Alistair Elliott is  Senior Partner & Group Chairman of Knight Frank.

As Chair of the Knight Frank Group Executive Board, Alistair drives and implements the group’s global strategy.

Born in London in 1944 and educated at St Paul’s School. John started his career at Hillier Parker (now CBRE) in the early 1960s before moving on to become a partner at Barnet Baker (estate agents). In 1973 he acquired Pilcher Hershman & Partners. A decade later John acquired control of the Derwent Valley Light Railway Company (capitalised at £1.5m), restructuring it as Derwent Valley Holdings plc which - following the merger with London Merchant Securities plc in 2007 - became Derwent London plc.

Shain is the Founder and Chairman of Sound Diplomacy, the leading global advisor on growing music and night time economies in cities and places.

He has defined a new way to think about the value of music and through it, influenced over 100 cities and places to invest in music and culture as part of overall growth strategy. He is also the co-founder of Music Cities Convention, the world’s largest event, bringing together the music industry with city planners, developers, policy makers and executives. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the not-for-profit global Center for Music Ecosystems, launched in 2021.

Soumen is the CFO of SEGRO plc, the leading pan-European developer, manager and owner of warehouses and industrial property. SEGRO is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris and is a constituent of the FTSE100. By market value, it's the largest publicly-listed REIT in Europe. He  joined SEGRO in January 2017 and combines leadership of the finance functions with a wider contribution to the business through strategy, investment and innovation. 

He brings his extensive board-level experience and deep knowledge of capital markets to the Group, having been Chief Financial Officer of listed companies for over 12 years and with a background in corporate finance.

Alex Price joined Palmer Capital in 2003, initially charged with creating the fund management business within Palmer Capital. Peter Cuthbert has been with Fiera Properties throughout their formative years and instrumental in the development and growth of the firm’s business. 

Paloma is Head of Product & Creative Director of Patch, a startup developing a ‘Work Near Home’ ecosystem of coworking clubs and cultural venues across UK high streets.

Prior to joining Patch, Paloma co-founded Assemble, the social impact design studio whose innovative, purpose-driven approaches were awarded the Turner Prize (2015). 

Paloma writes, speaks, and advises on cities, culture, and technology, regularly presenting and advising in the UK and internationally, with roles spanning Design Advocate to the Mayor of London (2017-21), to judge of the European Prize for Urban Public Space (2022).  

Paloma studied architecture at Cambridge University and the Royal College of Art. She was awarded the Loeb Fellowship at Harvard University (2019-20), where she concentrated on technology’s scope to power inclusive change. 

She’s active in the UK’s startup and venture communities, and in 2021 completed the Newton Venture Program with the London Business School and LocalGlobe VC – a first-of-its-kind tech investor program.

 As Managing Director for Greystar Europe, Michela focuses on expanding and strengthening Greystar’s third-party platform and strategic partnerships. She works closely with Greystar’s six country leaders in France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom to identify new opportunities across student, Build to Rent and senior living. 

Gregory is the founder of A/0 PropTech and a seasoned real estate and technology investor with over 15 years of experience across I banking, real estate and venture and a multibillion deal making history and a deep understanding of the financial markets, real estate and venture capital ecosystems.

Hrish is a Co-founder and CEO at SuperWorld, a virtual world in augmented reality. 

Previously, he co-founded Rogue Initiative Studios, a Hollywood film, TV, gaming, and immersive entertainment studio.  He was also the founding Managing Partner of Eastlabs, an early-stage VC fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine. 

Previously, Hrish was a Senior Business Developer and Global Evangelist at Toptal (backed by Andreessen Horowitz, the Rockfellers & the co-founders of Facebook and Zynga), a VC investor, and an investment banker at both UBS Investment Bank and HSBC Securities, where he specialised in public finance, corporate finance, and M&A. 

Hrish was born in India and grew up in the United States. He also has spent many years living around the world in Europe, Asia, and South America. He has a close connection to the people and cultures in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Spain, France, Vietnam, China, Colombia, Bali and Thailand.

