12 Feb 2019 | Episode 39: Mindset Shifts to Help You Rise | 00:36:33
There are so many things that we resist - or that we accept as truth - just because things have always been done a certain way. This week I'm addressing 12 mindset shifts that will help you improve your performance in life, at work and as an athlete.
1. You don't have to feel old and achy. 2. Short workouts count! 3. Wear heels and pointy shoes only for special occasions. 4. Journaling isn't just for teenagers and scrap bookers. 5. Being exhausted isn't a badge of honor. 6. The warm up isn't fluff. 7. Strength work is part of the plan, not an add on. 8. Failure isn't a bad thing. 9. Life isn't a contest (stop comparing). 10. Be happy for your friends' success. 11. Love the process. 12. Retrain your brain to interpret nervousness as excitement.

29 Jan 2019 | Episode 37: Change Your Workplace Culture Using Fitness Programs that Foster Teamwork and Productivity | 00:22:19
Today’s episode is all about how you can use wellness in the workplace to boost productivity. But, even if you are not a manager or leader at work, I want you to listen to this because 1) you might have a leader in your life who needs to hear this message. And 2) because we are all leaders, whether it’s leading our families or leading committees at our kids’ schools or participating as volunteers at church or other community organizations. Imagine this… You’re trying to lead a team. You have products to develop, projects to deliver, and budgets to hit. But, you have a huge problem. Energy is low and your team is not performing. Their communication is in the dumps, and they are competing against each other when they should be collaborating. They are making outrageous commitments that, despite working long hours, will ultimately disappoint the client. Morale is low, and there’s no passion for the work they are doing. Your head is pounding from beating it against your desk in frustration. How will you ever get your team back on track? If your team’s communication is coming up short… if they are missing deadlines, lacking energy and their work isn’t in sync like a Rockettes kick line, it’s time to try something unconventional. You’re not going to see overnight changes, but if you have the patience to stick with me, you will see a transformation in the culture where you work. How are you going to do it? You’re going to power up the energy, engagement and enthusiasm with the ultimate team-building activity—training together for an endurance event. Tune in to this episode where I 1) explain why this works 2) tell you why you should care about workplace fitness and 3) go over 5 questions to ask yourself to know if you should be doing more to build relationships and 4) share some tips for getting started.

24 Feb 2021 | 145. Reducing Existing Pain with a New Running Shoe, Featuring Lenn Hann | 00:47:44
What kind of person spends 20 years developing a new running shoe technology? I wanted to get to know the person behind the latest running shoe to hit the market and understand what he believes makes this shoe superior to others he's tried. Lenn Hann is the founder of Hann Shoes. He became interested in running shoes after he started to run recreationally in college. Since then, he has run 21 marathons and has been involved in the local Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA) as a group leader and has trained hundreds of people to run marathons. Through this experience, he dealt with many different types of injuries and discovered a variety of issues that people have when wearing running shoes. These experiences inspired an insatiable desire to bring a better running shoe to market. Lenn has spent the last 20 years researching and developing the carbon composite suspension technology for the Hann Shoes design. Lenn launched a kickstarter campaign to fund the production of the shoes and to start getting them into people's hands.

