30 Jan 2025336. 3 Mental Shifts of Multi-Million Dollar Performers00:23:30

What I went through completely changed me.

There’s been some weird energy lately. It comes in the form of uncomfortable conversations that I feel like I’m not ready for. This brought me to reflect on the first emotionally jolting experience I ever had in my career and everything I learned from it.

Success isn’t just about what you do, it’s about how you think. That’s why I’m grateful for what happened to me. As a result, I was able to make mental shifts that elevated my perspective and made me an even better person and leader.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • The moment I found out I was getting sued and the worst part of the whole experience.
  • How this bad experience led to one of my greatest transformations.
  • What I was forced to confront after being sued and how it changed my perspective.
  • How I went from a victim mentality to a creator mentality and why it’s important.
  • Why I started thinking about long-term impacts (instead of short-term solutions).
  • The breakthrough that took me from thinking about competition to contributions.
  • What happens when you give others the gift of your time and trust.

14 Mar 2024253. Why You Need a Support Circle in Business00:11:19

Your network is your networth. Here's why...

Having an inspiring support circle can make all the difference for female business owners and entrepreneurs. A little while ago, I connected with some new online friends after they hired me to come and teach PR in Florida. Recently, we reconnected here in the Canadian mountains.

The result was even greater than we could have expected: a Mountaintop Mastermind that brought a bunch of women together who shared their areas of expertise. But even more importantly, this group is now committed to lifting each other up, inspiring each other, and being there to cheer one another on as we cross our own finish lines.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • The power of new connections and why networking is still crucial.
  • How the right network can catapult your success.
  • How we birthed the mountaintop mastermind.
  • How to create and nurture your inner circle.
  • The value of masterminding and how to do it.
  • Emphasizing the importance of being seen and heard, and how to foster this environment.

28 Mar 2023155. How the Power of Our Core Convictions Affect our Business Success with Shelly Lefkoe00:51:18

Hey you wild women!

Have you ever left a conversation wondering if you said the right thing? Or found yourself feeling like you're "not good enough" to be in that room of successful entrepreneurs?

It's natural to want approval from others, but constantly seeking it can hold us back from living our best lives. These thought patterns are so deeply ingrained that it's hard to imagine life without them - but the good news is they can be transformed by eliminating any beliefs that are holding you back!

Today's guest is Shelly Lefkoe - co-founder of the Lefkoe Institute, a San Francisco Bay Area firm whose mission is “To significantly improve the quality of life on the planet." Her programs have helped over 150,000 people worldwide to break through limiting beliefs and recreate their lives.

In this episode, Shelly and I discuss how easily we give meaning to many circumstances that don't end up serving us, why you shouldn't worry if someone doesn't get back to you, and how to change your beliefs so that you can start growing in the right direction. Plus, a gentle reminder about why it’s SO important to be present with your kids.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • Where and when limiting beliefs are formed
  • The 5 most common beliefs we have about ourselves
  • How our beliefs manifest throughout our lives
  • Why you can’t make permanent change without eliminating beliefs
  • Why you should stop worrying what others think about you

What it means to be a wild woman:

  • Someone who can fully express themselves.

12 Nov 2024313. Reclaiming Pleasure, Relationship Reckoning, and Redefining Success with Alexi Panos00:43:51

Your most difficult emotions are not to be ignored.

Alexi Panos is a leader in the embodied wisdom movement as well as an expert in somatics, the nervous system, and trauma. She hosts the top-ranked self-improvement podcast Unleashed, and also founded the non-profit E.P.I.C. (Everyday People Initiating Change).

Our pain-averse society is used to avoiding feeling tough emotions, but there is so much to gain on the other side. If you’re feeling stuck in trauma and you’re ready to let go, finding a trusted person to hold that space with you (and love you through it) can change everything.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • The grief portal Alexi went through and why it was so intense.
  • Why motherhood is an initiation that nothing else can really compare to.
  • How being sanitized from grief has influenced society (and why it needs to change).
  • What happens when we bury our feelings in the darkness or shame our emotions.
  • What must be true in order to safely release trauma and be in the present moment.
  • How to stop striving for what you want and start magnetizing it.
  • Why finding pleasure is the key to growing your business (and simply enjoying life).
  • The tendency for women to hold “invisible labor” and how it creates resentment.
  • Ideas for working with your partner to divide labor fairly.
  • Why finding pleasure is one of the most productive things you can do.

