agency in California that supports women, but instead refers them to lawyers who don't do much for them. That's why this is a multi-billion industry for the lawyers and Guardian Ad Litems. We talked about remedy such as Family Court could be torn down and rebuilt, as three years in Family Court is ENOUGH and a jury of six could evaluate the case and make the final decision.
We talked about Robert's cases involving a homeless Mother, the case of Terra Schlinger and her attorney fees totaling over $100,000.00 and how do judges make their decisions. We discussed how CPS puts kids into Foster Care so quickly and adopts them out. "Where is the best interest of the child?" Once a child is out of Foster Care they are out on the streets with no means of supporting themselves or education they are then subject to homelessness. There are few success stories.

DISGUSTING Treatment In Family Court Of A Veteran And His Children, With James Sisco

This case is tainted with players who need psychological evaluations, such as the Judges, opposing attorney and ex-wife. James is suffering through three years of egregious treatment at the hands of Judge Thomas P. Mann and Judge Penny S. Azcarate. Azcarate incarcerated James for not paying attorney fees to his ex-wife to the tune of $65,000.00 prior to James having not only back surgery and shoulder surgery, a STROKE as well. The extortion continues as well as the emotional and physical STRESS. The "Psychologist for the children", Mary Lindahl, extorts $195.00 to "review" each Skype call James has had with his children. The Skype calls were taking a toll on James's health, due to the fact his ex-wife CHOOSES to end them when "she feels like it," as evidenced in Jame's TikToks. Like a demon possessed, she will whip that lap top around and away from the kids as she sits there, staring at him for a second or two and then turns off the laptop. But the court approves of this behavior, alienating a good father from his children and who needs to be there FOR HIS CHILDREN. Other reporters have covered James Sisco's story besides myself. Julie Haskell and Michael Volpe covered segments of this ongoing legal abuse and false accusations from his ex-wife at TAXPAYER EXPENSE. When will it end? There is a hearing on January 22, 2024, to decide how long the trial will be. James continues to be an advocate even after having a stroke and to be there for others who can't protect themselves. Slam the Gavel welcomes Kenneth Vignali to the podcast. He is Founder of Signature Peace of Mind, where victims can go for help with cyber security issues. Kenneth had spent 8 years in the army serving in intelligence-related and combat arms-related roles and led a personal security detail while deployed to Iraq in 2009-2010. While on active duty, Kenneth experienced issues with the family law system himself which included getting ostracized by my his own unit and being let down by attorneys and abuse by law enforcement.
After leaving active duty, he worked for several large cyber security consulting firms supporting large companies. During that time, he also got into private investigative services on the side and began helping regular people with their own domestic and civil cases ranging from domestic abuse situations to divorce, missing persons and a host of other situations.
During this period of time before Kenneth launched his own company and got involved with non-profits in the area, he saw that women and children especially were not getting the full support they needed from taking back control of their online lives and device security to support with physical security and interfacing with law enforcement, judges and CPS agencies.
Kenneth then created his consumer-focused company, one of the few out there that provide the level of services called Signature Peace of Mind Advisors. He is also chair of the board of a non-profit that was launched last year called "We Create Warriors" which is currently based out of Texas, that was founded to help support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault get back on their feet and connected with job opportunities, education opportunities and resources for launching their own businesses, and are also working on offering self-defense training as well through partners.

ASFA (America Safe Families Act 1997) and CAPTA (Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, 1974) was well-intentioned but fell short. Solutions were discussed and Jay Rosenthal talked about URGENT ASSIST BASIC provided by Cpsprotect.com and what that entails when CPS is at YOUR DOOR. This levels the playing field for the parents. There is freedom of choice but not freedom from consequence. We talked about accountability and why caseworkers remove children, "when in doubt, pull them out." Taking a child out of a loving, fit home may end them up in a very abusive situation in a Foster Home. Sylvia Beachy brought up the fact that the MEDIA only shows the biological deaths of children but not the deaths in Foster Care. It is important to discuss uncomfortable topics as Sylvia Beachy stated, "We need to get uncomfortable as children are attacked at all angles. Where are you getting your moral values from?" Vincent McGovern, Author, Discusses Parental Alienation

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Vincent McGovern, Author, who was last on Slam the Gavel in Season 2, Episode 107 to discuss Parental Alienation. We discussed how the term is loosely thrown around in the family court system so one parent can gain advantage over another. However, it is the child that pays dearly.
Discussing statistics, Vincent states that Mothers obtain custody 95% in the UK, however Fathers obtain custody in 95% in Nigeria. How rare it is that a judge recognizes Parental Alienation for what it actually is and how it is being used among personality disorders in the courtroom. It is indeed the state that controls the destiny of the child and parents do not realize this until they set foot into a courtroom.
Between a custody battle and poverty playing it's role, it then creates an avalanche effect and that's where mother's lose out. It is the, "win or take all," mentality in an adversarial court system designed to destroy families.
Vincent discusses how judges are not making decisions nor enforcing the orders and there is no regulation or inspection on outcomes of these cases.
Vincent also discussed "perverted chauvinism," that literally force mothers into making false allegations. More to come in our next podcast in November!

Vincent discusses how shared parenting is not viewed the same in the US as in the UK. He states he is not a Father's Rights Activist, but an activist for the rights of the children as children are the first to be weaponized in the family court system. Once a parent is targeted they will lose the most because they are either too honest and not aware of how the system was designed. The excellent conversation on his book was very insightful and informative. It is a must read.

Teri Yaki Cahoon Discusses How The Family Court System Affects The LGBTQ Community

Slam the Gavel welcomes Teri "Yaki" Cahoon to the show. She is a volunteer teacher and relief worker, Air Force veteran, a foster parent, an adoptive homeschooling Mum, and biological mother after having multiple child losses (biological, adoptive, and foster).
Teri "married" someone of same sex before the supreme court ruling which retroactively put her name on my daughter's birth certificate. She thought I was living a dream until the other party tricked her into signing a document that now allowed her sell the house, move out of state, and demand that Teri follow with the children.
Two months later Teri found herself locked out of her home. Teri began reaching out for my children who were forced into the apartment building by people who posed as "friends". Her oldest adopted son was used to slander Teri in two main court cases that began a journey for her to fight for her own biological daughter and her closest-in-age adopted brother across 3 states in 4 households within 5 years.
Teri discussed how legalizing gay marriage invited a whole new level of marketing children and how Lesbians are at risk of being first world sex slaves. The national crisis of judicial abuse is can be a gender issue, as well as income issues, race issue, preferential/opinion issue. However, none of it is legal. Survivors must stop segregating over these reasons why and start uniting to end immunity without attorney or jury. An antiquated, monarchical system is not democratic.
Survivors of domestic violence by proxy are organizing. We are growing and advocating against parental deprivation/alienation. Accusations are a weapon of mass destruction. The ADA, the constitution, even the Bible cannot protect us from slander. Teri states that our mental health is crucial, and we must be dedicated to surviving and healing as a full-time job. Our parenthood is not contingent on our children's presence, neither is our mental health. Teri encourages parents to stop sitting in your own TRAUMA and start living in your HEALING.