Hrish holds a BA in Political Science from Rice University, Houston Texas and both an MBA and MPH from University of Illinois at Chicago. 

Savannah de Savary is the Founder and CEO of Built-ID. After graduating from the University of Oxford in 2013, Savannah joined Thor Equities, where she managed NYC real estate development projects. In June 2015 she founded Built-ID, a proptech platform that showcases the built environment projects of today and transforms community engagement to better shape the projects of tomorrow. 

Tony Travers is a director of LSE London, a research centre at the London School of Economics.

Philip is Founder and CEO of the UnGroup and Cordless Group. 

He is an author, futurist and advisor on the new world of work and specialises in predicting the impact of emerging technology on the way we will work, shop, learn, consume leisure and live.

John Hoyle is an entrepreneur and real estate professional focused on developing social ventures for profit in the UK and beyond.

After a career as a Platoon Commander with the British Army serving in Germany, Iraq and London, John became a development manager in Abu Dhabi, and - on his return to the UK - worked for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games, and Grosvenor Estates.

John founded Sook in 2019 to address the acute problems facing the UK High Street.

As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 200 local meetings and events across 15 countries. 

Van Doorn joined ULI from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring.

Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal and Italy.

Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. She started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.

Scott Malkin is the founder and Chairman of Value Retail, the co-founder and Chairman of Value Retail China and the founder and Chairman of SD Malkin Properties.

These organisations focus on the development of fashion led, open air retail projects and also on the development of four star boutique hotels. As well, they are leading the creation of a new sports and entertainment arena complex that will serve the New York City market.

Value Retail’s eleven retail venues are known as The Bicester Village Shopping Collection and comprise the most productive retail portfolio in the world in terms of sales per square foot. These destinations serve fashion brands and cater to “luxury travelling consumers”.

Bicester Village, outside of London, generates the highest sales per square foot of any purpose built retail location in the world. Scott is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School. He serves on various committees at Harvard as well as on non-profit boards, including those of The New York Public Library, The Carnegie Endowment For International Peace, Lincoln Center and Partners In Health.

He was raised in New England, and he and his family have lived in London since 1991.

Bradley is the CEO of central London developers CO-RE, specialising in large-scale complex assets.

He has worked in the central London office market for over 30 years. He specialises in London occupiers and their design requirements. He is also responsible for scheme branding and leasing.

Bradley became an equity partner at Knight Frank in 1999 and founded and headed their central London tenant representation team.

He has an intimate knowledge of what occupiers need, having advised major organisations on some of London’s largest office deals, including Estée Lauder’s HQ at 1 Fitzroy Place, Swiss Re's acquisition of The Gherkin, Guardian Media Group’s headquarters at King’s Cross and M&G’s offices at 10 Fenchurch Avenue.

Bradley was appointed Chief Executive of CO-RE in November 2021 having joined as a director in 2018.

Olaide is a strategic thinker and problem-solver with a 15-year record of successful delivery in public and private sector organisations. With a degree in Sociology, Olaide is fascinated by how people engage with one another, with physical spaces and society in general; and this curiosity drives her.

Joseph founded B-Corp developer Joseph Homes in 2008 after years of serial entrepreneurship spanning property, events and NGO work. Hannah is the Founder and CEO of Hybr, a curated rental platform for first-time renters.  It provides young people with a one-stop-rental-shop, whilst enabling operators to fill vacancies quickly, with pre-vetted and engaged young tenants. 

Hannah launched Hybr straight out of university in 2019 after experiencing first-hand the problems in the student rental market during her time at Bristol University. 

Hybr now operates in nine cities and has raised £2.5m from investors to support its development.

He was appointed as CBRE Group President and Chairman APAC/EMEA, before retiring in December 2020.

Since then Martin has taken on a number of Non-Executive and Chairing roles covering many aspects of the real estate industry.

These roles include Chairing the RICS Board.

Stephanie Hyde is UK CEO and EMEA Markets CEO at JLL.

