This amazing man became a millionaire at the age of 30, and he was 33 when he had 35 units then. He spent 10 years of podcasting and writing blog posts, and putting in education to achieve growth. This decade of planting creates compound effects and he’s clearly harvesting it now. Brandon admits that he’s not really pretty much good at anything but he’s a good visionary. Having a strong mindset to solve a problem is innate to him. He is really into real estate. He loves the freedom that investing brings. Paul English is a Boston-based serial entrepreneur and activist, a former lecturer to different schools, and Co-founder of Lola, Kayak, Xiangqi.com, Moonbeam, GetHuman, Boston Light, and Intermute. He is also a nonprofit co-founder of King Boston, Summits and the Winter Walk. Paul also serves on the boards of  Partners In Health, Flying Kites, Village Health Works, and Humanity Rises.

Paul co-founded Kayak in 2004. It is a travel company that was sold for $2 billion. As he makes some pretty good money at that time, he never forgets to share it with his team. In fact, over half of his employees became a millionaire.

But prior to Kayak, Paul had already created five (5) successful companies that have a loving culture. He makes sure his team is the priority before the customer and the profit. How did that happen? The customers get surprised at something that they couldn’t get anywhere else; accordingly, all the finance will fall into place.

Moreover, Paul has always been transparent and honest about what things are going well and whatnot, and treats employees the same way. He creates a working environment that values people, and appreciates every single employee to work with the same side of things. Thus, makes them invigorated, and excited about their job.

Presently, being passionate about helping people, Paul wanted to make money as much as he can so he can give more impact to his 3 non-profits companies, and to the world as well!

Ross Buhrdorf is a serial entrepreneur, CEO at ZenBusiness, which democratizes entrepreneurship by making it easy to create, maintain and manage an LLC or other corporate entity. He is responsible for building both the team and the technology platform that ultimately created and defined the concept of the “short-term rental” and “vacation rental by owner” market.

In his more than 30 years as a technology leader, entrepreneur and corporate executive, Ross helps transform the way consumers interact with technology. Also, CTO of the year in 2011 and founding chief technical officer for HomeAway (NASDAQ: AWAY) which he helped grow the company from a startup to its current position as a $3B global leader in the travel industry.

Also, a member of the Board of Directors for American National Bank (where he is helping them through a digital transformation and security upgrade).

He is passionate about the consumer Internet, security, mobile technology and how to apply innovation to build better products and a better world.

At an early age, Ross was exposed on entrepreneurship. He is a risk taker, who believes that the best way to startup is to get out from your own comfort zone. It’s just how managing the risks and being not afraid to fail and to continue the journey. However, Ross had failed startups but preferred to learn more from the failures in many cases. He knows that everything isn’t going to be what he expected. But handling the situations wisely, setting a standard culture, finding the best actions, tools, and resources will help give more to the world. It is everyone’s responsibility whatever selections they’ve made but making sure that you’re getting the right perspective.

Moreover, he believes that everything starts with the team and neighborhood. It doesn’t need the right information but the right people. Ross trusted everyone’s talent and capabilities. The team must have a common set of goals and culture, passion, and believed that you can do it. It empowers to come up something that is legendary and beyond to what expected. Action and consistency lead to the rewards if it’s good or bad it depends on whatever actions you’re taking. But don’t forget to take extreme ownership and accountability in whatever actions or situations you’re in.

Lastly, Ross emphasized that at the end of the day it’s not about the money or wealth but it’s all about the freedom that money can give, and the control you have with your destiny!

Back in the 1930s, Mitzi’s father started with just one hotel with no employee and through his determination and secret sauce to success, at the end of his life, their family owned 400 hotels in the form of Sheraton Hotel Corp. Mitzi witnessed how great his father was not just in business but also handling people in all walks of life.

Aside from that, innately, Mitzi’s father built a deep connection and concern for all his employees. He believed in them and gave them all the resources and encouragement to show the world just how good they are. Hence, communication between them is very important to him. Although he doesn’t want his hotel to be the biggest, he created a great value-based culture and a team in order to be the best hotel in the locality.

