28 Sep 2020How Learning About Breath Helped Cure Lyme Disease00:26:08

Dr. Christine Arseneau  share’s her story of how she was diagnosed with  Lyme  disease and how she immersed herself into the journey of self healing. This began with getting her stress in control learning to live in the moment through therapy and learning about her emotions, where breath played a major roll in learning to be present in the moment to relax and heal.

Christine takes us through a short breathing exercise which takes us to a parasympathetic state, which as she  explains, is that we as humans, unlike a wild animal,  can choose to create that state by observing the mind, thus healing can take place.

Her company is “Lyme Support” which addresses all aspects of the clients life. Her focus and expertise is also in cannabis (member of International Society of Cannabis Pharmacists ,Valedictorian form Oaksterdam University). She thrives on the challenge of brining someone with a complicated health history back to vibrant health through heath coaching, through experience in the medical field, plant medicine and tick-borne illnesses.

John Marino Retired Body Worker

John’s interest in alternative therapies began in 1975 when he was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosis.

Throughout a lifetime of many health challenges, he credits his knowledge of alternative therapies and yoga for keeping him healthy, happy and alive!

He focused his work in communities with special needs, including elders, at-risk youth, and persons with movement impairments.
