In this episode featuring Black Women in Leadership, you'll hear host, Romeo Effs engage with guests - Rasheen Roper Robinson and Nneka Orji. They were joined by Precious Lwanga who co-hosted with Romeo but also doubled as a guest. 

They covered the issues that they've faced as Black women leaders in the spaces they occupy. The discussion ranged from their individual experiences in the spaces of education, finance and construction. The ladies shared with Romeo their experience with Black hair, their Blackness and doing the self work despite lack of support, sexism, colourism and racism. 

The perspectives of a Black women in leadership from Jamaica and the UK are highlighted. There were notable differences but the similarities and parallels stand out as well.
