This week we're joined by West End LEGEND, Mazz Murray.
Mazz is currently starring as Donna in the West End production of Mamma Mia!, having previously played Tanya in the show.
Mazz famously starred as Killer Queen in We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre for seven triumphant years.
She made her theatre debut playing Patsy Cline in The Roy Orbison Story. Other credits include: Mama Morton in the recent production of Chicago (Phoenix Theatre) as well as A Girl Called Dusty, Rent, Smokey Joe’s Café, Fame, Only the Lonely, Boogie Nights and Pippin.
Most recently Mazz played Norma Desmond in a concert staging of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black’s musical Sunset Boulevard at the Alexandra Palace Theatre. After receiving tremendous acclaim, it was announced that Mazz would once again play the role for a second staging at the Royal Albert Hall. Mazz's portrayal of Norma was named West End Frame's top performance of 2021.

With her CV including roles such as Elphaba, Glinda, Eva Peron, Miss Adelaide & Lucy Harris, Louise Dearman is a West End icon.
Louise is currently preparing to star in Mimma: A New Musical of War & Friendship which is being staged at Cadogan Hall for one-night-only on Monday 28th February.
Louise made her theatrical debut as The Narrator in Joseph (UK Tour). Just a few of her other credits include Jan in Grease (West End), Lucy Harris in Jekyll & Hyde (UK Tour), Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls (UK Tour), Eva Peron in Evita (UK Tour), Grizabella in Cats (International), The Woman in Tell Me On A Sunday (RCCL), Mrs D in Water Babies (Curve), Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls (UK Tour) and Daisy in Side Show (Southwark Playhouse).
Louise has starred as both Elphaba and Glinda in the West End production of Wicked (Apollo Victoria), making her the only actor to have starred as both roles in the musical's history.

This week we're chatting to Sharlene Hector about transitioning into a new career in theatre, following many successful years in the music world.
Last year Sharlene made her theatrical debut as Lorraine in Hairspray at the London Coliseum, also covering and playing Motormouth Maybelle. She is now touring the UK and Ireland as the alternate Effie White in Dreamgirls to huge acclaim.
In the music world, Sharlene was Lead Vocalist in Basement Jaxx and Blonde. She has sung backing for the likes of Alicia Keys, Muse, Emeli Sandé, Sam Sparro, Primal Scream, Rebecca Ferguson, Lalah Hathaway, Tinie Tempah, Josh Groban and Michael Bublé.
Sharlene has performed at Glastonbury, V Festival, Bestival and Wireless with her television appearances including Alan Carr’s Epic Game Show – Name That Tune (ITV), X Factor (ITV), Top of the Pops (BBC), Sounds Like Friday Night (BBC) and Later with Jools Holland (BBC).

West End Frame launched as a theatre blog in February 2012 and went on to become the UK's top independent theatre website, renowned for breaking theatre news, reviewing major theatrical openings and interviewing the West End's biggest stars. West End Frame closed in October 2016, but returned in July 2019 with two stagey podcasts, The West End Frame Show and In The Frame.

We're kicking off the week with an extra helping of In The Frame with Richard Winsor who is starring as Tony in the West End production of Saturday Night Fever.
Richard previously played this role on tour across the UK and internationally ahead of bringing the show to the Peacock Theatre in London.
Featuring the Bee Gees’ greatest hits, Saturday Night Fever tells the story of Tony Manero and his reckless road to dancing success. The role was originated by John Travolta in the 1977 film.
Richard started his career as a principal dancer for Matthew Bourne, starring in his productions of Spitfire, The Nutcracker, Play Without Words, Edward Scissorhands, The Car Man, Dorian Gray and Swan Lake. These shows have taken Richard around the world and to some of the most prestigious theatres.
Richard then ventured in television, playing Father Francis in Hollyoaks and Caleb in BBC1's Casualty for over 100 episodes.
His credits also include Swan Lake 3D (Universal), Streetdance 3D (BBC), Frankenstein (Royal & Derngate), The Anastasia File (Theatre Royal Windsor) and most recently he reunited with Matthew Bourne for The Midnight Bell on tour.

Joseph Peacock is originating the role of Donny Osmond in the brand new musical, The Osmonds.
With a story by Jay Osmond, The Osmonds tells the true story of the five brothers from Utah who were pushed into the spotlight as children and went on to create smash hits, decade after decade. The musical premiered at Leicester Curve ahead of a UK and Ireland tour.

S6 Ep7: Jordan Luke Gage, Romeo in And Juliet & Clyde in Bonnie and Clyde

Jordan Luke Gage is currently one of the busiest performers in theatreland. He is about to complete his run in And Juliet ahead of starring in the West End premiere of Bonnie and Clyde.
Having trained at Mountview, Jordan made his theatre debut as Marilyn in Taboo (Brixton Clubhouse). He joined the West End production of Bat Out Of Hell (Dominion Theatre) as an alternate for Strat, and later took over the role full-time from Andrew Polec to huge acclaim.
Jordan originated the role of Romeo in And Juliet in Manchester, and continued with the show when it transferred to the West End (Shaftesbury Theatre). Before the show resumed its run after lockdown, Jordan starred as JD in the West End production of Heathers (Theatre Royal Haymarket). He will soon star as Clyde in Bonnie and Clyde (Arts Theatre).

