HBO's True Detective: Night Country sure can be polarizing.  Critics LOVED it (currently sitting at 92% fresh from critics on Rotten Tomatoes).  The Audience Score...is just north of 50%.  No pun intended.

About True Detective: Night Country (season 4) --  Jodie Foster and Kali Reis star in this anthology crime drama written and directed by Issa López.  This season is set in the fictional town of Ennis, Alaska, and takes place during the period of time known as the polar night (a period of uninterrupted darkness).

Next up on the blockbuster horror release schedule is The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It.  While Ed and Lorraine Warren venture into their latest big screen appearance, Red River Horror's Joe and Eddie talk about the proper order to watch the films from The Conjuring universe before watching this latest installment.

The film Don't Look Back premiered on October 16, 2020 to a limited number of theaters, and on VOD -- which is the "new normal" for a film's release in 2020.  Don't Look Back is the directorial debut of legendary horror screenwriter Jeffrey Reddick, and the first starring role for young actress Kourtney Bell.
