03 Jul 2018Olivia Clementine : Helping Someone Who Is Suffering00:26:30

In today's episode Olivia offers practical pathways, including a guided meditation, to help alleviate the suffering of those in our life and beyond. When we notice someone suffering, we want to do anything to help them return to well being. Sometimes the actions we take create further suffering, while other times we support the person we care for, as well as ourselves. In this episode, we mainly focus on the many ways we can relate with someone suffering to help them, and all we can learn from the wisdom that suffering reflects to us. ~ To send along future topics to be explored visit Olivia's website and share what you would like to hear about.