24 Jan 2023146. How to go From Being the Best Kept Secret to a Household Name with Jen Gottlieb00:47:32

Want to get ahead in business and life? Here's the solution: Pour your energy into something you love. Then commit to taking daily action towards that thing.

More importantly, screw what everyone else thinks.

Seriously, screw it.

Nothing is more heartbreaking than seeing women create very low limits because they are afraid of disappointing their mothers, worried about the backlash if they shine brighter than their peers, or feel shame in earning a lot of money because they were told it is selfish.

It's a story that I've seen hundreds of times with women at every stage in business, and this is why I had to have Jen Gottlieb, Co-founder of Super Connector Media and former VH1 co-host, on the show. She defied the odds and staked the claim to become one of the best motivational speakers ever. And hey, why the hell not?! She decided to stop pleasing everyone else to follow her dreams, and she's driving that bus 100 miles/hour down the freeway.

"Your subconscious is the thing that's driving the bus, and if it believes that you are the champion, it's going to help you take action in the way that is going to get you the things that you want." - Jen Gottlieb.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • How to take rejection
  • How confidence comes from consistently sticking with the commitments you make to yourself
  • How failure doesn't ever feel as bad as the fear of the failure
  • How to get really good at making NO your best friend
  • The secrets to how she grew her agency

What it means to be a wild woman:

  • It’s to unapologetically speak your truth and go for what you want. - Jenn Gottlieb

30 Jul 2024288. Unlocking Abundance and Elevating Your Self-Worth for Greater Success00:24:58

Right now, you might be caught up in the abundance trap.

Pursuing success with a scarcity mindset is a trap. When you focus on gaining, consuming, and not having enough, you’ll never feel successful with what you have. Once you learn to focus on what you have right in front of you, prioritize your wellbeing, and set realistic goals, greater success will come much easier to you.

You don’t have anything to prove to anybody. Authenticity is so much more important than keeping up with societal standards of success.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • Why the things that happen to us actually happen for us.
  • Why so many people shy away from their own success (and how to get over it).
  • What happens when you pursue abundance with a scarcity mindset.
  • The abundance trap and why you might be taking “retail therapy” too far.
  • The influence that overconsumption has on your mindset.
  • How comparing yourself to others keeps you stuck.
  • Why being genuine is more important than having it all on paper.
  • Signs you might be judging yourself more harshly than others.
  • Tips for overcoming the abundance trap and what to focus on in moments of fear.

17 Jan 2023145. How to Buy Back Your Time as an Entrepreneur with Dan Martell00:49:28

If there is one thing money can’t buy, it’s time.⁣

Turns out, my husband, Dan Martell, figured out a way to buy back time so that you can do the work that lights you up. Not the mundane crap that keeps you busy but not productive. I am talking about sustainable ways to delegate, including procedures that teach you how to quickly and efficiently onboard contractors or employees.⁣

These rules even apply to family life. In this episode, Dan and I discuss how we hired a night nanny when our kids were young and even outsourced daycare pick-up so that we could both jump on morning team calls without stress. We touch on everything else high performers should be delegating, like house cleaning, cooking, landscaping, pool maintenance, snow removal, and even gift buying. There is nothing you can’t delegate.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • Why Dan wrote his book
  • How to buy back your time (obviously)
  • The three S’s of pain in growing a business
  • How buying time is the first principle approach to scaling yourself
  • The most common roadblock in growing a business
  • Your ‘buy-back rate’
  • The perfect week

Hey you wild women!

Let’s talk about accountability. You can’t run or grow your business without it.

As an entrepreneur, you’re the bottleneck and the driving force behind your business. In this episode, you will learn about:

  • The importance of measuring your growth
  • Setting deadlines and loving your calendar
  • Taking ownership of your mistakes & decisions
  • Why you should find an accountability buddy

29 Nov 2022138. Birthing Businesses, Babies, and Life Beyond Labels with Julie Cole00:34:57

There are way too many expectations of us as women and mothers, and some of the best advice, although easier said than done, is to quietly not buy into it.

Ask yourself, what are all the things you need to let go of?

