Next was a self-described failed attempt at car sales that lasted only 6 weeks, so she began to assist COO Adam Rich with operational tasks. She now oversees 3 dealerships and nearly 200 employees. Pamela takes pride in creating and supporting structure and processes and creating a great work environment for the dealership teams. In the past several years, Pamela has become more involved with our community as the chair of the BC Cancer Foundation’s Discovery Luncheon (chair & committee member 2012-2020), President of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce (President 2022/23 & director since 2019), and still heavily involved as immediate Past President. In the past year few years, she has been nominated as a Kelowna Chamber ‘Top 40 under 40’ and the City of Kelowna’s ‘Citizen of the Year’, she won the ‘Volunteer of the Year’ award from the Chamber of Commerce, and most recently won the prestigious Kelowna Women in Business award 2023 WOMAN of the Year. She is enjoying having the opportunity to give back to the community that has given her so much.