Perjury And Hiding Evidence, And What Are The Courts Going To Do About it; With Brian Vukadinovich

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast. Brian is the author of Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case and Rogues in Black Robes. Brian was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episodes 13, 37 and 44. On our show today and he will discuss his pending federal court lawsuit against a very famous judge, Richard A. Posner, formerly of the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago where he was on the bench for almost 36 years before he retired in 2017 over disagreements with the other judges about how PRO SE'S were being TREATED in the Seventh Circuit. He read about how Brian represented himself in a five day federal civil rights jury trial in 2016 and how Brian beat a team of corporation lawyers at the five day jury trial where he was awarded more than $200,000 by the jury for the school corporation's violation of his due process rights. When they terminated his employment as a teacher, and in 2018 Posner asked Brian to come work for him in his newly created company "Posner Center for Pro Se's" to help unrepresented litigants and agreed to pay Brian $120,000 a year to serve as the executive director of the Posner Center and to also provide advisory services to Posner in Posner's personal capacity. But Posner REFUSED TO PAY him for his work and Brian had to take him to court for BREACH OF CONTRACT. Brian is representing himself and is battling lawyers from 3 DIFFERENT STATES (New York, Chicago and Indiana) in the case. Recently, there was a hearing in the federal court and Brian tried to get the judge to take JUDICIAL NOTICE of a PERJURED AFFIDAVIT that the New York lawyer, Justin M. Ellis, signed under penalty of perjury. The judge, after rethinking things over DECIDED TO ADMIT THE DOCUMENT into the record, and that's when it hit the fan: when the New York Lawyer started to WHINE and BACKPEDAL, trying to cover the perjury. HOWEVER, magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, has been accepted to be a federal court of appeals judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago, the SAME COURT that Posner was at. Brian gave us updates on his case and now that the case is back in Judge Theresa L. Springmann's hands. Brian is hoping she will do the right thing and allow not only Discovery, but a FAIR TRIAL.

She discusses how she has been alienated from her daughter since age eight for well over a decade and the effects it has had on her life.
As a very loving mother, she is sharing her story to highlight to other parents caught up in this terrible situation of Family Court while she has gone through four judges throughout trying to get her daughter back. She wants go give the right advice and education regarding Parental Alienation to all parents, while working alongside Brian O'Sullivan.

We talked about Guardianships and Child Protection Services and how this government organized crime syndicate is still not understood by the victims - that makes these crimes all the more diabolical and the work of those exposing them even harder.
Attorney Stone also explained the definition of Human Trafficking under the U.N.Office on Drugs and Crime. [1]
“Human Trafficking is the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of people through force, fraud or deception, with the aim of exploiting them for profit. Men, women and children of all ages and from all backgrounds can become victims of this crime, which occurs in every region of the world. The traffickers often use violence or fraudulent employment agencies and fake promises of education and job opportunities to trick and coerce their victims.”
All of this is done in the name of profit. These crimes are becoming so infested in our government. There is #WEKNOW. These laws are illegal and strip us of our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS--our BIRTH RIGHTS.
The Declaration of Independence was discussed. As it is written, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
These crimes against humanity is so depraved on so many levels. The violation of Federal and International Laws that further obstruct our JUSTICE. Family Court and CPS is doing the same, "under the color of law," Title IV. This includes Guardianships and Family Court.
The horrific crimes that Mary Bush has suffered in her Guardianship case is NOT an isolated incident, but a "playbook," for Guardianships.
As citizens we have laws that do not protect our unalienable rights, derivation of rights under the color of law, which carry criminal penalties and unlawful, illegal laws that strip us of our rights that MUST be removed from the books.
Geralyn Lambou Speaks Out On The Mistreatment Of Her Father And Their Family Through Thieving Guardianship

Slam the Gavel welcomes Geralyn Lambou to the podcast to speak out on what happened to her 93 year-old father. It all started after her mother passed in 2017. Her nephew had moved in to help care for her father. Through unfortunate circumstances the nephew had passed. Geralyn had then moved in to help care for her father. She realized his dementia was worsening and also had a Durable POA. Friends recommended a doctor for Geralyn to take her father to. Geralyn was seeking advice from this retired doctor and his wife.
The doctor recommended that he be put in a facility to calm him down and then later return home. However he never returned home. Geralyn would never trust physicians or lawyers again as the lawyer called and told her her father would be staying in the facility permanently. Someone changed the Estate paperwork.
Her father was isolated for three years. The three individuals mentioned in an affidavit had isolated their father, medicated him, changed all of his estate documents, and liquidated his estate.
The family found out where their father was living and all those that visited him were told to leave, otherwise they would call the police for trespassing, even though their father would ask for them to visit. In three years they moved him to four different places. The family would soon find out where he was but on the third move the family could not find him. Geralyn reported her father missing.
On October 10, 2022 Geralyn was notified through the same court their family were fighting this guardianship case in, that their father had passed away on August 20th, 2022, seven weeks later.
Geralyn and her family now knew where he had lived and the funeral home who buried him. They called the last place their father lived and were told that the guardian told them she was his daughter and the funeral home was told he had no family.

Meghan Walsh Speaks Out On The Advocacy Of Her Children And The Kidnapping Of Her Infant Daughter

On June 7th, 2022, DCF/CHS absconded with her five day-old infant while still nursing her. Meghan has stated that none of this is in the, "Best Interest of the Child." Police are aiding and abetting CPS in the trafficking of our children, our precious future and generations.
Meghan has been an advocate prior to her children ever being taken away. She spoke about the end of March 2021 where an Emergency Petition was filed by her own father, John Walsh on her eldest daughter. Then on April 1st, 2021 she was followed by an unmarked car with her three children. They had pulled her over and the three children were taken by the police.
We spoke of perjury on the witness stand, CPS retaliation and collusion amongst the court actors.

Melissa talked about how The Family Justice Center had been defunded over 80 million dollars and for years they had capitalized off of others' suffering. Standing up for justice for our children is so important.
There have been an increase in Domestic Violence Homicides in 2018 however, they are not calling it Domestic Violence and North Carolina has changed the wording. It's time to GET LOUD.

