Born in Nigeria, he came to the United States in 2010 and earned bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Bucknell University before enrolling in Mount St. Mary's Seminary in 2017. Fr. Justin Bolger, O.P., is a Dominican Friar and the Chaplain and Director of Campus Ministry at Providence College in Rhode Island. He entered the novitiate for the Dominican Province of St. Joseph in 2012, and graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2013 with a Master of Arts in Philosophical Studies degree. He received his B.T.S. and Masters of Divinity from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception in 2018 and his S.T.L. in 2020. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2020. He is also a musician of some note: he writes and produces music for a musical preaching initiative, the Hillbilly Thomists. They have recorded 3 albums, two of which have reached the top 5 of the Bluegrass Billboard charts. They have played the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. While a student brother he also helped record 4 albums of sacred music with our schola at the Dominican House of Studies. Dr. Brian Tullius graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2003 with a BA double major in in philosophy and biology, and then completed an MA in philosophy.

He earned an MD from University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 2008 and did a pediatric internship at Naval Medical Center San Diego, but then was selected as a flight surgeon. He got his wings in Pensacola and then went to the fleet as a flight doctor for 5 years. He returned to civilian pediatric residency and graduated in 2017. 

He then went to pediatric hematology oncology fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, graduating in 2020. The following year he finished a pediatric bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy fellowship. 

Since then he has been research medical director for pediatric cellular therapies at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, Florida.