  • A messy house
  • Fast food meals
  • Matching sock

Know what hill you want to die on. Messy bedrooms, dirty kitchen, overflowing inbox...

You have to pick what's right for you and prioritize accordingly. You can't please them all, so focus on who you must pay attention to and forget the rest. You only have so much capacity in a day, a life, and the most important people in your life, are right in front of you.

Be there for them.

And if you have a business, create and PROTECT the time for the most critical tasks so you can be home every day.

This week I chat with the brilliant Julie Cole, co-founder of Mabel's Labels, award-winning entrepreneur, best-selling author, mom of six, and sought-after speaker and emcee. We jam on all things finding your balance and how to do things (like life) YOUR way.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • How to manage home life and business life
  • How to get comfortable with the uncomfortable
  • The tricks to grow a business with multiple co-founders
  • Success is liking who you are
  • Why you really really should not care what other people think
  • Having independent kids is super important
  • Knowing your value and honoring your time

What it means to be a wild woman:

  • Embracing yourself. It’s being everything you want to be, being your authentic self, and not letting outside influences impact your wild - Julie Cole

Who hasn’t?!

Everyone experiences the uphill battles of being an entrepreneur or business owner at some point in their journey – but what you may not know is how it’s our trauma that can hold us back from experiencing the success and recognition we deserve.

Jana and I discuss this system of inner healing - from releasing past traumas to reframing old narratives that no longer serve us. We also chat on the importance of addressing the deeper meaning behind what is causing fear and anxiety so you can finally step into your greatness.

In this episode you will learn about:

  • The power of integrative healing
  • Why healing is a lifelong journey for everyone

25 Mar 2025351. When Your Inner Critic Won't Shut Up, Here's What You Need To Do00:29:51

Don’t let that negative voice bring you down anymore.

Your inner critic is the voice that says you won’t make it, you’re not good enough, and you’re not deserving of success. So many of us battle with this voice for years, especially when we branch out to do something new.

Let’s face it: As female entrepreneurs, our biggest obstacle is not competitors. It’s also not the market. It’s ourselves. After having dealt with this myself for many years, I’ve come up with a framework that’s helped me not only deal with this voice, but silence it.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • The amazing accomplishments that your inner critic could be holding you back from.
  • How societal expectations and culture influence our inner critic.
  • How some people use high standards as a scapegoat to fail.
  • What happens when we listen to our inner critic, and why you shouldn’t.
  • How to create your own proof portfolio and why it helps.
  • Examples of times I’ve transformed the narrative (and you can too).
  • One question to ask yourself to instill greater confidence.
  • How to use the 24-hour rule to make better decisions.
  • What to do this week to take the first steps in silencing your inner critic.

22 Nov 2022137. How to Do The Inner Work That Creates Next Level Success Tracy Litt00:41:06

Hey you wild women!

Personal development is not a weekend course, it's a lifelong journey, and if we aren't facing our trauma, we can't heal the pain.

And if we can't heal the pain, there is no chance we can move on, grow, and prosper because we will stay stuck in a vicious cycle of despair.

I learned this week while chatting with the brilliant Tracy Litt that everyone can heal. And this is especially true when it comes to muting the dialogue in your head about how you're not good enough or experienced enough to do what you want and be who you like.

Tracy's guiding principles around identity (who you are and how you want to be perceived) were shaped by the following quote: "Someone once told me the definition of hell; on your last day on Earth, the person you could have become will meet the person you became." You owe it to yourself to become that person today, so tune in to listen to her guiding wisdom.

In this episode, you will learn about the following:

  • How to expand and change yourself
  • How fear and worthiness issues are the common denominator of failing
  • That you are already worthy and you deserve greatness
  • Tracy's idea of identity shifting
  • Your identity is your creator
  • How the deeper you heel, the higher you go
  • How we are wired to be safe

Hey you wild women!

Want to learn the secret to living a well-rounded life? Here it is…

It’s getting radically clear on what your ideal life looks like and how you can make more time space for the things that matter most to you.

Many of us struggle to delegate tasks in our business or home lives because we feel guilty, or even feel like we’re failing. In this episode, Geomyra and I discuss the importance of systems, how being well-rounded is different than the idea of balance, and why asking for help is a win-win for everyone involved. Plus, why this strategy just might be the key to better relationships, more productivity, and overall achievement.