S6 Ep9: Cherelle Williams, Dorothy in The Wiz

Cherelle recently recreated the role of Dorothy in the Hope Mill Theatre's major UK revival of The Wiz.
As a child, Cherelle attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School and made her West End debut as Young Nala in The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre.
After venturing into the music world, Cherelle returned to theatre as an adult to star as Mary Wilson in the original West End cast of Motown The Musical. Cherelle was with the show for the entirety of its three year run. In addition to playing Mary, Cherelle covered the role of Diana Ross and played the role on numerous occasions.
Alongside her theatre work, Cherelle works in fashion and regularly gigs.
Cherelle won rave reviews for her performance as Dorothy in The Wiz. Directed by Matthew Xia, The Wiz is a joyous retelling of L. Frank Baum’s classic children’s novel ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’ reflecting contemporary African-American culture.

Olivier nominee Cleve September is preparing to star as Ted Hinton in the original West End production of Bonnie and Clyde.
Directed by Nick Winston, this marks Bonnie and Clyde's West End premiere, ten years after the Broadway production. The show has music by Frank Wildhorn, lyrics by Don Black and book by Ivan Menchell.
Cleve was nominated for an Olivier Award for his performance as Philip Hamilton/John Laurens in the West End premiere of Hamilton (Victoria Palace).

Paige is starring as Luisa in the London revival of Zorro The Musical.
Directed by Christian Durham, Zorro has has music by The Gipsy Kings and book and lyrics by Stephen Clark. The show originally ran in the West End in 2008.
Paige made her theatrical debut as Rafeala/Alma in Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens at the Union Theatre.
She went on to appear in the ensemble of Oklahoma! at Chichester Festival Theatre before joining the original West End production of Pretty Woman The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre, understudying Vivian.

Discovered by Quincy Jones while she was still a teenager, Chanel became a founding member of the gospel trio, Trinitee 5:7. As lead singer of the group, Chanel sold over 2.5 million albums worldwide and earned two Grammy nominations.
The trio spent nearly two decades entertaining audiences around the world in arenas ranging from Madison Square Garden to Wembley Stadium. The group was managed by Matthew Knowles.
Her first album went Platinum and spent 50 weeks on Billboard’s top R&B albums chart, while both of her first two albums debuted at #1 on the Billboard Gospel chart.
Chanel made her theatre debut starring as Billie Holiday in Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill at the Zach Theatre in Austin, Texas. For her performance, she won Best Leading Actress in a Musical at the B. Iden Payne Awards.
Chanel is making her West End debut as Tina Turner in Tina: The Tina Turner Musical at the Aldwych Theatre. Chanel had an incredible journey landing the role, which led to her relocating her entire family to London.

Directed by Nikolai Foster and choreographed by Dame Arlene Phillips, Grease is returning to the Dominion Theatre where it previously ran in 1993.

S6 Ep16: Daniel Koek, Robin in La Bohème & star of Phantom Australia

Daniel Koek is currently starring as Robin in La Bohème at the King's Head Theatre ahead of appearing in the upcoming Australian production of The Phantom of the Opera.
La Bohème returns to the King’s Head Theatre in a new version which relocates the story to contemporary London. Directed by Mark Ravenhill, it's described as a "contemporary queer reinvention" of Puccini’s classic opera.
After completing his run in La Bohème, Daniel will play the Porter and Jeweller whilst understudying The Phantom in the Australian production of The Phantom of the Opera which will play in Sydney and Melbourne.
Hailing from South Australia, Daniel studied classical voice at the Conservatorium in Adelaide before moving to London to complete his Masters in Musical Theatre at the Mountview Academy. Whilst in Europe Daniel also studied in Amsterdam and sung a season with Nationale Reis Opera of the Netherlands.
He is renowned for starring as Jean Valjean in the West End production of Les Miserables (Sondheim Theatre). His other credits include: Lt Cable in the Lincoln Centre production of South Pacific (UK/Australian tours), Anatoly in Chess (UK Tour) and Tony in West Side Story (UK Tour) and Father Frank in Saturday Night Fever (International Tour).
Daniel has recorded two studio albums and works as a performance and vocal coach.

Vicki is back for a second episode of In The Frame!
Vicki is currently starring as Regina in the touring production of Rock Of Ages.
Vicki's early theatre credits include the West End productions of Sunny Afternoon, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and Bat Out Of Hell.
She joined the West End production of SIX at the start of 2019 as an alternate, taking over as Katherine Howard nine months later. She then returned to Beautiful, this time on tour, as the alternate Carole. Vicki returned to SIX last year, reprising her performance as Katherine Howard in the musical's tour.
During the 2020 lockdown, Vicki focused on her songwriting and music. She has released five singles since, all of which have dominated the Country Charts, gaining four number 1’s and a number 2 as well as an EP that was number 1 in the Album Charts. You can find Vicki’s music on all major platforms and her new song FLY is released on 27th May 2022.
Alongside her performing and music careers, Vicki is Artistic Director of Sharpe Academy.

