Support the Show: Your Donations Are Greatly Appreciated!
I believe this is an important conversation to have for awareness as it is a part of our physical reality and likely will be for some time. We need to see the big picture so we can make different & informed choices. So this episode is by no means exhaustive on the subject - it’s just a high level overview based on some recent conversations and findings I’ve had due to the very nature of my work with both clients via HTMA as well as my focus on helping my STATE create new support for our health and freedom.
In this episode, I share some insights on how mom's pass their mineral/metal imprint on to their babies through the placenta. I shine the light on how we got here, why it's important how it can impact our health and what we can do.

In this episode, I unpack a common mindset many people have around switching over to real food from a processed food diet. As well as from sourcing the BEST quality food in general from local farms doing it right.
We are seeing a price increase across the board in our food purchases, so I thought now was a good to share some thoughts on how to invest well in our food with health in mind.
I share my thoughts and tips on ways to strategically buy top-quality food and save money in the short and long term.

In this episode, I chat about the conscious community I'm now a part of as well as creating. On the heels of 2 years of this crazy global situation we all find ourselves in, it's a conversation worth having.
Humans are social beings, and the need to belong is deeply ingrained in our nature.
Belonging to a group or community we can identify with helps us develop a stronger sense of personal and collective identity. It can also give a boost to our self-esteem and to our willingness to take on the world and make our dreams happen. But the importance of community goes beyond that.
So, just why is community important? To answer the question we can look at what happens if we don’t have community we can call our own. Since we’re inherently sociable beings, feeling disconnected from others can deeply affect our self perception and emotional health.
Indeed, some studies have linked the emotional strain of loneliness caused by social isolation to physical illness, including sleep disorders, heart disease and a weakened immune system.
In this episode, I share a bit of my own story around creating a new collaborative freedom community. I also got real as to how the past 2 years has created a lot of break down in many people's relationships and why we SO need each other!

Talking about food sensitivities & why elimination doesn't heal you
00:53:57

Navigating food intolerances/sensitivities is something I have gone through myself and it’s something I have to explore with many clients as well. There can be a lot of moving parts to this food ‘allergy’ equation. It’s not as simple as ONLY avoiding or removing because then you never uncover what led to this and what can lead you back towards freedom.
It is important to honor our bodies where they are at when they signal a NO around a food. BUT it’s equally, if not more so, important to live in a FREE body. A body that doesn’t have to view real food as a threat. That is not a joyful way to have to live.
I’ve seen some pretty amazing things happen around recovering food intolerances over my years doing this work. One thing I want to relay is that you don’t have to accept ‘food allergies’ as your lifelong fate. I’ve even seen true anaphylactic peanut allergies reversed over time.
In the end, elimination and avoidance do not HEAL or free you.
Nourishment, rebuilding and repairing the body over time does.
It’s up to you to choose which space you want to be in (limitation or freedom).
Your nervous system will try to keep you safe by avoiding the food but you can choose to honor that and lean into the unknown towards healing anyway.

In this episode, I chat with my friend Brian Hoyer and EMF expert. We cover all the forms of EMFs we are currently exposed to, and how to reduce exposures. Why we want to reduce exposures and how this impacts our health.
Watch through the video player in the blog post above or on YouTube HERE.
Years ago when Brian was in my area of Southeast PA, we created a couple of videos. You can check those out HERE ( How to get better sleep and improve your health ), HERE ( Why Microwaves are bad for you ) and HERE (How to eat healthy on the road ).
Grab a refreshing mineral rich beverage and be ready to take copious notes : this is like a mini course for those who want to start taking immediate action steps.
Brian's take-away mantra: just stay positive and support one another, there is a lot of information and it can be overwhelming. Just take ONE thing and try it, like turning off your wifi at night. Set a goal, have it in mind and implement it right away and you'll start to see some differences. Try something, even a little thing. Start somewhere.