Distinct from other successful entrepreneurs, he had a lot of time with his children, teaching them values of not getting the identity through spending money and luxurious materials. But getting their identity by being good citizens who would give back. Her father’s greatest pleasure was giving it away. He loves to share blessings and spread love and care. Living like a millionaire in all areas of his life and staying connected to the people around him.

During Mitzi’s childhood, her way of grabbing his parent’s attention was by asking his father about business. Never think it would be a big advantage to her in later life and career. Thus, a spiritual gift of hospitality was given to her. Luckily, she found a husband who has the same characteristics as his father especially in running their business. Likewise, Mitzi inherits the culture and beliefs from her father in her own entrepreneurial journey that truly build a legacy and generational wealth.

Aaron’s dad was a custom home builder and his grandma was a developer, so he grew up doing construction real estate that’s why he always wanted to do it. He was 20-years-old when he started partying all the time, did crazy things, got into trouble, and got behind the bars. Aaron wasted his most productive time in prison.  He realized that he needs to gain it back and it drives him to get out there and make his life better.

This guy makes up the lost time, tries new things, and shifts his life on the right path. Later, Aaron started flipping houses and succeeds. But because of unplanned actions & uncontrolled spending on the wrong things, they blew up the opportunities. They hit the bottom but during his down moments, Aaron swallows his pride from being a millionaire to doing manual jobs like what a carpenter typically do, and became an Uber driver. He decided to do something and not just be lazy to go back in the path. 

They hold their faith and their spiritual part stronger and it really helps them get up and back up. Now, Aaron and his wife Kaleena have over 1,000 rental properties and looking forward to adding more. The couple makes sure they would not miss the second chance; they spend their money on the right thing, donating a portion of their income to the church,  and building more memories with his family. One thing that they’re sure of, even if they went broke again; they wouldn’t regret they wasted their money on stupid things and they set their family as a priority.

Nick Santonastaso is a global keynote speaker, a professional model, and bodybuilder, a best-selling author, has featured on Forbes and shared stages with Tony Robbins. He has made cameos on TV shows like “The Walking Dead” and has become a social media sensation gaining more than 1 million followers on “Vine” in less than a year. In 2017, he won the 3rd place in his first competition in bodybuilding at the “Iron Bay Classic”. His accomplishments in the gym have been featured in Men’s Health, The Independent, and CNN’s Great Big Story.

Currently, Nick is inspiring people globally by sharing his experience as a keynote speaker and a coach at conferences, professional sports teams as well as Fortune 500 companies. Teaching the youths to push beyond their limiting beliefs and live a life that has NO LIMITS. Nick already helped to inspire GIANTS in today's world, such as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Ed Mylett, and many more. 

Nick was born with Hanhart Syndrome with no leg and one arm. He was the 12th baby in the medical history that was born with that birth defect and gave him 30% of chances to live because out of the twelve, eight of them had passed away. Unfortunately, Nick is super blessed to have very supportive parents. They’ve cast those limiting beliefs of the things Nick can’t accomplish with. They were determined to give him a good life and believed that he could outshine on his limitations. Nick’s dad promised to be his arms and legs until the day he dies.

As expected, the world was so hard for Nick, especially during middle school.  It was a very dark place for him where he experienced bullying. He started to question himself “WHY ME?”, and was not exempted from that victim mentality. The worst thing is Nick hated himself. He was thinking that his body is the biggest curse and the most disgusting thing to him.

Until one day Nick realized he had to change his life. Find the things that make him comfortable in order to gain confidence, and to avoid a miserable life. He was determined to shift his mindset and focus on positive things.  He believed that nothing is impossible and he could be whatever he wanted to be. But then again, Nick was not an instant Mindset King. Things didn’t just happen for him but were constant progress of creating reality. He experienced downfalls but sees it as strength and gifts that mold him as a person to grow. Nick believes that life is a game and more opportunities come into your life if you control the game. He keeps working towards his dream and it’s worth it.