18 Dec 2018 | Episode 31: What's Your Word? Choosing a Word to Guide Your Year | 00:24:38
I've mentioned before that I'm not big on New Year's Resolutions. They are shiny, bright objects that fill us with enthusiasm at the beginning of the year and quickly lose their sparkle once the newness wears off. That's why I like to encourage people to choose a word of the year, rather than making a bunch of resolutions. In this episode, I talk about choosing a word, how that word will guide your decisions throughout the coming year, how optimism helps us achieve our goals, and how we can "train" optimism. At the end of the episode, I share three fun ideas for personal or family projects that you can use to develop optimism. Resources: Join Coach Kim for Group Coaching in Run Club! 03 May 2019 | FTF3: Two Traits You Need to Rise Above the Trophy Generation | 00:18:41
Welcome to Free Thinking Friday, a brief episode where I share thoughts I've been pondering throughout the week. We recently had an academic situation that left me livid. As of the publication of this episode, it is still not resolved, but I share my frustrations related to the consequences of being part of the trophy generation, that group of kids who got participation trophies, just because they came to practice and smiled a time or two. What are we teaching kids when they are not held accountable? If your child didn't take their math tests, and didn't show up for the make up tests, you'd expect them to fail math. If a stage actress didn't memorize her lines or choreography, it would be obvious because the audience would watch her struggle to move with the rest of the cast, and the poor timing of her lines would throw off the entire scene. So, why is it that in some situations, we cover for people who don't follow through on their commitments? Why do we teach kids that if they slack, there will always be someone there to do their work? In this episode, I talk about what it takes to stand out and make a name for yourself -- a good name, that is. And, I elaborate on the story I told last week about Justin Baldoni and the casting in Five Feet Apart and Jane the Virgin. (I just love it when my fascination with Jane the Virgin ties back to life lessons!) Resources From This Episode: Here's the EW article I read from. 12 Apr 2021 | 148. The Power of Pivoting with Monica Ortega | 00:38:57
In the spirit of new beginnings, of forging a new path, of creating our own opportunities, I interviewed Monica Ortega, who I believe is the perfect person to help us as we start to come out of a wild 13 months that created disruption, causing most of us to pivot in some way. Monica Ortega is a professional on-camera host, author, speaker, and actress who created the travel show called Monica Goes back in 2014 to inspire others to break out of their comfort zones and go on adventures. She claims to be afraid of everything, and says she'll put herself through almost anything to show that if an average everyday person like her can do these things, anyone can. Monica emcees at some of the biggest music festivals in the nation, has been seen in over 20 commercials, and is the co-host on the podcast Stumblin' Forward. She recently published her first book "The Power of Pivoting - How to Embrace Change and Create a Life You Love”. Her goal is to inspire others to face their fears, break out of their comfort zones, and learn to lean into the pivot. You can learn more about Monica, her book, and her shows at the following links:

Emily Coffman knows all about thriving as an athlete. She launched Girls Gone Healthy, a podcast where she helps overwhelmed girls learn where to start when it comes to getting in shape, feeling more confident in their body, and eating right. I loved talking with Emily because her passion for wellness is evident, and she’s not proposing anything extreme. 24 Sep 2019 | 77. What is a Fartlek and Which Runners Need Them? | 00:14:02
Fartlek is Swedish for “speed play,” and by definition, it should be unstructured. I like to think of fartlek runs as an opportunity for my athletes to get in some speed work without the stress of feeling like they need to hit specific interval times. When I write training plans for more experienced runners, I include fartlek runs as a transition to help them prepare for a phase of training that includes more intense speed work. For my newer runners, I use fartleks as a way to help them learn to vary their pace, and I schedule several of these runs prior to introducing structured intervals. Learn all about fartlek runs - and why you need them - in this episode!

02 Apr 2019 | Episode 46: Laura Schmidt with Notes to Self Socks on Affirmations and Optimism | 00:41:52
Today I am talking with Laura Schmidt, who is the Chief Positive Person at notes to self. Laura started notes to self to put her belief in the power of positive thinking into action -- (and on people’s feet!). Laura’s hard work and a positive attitude have resulted in success in the corporate world, in direct sales, and as a dedicated mother of three in Prairie Village, Kansas. Some of the questions I asked her: How did you come up with the idea to create socks with affirmations on them? I know you don’t consider yourself to be someone who is only selling socks. Would you say that you are selling courage and confidence and positivity? Can we talk about Gary Vee for a minute? You also believe in supporting your community. I met you last year at a Girls on the Run Kansas City fundraiser. What other types of community organizations do you support? How does the Chief Positive Person stay positive? What do you do to lift your spirits when you’re feeling down? What are three traits that you believe champions possess?