She joined JLL in 2021 to lead the UK business following over 25 years in professional services. Stephanie’s role recently expanded to incorporate the leadership of JLL’s EMEA Markets Advisory business across EMEA as CEO.

Stephanie is responsible for driving strategy and results for JLL’s leasing advisory and property management businesses as well as delivering a connected, approach for clients across the UK and EMEA region.

Under her leadership, the UK business renewed its commitment to its sustainability strategy and goals, with the expansion of its sustainability team and services alongside the introduction of a new sustainability framework. She is continuing this work across the EMEA region and passionately  believes that to achieve net zero carbon commitments, businesses must move beyond words, from strategy to implementation to deliver measurable actions.

During her time at PwC, Stephanie delivered growth across multiple business lines, developed client programmes in the UK and globally, and ran PwC’s industry programme with a key focus on technology, transformation and sustainability. Michael Phillips is a Principal and the Chairman and President of Jamestown, a US based global, design-focused real estate investment and management company. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. 

As President, Michael oversees the development and execution of the company’s real estate projects globally. 

During his tenure, Jamestown has grown its portfolio of assets in key markets throughout the US and expanded its investment footprint to South America and Europe, more than tripling the firm’s assets under management. 

Michael is the driving force behind the company’s adaptive reuse projects including Chelsea Market in New York City, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Industry City in Brooklyn, and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. 

He is nationally recognized for his creative leadership and ability to build unique, iconic urban centers. 

He attended the American University in London.

Zac is the Co-Founder & Director of TSP, a multi award-winning and B Corp certified Investment & Asset Management company that looks for opportunities to add value and leverage their operational capability. He has over 15 years' experience in the commercial real estate sector.

Zac is a natural entrepreneur, a dedicated mentor and 6-time Countdown winner. 

Debra is the founder and CEO of SAY, an award-winning consultancy business working with investors and developers to provide strategic operational advice for mixed-use and living assets. Debra has over 25 years’ experience in residential property and is recognised as one of the major contributors to the industry. Before starting SAY, Debra was Director of Asset and Property Management at Grainger plc. 

She is an expert in residential property and asset management with a particular focus on build to rent, placemaking, regeneration and industry innovation. She has a keen interest in the positive social impact that can be delivered through new development and  has been a long-standing advocate for encouraging diversity within the real estate sector

Debra has non-executive roles on the boards of  Grove End Housing Limited, M&G Shared Ownership Fund, is an advisor to DeverellSmith Recruitment and served on the Board of Notting Hill Housing for nine years. 

She is a recognised spokesperson on behalf of the residential sector and is a member of Property Week's Resi Senate. 

Patricia Brown advises and guides civic and business leaders advises and guides civic and business leaders on urban change and development.

Chris is the Chairman of the UK Infrastructure Bank and of Evelyn Partners, the wealth management company. 

He's also a Member of the Corporate Board of Cancer Research UK. 

He stepped down as Senior Independent Director of BAE Systems PLC at the end of 2023.

In his executive career, Chris was most recently CEO of British Land. Before that, he was CEO of Barclays‘ Commercial Bank. 

His earlier career was spent at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner and at Morgan Grenfell.

Chris has an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

He was awarded a CBE in the 2021 New Year Honours for services to business, particularly during the COVID-19 response.

Nick Walkley is Principal and UK President at global real estate advisory firm Avison Young. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2021, Nick was Chief Executive of Homes England, the UK Government’s land, development, and housing investor. He led the creation and growth of the new Agency, responsible for the management/delivery of a diverse portfolio including the affordable homes programme, new towns, urban brownfield schemes, support to SMEs and infrastructure funding. 

He has served as Chief Executive of two London local authorities, with a focus on building high performing teams during periods of adversity and austerity, and as a seasoned leader, is passionate about fostering strong organisational culture driven by clear values.

In all his roles, Nick has championed the power of urban regeneration and public-private partnership to improve peoples’ everyday lives.  An advocate for the dynamism and vitality of cities, Nick is a firm believer that the best way to get to know a city is through its restaurants, bars, and record stores.