I had a couple clients bring this up this week: anything in 3s I know I need to do a podcast -so here it is.
First person was someone who has been burning the candle at both ends since forever and just started back up training for the most intense race of her life. She was puzzled by why she couldn’t do it like she could before one day when she had shortness of breath and dizziness. I asked her to get her blood pressure checked ASAP because off hand she did not know what it was or the last time it was checked.
Here’s why it’s an important marker for health, especially when it’s low NAMELY because we never hear anything about what to do if it’s low or what it means if it’s low but rather are just ushered along; after hearing ‘your BP is nice and low’
They don’t have a medication for that (yet) so it’s clearly nothing to be concerned about…
It's not helpful to be told that a low BP is a good thing - if you get light headed when you go from sitting to standing quickly -you'll agree, it's disturbing and if left unaddressed could lead to worse dizziness.
Tune in to get your learn on about this so you can be better equipped to make adjustments to your life!

Getting the help we need shouldn’t be so damn hard. However, for many of us it is.
The truth is, society is not set up for our health & well being. We are all more collectively burned out than any of us cares to admit. We don’t want to admit it because we make it mean something bad about ourselves. We feel shame, grief, frustration . . . we feel like we just have to keep showing up saving face OR we can’t show our true mess or needs for fear of judgment or rejection. Perhaps we feel like we are being a burden. Perhaps we feel like people won’t really understand or be able to help us.
The truth is, I myself have needed help for far longer than I’ve been willing to admit. As a single mom of four boys, what I really needed all this time was a community that would help me raise my sons. There are a myriad of reasons why I didn’t get the support I needed. It took me a long time to finally start to share my struggles with my community and ask for support.
I’m sure the same is true for many folks; asking for help means we have to first admit that we do not have all of our ‘metaphorical shit’ together. In a society that shows no mercy. In a world that we are all slogging through, burning the candle at both ends usually. Many of us are just treading water, trying to get by instead of truly thriving.

The truth is, we all deserve to live in harmonious environments. The reality is we typically don’t.
The average household uses dozens of products that contain toxic substances. The average person uses several to over a dozen products ON THEIR BODY that contain toxic substances. You all do know that what goes on your skin, goes into your body, right? What you breath in, goes into your body.
Over time, that use and exposure adds up. It’s not just me being nit picky. It’s not ‘sensitive’ of me or high maintenance of me to speak up about toxins. It’s me taking a stand for health. When you love something, you will hate anything that comes against it.
What we tolerate, dominates.
We wonder why we are not feeling our best.

Between one-third and two-thirds of all healing is down to the placebo effect, not therapies, drugs or surgery? The placebo is just a sugar-pill where the patient is healed by the belief they’ll get better: positive thinking.
Now the nocebo effect is equally powerful, caused by negative thoughts. The belief you have a terminal illness can actually cause you to die, and negative thinking is much more common in our current world.
You are either the placebo or the nocebo.

In this episode, I delve into a powerful realization that emerged during my journaling practice. While listening to a podcast by Rainer Wylde (the specific episode eludes me), his words sparked a reflection on my past. He emphasized the importance of both partners being fully committed to growth in relationships, partnerships, and marriage.
One particular phrase stood out: "show the mess." Interestingly, this message had already been resonating with me repeatedly. Initially, I believed I was already open and transparent, sharing my struggles with others. But then it dawned on me—there's more to my story that I haven't yet revealed. By doing so, I may offer liberation to others who may feel isolated in their own struggles.
Sharing our vulnerabilities has a profound impact. When I hear others speak openly about their challenges, especially those I believed were unique to me, it provides a sense of relief. It reminds me that I am not alone, that my struggles don't define me as a colossal failure. Join me as we explore the transformative power of embracing vulnerability and unveiling the truth.