Geomyra’s story is one of resilience and shows us how it’s often our hardest moments that shape us into who we’re meant to be. And how sometimes as humans, we need to sit in our mess before we can pick up the pieces and truly move forward. In her own words, at the end of a storm, there are plans for greatness on the other side.

In this episode you will learn about:

  • How to find out what you need to get more out of your life
  • How to have more dates with your husband or kids
  • How to cut the noise and nonsense so you can work smarter, not harder
  • How to live a more well-rounded life on your terms

09 Jan 2025330. Leadership Lessons from Family Travel: What Managing Kids Overseas Taught Me About Business00:36:27

Could the key to avoiding burnout lie in creating blank spaces?

Taking intentional breaks and creating blank spaces in your schedule can be transformative for your personal and professional growth. Through my month-long sabbatical with my family in Australia and Bali, I discovered the importance of carving out time for rest and reflection not just while vacationing, but during daily life as well.

During our trip, my children also gained essential life skills, from navigating airports to ordering meals independently, proving that learning happens everywhere. And, by maintaining routines amidst the chaos of travel, you can create a seamless transition back to everyday life, ensuring growth continues no matter where you are.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • How my first moped ride in Bali became a metaphor for parenting and independence.
  • How travel provides real-world education for kids beyond traditional schooling.
  • Why burnout requires more than just a sabbatical for complete recovery.
  • Why setting boundaries and contingency plans helps so much when managing a fast-paced lifestyle.
  • How routines in business and life can provide freedom, despite some believing the opposite.
  • Why establishing a weekly structure can aid in maintaining balance.
  • How creating intentional blank spaces aids in creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Why work-life balance is a myth, and integration is key for a fulfilled life.
  • Why it’s crucial to communicate non-negotiable routines clearly to others.

03 Jan 2023143. How to Build a Business You Love Without the Hustle with Jadah Sellner00:53:25

Hey you wild women!

I used to live my life in a state of overwhelm. I was busy doing the stuff that felt productive but wasn't moving the needle. It was an avoidance mechanism because I was too afraid to succeed. Success meant more hours at the office, time away from my family, and putting my health on the back burner. I could coast if I put in more hours and could stop when things started to get good. Coasting was safe and predictable, but I never progressed as a result.

That eventually led me to burnout. I never learned the suitable systems to manage my business or how to delegate effectively. Ultimately, we established OKRs, implemented great project management systems, and adopted decent recruiting techniques, but the damage was already done. The hustle burned me out, and I eventually threw in the towel.

To say I *may* have regrets, well, sure. I built a great business, just a little ass-backward. But if I had to do it again, I would first implement what this week's guest, Jadah Sellner, highlights in this episode and her book SHE BUILDS: The Anti-Hustle Guide to Grow Your Business and Nourish Your Life.

First thing I am doing starting today: Implementing support mechanisms!

"When we operate at this high level of ambition, creativity, output, and double duty of business and home life, we need a lot of support mechanisms in place to hold us as we grow." - Jadah Sellner

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • The need for a support squad
  • How to keep going despite the opposition
  • How to stop doing things to impress others
  • Why toughness is self-defined
  • Understanding what is enough for you
  • Calculating your enough number
  • How the constant chase for more isn't fulfilling
  • How to avoid the fear cycle that leads to exhaustion

What it means to be a wild woman:

  • Being connected to your capacity for pleasure and in that place of power, asking yourself, "how do I turn myself on?" Removing the stigma that this is someone else's responsibility.

15 Nov 2022136. How to Identify What's Next for Your New Chapter with Lydia Lee00:41:13

You can create a new identity, level up your life, pivot, and take new risks whenever you want to. In addition, you can be free from your current situation, job, business, or relationship if it's no longer serving you.

Who you are has nothing to do with what you do, so if that thing (business/career) is killing you, it's time to move on or shake things up.

In this episode, I chat with Lydia Lee, the Work Reinvention Coach and Freedom Instigator at Screw The Cubicle, about changing the narrative around quarter-life and mid-life crises to times of reinvention. We touch on her genius model of the sweet spot, where purpose, meaningful work, and impact come together.