Tim trained as a lawyer and left law behind to found social impact developer Capital & Centric. He started out renovating a derelict house in his hometown of Salford and he now invests over £3m a week on regeneration projects with a positive social impact.

Tim is the founder of Regeneration Brainery, an academy aimed at broadening diversity and inclusivity in property. Each year it mentors over 1000 young adults throughout the UK. He is also the Chair and founder trustee of the Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity which has raised over £3m in the past 3 years. He has featured on BBC2’s ‘Manctopia’ a documentary about the property boom and his work on homelessness. He has recently appeared in the 8-part Channel 4 programme ‘The Big Interiors Battle’.

Simon Carter is the CEO of British Land.

He has extensive experience of finance and the real estate sector. 

He joined British Land from Logicor, the owner and operator of European logistics real estate, where he had served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2017. 

Prior to joining Logicor, from 2015 to 2017 Simon was Finance Director at Quintain. 

Simon previously spent over 10 years with British Land, in a variety of financial and strategic roles and was a member of its Executive Committee from 2012 until his departure in 2015. 

He also previously worked for UBS in fixed income and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen.

In May 2022, Simon was appointed to the Board of Real Estate Balance, a campaigning organisation working to improve diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry.

Artem is the founder and chief executive of Mission Street which he founded in 2017.

Over a short period, he has built the company into one of the UK’s leading specialist investors and developers in science and innovation real estate, with a committed development pipeline in excess of 1.5million sq ft.

Building on an extensive track record across investment, development and finance, Artem has overall strategic responsibility for the growth of the company, project delivery and management.

Prior to Mission Street, Artem was Head of UK Acquisitions and a member of the founding team of GreenOak Real Estate (now BGO), a major international real estate investment and asset management firm.

He previously worked for Morgan Stanley in their UK Real Estate team.

Artem’s track record spans development, asset management, real estate private equity and finance.

He graduated with an MA (First Class Honours) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and sits on the Investment and Development Committee of the Institute of Cancer Research.

Sue Brown is managing director for Real Estate Balance, a campaigning organisation working to improve diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. Sue has four decades of business, property and economic-development experience. 

Sue joined Real Estate Balance in April 2020 from London First, where she was executive director with responsibility for property, planning, the environment and development since 2016. Sue started her career in government, serving as a senior advisor in a variety of high-profile roles, before going on to establish her own real estate consultancy. 

Sue was a driving force behind the launch of MIPIM, the world’s largest real estate investment conference that takes place each year in Cannes. Howard was appointed Deputy Mayor of London for Business in December 2023.

Before joining the Mayor’s team, Howard worked in business for thirty years, spending 17 years as Managing Director for Strategy of the Canary Wharf Group. At Canary Wharf, Howard was involved in the development of the Elizabeth Line and supporting the 2012 Olympic Bid and Olympic Legacy as well as commercial inward investment projects in tech, health & life sciences, and financial services.

Lynda is Chief Executive of Harworth Group, one of the UK’s leading land and property regeneration companies. She was previously Group Property Director and a Board Member at London Stock Exchange-listed Town Centre Securities plc where she led the management of its land and property and its development pipeline.

Harvey founded James Andrew International in 1974 following the first phase of his real estate career at Peachey Property Corporation and Guardian Properties Plc. 

James Andrew has been involved in many major commercial real estate developments, investment acquisitions, leasing and disposals in the UK, Europe and USA over the past 50 years.

Harvey is Chairman of James Andrew RSW and James Andrew Residential, which are involved in the management of over 2 million sq ft of West End and City of London office buildings and commercial properties throughout the UK. James Andrew Residential manages over 8,000 luxury apartments across London.  

He also Chairs Excellerate Services UK, which provides cleaning and security services to high-end retail, office buildings, shopping centres and luxury apartment blocks. 

In addition to his business activities, Harvey somehow finds the time to be involved in numerous charities. Rita-Rose Gagné is the CEO of Hammerson plc, an owner, operator and developer of prime, urban real estate in some of the fastest growing cities in the UK, Ireland and France.