This is highly informative as she talks about dealing with abusers and having the information and technology to understand that it is easy for people to watch your comings and goings while invading your privacy. Kathy Watrel Speaks Out On What Exactly Her Judge Was DOODLING During Hearings....And MORE

Slam the Gavel welcomes Kathy Watrel to the podcast. She has been suffering through Family Court for six years. She has been with Judge Bass for the last four. Apparently Judge Bass has some 'doodling,' that has been raising alarms with Kathy. Kathy had made a Public Record Requests for the court for the judges notes, phone calls, hand written notes and texts and found a distressing note written by the judge from last April 6, 2022 the judge wrote, "former wife is represented by her lover (and gave the name of her then attorney) and they are after money." This is what the judge concluded from a hearing that was related to getting services for their older child where child support wasn't being paid and the child was struggling and needed other supported living services and there was an escalating crisis of their youngest child. NOWHERE in that hearing that they were they talking about lovers or dating. Kathy asked the judge, through tears, "please help our family, we are in crisis and that there wasn't a day, a minute, an hour that went by that I wasn't fearful for both of her children or their well-being." Judge Bass then told her that that was very inappropriate, rude and not to talk to her and didn't want to know anything about it. She said that Kathy was distracting as Kathy's crying on mute on ZOOM distracted her a lot. In the transcripts there was nothing about being lovers with the attorney. Kathy obtained these notes by messaging the public informations officer of the whole city who then referred Kathy to the General Counsel for the Duval County Courthouse. They went back and forth and it was a process, the more specific the request the less expensive it will be. It was amazing that Kathy found this note as she was looking for exparte communication. Kathy is saddened by this whole situation because this is what the judge concluded instead of her children's needs. Kathy feels this judge is not fair prejudicial and fabricating fantasies about her. Kathy filed a Motion to Disqualify her July 21st, 2023 and haven't heard back and forwarded the motion to the chief Judges and hasn't heard a response back as of yet. Another concern is that another judge could read her FABRICATION and take on her perspective as well. Judicial Canons do not support this behavior. BEING A JUDGE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. Back in 2013 when Judge Bass was newly elected as a judge, she was in criminal court. She was presiding over the nationally televised, "Loud Music Case." She called the victim's father on her cell phone this was discovered when the father was talking to opposing counsel. There was more to this case as she also prevented a witness from testifying. In Judge Denise Brown's biased courtroom many things have taken place that should never happen to ANY parent. The case with Stephanie Russell is that she had two children in vitro and married a wealthy man. When things did not go well, Stephanie divorced him and off to court they went into a custody battle and family court FAILURE. The judge gave the ex-husband HER children that weren't even HIS. Stephanie Russell also had to pay him child support on her OWN children and she had said that the judge told her to put his name on one of the children's birth certificate. She also feared that the judge would force her to sign over her retirement to her ex. To make matters worse, Stephanie had to pay hundreds of dollars for visitation to see her own children. Threats came as well, notes found on her car. Stephanie has NO family members to lean on. Then the unimaginable happened last week that made the national news.

Alisha has been going through a very troubling child custody case from upstate New York where multiple judges have violated several parts of her first amendment rights which are her right to choose a religion, her right to freely assemble and her right to speak freely. Alisha had full custody until May of 2019. Unfortunately this custody order was switched at a custody hearing when Judge Catherine Cholakis gave full custody to the father, a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. Judge Cholakis claimed that due to Alisha's Buddhist beliefs that the mother would not take the children to the doctor's office. Playing along with Supervised Visitations till the father recused EVERY SUPERVISOR put forth EXCEPT himself. The mother no longer enacted supervised visitation for two reasons which are the father would CHANGE HIS MIND on a WHIM and CANCEL Supervised visitations and new details came out that the father actually SEXUALLY ASSAULTED A SUPERVISOR. The victim TESTIFIED to this at trial. WORSE YET, she is currently barred and will be for almost TWO MORE YEARS from even seeing two of her children. Alisha provided part of the temporary order signed by the infamous Judge Anthony McGinty.
"NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, THAT Alisha Clark Walker observe the following conditions of behavior: Stay away from:home and the school of her son and daughter IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this temporary order of protection remain in force until and including February 2025." There have been sexual innuendos about the spouses paramour that she runs a BDSM business out of the home HOWEVER in court she denies this. Alisha has exhibits that say she works in the home BDSM under the name, "Mistress Couple," or "Miss Couple." The father also took the kids to a "bondage party." Very appropriate fatherly behavior. Perhaps the judges should have been invited. It has been well known that 68% of Domestic Abuse cases where the Mother claims physical abuse will lose custody. Alisha has not seen her children in two years as this case has gone on for four years. Alisha has mourned the loss of her children as well as close relatives that decide to believe the father. We discussed this brilliant, unique and one- of-a-kind CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT that is including ELEVEN families. The named Defendant is the Judicial Council of California, which is the policy making body that trains judges. The Plaintiffs are arguing that there is no Constitution in the California state court system, particularly in the "Family Court." They don't recognize that the Constitution exists and yet the Constitution is supposed to be the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. The judges and the Attorneys are not arguing the Constitution. Attorney Phillip's Clients are arguing that Parenting is a fundamental right and Constitutional right that is protected under the 14th Amendment. They believe the judges in California NEED TO BE TRAINED in this and need to know and understand that PARENTING is a FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT. They can't take away custody and parenting time unless a parent is actually found UNFIT with ACTUAL EVIDENCE found in a fitness hearing not in a divorce proceeding. The FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT, protects the RIGHT TO PARENT. However, parents are being ROBBED of PRIVATE SPEECH with their children, especially in SUPERVISED VISITS. The GOVERNMENT is in control and LISTENING and it's a HUGE VIOLATION of the FIRST AMENDMENT right to familial association. Parents involved in custodial rights are getting their children taken away based on standards that fall below the minimum Constitutional standard. Once the CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARD drops below the minimum, they believe the federal government should get involved to protect these federally protected civil rights. Advocating for foster children and biological parents, Claire finds herself in many situations as she has stood in the gap for pregnant mothers that were drug/alcohol dependent and in need of assistance in getting checked into facilities, so that upon the birth of their child- they could then keep their baby and get on a healthy path or sobriety.