In this episode you will learn about:

  • How we lose creativity as we get older
  • Why taking time out is really important
  • How maybe who we are is no longer serving us
  • How to unlearn misaligned perspectives
  • The sweet spot for meaningful work
  • Lydia's model for helping women find their sweet spot

09 Nov 202043. Becoming a Fashion Icon with Catherine Addai00:43:38

Hey you wild women!

My next guest resigned from her corporate career in 2017 to focus on her impressive clothing line Kaela Kay. Her brand quickly evolved with a distinct identity, recognition of culture and customer loyalty. And the designs and prints are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen!!

With a focus on her Ghanaian roots, she emphasizes the beauty in the prints and colors that come from and represent Africa through the Ankara (an-car-a) textiles.  Of course not ignoring her North American upbringing, her designs are feminine, classic and classy.  She wants all women to identify their personal style in their fabulous size. For this reason Kaela Kay stocks up to size US22 and will custom design for any fabulous size.

Kaela Kay clothing is produced in Toronto, Canada by local seamstresses.  This allows her to work closely with the seamstresses to create well-made and well-fitting styles.  These wonderful women are self-regulated, creative and hard-working and are able to cultivate the artistic and work-life balance lives that they desire.

As a mom to 3 beautiful beings, she strives to build a company that they too will grow to be proud of.

In this episode you will learn about:

  • “If you build it they will come.“
  • Best advice; collaborate and barter as much as possible especially when first starting out. Free fashion shows, give out free samples...
  • Two business mistakes: 1 - purchased too much fabric from beyond overstock and it just sat there - did not sell well. 2 - The partner she worked with didn’t fit well and she knew it wasn’t going to go well.
  • Stand in your ground.
  • Fashion creative block: she goes back to her business plan and where she can find the motivation to keep the business going -- looking at her why.
  • Connections through photographers and models.
  • Consistency and organization are needed to be a leader at home and in the office.
  • Tips for someone looking to start on their own:
    • 1. Make sure you have a customer framework (ideal customer),
    • 2. Write down your why,
    • 3. Research other brands that you admire and read their stories.
    • 4. Log off at 5 pm -- set boundaries.
  • A good business takes time to grow, years if not decades sometimes.
  • It takes time to find a balance between work and business.

What it means to be a wild woman:
To be able to think the most out of the box ideas you can dream of and have the audacity to go after it, and then have the energy and smarts to keep it going.”

04 Mar 2025345. The #1 Mistake 'Good Parents' Make and How You Might Be Raising Tomorrow's Failing Adults with Dan Martell00:42:51

Are you parenting the way you really want to?

My husband, Dan Martell, is back on the podcast today as a guest. In this episode, we’re going back to the early days of parenthood and sharing what it was like having two babies in one year. From dealing with postpartum depression to conflicting expectations, it wasn’t always an easy journey. Now, reflecting onto those days feels more like looking at great memories and stories to share.

Our approach to parenting isn’t for everybody, but we’re choosing to raise our kids in a way that makes sense for our family. For us, that means teaching them what’s important, world schooling them, and allowing them to achieve what they want—not what we want for them.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • How Dan felt having two young kids so close together in age.
  • Dan’s favorite age for our kids and what his fondest memories are.
  • What I thought the rules of parenting were (and why I might have been wrong).
  • Dan’s best piece of parenting advice.
  • Why it’s important to let kids lose, plus the teaching moments that come with it.
  • Why we’ve decided to world school our kids next year and what that looks like.
  • Why we want our kids to pursue their own ideas of success.
  • Who we look to for parenting advice (and who we don’t).

06 Jun 2024277. The Top 5 Things I Learned From Getting a Nose Job00:23:19

Would you ever get surgery to enhance your appearance?

If not, is the reason because you lack the courage to go for it, or that you’re scared of what other people might think? That was my personal experience for 30 years. I had wanted a nose job for a very long time, but because I was scared of being judged, I held back from doing it.

Recently, I decided it was time and I went for it. I have learned so many lessons in this process, like how the stories we make up in our head about what will happen don’t always reflect what actually happens—especially when it comes to doing something that helps you stay in alignment with yourself.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • What I used to believe about plastic surgery that I don’t anymore.
  • Why I held back from telling other people I was getting a nose job.
  • The first time I became aware of my nose and how it changed my view of myself.
  • What I told my boys about my surgery (for now).
  • The reactions I’ve had about my story from friends and strangers.
  • The most nerve-wracking part of the whole process.
  • The biggest lesson I learned from my nose job experience.
  • How you can use your story to help others going through the same things.
  • Why you shouldn’t hold back in life (especially if it’s just to please others).

