I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. David Brownstein, who is a board-certified family physician.  In his search for safe and holistic remedies he came across unrefined salt.  Unrefined salt contains over 80 essential minerals. Refined salt has no minerals. Over time, it became clear that unrefined salt would be a much healthier choice than refined salt.

In this discussion we talk about the following in chronological order:

  1. Should we fear salt? 
  2. Is there a difference between refined salt and unrefined sea salt?
