08 Apr 2024 | 93- Scandinavia's Open-Air Living Mindset with Linda Åkeson McGurk | 00:42:53 | |
Linda Åkeson McGurk is the author of two books: There’s No Such Thing as Bad Weather: A Scandinavian Mom’s Secrets for Raising Healthy, Resilient, and Confident Kids and The Open-Air Life: Discover the Nordic Art of Friluftsliv and Embrace Nature Every Day. She’s written two books, which I already mentioned, and runs the blog “Rain or Shine Momma” where she shares tips and inspiration for outdoor play everyday, regardless of the weather.