A troll is there to bring out a negative response and could be a one or two time occurrence. When they start becoming more frequent that is now cyberbullying or cyber-harassment or even a stalker. A stalker may be someone that may not be aggressive but may be infatuated, still uncomfortable and unwanted. We have to set boundaries and space also. The thread can ignite and start with a troll and end up with someone else being a bully, it starts with a troll. There needs to be accountability that trolls do not realize. It's not okay to demonize someone for a difference of opinion and then try and slam and destroy their reputation and spread that even further into the internet where it becomes viral. That's a troll that turns into cyberbullying and cyber harassment. Dawn is working very hard to find a way to fix this to some extent. There is no policing on the internet. "When you start cyberbullying someone then you are breaking the law because it's unwanted content." Law enforcement needs to evolve with technology. Explaining the case of Amanda Todd Story, a 15 year-old Canadian who had committed suicide due to cyberstalking and when she and her mother reported this to the police, they were told to stay off the internet. That is not solving the problem and Amanda deserved safety. Her predator was extradited from Norway to Canada, and he was given 13 years in prison. He was convicted INTERNATIONALLY. This requires INTERNATIONAL LAW to go after people hiding behind a monitor. Dawn even talked about her own story of a predator in her life and what could have happened if she didn't hear a certain word out of this person's mouth to send out a RED FLAG to her to go no further. Today we discussed the pros and cons of arranged marriages and gave some statistics from an article, "27 Shocking Arranged Marriages Statistics," written by Brandon Gaille in May 20th, 2017. This was a fascinating discussion and we talked about how these marriages would work if they were a "God based" institution. Augustus explained that the root cause is that there is no Daddy at home. The home has fallen apart with barely any Godly principles.
We also talked about Personality Disorders and how this can affect relationships and a marriage and that a Personality Disorder can come down to a person's will.
Great conversation about how God is left out of the schools and more prisons are being built. There was a disturbing correlation pointed out in the podcast between prisons and schools.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Bandy Lee to the podcast. She is a medical doctor, a forensic psychiatrist, and a world expert on violence who taught at Yale School of Medicine and Yale Law School for 17 years prior to transferring recently to Columbia and Harvard.
Dr. Lee became well-known to the public by leading a group of mental health professional colleagues in breaking the silence about the immediate past U.S. president’s dangerous psychology and publishing the New York Times bestseller, “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 37 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President” (Macmillan, 2017 and 2019). The volume proceeded from an ethics conference she organized at Yale School of Medicine, which led to her consulting with over 50 members of the U.S. Congress.
Currently, Dr. Bandy Lee is president of the World Mental Health Coalition, the largest professional organization to address the problem of dangerous leadership and its contribution to a ‘psychological pandemic.’
During medical school, she obtained an additional divinity degree to expand her understanding of the human condition. Trained at Yale and Harvard Universities, she was chief resident at Massachusetts General Hospital and a research fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health. At Yale Law School, she taught clinical courses covering the mental health aspects of asylum law, criminal justice, and veteran legal services. Her clinical practice consists of psychiatric services at maximum-security prisons and in state hospitals, in addition to working as an expert witness for civil and criminal courts. At Yale College, she was a popular professor who taught the Global Health Studies course, “Violence: Causes and Cures.” Most recently, she accepted the invitation to co-found an institute on violence prevention at Union Theological Seminary with multiple world experts in the field.
Authoring what is considered the most comprehensive textbook on the subject to date, “Violence: An Interdisciplinary Approach to Causes, Consequences, and Cures” (Wiley-Blackwell, 2019) and she has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and chapters, 17 edited scholarly books and journal special issues, and over 300 op-eds in outlets such as the Guardian, the New York Times, the Boston Globe, the Independent, and Politico.

Judge Throws A Veteran Out Of His Home Via Corruption And Fraud Upon The Court Right Before Veteran's Day In San Diego, CA

Phillip is a Veteran, serving his country in both the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army. Phillip served during OEF & OIF and for his efforts he received a Bronze Star. However, veteran Phillip Simon also has sustained injuries from those efforts that have left him permanently disabled and suffering with PTSD, 100%. PHILLIP DOES NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD. Judge Sharon L. Kalemkiarian is nicknamed, "The Closer." So if your case is running a lengthy amount of time, even if she is out of her jurisdiction, she flat out doesn't care. She doesn't care about a DVRO order that doesn't exist, among other things. Finally, she clarified her orders - that she didn't care either way by the VA Disability that isn't Community Property. Her fraud actions forced Phillip into bankruptcy, violated the Code of Judicial Ethics and has failed to observe Phillip's Due Process Rights. Extortion, Corruption And Harassment Of Jail With Continued Orders By Three Judges, With Amy Palacios

Updating her case, Amy spoke about how her case and how it has been "continued" multiple times, while threats of going to jail to pay Jay White (who was both ex husband's attorneys in the past, which is a major conflict of interest), head of DSS $36,000.00 or go to jail. Amy did have a "win" in Supreme Court, NC. However, a shady deal went on and the order was completely REMOVED. Amy asked where the order was. She then got a "dismissal," wrote from a clerk of court, who dismissed without anything over a year later and written as if a 5 year old wrote it. Amy filed to the Supreme Court before she had gotten her "gatekeeper" and "gag order," and they still won't take off her 19 1/2 year old and one soon to be 18 and "should" be falling off the ASTRONOMICAL child support extortion bill she is paying her ex husband to the tune of $2,800 a month. The child support order would never be reduced, "because of the paperwork." Which means the Gatekeeper order. Amy explained further. Selling her three horses and DSS is considering them "income," when their sale was used to pay the $70,000.00 to her ex-husband. Jay White also fired everyone who was working underneath him because of a an open investigation into DSS. However, 1 Corinthians 6: 9,10 will prevail. These individuals, Lainie and Robert Roldan deliberately inserted themselves into Dari's family's life 'pretending' to be a friend and to care. What happened next was the JCCA foster agency in NY. Their mission statement: "Repair the World, Child by Child," Dari disagrees with this and says it is more like destroy the world, child by child. They never intended on reunifying her daughter with herself, but instead conspired with the ACS (CPS) and Family court to keep her daughter away from her family.
It is dumbfounding how the Family Court Judge, Judge Jacqueline Deane did not do the right thing and wrote a decision filled with lies and half-truths while allowing Dari's daughter to be absconded with by the foster couple to Florida. Was this a set-up?
Dari talked about how her other daughter is going down to Florida next month. In the last podcast the Police Officers went to the house where Rhiannon is staying and were told, "Rhiannon is out living her life." Soon After Dari filed a Missing Person's report.