She joined the company in 2020 to develop and spearhead the strategic transformation of the business.

She brings extensive experience in real estate investment - and global property markets - combined with strong strategic, operational leadership and financial management skills.

Prior to joining Hammerson, Rita-Rose was President of Growth Markets at Ivanhoé Cambridge, responsible for over $8bn of real estate assets, platforms and a development pipeline across Asia Pacific and Latin America, covering logistics, retail, mixed use, office and residential.

Keith Breslauer is the Managing Director and Senior Partner of Patron Capital, including the Patron Capital Captive Fund and Funds I–VII. Since founding the firm in 1999, he has led its strategic growth, overseeing total capital under management of approximately €5.3 billion. Tom joined the former Argent business in 2012 and became a Partner in 2020.

Between 2019-2022, Tom was Head of Residential for the Related Argent business and CEO of the Heart of Hale development, overseeing a pipeline of more than 8,000 new homes across London. Prior to this role, Tom was responsible for residential at King’s Cross, including the delivery of the Gasholders apartments.

In 2023, Tom was appointed Chief Executive Director of Related Argent, leading the team of 175 property and urban regeneration professionals, working to improve urban life for everyone, every day. Michelle is responsible for the management of Shaftesbury Capital’s £5bn property portfolio, including asset management, investment, leasing, and marketing across Covent Garden, Soho, and Chinatown London, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Michelle was previously on the Board of Capco and has significant financial and real estate experience having joined Capco in 2014 undertaking a number of senior roles across the business.  

Michelle is an experienced Corporate financier and was previously at UBS Investment Bank, advising companies across the UK listed real estate sector. 

CEO of HUB, Robert Sloss, has been an entrepreneur in property and development for over 25 years. During this time, Robert has created a series of real estate investment and development platforms, primarily in the residential and office sectors. Robert has a passion for vibrant urban living and the need for the built environment to reflect changing human demand.  Peter Freeman read history at Balliol College, Oxford and then qualified as a solicitor. He and his brother, Michael, founded the Argent Group of property companies in 1981 and floated them in 1994. In 1996, in the first ever industry-wide awards, Argent was Developer of the Year and the Freeman Brothers shared the Property Personality of the Year Award.

Robert Davis was an elected Councillor on Westminster City Council for over thirty-six years (1982-2018) and was the longest serving Councillor on Westminster City Council in its history.

James Saunders was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Quintain in October 2019.

Harry was born in Germany and raised in France and Belgium, before moving to Canada and then to New York. It was in New York and more specifically in the SoHo district: that gave Harry the idea and the impetus to start the Manhattan Loft Corporation. When he moved to the UK in the late 1980's Harry already knew that he wanted to bring to London the loft style living he had experienced in New York. Ironically, it was the decline of the property market in the early 1990's and the subsequent availability of old industrial buildings in unfashionable parts of town that enabled him to pioneer loft living in the UK.

Basil Demeroutis is Managing Partner of purpose-driven real estate investment firm, FORE Partnership. The firm has a portfolio of over one million square feet in the UK and western Europe, spanning offices, mixed use and residential sectors.

George Roberts is Head of UK & Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest real estate advisers.

Prior to assuming his current leadership role in 2017, he led the firm’s London Markets division with overall responsibility for its occupier representation, leasing, capital markets, residential and development teams specialising in London real estate. 

 Joanne McNamara is Executive Vice President, Europe and Asia-Pacific of Oxford Properties. In this role, Jo is responsible for all aspects of Oxford’s business across Europe. 

Tyler is the Founder and CEO of Seaforth Land, the recent purchasers of the iconic, Seifert designed, CAA House, Kingsway (also known as Space House). He has 30 years of global real estate experience including 20 years in Asia working through both the Asian Financial Crisis and the Global Financial Crisis. Tyler has worked in property development, advisory and investment banking, principal investment, and investment management and has lived and worked in North America, Asia and Europe. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of sovereign and institutional real estate investors.
