Every producer has their own way of getting started creating a beat but I'm going to share my top 3 strategies behind making a dope beat.
Because I've used this proven formula I believe this will work for you too.
Think about building a house. You have the foundation, the wood frame, the plumbing pipes, the sheetrock, the roof, and the bricks.
Most building engineers start building houses the same way every time.
Same with music producers!
Even audio engineers have a certain way they approach mixing and mastering a session but today we’re discussing creating a complete beat from scratch.

David Packouz is an American entrepreneur, inventor, and musician. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Singular Sound - a company focused on making technology that empowers musicians to create better music.
The company launched its first product, the BeatBuddy Drum Machine Guitar Pedal, as one of the most successful music accessory crowdfunding campaigns in history, raising nearly $350.000.
The BeatBuddy went on to receive every major recognition in the musical instrument industry, from the industry's highest honor of “Best in Show” at the National Association of Music Merchants to Guitar World’s Platinum Award for Excellence, and also induction into the Guitar Player’s Hall of Fame in 2015.
