In this episode, I share how I set intentions or goals each season. Grab a pen or pencil and a piece of paper that you can divide into six sections (or fewer depending on what categories you choose to focus on). Once everything is written down, and you have a clear vision, it's important to break the intention into actionable steps for yourself. Scheduling events wherever possible in your digital calendar is highly effective. Setting "SMART goals": Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound is an effective way to ensure your intentions are realized.