Amanda has gone through five attorneys who did nothing for her, but only made things worse by not presenting evidence while in court. In the beginning, her ex had told her, "I will not pay you anything." But it gets much worse than that. This is a family violence situation, she has been threatened by her ex the entire time she was married to him. Amanda had been diagnosed with breast cancer when her ex left. Amanda was taking care of her children as well as his ex wife's children. Amanda was face-timing her son and took screen shots of what was going on as she saw a gun going towards her child's head. Prior to mediation, Amanda showed her attorney and right after that she got an Exparte Emergency Custody Order ON HER CLAIMING that she was the ABUSER. She was not allowed to go to court. They claimed there was no court. She NEVER got to show evidence or have her say. They took 50% of her custody away from her. Apparently, her ex has friends. Her ex's goal is to have Amanda on supervised visits. Going back to court, her ex now wants to take away ALL her time with her children. The only four days she has with them for the MONTH. He is also demanding that she get a psychological evaluation. Amanda is trying to find a way to end the litigation. There are so many moving parts to her case such as the Parent Coordinator who won't take the evidence of abuse. Amanda knows this is about power and control and there is NO recourse and NO remedy. Stephen is the Founder of The Gabriella Boyd Memorial Foundation that was created on April 28, 2018, after the tragic and devastating loss of two and a half year old, Gabriella. Shortly after, her father, Stephen Boyd, began this Non-Profit organization in order to not only honor his little girl but also to help those who are struggling through Family Court to have a voice and be heard. After reluctantly entering into his first “Parenting Agreement” in 2016, that was ordered by a judge in Westchester County, Stephen had been fighting for physical custody of his daughter. Like many of us, he was no familiar with the details and aspects of Family Court Law, Child Support, and Parental Rights pertaining to his situation and the situation of so many others. This process had been very difficult, time consuming, and costly for Stephen. However, the love that he has for his little girl was far greater, and he took all the necessary steps to educate himself and properly build a case. For two and a half years, he had built a case against the mother of his daughter with evidence, which he hoped to show that he ultimately deserved custody of Gabriella. On Friday April 27, 2018, Stephen Boyd went to Village of Mamaroneck Police Department with the court order he had been fighting so long for. Although Judge Hal B. Greenwald had signed off on Stephen Boyd getting physical custody of his daughter that day, after a series of events that are still currently under investigation, unfortunately that court order was never executed. This case now sits in the Court of Appeals, 2nd Department, Appellate Division. On Saturday, April 28, 2018, around 1:30 PM, The Village of Mamaroneck Police Department received a call that resulted in police finding Gabriella D.O.A while in the care of her mother. Despite the efforts of the first responders to try to revive and resuscitate her, it was too late. Gabriella Boyd was pronounced dead. The Gabriella Boyd Memorial Foundation has a mission to help educate and assist those who have struggled to have a voice in custody situations. We want to be able to help those who are struggling, just like Stephen did, to have a chance to better understand their rights and the family court system. This foundation has the help of local law enforcement, social workers, family lawyers, and community activists for parents who want to be present in their children’s lives, but are struggling to find the necessary steps and their voice in the process. There will be Informational seminars held quarterly to provide help to those who would like to join us. We are also involved with other foundations who also have the same goal of promoting equality in family law in order to focus on the well-being of our children. Sam Sugar, M.D. Speaks Out On The Beginning, The Middle And The End Of Abusive Guardianships

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Sam Sugar to the show. He is a medical doctor and a founder and president of Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianship. This is an organization designed to help expose the corruption of this nation's guardianship systems.
Dr. Sugar received his M.D. from the Abraham Lincoln College of Medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He also achieved certification as a specialist in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and was distinguished as a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
He has served as the director for managed care at Evanston/Northwestern Healthcare. Dr. Sugar has also taught at both Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and the Chicago Medical School.
In 2014, after experiencing the horrors of guardianship firsthand, Dr. Sugar teamed up to create the Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianship.
Currently, Dr. Sugar lives in Hollywood, Florida with his wife Judy.
Dr. Sugar was explaining that the public is naive to the fact that Guardianships are hidden from public view and that the public needs to understand how serious this actually is. Between 90% of all American families consider themselves dysfunctional, so dysfunctional parents produce dysfunctional children and this is known as intergeneration dysfunction and disgruntled siblings find themselves financial targets when they don't know what to do with an elderly parent's financial and medical issues.
This is a very complex dynamic not recognized by the court system. Perhaps they are unaware of it or intentionally ignoring the issues related to Guardianships. We discussed "Epigenetics." The stresses on families and individuals who have taken care of an elderly parent and find themselves and their loved one destroyed by these Guardianships.
Profit is what drives the abuse across the country known as professional Guardianships. Guardianships cannot be fixed, but possibly re-imagined. As a society, we need to take a serious look at how we handle infirmities in the elderly, disabled and handicapped and how we can do better as a country intaking care of people that need help.
Hope Wagner, Grandmother, Speaks Out On The System: Til Death Do Us Part

Slam the Gavel welcomes Hope Wagner to the show. She is a Grandmother to three granddaughters. Her own daughter was murdered by the children's father. However, she has been ordered to not see her own grandchildren, but the father that has committed the murder has access to see his daughters.
As the children were questioned by the detectives, three factors existed: Prior to her daughter's murder, the father had used and groomed his daughter's on the murder of their mother that would take place, he also directed the children as to what would happen and to clean up and cover up the murder, what to say to the police and how to say it thus helping him in the process under his direction. The children stated they witnessed the brutal murder of their own mother. Watching their mother cling to life while fighting to her death is haplessly ignored, however the system is helping the children by showing them Sesame Street and teaching them how to have a relationship with an incarcerated parent, yet won't allow them to see their grandparents.
For the past 24 months the children have had a forced relationship with the convicted murderer. CPS and non-profits are working together to develop a care plan for the family and children focused on reunification with the parent incarcerated. Hope has been taken out of their lives for the last 24 months.
Reaching out to attorneys who are reluctant to challenge they system, Hope has found that there are no outlets, no one to turn to. The system threw Hope and her husband into the family court arena where they want to revoke his parental rights. Hope refuses to participate in this as the system which has made it very difficult to talk to anybody.
Hope encourages people to refuse to participate in the very schemes of the system that gives it oxygen to thrive, know your rights and stand your ground. Demand the upholding of the Constitution and to step out of the emotional box. We have to change this, Hope says, as the system thrives on dysfunction that supports its coercive persuasion and enriches itself on the the despair of others. EXSPOSE THE CORRUPTION! Mother stated that Dr. Russell went the extra mile to find the answers to her children's medical conditions and was treating the family for nine years. Dr. Russell was available even on weekends and put in long hours treating patients and that her staff was excellent as well, Mother explained. Dr. Stephanie Russell even called physicians out of the state to find the medical answers to their problems and was able to bring answers back to this Mother. This Mother says that she and her children miss Dr. Stephanie Russell tremendously.

Stacey Sonnelitter Speaks Out On The Biggest Lie Is Judicial "ERROR," And Her CASE Is On The RECORD

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Stacey Sonnelitter to the podcast. She was last on Season 3, Episode 155, and Season 4, Episode 13. Stacey discussed going before the New York State Appellate Division, 4th Department for Oral Argument and what that entailed. The appeal was a dismissal for an application for a temporary order of protection and custody. Stacey explained in her argument where she stated that she has been a Physician Assistant for the last 25 years and recently became a Certified Paralegal through the local college. The reason that she became a paralegal was that she would be taken seriously in the courtroom and for her own kids and other peoples kids that need her help. Stacey appeared before the Appellate Court in her children's honor because they need their Mom to do this for their safety. However, Stacey was told by the Judge to get to the, "meat and potatoes of the case." BUT DID THEY LOOK AT STACEY'S EVIDENCE?? Stacey also did a data-download dump in her record of ALL evidence of child abuse. Stacey described how her children were abused, and how many individuals reported the abuse and how her children want to live with their Mother due to their reporting this ABUSE as well. Her ex also was indicated FOUR times by a neighboring CPS, however, they acted LIKE IT DIDN'T EXIST. It's in the records BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Stacey now has to wait on the outcome. One of the points that they made in her appeal, is this is a finding by the Federal Government, "within reach," which is a National Strategy geared at reducing preventable child deaths from abuse and neglect. With the findings of their research and publications, is the number one factor that gives an idea of risk of future child death, from abuse or neglect: is calls placed to CPS hotline regardless of the disposition. If there is a litany of calls to CPS on somebody, that is a number one predictor of a future child death or fatality from abuse and neglect. Her ex has FOUR indications. Stacey is able to prove imminent danger due to the four indications and where her children disclosed sexual abuse and strangulation in their past. Stacey was DENIED an evidentiary hearing on both of those applications. Had they done the right thing from the beginning, they wouldn't be wearing egg on their faces. The most important part of the case is when it starts in the BEGINNING. Unfortunately, that is when parents are most vulnerable and that's when they do things as swiftly as possible before they even know what happened. "If you can get someone to do the right things at the beginning of the case from the first step you'll be a lot better" Stacey explains. In Stacy's case there was conflict of interest.

