Today's episode is where we see what's up with Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun! After watching the first 4 episodes, I thought I'd give my initial thoughts on the return of our twins Eun Seom and Saya! I'm not too sure how many people will actually check out this season 2, but if you're interested to know what I think of it and if I'll continue watching it, tune in now!

Today's episode I'm throwing it back to a Baeksang Awards nominated Kdrama: School 2013 from 2013, of course! This drama isn't your fun high school Kdrama, it's one of those realistic ones, and yet, it's still one of my favorites. I had such a meaningful and moving experience rewatching this drama after 11 years and was almost a little surprised at how this drama means much more to me now than it did the first time I watched it. My time discussing this drama in this episode is the biggest testament to why I'm even doing this season of Throwing it Back!

Because as you know, in this season, I've been jumping around the past 20+ years of Kdramaland to find and rediscover what it is about these small screen masterpieces that make me love and appreciate them so much. It's also been a journey for me to return to my beginnings of watching Kdrama and remember what things I've learned from watching them and what more I hope to learn as I continue watching them!

So, join me for an episode where I express my undying love for Lee Jong Suk and Kim Woo Bin's friendship and one of the best bromances featured in Kdrama history!

Today's episode is our 3rd installment of throwing it back in this season and I am glad to present to you 2009's Shining Inheritance! It was a longer commitment to throw it back to this 28-episode drama, but it's a family drama classic with all the theatrics and heart in the world! It was a hit during its time, so I wanted to revisit it to see if I think it deserved all that fame and glory! So, listen in now to find out if this one is one I believe still has some merit and was worth my time with this rewatch!

Today's episode is My Liberation Notes final impressions! It's taken me some time to record it as I just wanted to do right by this gem of a drama written by Park Hae Young. I, unintentionally, go into final impressions of My Mister (also written by Park Hae Young), but I still circle back around to share all that My Liberation Notes has left me with and what I will remember most about this drama long after everyone else forgets about it. It's a very meaningful tale and it's one I'll hold dear to me for a long time. To be honest, I had a little bit of difficulty finishing up this episode and even considered not sharing it in light of recent news. But I decided that I still wanted to share my year of Kdramas with you. This is also the third year of me hosting my very own Kdrama Awards and I wanted to stay true to this tradition of the podcast. Not to mention, this episode is like another love song to the year of Kdramas and my time with you—so thank you all, yet again, for an amazing year with all the Kdramas we watched and popped off about together.