So, I took a poll recently and asked what podcast episode you wanted me to do the most next and the majority of you voted for BRAIN FOG
Now here’s the thing -this episode isn't short : which may seem cruel to do to someone who is dealing with brain fog. So please listen when you have a clearer mind and fully hydrate!
Brain Fog is one of the most common symptoms I hear about / it’s not recognized medically - because honestly I don’t think they know what to do about it because it’s roots are many and vary from person to person (and we know the medical is very limited when it comes to doing the deeper digging *snark*). It’s also not easy to medically test for and it’s quite subjective.
Brain fog may be described as feelings of mental confusion or lack of mental clarity. It is called brain fog because it can feel like a cloud that reduces your ability to think clearly. It can cause a person to become forgetful, detached and often discouraged and depressed. It usually is present most of the time, meaning it does not come and go, although it may become better or worse depending on what a person eats, or one’s state of rest and hydration.
With brain fog, You just know that your brain does not function well, and often seems foggy or cloudy.
Tune in to hear me unpack all the possible contributors to brain fog and what you can do about them..

In this episode, I tackle the subject of medical gaslighting. It needs to be spoken about and seen for what it is so we can take our power back.
This is a little bit of a heavy topic BUT a necessary one to tackle so we can break free and move towards freedom of choice out of a very corrupt and broken system.
As with common gaslighting, it causes the individual to doubt their own experiences. Medical gaslighting occurs far too often
Medical gaslighting is a real thing. It can be terrifying or traumatic to be dismissed or told you are fine when you feel like your body and mind are falling apart.
Tune in to shine the light on this so you can address it head on and avoid it altogether.

As you know I believe minerals run the show of the human body, even the microbes in your gut rely on mineral balance. Minerals & Microbes are foundational elements every one of us needs to thrive. In this episode I want to hone in on one aspect of gut health that I see as a key anyone can focus on improving to also benefit their whole health.
When the gut microbiome is running low in its keystone species this impacts systemic functionality as well.
For example; one function I see low on all of my clients BiomeFX stool sample results is low butyrate function. It’s one of many BUT here’s why even this one function alone in the low range can impact many things.
What is butyrate?
Butyrate is a short-chain fatty acid that provides fuel for the cells of our gut lining, supports immune system functions of the colon wall and protects against certain diseases of the digestive tract. There are other SCFAs like acetate and propionate, but the benefits of butyrate are particularly well-researched.
Butyrate is produced by your gut bacteria and supports digestive health and disease prevention.
Our gut bacteria digest tough plant fibers for us and turn them into a number of organic compounds, including “short-chain fatty acids” (SCFAs) that have well known proven benefits for our health and well-being.
Our gut bacteria produce fatty acids, vitamins and amino acids that have a range of beneficial effects for the body, from promoting healthy immune system function to maintaining the integrity of the gut lining. In many ways your microbiome and immune system are one in the same.

Over the years I've worked with a lot of women (and now more men) to help unravel their health concerns. One of the biggest things I've noticed is that it's really hard for women to put themselves and their health first. And I'm on a mission to shift that paradigm.
Your health is your greatest asset and gift. It's no one else's job to take care of your physical health. Only you can do that. Sure other people can encourage you, but no one can do it for you.
I learned the hard way and didn't put my health first for a long time as an adult. I wasn't really modeled how. I grew up on processed food just like you probably did. Once I finally learned better, I to make the choice to do better. So when my health finally did come crashing down, I finally took heed and started putting my health first.
I hope I can help others not wait that long. You can do so much NOW to prevent your health from crashing, but only if you put your health first. Stop making it a backburner priority and put it on the front burner. You have to take personal responsibility, get educated and start implementing changes so you can feel your best.
Helping others to embody personal responsibility and prioritize their health is at the core of my client work. It's the work I had to do for myself and have to keep doing for myself, as well as model to my kids.
In this episode I share an example with you of a woman who also learned how to put her health first, and how to get the support she needed to make a much deeper shift than she could on her own.