On the previous podcast, Ray talked about how his daughter at the age of two years had been privately adopted out by St. Francis Ministries. Ray now has sole custody of his son, while the mother signed off rights to her child. Ray discussed that he and 38 other parents had been participating in a MASS FEDERAL TORT in North Carolina to address the atrocities done to their families. This claim was filed in October of 2022. It now has been dismissed. Another topic discussed was that there are no Child Abuse Clearances checked on foster parents in the state of Kansas. After the Penn State scandal broke in 2011 it was statewide in Pennsylvania that anyone working with children must have their State Police Background Check, Fingerprinting and Child Abuse Clearances completed in to their workplace, or they could not work around children. Back on Slam the Gavel is a return guest, Michael Sayen, author, who enlightens us on the historical evolution of corruption within the Family Court System. From the 1857 Matrimonial Clause in England, women wanted the right to Divorce and Parliament agreed and that took the authority away from the church. This action found it's way to the United States shortly after.
Michael explains how Marriage Licenses evolved and how the Marriage License is Unconstitutional. We also talked about Barron v. Baltimore of 1833 and that it is a landmark case which helped define the concept of federalism in the US constitutional law.
The evolution of Family Court by design was originally through Civil Courts called "Special Interest Courts." However, supremacy with Federal Government was not the case in the year 2000 with the case Troxel v. Granville. This had a big impact in the Family Court System. The government began to infiltrate the family home. The object was to take the child out of the family home and incentivize with Title IV-D and E.
On a positive note, 50/50 Shared Custody Bills would be put into the hands of the Federal Court for regulation to prosecute Judges and reverse decisions.

Anna is speaking out and blowing the whistle on the manipulation of our courts and is doing so in the public interest and to raise a red flag about the injustices that are taking place within our court system under color of law.
A victim of the violations of law of New York State Justice Anna Culley, and as such she has initiated the petition calling on New York State lawmakers to impeach Judge Anna Culley for those violations of law; for denying litigants their due process by falsifying material facts on her judgements and subsequent orders; and for abuse of office in issuing Contempt of Court orders and eviction orders for her favored litigants. New York State lawmakers need to address the violations of law of Judge Anna Culley during this legislative session AND she must be removed from the bench as soon as possible and certainly before December 31, 2028, the end of her elected term of office.

Determined to make a change in children's lives, Claudia wants to see Texas HB 559 and Senate Bill 431 come forward. She shares with us that all fifty states have a custodial interference law and this comes from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Department of Justice, and the National District Attorneys Association. Both Texas and Missouri have prefiled legislative bills on interference with child custody and parental kidnapping.
We also talked about The Hague Convention and the proper route to report a child missing and shared a story of a parent's struggle trying to get their child back.

Attorney Reguli has been an attorney for 27 years. She has been a valiant warrior and attorney, now stirring the pot in so far that they have come after her with more criminal charges for defending a client and since then the state has made a new indictment of Aggravated Perjury. This was brought against Attorney Reguli on August 12, 2022.
Connie discussed that her case is in appeal. They are intimidated and threatened by her speaking out since 2010. They had criminalized her as she was running for judge which led to changing the judge changing the law to make a felony that was not a felony and that case is in appeal at present. They want to discredit her voice as they are intimidated by her speaking out since 2010. Aggravated perjury and the new charges come up and fighting that, and Connie has asked the courts to hold off so she can get through several appeals which there is some issues with materiality that the DA has not addressed.
Connie is an activist, reformer and warrior and will not stop standing up for those child welfare reform and family court and she will not stop sharing that information.
Family Forward Project on social media to share new stories that are now beginning to pop up everywhere such as 1,000 children missing in Missouri. She also has familyforwardfoundation.com. She and 14 people went to Washington, DC to learn to lobby and be a citizen activist. This was the forum to do that and speak with Freedom Works and also were able to speak to the top legal advisors in Congress about funding problems. They learned that CPTA is up for re-authorization (money for foster care). However, it has been stricken and re-written for family advocacy and to reduce the removals. Connie is also planning a trip for February/March.
So much to learn from this podcast as children, our future, are treated as "cash cows" for foster care and adoptions and once out of foster care, when they have their own families, they are continuously haunted not only by CPS but again, foster care.

Monica Griego Updates Us On Her And Her Daughter's CYFD Case And How Educated Is CPS

She was back on the show to give updates on her daughter's possible adoption. Monica explained that people need to know that family services are either involuntary or voluntary and what that entails. A parent can complete the family services plan, jump through hoops and still not get their child back.
Monica was deprived of seeing her daughters on Mother's Day and her daughter's birthday as well. What was explained by Monica is that CYFD on an adoption tax audit collects $14,900.00 a year per child. Kids for cash. Her children are pulled out of one foster home and put into another. Many children endure this, and they don't know which end is up while suffering abuse. CASA does not have the children's best interest at heart, only PARENTS do.
The children need to be returned to Monica Griego. She is their mother and knows what their special needs are. Monica has a strong belief in God. Monica also informed us of a website called caught.net. It's a website that exposes systemic powers and judges.

Her interest and background grew naturally to embrace the psychological abuse of Parent Alienation, which she has specialized in for the last 10 years. This includes false accusations of sexual abuse.
She offers a Four Day Intensive Family Reunification program for Alienated Parents and their alienated children. It takes place in Los Angeles.

It is time to be vocal about how many people this is affecting. It is people that are trying to survive every day or have been diagnosed with mental illness that is now being used against them in the courts. The world will say whatever about us but we always have a choice and we get to decide how we will relate what is happening to us. This pathological system, it is chaos and the most effective way through it is to go inside and gain your own resources in terms of a support system and empowerment.
Live a life that means something to you. Moving forward we are not under such naive illusions that life is fair, it is not. Don't put your faith in what is happening in the outside world and people are not alone. Laurie encourages to enjoy every day, do a gratitude practice, no matter what is happening around you. Focus on positive things, because they can't take that away from you.