25 Jan 2022 | 166. Make Your New Year's Dreams a Reality | 00:45:46
How do you create your dream life? Can tough times provide fuel to help you find your passion? I talked Jessica Michelle Singleton about how she got to where she is today - and how her comedy promotes healing. Jessica has been a force in the comedy world for the past half a decade. She was most recently seen in the Showtime docuseries, "The Comedy Store" about the world famous club on Sunset Blvd where comedians like Robin Williams, David Letterman, and Richard Pryor got their starts. Her second comedy album, "Horny for Death" just debuted at #1 on iTunes and Amazon, making this her second #1 album. She's raw and hilarious. Her honest stream-of-consciousness style of delivery keeps audiences cracking up while feeling seen for all the normal human "flaws" we tend to run from. 21 Jun 2019 | 58. Slay What's Next: Challenging Stereotypes About What it Means to Get Older | 00:20:35
The way we think of aging is influenced in a big way by the images we see in the media. And, without examples of active, vibrant, intelligent older adults, it is logical that we will buy into the stereotype of the sedentary, confused older adult who is content to sit in a rocking chair and talk about the good old days. We are learning that the stereotypes and pre-conceived notions we have about what it’s like to age, or what it means to have a disease or to have cancer, really affect how things go moving forward. 28 Oct 2020 | 126. Do you know the mindset shift that delivers better results than grit? | 00:17:30
We are taught that we need to have this massive amount of determination and willpower to succeed in tough times. But he truth about grit is that it works only works for short periods of time. And, when grit fails us, we get down on ourselves, thinking we aren't tough enough, or that we've failed again. 06 May 2019 | 51. Finding Your Sweet Spot in Sport with Rebecca McConville | 00:32:50
How do you balance your energy as a runner? We live in a numbers-driven society, making it easy to compare training data with those around us. In sports such as running, there can be pressure to fall within a certain weight range. And dance companies and dance schools often look at BMI (Body Mass Index) to determine if their dancers are "in shape." As you'll hear on this week's episode, comparisons like these can be dangerous because they don't account for the variety of ways that each individual is different. Following a formula that requires an athlete to be "just like everyone else," can be a recipe for illness and injury. If you're an athlete, a coach, or the parent or partner of an athlete, how do you know if your athlete is eating the right foods to fuel their body for training and competition? Do you know the signs of Relative Energy Deficit in Sport (RED-S)? I talked with Rebecca McConville (MS, RD, CSSD, CEDRD) for this episode. Rebecca is a board certified sports specialist and eating disorder clinician. She has spent her career helping athletes fuel and understand their bodies so they can perform their best. As a former collegiate athlete, she understands how the drive for performance may lead to possible injury, performance decline or loss of interest in the sport. 21 Aug 2018 | 16. Getting Fit to Find Herself: Missy Boser's Fitness Journey | 00:47:17
Missy Boser is the blogger behind Getting Fit to Find Myself. In February 2012, she committed to a lifestyle change that included changing how and what she ate, as well as adding fitness to her life. She says she didn’t feel like the true transformation came until she added running to her routine. Since we both love running we took the opportunity to geek out a bit about running. If you’ve never understood why people run, maybe this will help you see what we see. We also talked about the accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury, and how that has influenced her thinking about fitness. Missy blogs about her anxiety, so we took a few minutes to talk about mental health. And, we talked about how crippling perfectionism can be, and why it’s important to focus on just one thing at a time (no total life overhauls!) I loved my conversation with Missy because she's upbeat and positive, but also because she's a woman just like you and me who is always searching for ways to get the most out of herself. I know you'll be inspired by her never-give-up attitude. Connect with Missy:

04 Sep 2018 | 18. It's Time to Finally Become Someone Who Exercises! Couch to Active | 00:32:51
Adults in the US know they should exercise more consistently. However, most fail to develop and maintain the habits that will keep them healthy for the long run. Clearly, there’s a missing link between having the will to exercise and actually doing it. Why is it still so hard? It’s hard because getting off the couch is THE hardest exercise of all. I’m talking today with Lyn Lindbergh, who you also heard on Episode 3 of the podcast. Her new book, COUCH TO ACTIVE is releasing TODAY, so I caught up with Lyn for another interview. I love talking to Lyn because she really gets it. She knows that changing behavior is not easy, and that it takes more than willpower. She says, “One day I was out for a long walk and had forgotten my headphones, so I was left with only the thoughts in my head,” she says. “Everything I had learned over the previous ten years started coming together. COUCH to ACTIVE, that’s the missing link! It’s a LIFESTYLE change that needs to happen, not another workout program. We need to get our relationships in order. We need to have a strategy for breaking through barriers, and we need to know how to make peace with the barriers that are here to stay. We need to actually enjoy the exercise we do.”
From that epiphany came Lindbergh’s program, COUCH to ACTIVE. Instead of a prescriptive diet and exercise plan, COUCH to ACTIVE focuses on confronting barriers to an active lifestyle with compassion and perseverance. “We need to quit beating ourselves up and start having compassion for where we are today,” she says.