I am all about fully enjoying my life these days, I didn’t used to. I used to lack joy. In fact, I was so apathetic and fearful that I used to just spend hours fantasizing about life, instead of actually living it. There’s a long history there that stems from trauma and abuse that caused me to not feel safe. This created a lot of blocks in my entire being as a whole, but I’ve done a lot of inner healing to overcome that.
There have been many times in my life that I have sunk into 'lack of joy' mode and lost my passion. I'm not alone in this. I know a lot of women struggle with this lack of joy, apathy, boredom, no motivation. This also shows up in the physical body with stagnate energy, constipation and more.
Thankfully, I’ve learned how to prioritize fun and joy filled living so I never go back to that dark space and stay there. If I find myself feeling that 'stuckness', I am now able to more quickly recognize it, feel it, process it and then shift out of it. Even when there are challenges in my life, I can still keep my passion alive and not shift to a sense of lack.
In this episode I'm digging into how a lack of joy shows up in your health & life, and what you can do to revive your passion!

Just a year ago I was not connected to a supportive tribe - I think many of us can relate to how these past couple years have shaken up our lives in many ways : finding our true tribe one of such ways. I’m so grateful because I set an intention after my podcast with Tommy John to find my soul tribe and here I am a year later enjoying the reality of that intention.
Now that the weather is glorious here in the northeast we can really power up from nature - and I want to talk briefly about how we work within nature first then you can hack your health accordingly.
I’m running into a lot of people in an awful hurry to heal and almost ‘force’ it by throwing EVERYTHING at themselves but to be completely honest this is still a disconnected approach. Trying to fill gaps by taking 40 supplements and then find everything that is possibly wrong so you can find another supplement or test to fix it, is still an allopathic mindset that we GET to shift.

Don’t look for society to give you permission to be yourself- give it to yourself!
The only thing standing between you and a better, healthier, more abundant life is simply giving yourself permission to be who you truly are meant to be.
But, that can be difficult because we live in a culture where we are programmed from birth to ask “authority figures” for permission for everything.
Nourished people, people who love and care for themselves, are also more efficient and much easier to be around.
When you give yourself permission to relax, people will feel more relaxed around you; your environment will become more harmonious.
Tune in for a powerful reminder on how and why to give yourself permission, so you can live in more freedom as YOU.

I’ve been really pimping out my electrolyte recipe lately and when people finally start using it they tend to like how it gives them a bit of a boost/lift.
The fluid and electrolyte system, itself, in the body is dynamic and very difficult to measure. But we do know it depends on access to minerals dissolved in water and proper cellular absorption of those minerals making them bioavailable.
One of the most important functions of electrolytes is to enhance cellular hydration. To most people, hydration just means there is enough water in the body but the real key is to get the water into the cells and make it stay there to perform its biological functions.
Most people tell me: “I didn’t know I needed anything other than water to be hydrated” NOPE -tune in and get your learn on so you can increase your energy and vitality!

People tend to think I’m against calcium, I’m not. What I am against is what stands in direct attack of what I am for. Which is misinformation that leads to dysfunction, disorder or discomfort or "dis ease".
A reader on Instagram asked this question on a post I did about calcium and magnesium (here);
“We always hear from holistic therapists that calcium supplements are considered harmful. So are mineral supplements (because of Ca in them) considered harmful as well?”
First, let me say why I tend to warn about calcium being a problem. We are living in a calcified world. Magnesium controls electrical cell-to-cell communication allowing the correct amount of calcium to enter a cell to create cell contraction.
This may be one of the hardest tasks for magnesium because the level of calcium outside our cell could be thousands of times the safe level.
Magnesium’s job becomes more difficult these days because of our history of adding calcium to fortify many many foods alongside of our current vitamin D supplement craze. Not to mention many people are still taking supplements with too much calcium.
In a perfect world we need equal amounts of magnesium to calcium for this to work properly BUT because we collectively have had way too much calcium consumption, not enough magnesium consumption this poses a huge challenge. Plus the way the body holds excess calcium vs. magnesium is completely different. You can build up excess calcium but you can’t really do that with magnesium.
A great video you can watch for some context is called : Balancing Calcium with Magnesium This video demonstrates with animation the interaction of calcium and magnesium at a cellular level allowed inside the cell
A great book you can read to understand this better is called; The Calcium Lie by Dr. Thompson.
I've done many episodes on calcium/magnesium, magnesium and vitamin D to help you realize this whole mineral balancing thing is quite a juggling act. A lot of what we've been doing has been wrong and we need to see it so we can correct it. I hope you find this short episode based on this question helpful on your own mineral journey.