Great to have Sheila back on Slam the Gavel as she describes her loss and sorrow over losing her daughter in a corrupt Family Court system and how her feelings affected her life and career. She discusses how these feelings affect men as well, as people suspect and judge a person based on an allegation and come to their own conclusions as to how a mother or father lost their child to the other parent.
Sheila describes what it does to a mother's or father's psyche and it is a nightmare that you cannot wake up from. Parents feel isolated and ashamed as their own children are used as weapons against them.
The Legal system continuously perpetuates the Parental Alienation that destroys Parents and Children. Sheila encourages parents with coping skills and tells us we have nothing to be ashamed of. Darlene Orvieto Discusses The Victim To Hero Interview With A Judicial Child Abuser And National President Of The AFCC

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Darlene Orvieto, Advocate of Massachusetts Corruption Exposed on Facebook. Darlene was last on the show Season 2, Episode 74, 129 and Season 3, Episode 82. There was much discussion on how Judge Fidnick, National President of the AFCC, caused Darlene Orvieto's situation.
The Judge removed the children away from a loving, fit parent, violating her rights and has allowed the abuse to continue. Also, she showed bias and had no idea of what ADA rights are. Darlene has filed grievances with no response.
In the interview the Judge is quoted stating, "this is a 60 billion a year business, Family Law Attorneys are doing well..." Fidnick also stated that the Family Resolution program, would not be held against parents who were substance abusers, yet removed the children from Darlene with not even so much as a traffic ticket. Also referring parents to reach out to CPS for help.
We also discussed The Family Wizard program and found that it was a Platinum Sponsor to the AFCC.
Darlene Orvieto has a 175 page GAL report that stated Darlene should have full custody, but still was treated like a criminal.
Apparently there are 20 million alienated children in the USA and judges think they can tell a parent who is in charge of Moral Development. Darlene discussed what her kids have gone through and now the fourth false accusation of sexual abuse through coaching of one of the children. If a Child comes out with a coached accusation such as this, it is generally coming from the opposition.
What has to be taken into consideration is that some parents are not alienating, but protecting their children and it gets twisted around in the courtroom. This happens quite often. The last time she was on we discussed her daughter singing to her mother and the effects Judges and Attorneys are having on her child.
Marineka discussed her faith and how advocacy has chosen her as she held her daughter's dolls and said she will be holding them until her daughter returns to her care. She also talked about the element of FORGIVENESS and how she is forgiving, so she herself can HEAL, but even though she has forgiven the opposing attorney Laura Brooks and Judge Natalie Haskins, they still have to answer to God for their mistakes.
Also, Marineka explains why she wants this issue kept in the spotlight. This is to explain why and how her daughter was ripped away from her and how Alienation is being perpetuated by the father as he will not allow telephone calls with her daughter as well as Judge Haskins not filing her orders and Laura Brooks going along with it. The court continues to call Mother "crazy." This is commonplace in most courtrooms across the country, if not globally.
Marineka brought up that she thinks the judges should be RE-TRAINED and LOOK at the EVIDENCE before removing a child from the loving, fit parent. Now her daughter is constantly picked up late from daycare, is being held upside down and hit by the father's 17 year old son and they both continue to shave her daughter's head. Somehow the Judge Haskins DOESN'T CARE about how this is affecting the child physically, emotionally and self esteem. We talked about lawyers not acting in their capacity, such as Guardian Ad Litems.
The best advice Marineka also gave was to not get the same phone plans with your partner because if there is a break up, they can cause all sorts of problems with the cell phone....MORE to come....

Brett was last on May 23, 2023, Season 4, Episode 98, where he discussed the dysfunction within his family that had affected his case in Family Court. "The people we are supposed to turn to for help in times of need were not there," Brett stated. Brett explained how his family turned on him and took sides, but not his side. Today, Brett was happy to update his case that never should have started to begin with. But now his case is over and he has his daughter full-time, along with a home five minutes away from her school. Brett discussed that she has to regain trust and asks him every time he drops her off, will he be there to pick her up after. Brett continues to reassure her especially after the two years of Family Court, where his own Mother wrote a disparaging letter about Brett and sent it to the judge's chambers. The judge shrugged it off. Brett also explained that in his case, there were four different caseworkers involved and an investigator. They lied to the judge telling him they had weekly visits (that weren't happening), then got promoted. Brett also learned that apparently DHS caseworkers and court-appointed attorneys meet at a hotel for a "convention," doing who knows what, staying for ONE WEEK at taxpayer's expense. This is a system set up where a parent is designed to lose. "My daughter means the world to me and saved my life, so the least I can do is save hers," Brett said. Brett said that his last caseworker was the one who got things moving forward and helpful and stated that this shouldn't have happened in the first place. "They want us to keep quiet and that's the last thing you want to do," explains Brett. Antonella Giovanna Speaks Out About The Corruption Not Only In Her Appellate Case, But What's Really Going On In Rockland, NY

Slam the Gavel welcomes Antonella Giovanna to the podcast. She is a mother and dental hygienist and suddenly called Mentally Ill by an extremely corrupt family court. Judge Sherri Eisenpress doesn't have very good press herself. There was an article written on July 6th, 2016, by Lee Higgins and Jonathan Bandler in The Journal News, "Rockland Judge Tied To FBI Sting." Apparently in this article, "an FBI informant at the center of a political corruption probe that brought down the former state Senate majority leader says he helped elect Rockland Family Court Judge Sherri Eisenpress by using her money to bankroll an illegal campaign finance scheme and by bribing a public official, an investigation by The Journal News found." However, this judge still is on the bench abusing families and their children. This judge is also active in the Supreme Court.
Now Antonella has been assigned a "gatekeeper." and has to go through that individual to file motion. She can't file a motion without the judge's permission.There is a lot of control in this courtroom. After a court hearing was over, the judge said in a loud voice to the ex, "I give you permission to tell the kids their Mother doesn't want to see them." When Antonella asked several people around her they acted like they didn't want to get involved.
Another incident was when her 13 year-old was in the courtroom and asked the judge if she could see her mother, the judge stated to her, "you are starting to sound like your Mother."
Antonella does not need supervised visits. She has been through eight different supervisors and all their reports are good on Mother, however the ex is trying to find one bad thing they are saying about her. The children do not want supervisors.
This is the state of disrepair in this courtroom. Children are being psychologically abused by this judge and attorneys. Antonella states she will not give up as her case is now at the Appellate level.