It doesn’t matter what you are trying to achieve—whether you’re training for a marathon, trying to get that promotion at work, working on getting your first paid acting job, or just needing to finish a report at work so you can go home and enjoy the weekend… You must train for success. You don’t always need to put in more hours or hustle harder to land that promotion or take your career or fitness to the next level. Training for life is all about making smart choices that will energize your body so you can perform your best. In this episode, I talk about four areas that cost nothing to develop. They are things that each one of us can do… things that will help us maximize our potential for success.

28 May 2019 | 54. Kathrine Switzer: The Marathon Woman Empowering Millions | 00:33:21
An iconic athlete, author, Emmy-award winning broadcaster and advocate for sports and social causes, Kathrine Switzer was the first woman to officially register for and run the Boston Marathon in 1967. She was attacked in the race by an angry official who tried to rip off her bib number (#261) and throw her out of the race because she was a woman. She finished the 26.2 mile distance anyway and went on win the 1974 New York City Marathon and to champion women in the sport globally, most notably leading the drive to make the women's marathon an official Olympic event in 1984. Now, 58% of all runners in the USA are women. To celebrate this social revolution, and to support another on active aging, Switzer ran the Boston Marathon again, at age 70, on the 50th anniversary of her iconic run, finishing only 24 minutes slower than she did when she was 20. This run launched her non-profit '261 Fearless' --named after that famous bib number--which empowers women globally though running. She has been honored widely for her achievements including being inducted into the USA National Women’s Hall of Fame which recognized her for creating positive social change throughout her storied career. My conversation with Kathrine went beyond running, and we talked about the importance of staying active as we age. She also provided some tips for masters runners who want to get the most out of their training, and we talked about her non-profit, 261 Fearless.

16 Apr 2019 | 48: Running with Hope: Deliece Hofen of Braden's Hope for Childhood Cancer | 00:42:17
Deliece Hofen is the mother of two sons. Her youngest son, Braden, battled childhood cancer three times. During his second battle with cancer, he faced the words "no known cure" and his odds for survival were less than 10%. Three months after that diagnosis, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. They had chemo on the same days in two different locations in Kansas City for several months. They both achieved remission and life went along pretty well until two years later when Braden was diagnosed with a secondary leukemia that was actually caused by the treatments he had received to save his life from his first cancer. No child had ever survived this particular form of secondary leukemia after battling relapsed neuroblastoma. In the podcast, we will share what happened next and how Deliece and her family are doing now. Deliece is also the founder of Braden’s Hope for Childhood Cancer, a foundation that funds research so that no other family will ever need to hear the words, “no known cure.” Deliece also loves to run. She calls herself a slow, "middle of the pack" runner. When she is training she smiles and talks to every person she meets on the trail and stops to take pictures of all of the beautiful things she sees on the journey. Although she gets frustrated by "bad runs" and not achieving race goals like most runners do, Deliece finds joy, peace, and happiness when running. That joy is not because she's a first place race champion (because she is not) but because it is a mental cleanse that allows her time to think, feel, create, reflect, and appreciate. She believes that gift is the real win with running! Listen as Deliece and Kim talk about Braden, Deliece's breast cancer, and lots and lots of running! The week of June 24th is National Triathlon Week, so I’m doing a series of podcasts, videos and posts about triathlon. Yesterday, I started the week off telling the story of the summer my friends and I did our first triathlon. It was fun because everything was new and we had this epic adventure together. Today, I am talking about the excuses we make that hold us back. Because, even though it seemed like everyone was on board, so many of these things popped up for us, and continue to pop up even this year. So I am going to cover the most common reasons people avoid taking part in a triathlon—and tell you my tips for moving past those obstacles. Now, if you truly aren’t even the slightest bit curious, that’s a whole different story. This episode is for those of you who are on the fence. This one is for the people who really want to try, but need a little encouragement. 31 May 2018 | Episode 005 - Bonnie Parrish-Kell: The Chief Diva at Slowpoke Divas - You're Never Too Old or Too Out of Shape to Lead an Active Lifesyle | 00:20:28
Bonnie Parrish-Kell is inspiring! She began her athletic journey at age 50 and leads a life that shows us all that we are never too old or too out of shape to lead an active lifestyle. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bonnie Parrish-Kell is the “Chief Diva” at Slowpoke Divas, an online source of information and inspiration for women – who may be overweight, out of shape, or over 40 years of age – to rediscover the joys of a healthy lifestyle and outdoor sports. She started her athletic journey at age 50 by participating in a beginner-friendly triathlon. That single event showed her how decades of inactivity took a toll on her fitness level, strength, weight, and sense of well-being! As Bonnie then worked with a local triathlon coach, she met other women like herself who “dared to dream” of becoming runners, cyclists, swimmers, or hikers, but doubted their abilities, were afraid of ridicule, or felt unsupported. Slowpoke Divas serves to provide the support, encouragement, and community women like these wanted and needed. Bonnie is a race walker, cyclist, an occasional triathlete, and consistent participant in state-level senior Olympics with goals of qualifying in her sports for the biennial National Senior Games. She is the triathlon coordinator for 2018 Nevada Senior Games, and an ambassador for the Huntsman World Senior Games in St. George, Utah. She is also works with the U.S. Power Walking Association. She can be reached at www.SlowpokeDivas.com.

