Welcome back to another episode of Knit & Tell Fridays on The Knitting Mamas Podcast. I’m your host, Nadine Medina, and today, we’re having a cozy chat about all things self-care, knitting, and keeping your yarn game strong!   This week, we dive into:
  • Mindful self-care tips for busy moms. It’s all about recharging without guilt and focusing on progress, not perfection.
  • A knitting tip you won’t want to miss—how to master the long tail cast on method so you never run out of yarn mid-project again.
  • Feeling like September is the real new year? You’re not alone! Inspired by Mel Robbins’ idea of a fresh start, we chat about how this time of year can feel invigorating (or a little chaotic) and how to embrace that new energy.
Plus, I’ll update you on my current knitting projects and drop a sneak peek into next week’s episode where we’ll chat about morning routines and share some fun book recommendations to enjoy with your knitting.   Join the conversation in our Facebook community (click here to join —>> https://www.facebook.com/groups/knittingmamas) and let us know—how do you feel about September? Is it like the new year for you, too?   So grab your knitting needles, a cup of tea, and let’s dive into some relaxing and productive knitting time together!   My current project: https://www.twoofwands.com/blog/landscape-wrap?rq=Landscape%20   My next novel: https://a.co/d/arvy75f   Don’t forget to tune in next week for more tips on balancing knitting with busy mom life, plus exciting morning routine ideas to keep your days flowing smoothly!