Patriot Mom And Dad Give Update On Their Case Of False Allegations, False Imprisonment And Help From The NLPA

They discussed the march against CPS corruption. Patriot Mom discussed the retaliation they both have endured after filing a Mass Tort Federal Lawsuit on the County, but went into default, as well as discussing how the Governor terminated the Commissioner. There have been 3 false allegations placed on Patriot Dad.
We discussed the fear tactics used in Texas against Patriot Dad, as he was driving to the gym and police pulled him over as he was surrounded by 16 US Marshalls, taken to Jail. Patriot Dad asserted his 8th Amendment Rights as they kept him in Suicide Watch for 24 hours and had to beg for his phone call. Bond was set at $50,000.00 and was able to go home the next day. This is just is just a taste of Texas justice system.
Patriot Mom and Dad explained that CPS is a 53 billion dollar a year business as they separate children from their parents as well as dividing spouses. Patriot Mom gave excellent advice, "be strong for your spouse undergoing false allegations and be strong for your children." Patriot Mom and Dad discussed the help they have received from the NLPA (National League Professional Association). HB 19 is very damming to the Veterans, discrimination noted to Veterans.
Patriot Dad recommends that you do no "consent to waive your right to a SPEEDY trial, and if the attorney motions for an extension he is waiving your right." New trial date June 12th. There is a limitation when you can hold a "speedy" trial from the time of indictment to trial is 3 years. May be able to move to vacate the case on June 13th 2023, as it is unconstitutional.

The Epidemic Of ADA Discrimination In The Courts; With Joan Kloth-Zanard

This 501 (c) (3) is an international non-profit organization for the Prevention, Intervention and Support of Survivors of abuse (www.pasintervention.com). Part of this work includes running online support groups for these SURVIVORS of ABUSE and in particular Psychological Abuse since 1998. Joan has reached out to the ADA organizations nationally and their words to Joan was that it was an "EPIDEMIC." If you are disabled, THEY DON'T CARE. In cases where the person has ADA accommodations, the judge can/will decide they are incompetent and without an evidentiary hearing and violate the person's rights. They can be allowed to either fire their attorney and self represent, or put on to assist their attorney. This is a FIRST AMENDMENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT VIOLATION. Joan has seen parents so traumatized and their PTSD, stress and anxiety being off the charts because it's their case and being treated horribly in the courts, being attacked from every direction and being yelled at. Most of these cases do not belong in a courtroom. There should be a mediation process. The courts make an ADA Advocate register who they are in support of that individual. This is a private thing. ADA records are supposed to be sealed with the courts as well as the ADVOCATE. If there is a physical or mental health issue going on and they should be in therapy for all of this so we can have empathy for each other. We need to learn differently. In Amy's case there are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her. Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC. Now both ex's along with an attorney, Jay White wants to extort monies from Amy or put her in jail days before Christmas....but that didn't happen. This is the most egregious crime committed against this mother, a Nurse Practitioner. Amy is was asking for Court Watchers on February 9th. I was there. How is Amy making it through this rough time in Family Court without giving up? She has a STRENGTH and FAITH in GOD that is maneuvering her through the labyrinth of the extortion via Family Court. Amy feels at peace. The MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION is: will Amy go to DEBTOR'S PRISON that WAS ABOLISHED IN 1833 and UNCONSTITUTIONAL tomorrow September 5th, 2023 for NON-SUPPORT. There is no due process in her case. No evidence has been taken into consideration. IS IT EVER? Amy has paid one of her ex-husbands over $33,000.00 in child support this year. He also brings a BA in Business Administration to the Presidency and CEO of America and Canadian Rights Watch, a human rights defense organizations that provide various logistics consultations, legal referrals and mental health services to citizens.
We had a great discussion on shame and guilt and how toxicity is really shared. Children learn to adapt to the way things are being done within the family whether it is broken or not. When a person is unfinished and they have kids, they wind up having the same needs their kids do, so the kids will trigger the developmental stages of the parent. When the child reaches the stage the parent was wounded in, that stage is going to call up the parent's wounds because they won't know what to do. As a child goes through his or her developmental stages they are going to trigger the needs the parent did not get met at each of those stages, specifically infancy, toddler, preschool and school age.
George advises to avoid the adversarial arenas as it's no longer about the children. EXCELLENT discussion not only on the courts, but the psychology of Parental Alienation that happens prior to marriage.

We discussed what attorneys do and how they treat their clients, and Andrew encouraged everyone to follow the money as well as in their own cases. This case has been open since April of 2016. Now the girls have been given to the father who is noncompliant with case plans. Monica is concerned as her daughters have not been properly cared for and are being neglected. Four caseworkers know about it, but are not holding the father accountable. There is no accountability in this broken system.
"The best way to explain your case," Monica states is to, "EXPOSE them." Accountability needs to be in place, laws need to be followed as well as judicial cannons. Everything has fallen by the wayside, however Monica's children are hanging in the balance and she wants her children home, safe with her.
Monica is still an advocate for many who seek her out for help with their cases and she is there to help educate parents and give support. This is an uphill battle with CYFD (CPS), but Monica remains stoic and persistent in getting her daughters back home.

Being a Navy Veteran, Dr. Beebe has experienced this first hand and the devastating effects of what a High Conflict divorce can do to a career, a new marriage/relationship, a person's health and to one's self-worth.
In the show we discusses appeasement behaviors after trauma and what exactly what "fawning" is and how it evolves from Parental Alienation. Fawning is a survival response to threatening treatment toward the child by the Custodial/Alienating Parent. What the response eventually turns into, is that the child becomes a "people pleaser." From there as they enter into adulthood, they now cannot think for themselves. This is not to be confused with the "freeze" response where the child puts on a flat affect and doesn't let anything bother them.
Children learn from the parent. From there this is how they will treat their friends, spouse and co-workers. Fawning is to be immediately recognized and brought to the attention of the attorneys, CPS and courts. Fawning is a form of child abuse causing the child to fear the Target Parent and to avoid further abuse, essentially collapse and die inside.

Attorney Degrades Mother In Court, Not Caring If She Sees Her Son And Misleads Judge; With Natalia Dalton

Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Natalia Dalton. Natalia was last on the podcast Season 3; Episodes 26 and 144. Natalia gave updates on her case and discussed her child support enforcement hearing, where Judge Sotelo was willing to hear what had gone wrong, but Natalia's "public defender" told the judge that they can't fix her arrears, as it was in the Virginia laws. The judge listened to the "public defender." Natalia had done a FOIA request from the Child Support Enforcement Office, and they gave her very little information. Natalia has proof that back in 2014, she was not at a hearing where the father gave the court her income and therefore the court gave her a figure she could never make and she was never full-time. Natalia hasn't seen her son in years, as the father makes it "difficult" when he picks supervisors and then declines them, so Natalia can't use them so she can see her son. Her "public defender," told Natalia at this hearing to not tell the judge she has not seen her son and that they would take back some of the questions Natalia asked in Discovery. However, the father doesn't comply with the discovery, and the courts allow his erratic behavior especially when he asks the court to put her in jail for one year or pay $23,000.00 in arrears. The court tossed that aside and reduced part of her support, and gave her a restricted driver's license. Since when does a judge entertain a "public defender" telling him what the law is, when he was wanting to hear what this mother has to say?