Now, Nick has found clarity, happiness, and fulfillment in life. His mission is to contribute and give impact to the world by helping the kids. He believes that he could change teens’ life by giving them the knowledge, perspective, and the tools to overcome difficulties and live the best life. Nick wanted to be “The Mindset Guide for the Kids”, by showing his biggest superpower to make people comfortable through sharing inspirational and actionable videos for kids, as well as building a community for parents. 

Nick believes that kids are very receptive. Therefore, the best thing we can do is plant seeds. Plant seeds of contribution, plant seeds of how you can give fulfillment, and of how we can gain confidence, creating winners, giving them the victorious mindset, and teaching them how to teach and help others.

This is the time to double down and find the opportunity that suits your passion and turn it into a business. There are massive opportunities in real estate, especially on the rental side.  Therefore, do the preparation ahead of time. Roadmap your destination and get a mentor. Take that learning and put it into action. This is the best time to plant your seeds to capital, education, building relationships with your network, brokers, and investors in order to take advantage of it later.  

Lastly, never forget to think of the downside of your business and mitigate the risks ahead of time. Plan for, and be prepared for the downturns!

However, in the mid-2000s, the company struggled financially and was forced into restructuring, which eventually ended up bankrupting a few years later.  Challenges in business really empowered Brad to create better business models.

He had coached over 900 people on how to invest in and scale a short term rental (Airbnb) business.

Michael had worked from company to company, and started to make a lot of money. However, he realized that his work doesn’t excite him anymore. He feels like he needs time freedom. Therefore, he figured out how to invest his saved money into a vehicle that will pay a good amount of cash flow and allow him to travel. He found all these in the AirBnB investing and hospitality business. Currently, Michael is building an Airbnb empire while helping other people in this area. He believes that real money is to be made if you can provide an awesome experience. Thus, leveraging his hospitality business with all-out amenities. Moreover, Michael has built a personal brand in the online space, and have already built the trust of the audience.

Dave was born where achievement as a commodity was important for him. It’s his way of achieving the life and things he wanted. But he believes that people should reframe your relationships with failures. There is so much power in appreciating that you cannot take your business and your life to where you like it to be. You cannot grow as a leader or you cannot feel the sense of fulfillment you’d like on either level if you aren’t willing to put yourself in places where you can feel, learn from those failures, equip yourself with a new confidence that makes you a stronger leader or a stronger business. You’re going to learn where you could be better. It’s turning uncomfortable things into something comfortable and fruitful.

Moreover, one bad thing leads to a few good things. These good things stuck on top to change the way their business built their brand. Dave’s team had used breakdowns for future breakthroughs and attacking those gaps and optimizing themselves for better. When something holds you back to step up during this crisis, start with the story that you believed in but don’t forget to check if it’s credible. Put yourself into a mindset that you’re not alone to try new things. You’re not going to be alone pushing yourself into something that makes you uncomfortable.  Do what you don’t want to do and make a breakthrough from that. With the new and unexpected things that come on your way just be agile and move faster.

We all struggle but it’s just the willingness, to be honest with our struggle we are able to afford the opportunity and gain empathy from the people. Take this time the inconvenience of the quarantine as the thing for us, use the time to think about what are the pieces of normal that are actually worth rushing back to. Give the gift of clarity of what things to focus on or need to let go of.

 Currently, Dave and his team are taking the steps to meet the audience and bring the world-class conference in your living room (The Rise Conference).  Doing a live stream event is the thing that their team swore not to do but now with this chaos, they would do the things that they don’t want to do to reach the audience and support the learning of the community they’re building on.

With all the ups and downs, Tom believes that humans should be supposed to be afraid of stuff, but not supposed to be frozen by it. Therefore, people should understand how to measure risk. With natural curiosity and humility, people will get success. But then if you fail, stand up, get back to the basics, and do what you need to do.