11 Dec 2018 | Episode 30: Journal with Top Minds in Health and Fitness | 00:23:59
If you tuned in last week, you know that I'm excited about using journaling as a way to power up your performance, not just when it comes to health and fitness, but in all areas of your life. I did some killer interviews over the summer with top minds in the health and fitness industry. For this podcast, I looked back through the podcast episodes and used some clips from the interviews as journal prompts. Tune into the podcast to get the full context. Then, spend some time reflecting and writing about any of the topics that resonate with you. From Sara J Loureiro, Mindset Coach & Business Strategist for women who are on a mission to make a serious impact in the world: We talked about living life "As if..." How would your behavior change in certain situations if you behaved as if what you want has already happened? How might this apply to your life? Is there something big you’d like to accomplish that living As If would help with? From Dr. Heather Denniston, chiropractor with a certification in wellness chiropractic (and a very long list of honors and accolades!): We talked about living a sepia-toned existence, and the influence the small choices we make daily have in our life. This includes several areas of wellness, including: sleep, hydration, nutrition, managing stress, exercise, connection with others, relationships with friends and family, finances and fun. In your journal, jot down one area where you feel like you can improve. Don't try to make a big, sweeping change. Just note one tiny thing you can do this week to make a positive change in your life From Bonnie Parrish-Kell, Chief Diva at Slow Poke Divas: Bonnie began her athletic journey at age 50 and leads a life that shows us all that we are never too old or too out of shape to lead an active lifestyle. We talked about the importance of being patient and not comparing your journey to other people’s journey. Do you ever make poor decisions because you are trying to rush your progress? Or because you lack the patience to see where your path takes you? Do you ever feel "less than" because you are comparing yourself to others? Listen to what Bonnie says in the podcast, and then write about it in your journal. From Dr. Michelle Segar, author of No Sweat! How the Simple Science of Motivation Can Bring You a Lifetime of Fitness: Dr. Segar has devoted her 25-year career to creating sustainable behavior change for health and well-being, and she is a recognized pioneer in the field. Michelle reminds us to stop being discouraged, and to stop being down on ourselves. You don't need to run a marathon, or put in hours on the bike for it to be considered exercise. Take the time to find ways of moving that are rewarding to you, and find ways to work small bursts of exercise into your day. What are some ways you can work some quick bursts of exercise into your day? If you are trying to find more time to foam roll, or to do strength exercises, or to work in a bit of yoga, how can you fit it in? From Lyn Lindbergh, the Bad Couch Guru, and author of the new book, Couch to Active: We've all been taught that we need more grit... that if we have more willpower, we will be better at sticking to a workout or nutrition plan. Lyn says that grit is bogus (and I agree!) Grit will only take you so far. You need to set up your environment for success, and that includes choosing workouts and workout partners and workout locations that you love! What are you doing in your life that you are gritting your teeth about and muscling your way through? What are some activities that you enjoy that you can look forward to? If you train alone, is it possible to have a day in your plan that's more flexible so that you can spend time with friends who don't have the same physical abilities or exercise interests? How can you apply this to your life? Check in with the group and us know how your journaling is going, and whether this gave you any big insights!

