Mother, coach, Olympic athlete, and age-group world champion, Juliet Hochman joins them to discuss her pregnancy and postpartum experience to her now 21 and 24 year old sons. After many years of being a high level athlete she was unaware of any other competitive outlets available to her following her collegiate and Olympic careers. She compares the resources that she had at the time to the resources available to women now. The number of cyclist and pedestrian fatalities is rising in the US, and while we can do more gravel riding or trainer riding, what can we also do to keep ourselves safe on the roads?
