I’m not a Psychotherapist.  I studied it but moved onto Herbal Medicine. But I am someone with a lot of experience with panic attacks & anxiety.  With Covid-19, social distancing, self isolation and living in chronic uncertainty, people have been reaching out regards their anxiety and what they can do to help with it.  It’s also been an area that has rocked me, even with setting up my own “precautionary measures”.  I wasn’t expecting to be triggered in the ways that I have been, but I’ve taken them as huge lessons and opportunities to learn more and go deeper within myself. . I’ve covered the following as well as what has come up for me during this time so far, and I’m hoping these tools help you to either understand what is going on, or to implement strategies/coping mechanisms to help you manage. .