Regenerative Farming Tour & Fat-Soluble Vitamins: Why Your Health Depends on Real Food
Discover how traditional farming practices produce nutrient-dense foods rich in fat-soluble vitamins essential for hormonal health, fertility, and overall wellness.
My 8+ Year Journey with Regenerative Agriculture
In this revelatory episode, I take you along on my EPIC adventure visiting a local Pennsylvania regenerative farm where I've sourced my food for the past eight years. This isn't just about shopping local—it's about reconnecting with the fundamental source of human nutrition that modern food systems have obscured.
The True Value of Nutrient-Dense Foods
I delve into the extraordinary benefits of consuming foods raised using regenerative principles:
Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K2) found abundantly in pasture-raised animal products
Why these nutrients are critical for hormone production and reproductive health
My top three favorite nutrient-dense foods from this farm and their specific health benefits
"Butter is Your Future Children"
When a friend hesitated to purchase raw butter during our farm visit, I shared this profound truth: "Butter is your future children." This isn't hyperbole—it's biochemical reality:
Raw butter contains intact enzymes that processed dairy products lack
These nutrients directly support hormonal balance and fertility
Traditional cultures prioritized these foods for reproductive-age individuals
The High Cost of Conventional Food
There's wisdom in the adage: "Pay the farmer now or pay the doctor later." The true expense of conventionally produced food extends far beyond the checkout line:
Nutrient depletion in industrial food systems
Long-term health consequences of consuming "food-like products"
The hidden environmental costs of conventional agriculture
Supporting Regenerative Agriculture in Your Community
I encourage you to seek out and support farmers practicing regenerative methods in your area. For those in Southeast Pennsylvania, visit PastureToFork.com and experience firsthand how your food is grown.

As well as cover a bit more about why your cells are affected by bad fats. In this episode I want to provoke you to move towards consuming those nutrient dense fats from your farmer, with greater fervor by exploring what the bad fats, rancid oils and trans fats have been doing to our health both collectively and individually.

Healing is voltage my friends - grateful to my friend for sharing Jerry Tenant’s work with me years ago it’s been something I’ve been working on with vigilance to implement in my own life as well as to understand and even start to get others excited about too.
Without electrons, without current, without voltage we are dead so the more charged up the fuller of life we are.

On the heels of a beautiful sound healing retreat weekend and I wanted to share about the experience with you. I’ve used sound in many ways to support my own healing journey and now I recommend it to my clients as well - particularly those who are the most stressed out and have clear nervous system dysregulation causing more intense symptoms (such as anxiety).
In this episode I share a quick explanation of how sound has been used as medicine for healing throughout history and then talk about the different modalities I experienced at a retreat I attended this past week.

In talk about how you are what you digest and absorb nutrient wise - aka ASSIMILATION because that term is coming up for me holistically speaking on the heels of the sound healing retreat I’ve felt there was a lot to digest, absorb and assimilate. So let’s dig into it because it’s important and comes up in every client I work with -in fact today I just reviewed a BiomeFX with one of my favorite doctors and we talked about digestive inefficiency and how it’s a top priority in any case regardless of the differences in results.

One of my original intents when starting this podcast was to talk about this breakdown I see in women (and honestly men too) : where we’ve lost touch with our life force energy and therefore our sexual potential our sensuality and even our creativity and drive.
Many people think about their libido or sexual energy solely in terms of what’s happening or not happening, as the case may be in their bedroom.
I like to use a broader definition of the word libido: your ability to give and receive pleasure, enjoyment and acknowledgement. Try thinking about your libido like this if you want to be turned on in bed (or with a partner), you need to feel turned on during your daily life.
I think we often think of pleasure as sensual pleasure when we hear the word - but I like to think of it as pleasuring my senses all day. It’s enormously difficult to fully surrender to pleasure during sex - or ever to want sex - if the pleasure in your life has run dry.

