If you've ever experienced the turmoil, destruction, and trauma from a toxic relationship, this episode is for you. I have the pleasure of chatting with Heather Baker. Heather is a certified Self-Love and Healing Coach who helps women heal from past traumas and step into their most Fierce selves. After spending 10 years in an abusive marriage with a narcissist, she divorced him only to discover the trauma that was left behind. Anxiety, codependency, a lack of self-love, self-worth and self-confidence left her accepting love Ishe didn’t deserve, along with an entire host of trauma responses that had to be unlearned. This started her journey of healing and rediscovering herself. She graduated with her degree in Legal Studies in 2012 and followed that with a career as a paralegal for 10 years. In 2022, she left it all behind to pursue her coaching business and podcast. She is currently writing her first book, Tattoos on the Heart, all about her journey through love and the lessons she learned that changed her life. In this episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with Tracy Cromwell. Tracy is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She opened her practice in 2015 and is passionate about working with Confused and Frustrated Dieters! Why? Because she was one! In 2006, after 22 years of Yo-Yo Dieting, body shaming, and high anxiety she was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes. She was devastated! Two years later, she lost her job as a Residential Construction Project Manager and Estimator. Again, she was devastated! However, what looked at the time as utter failure was a launching pad for her to learn how to take care of herself, appreciate and love her body, and appreciate and love her life. Thus, she went back to school to get the training she needed to help others who were in a similar or the same predicament she was in. As a hospital clown, he visited more than 10.000 sick and palliative children. To do this job he had to display extraordinary leadership. He also became an expert in authentic communication.

In this episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with Lois Hollis. Meet Lois: I, too, ate to be happy. However, my metabolism was fast, and I was able to hide it. To add to my story, I had 30 years of migraine headaches, broken jaws, ribs, brain traumas, and severe scoliosis from childhood abuse. Healing came when I learned that the shameguilt distorts our nervous system with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual damages, which lead to pain throughout the body. Fear is also a result of shameguilt. Today Lois is a shameguilt educator counselor, filmmaker, author who shares how to identify, release, and avoid shame guilt behaviors. We can befriend our inner critic and kick the shameguilt out. From dying at 55, Lois now rollerblades with her grandson at 79. Lois has always been a trailblazer as she helped develop one of the first Kidney Hemodialysis Units in the USA at Thomas Jefferson University in 1966. As a highly empathic, intuitive child, Melissa Kim Corter was fascinated with other people’s basements.
