This episode: Changing the Chapter Model is on the minds of many nonprofit professionals this year as we confront the reality that the way we live and work changed well before the pandemic lockdown. Virtual interactions, increased pressures on our schedules, and doing more with less in an on-demand/instant world don't fit with our old "mini me" model. It can be daunting and scary trying to change your chapter model but our guest Bill Schankel is here to tell you how they did it and to report the good news that it is working! He encourages everyone to be cautious but don't let fear get in the way of doing what's best for your members through a chapter model that actually delivers value and good experiences.