Your mind, emotions and spirit have an enormous impact on your body. How you think and feel about yourself and the world, as well as how you experience spiritual connection makes all the difference in healing your body.
The principle of saturation love is this: it includes adequate love, quality time, quantity of time, plus undivided attention.
Saturation means that maximum absorption has been reached. A saturated solution is one where the solvent cannot dissolve anymore solute. For example, if you continue to add and stir sugar into a glass of water, the water will eventually become saturated with sugar, meaning no more sugar will dissolve in it. After the solution reaches the saturation point, any additional sugar will fall to the bottom of the glass—the water cannot dissolve anymore.
It is the same with love. It is possible to saturate someone (or yourself) with love so that any additional love is not received. It is not rejected; it is just not needed.

What nourishes humans is more than just the food we consume - everything we experience in our environment can change the expression of our genes and influence them - we do hold so much power in our own hands to rewrite the story of our health and well being.
In this episode, I share about a dense amazing book I'm reading with my community currently. The book discusses the biological needs of humans, including diet, water, medicine, movement, nature immersion, community, etc. A major theme is the philosophy of civilization vs. rewilding.
The good thing about this ‘manual’ in my perspective is that it avoids creation of yet another fad lifestyle - or diet religion - because it digs into expounding on biological norms that have been documented in hunter-gatherers around the world.
It acknowledges that all living people belong to a lineage of hunter-gatherers millions of years old, a history that cannot be ignored when considering human wellness today. What is also great is that it clarifies the confusing and often contradictory statements by various health ‘authorities’ by combining modern scientific study with observations of our wild ancestors (i.e., people who were extremely resilient to chronic disease and depression until disruption of their lifeways), which provides a way to get more oto the hearth and truth of various health assertions.

In this episode, I’m finally back to cover the final phase of a woman’s menstrual cycle . . . it’s probably the least known phase: the FOLLICULAR PHASE.
As a quick reminder . . .The four phases of a women’s infradian rhythm (aka: monthly cycle) are: menstruation, follicular, ovulation and luteal
Personally, I loved learning about this to help know what was happening with my hormones in each phase so I knew how to better organize my life to meet my ever changing hormones - instead of being caught off guard and confused or trying to live according to a man’s infradian rhythm which is how society is basically structured.
Your hormones are completely different in each of these 4 phases -today I just want to highlight the follicular phase.

One of the things we all can do to create the biggest transformation in our well being is to honor our full self - mind body soul -which allopathic medicine does not do. Which is why I believe we don’t have a holistic health care system -we have what I call sick-care, minus the care.
Since every one of us deserves better we must come to terms with this so we can see/know and do better and let ourselves been seen and cared for fully. Integrating the whole human being is what will help us create more balance and eventually vitality of which many of us don’t even fully know what that can look or feel like.

In this episode: I share more about one of the loves of my life more in detail with the hopes of creating change : the kind of change that potentially can transform lives -save them even. Mind you, I'm not here to save anyone -just here to serve others from a place of love with what I’ve gleaned over the years : first from a personal need and place of struggle that I was able to transform with this powerful functional test as a catalyst. The test that catapulted things for me back in 2014 and my youngest son - of which I’ve shared my story about in past episodes in multiple layers - hair tissue mineral analysis. It’s not really just about a test : it’s about a deeper peering into what was lurking behind the scenes within me that needed to be seen to be healed and recovered.

A hair mineral analysis is a HOLISTIC test. It can reflect SO MUCH - such as your heredity, upbringing, lifestyle, diet, drinking water, attitudes, body chemistry, as well as health and dis-ease staes. It reveals an overall picture that is influenced by many factors - this is truly amazing as we simply cannot, nor should not try to separate ourselves up into dissected parts to ‘treat’ because we are all a unique WHOLE and beautifully complex human system. This is why I love this test paired with the mind body coaching work I do because it gives some concrete evidence to target that whole picture with greater clarity and nuance.