23 Oct 2018 | Episode 24: 20 Seconds of Extreme Courage is All That Stands Between You and Your Dreams | 00:27:20
“You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.” - We Bought a Zoo
Think about all the greatness we could achieve, if we pushed all our fears aside for just 20 seconds and just did or said whatever it was that was on our mind. Why are we afraid to start new things? Why are we afraid to show people who we really are? Where does this fear come from? In this episode, we talk about finding the courage to get out of our comfort zone without worrying about what others think. You ARE enough just the way you are. You are enough because there is only one of you, unique, with ideas and experiences and insight that no one else has. You are enough because you are following your own dreams and don't need the approval of parents, neighbors, classmates or that guy in the cubicle next to you. Learn to face your fears and show the world - YOU - in this episode. About your Podcast Host: Coach Kim explores topics that will help you power up your life so that you can design a life you love. 08 Jan 2019 | Episode 34: How to Develop Healthy Habits and Make Those Resolutions Stick | 00:28:10
Jim Rohn said, “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.” We can do a lot of things when we feel enthusiastic and motivated, but eventually that motivation wanes, and it comes down to the strength of our habits. Willpower is limited, and by the end of an exhausting day, when we are tired from working and making decisions, our willpower isn't as strong. This means we need additional tools to help us be successful. This week, I'm talking about four strategies you can use to develop new habits that will serve you as you chase your dreams this year:

16 Jan 2020 | 84. Do Something Special - What We Can All Learn From Patrick Mahomes | 00:17:01
The Kansas City Chiefs were down 24-0 in the first 20 minutes of the game last weekend. Everyone thought they were doomed. Quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, kept his cool, remained calm, and gave a speech to his team. "Let's do something special," he said. What can we learn from the speech that spurred the comeback? In this episode, I share four thoughts from Mahomes' speech that we can all apply to get the outcomes we want at work, in sports, and in life.

28 Aug 2018 | 17. Find the Courage and Confidence to Stand Up to Queen Bees | 00:31:26
Ladies, it's time we put a stop to the mean girl culture in schools, in life and at work. There is enough love, joy, success and friendship for all of us. We don't need to backstab and pit our friends against each other. This has been on my mind, so I wanted to do a podcast about back to school, queen bees, and what we can do as parents and coaches and leaders to help girls stand up to the mean girls. Where do the mean girls get their power? Why don't the other girls in that crowd stand up to the Queen Bee? And, how can we get our girls to do the right thing? I don't have all the answers. I opened up my computer and started recording as I got a bit wound up on this topic. I would love it if you would take a listen and share your own thoughts related to the problem and potential solutions. As I drove to school today, I watched a driver stop so that a girl could cross the street. Traffic was backed up in all directions, everyone focused on getting into the parking lot and onto their next task. That driver stopped. And it broke me out of my rush hour trance. I realized I should stop too so that poor girl could cross the street. All it took was one person to get my attention, to make me focus on doing what was right. Wouldn't it be great if we taught our girls how to pay attention and be that one person who spoke up and did what was right in social situations? I have to believe that if more people had the courage to speak up, the queen bees would lose their power. The mean girls behave the way they do because they are confident that no one will rock the boat. In this podcast, I also read a brief excerpt from Kara Goucher's new book, Strong: A Runner's Guide to Boosting Confidence and Becoming the Best Version of You. I highly recommend the book for athletes, girl moms, teens, and women of all ages. You don't have to be a runner to benefit from this book. Kara teaches some solid strategies for building confidence and visualizing success, and breaking through mental barriers. I also read a story from Craft a Life You Love: Infusing Creativity, Fun and Intention into Your Everyday by Amy Tangerine. This book is geared to people with creative hobbies and careers, but the mindset lessons apply to everyone. If you're catching this blog post early in the day, I don't quite have that download I promised ready. Check back soon! I'm putting together a printable mini workbook that has some ideas from the podcast, and some writing prompts that you can enter in your confidence journal! You can listen to this episode on iTunes, Sound Cloud, Google Play, Spotify... or in the player right here on this page. Let me know your thoughts! Let's work together to address the Queen Bee Culture! Coach Kim