08 Nov 2022135. Improving the Health of Your Business with Danielle Levy00:34:08

Do you remember the last time you stopped doing a task you knew you shouldn't be doing? Or the last time you delegated something you've been managing for way too long?

I bet you felt really good.

And I bet it opened up a lot of space in your calendar to do the things you are more passionate about.

I'll never forget when I hired Shanelle to work with me in my agency. She randomly pinged me on Twitter to offer to help me write some blog posts, which eventually led to her managing the company blog and growing the business.

At the time, I had little time for outlining content, writing, editing, and publishing, though it was an essential business task. So when Shanelle showed up in my life, it was a blessing that I needed to work with someone who was good at it and gave me the capacity to scale.

This week I chatted with the talented Danielle Levy about cleaning up shop, weeding things out, and massively delegating work so you can effectively grow your business.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • The difference between the front and the back of our business house
  • Do a front-of-house and back-of-house business diagnostic every week
  • Why you need not be the bottleneck in your business
  • How to protect the one function that keeps the company running
  • Why we are afraid to delegate
  • How to become the person that doesn't have the answer to everything
  • The weight of money is different when you have an emotional connection to it
  • Figuring out where you can get help is also about figuring out how you want to spend your time

What it means to be a wild woman:

  • Is a woman who is really true to herself in every moment

26 Oct 202041. Why You Must Always Look For The Silver Lining – with Diani Blanco00:42:37

Hey you wild women!

Diani Blanco is a renowned inspirational speaker, an advocate against dating abuse as well as the CEO and founder of Infyno (infeeno) Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to help teenage girls in high schools across Canada suffering from domestic and sexual abuse in young dating relationships.

In the early stages of the pandemic lockdown, Diani started to hear more and more from single parents who found themselves in situations where no organization could provide timely help. Grocery stores allowed only one adult to come to the shop, little kids couldn't be left unattended, deliveries took long times because of the sudden demand, and they ran out of milk, diapers, or other basic needs, and this was a constant struggle.

Diani decided it was time to make sure no family was left behind. "It takes a tribe," she says. Partnering with her good friend, they turned the sporadic help given on a personal basis to a growing community called Queens of Heart.

Diani has helped numerous families, personally running from house to house to deliver food boxes and other basic items, donated by the members of the group, as well as local organizations that discovered the new initiative and decided to pitch in.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • Everything happens for a reason.
  • Why being yourself is the best advice.
  • She was graced with feelings of cold & hot right before she wanted to jump off a bridge. It was a sign to keep holding on.
  • She didn’t know what love was supposed to be.
  • How she worked her hardest to give her kids the bunkbed they always wanted. And she got it despite all odds.
  • You need a no excuse mindset.
  • She knew she needed to give back. Queens of Heart is like her third baby; keeps her up at night, but provides so much joy!

What it means to be a wild woman:

  • “Not having any limits. You can achieve and accomplish anything you want to. To not feel judged and to be honest with everyone around you.”

28 Mar 2024257. Embracing Uncertainty and the Power of Doubt to Fuel Growth00:19:21

Do you think that humility and confidence are prerequisites for success?

A few people have mentioned recently that they’ve noticed a change in me. They’ve seen that the way I’m showing up, on this podcast and on social media, is with a new energy. It really comes down to loving what I do and knowing that I can do it really well.

There is a sweet spot where confidence and humility coexist, and that’s truly where the magic is. Allow there to be a little piece of you that doesn’t know everything—while working towards small goals to maintain strength in what you know you can do.

In this episode, you will learn about:

  • Why unshakeable self-confidence isn’t real.
  • What happens in a moment of self-doubt and why it’s important to experience that.
  • Why your success is worth celebrating.
  • The power in setting small goals for building your confidence.
  • Books that can help you improve your self-talk.
  • Strategies for increasing your confidence that will also help you feel better overall.
  • Why jealousy is an ugly emotion, and what you can do to overcome it.
  • The role constructive feedback can play in helping you grow.