In this episode: I talk about how itis the minerals in your body that regulate the efficiency of your energy producing glands. By understanding how these minerals react with one another, you can control your body’s ability to produce energy and balance your hormones.
If minerals are affected by hormones can minerals in turn affect hormone levels?
When we think of ‘hormones’ what are we usually concerned about -well I work with so many women and will hear them say My hormones are a wreck Or my hormones are driving me crazy
Rarely if ever will I hear the men directly say such things. However when men do talk about hormones usually it’s with an emphasis on boosting their T levels or keeping that T healthy so they can stay in that masculine charge.
BUT Hormones go way beyond just our SEX hormones, which often are imbalanced or balanced, because of other gland/hormones upstream if you will And ALL of those hormones will be impacted by MINERALS

Remineralizing in the body helps with our ability to improve glucose metabolism at a very deep level this also gives a level of food diversity back to the person so a high protein or restrictive low carb diet is not necessary.
Restoring glucose and carbohydrate metabolism is really about restoring the body's energy system. It’s kind of like if the fuel system in the car wasn’t working right you wouldn’t get enough power to run the car. The same is true in the human body.

In this episode I dig into boundaries, empathy and self care and how those impact your health and well being.
Healthy boundaries ensure we are living in alignment with our best self in mind. When we do not have healthy boundaries in place, we deplete the reserves we need to thrive.
Often times we struggle with thinking boundaries are kind, in fact there are a lot of myths to bust around what constitutes healthy boundaries. I unpack those in the episode, which is very timely during the busy holiday season to pay attention to.
It’s time to reconnect with and deepen the fundamentals of human health, so we can return to our wild state.
In this episode, I share about how I will be reworking the podcast a bit to be more in tune with all the shifts that have been occurring in my life!
The fundamentals are the core basics for human health that need to be habits.
Health is a daily practice.
If we wait to turn our health around once we are already sick, it might already to be too late. Prevention is critical. Regardless of what your health complaints are, you'll always improve your chances of healing if you work on the fundamentals
These things provide your body with the energetic inputs it needs to engage the body's innate, self-healing mechanisms, restore balance, and maintain good health and vitality. When any one of those inputs is missing, you'll be operating with an energetic insufficiency - and thus, decreased vitality.
The greater the insufficiency, the greater the dis-ease.
You'd be surprised how many people I work with come to me initially and don't have a single one of these nailed down.

I am on a mission to make minerals so sexy that more people start on a journey to remineralize their body NOW before they have big health fires to put out.
When the human body has the proper balance between certain minerals, it will be capable of producing its maximum energy potential. However, when either the body or a battery has an imbalance in the minerals they contain, they lose their potential of carrying a charge.
The minerals in your body determine the biochemical environment in which your organs must work. The more optimal the mineral environment is in your body, the better your organs will function, and the more energy you will have.

In this episode, The number one concern people come to me with in their health generally is LOW energy - they may not always even recognize it as that because they’ve lived with it for SO LONG.
When you have low energy reserves, it becomes more challenging to ‘CARE’ So you may tolerate things you shouldn’t because those things then become deep set patterns and are harder to pull out of.
Our state of health is directly proportional to the adequacy of our intake of trace minerals. We need them for tissue, repair, growth, metabolism, and slowing degenerative processes.
One of the ways I’m currently focusing on supporting overall energy with the kidney’s in mind (also gentle detox) is through plant infusions.

“We disregard the impacts of our living on the next generation, contrary to the cultures that came before us. Numerous statistics show that the health of our children is decreasing with each generation as inflammatory diseases, emotional problems, and developmental issues become more frequent and more severe. Wild and traditional cultures invested in the next generation, but modern society is afflicted with nature divorcement, and it has muted our awareness, impairing our ability to see the intergenerational effects of our current lifeway.” ~ Arthur Haines