This week we're crossing the pond to chat with A.J. Shively who is nominated for a Tony Award for his performance as Owen Duignan in Paradise Square on Broadway!
A.J. has been with Paradise Square - which is taking Broadway by storm - from its original workshops. He was previously nominated for a Drama Desk Award for his portrayal of Billy Cane in the Broadway production of Bright Star, later reprising his performance for the musical's US tour.
A.J. has worked extensively on screen; he was recently seen as Jerry McConnell on CBS’s Bull and as Chef André Soltner in HBO Max’s Julia.

S6 Ep19: Laura Pick, Elphaba in Wicked

This week we're joined by London's 15th anniversary Elphaba, Laura Pick!
After training at Mountview, Laura understudied and played Maria in The Sound of Music at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre. She went on to star in a tour of So This Is Christmas, completed a contract at sea with Belinda King Creative Productions and played Dr Osgood in Anyone Can Whistle at the Union Theatre.
Laura first joined the West End production of Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre as Standby Elphaba in Summer 2017. After standing by for Alice Fearn and Nikki Bentley, Laura took over the role full-time at the start of 2020 until theatres were shutdown at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Laura returned to the role when Wicked reopened in September 2021, and played Elphaba for the production's 15th Anniversary performance.
Laura played her final performance in Wicked in January 2022, and has been busy since with various concert work. Since leaving, Laura has returned to Wicked several times as an emergency cover Elphaba (we recorded this episode two days after her most recent return!).

S6 Ep20: Scott Hunter, Max in The Play That Goes Wrong

Scott Hunter is currently starring as Max in the West End production of The Play That Goes Wrong!
Following The Cornley Drama Society as they attempt to put on a 1920s murder mystery (with little success), The Play That Goes Wrong premiered on the London Fringe in 2012 and has been taking the West End by storm since opening at the Duchess Theatre in 2014.
This marks Scott's second Mischief production, as they previously played Mel in Magic Goes Wrong at the Apollo Theatre.
Scott was named Best Newcomer in the Manchester Theatre Awards for their role as Stu in Yank The Musical, a role they played to huge acclaim at the Hope Mill Theatre and Charing Cross Theatre, before reprising their performance for the show's 10th Anniversary Concert in New York at 54 Below.
Scott's other credits include playing Blaine Tuttle in Cruel Intentions at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the recording of Something's Afoot The Musical.
In this episode, Scott discusses finding their funny for The Play That Goes Wrong, their whirlwind journey with Yank as well as working in theatre as a nonbinary performer.

S6 Ep21: Lea Salonga, international theatrical icon

To finish off this series, we're joined by Lea Salonga to discuss her return to the UK!
Lea left the Philippines as a teenager when she was cast as Kim in Miss Saigon. She originated the role in the West End and on Broadway to tremendous acclaim, winning Olivier and Tony Awards for her performance.
Lea also has a long association with Les Misérables, having played both Eponine and Fantine in London and New York, including for the musical’s 10th and 25th anniversary concerts.
Just a few of Lea's other theatre credits include: Eliza in My Fair Lady (Manila), The Witch in Into The Woods (Singapore), Grizabella in Cats (Manila), Kei Kimura in Allegiance (Broadway) and Helen in Fun Home (Manila).
Most recently Lea played Erzulie in Once On This Island (Broadway), Grace Farrell in Annie (Hollywood Bowl) and Mrs Lovett in Sweeney Todd (Manila/Singapore).
Lea has worked extensively in film and television, and famously provided vocals for the title role in Disney's Mulan I (1998) and Mulan II (2004) as well as for Princess Jasmine in Disney's Aladdin (1994), earning her the official title of a Disney Legend!
Away from the stage, Lea is a judge on the Philippines’ version of The Voice and has sold 19 million albums worldwide, making her one of the best-selling Filipina artists of all time.
Lea is about to return to the UK for her second UK concert tour, Dream Again. Lea opens in Leicester on 18th June before visiting Southampton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Brighton, Canterbury and Glasgow.
She is also performing a very special show at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 28th June. The tour coincides with the 30th anniversary of Lea recording A Whole New World for Aladdin.

We're back for a very special episode with Broadway's Jessica Vosk ahead of her upcoming London concert!
In her 20s, Jessica was an associate director for a boutique investor relations firm in New York City, where she consulted major companies on Wall Street. She then left that career behind, to start a brand-new career on Broadway!
Jessica made her Broadway debut as a swing in the original cast of The Bridges of Madison Country by Jason Robert Brown. She went on to appear in the Broadway productions of Finding Neverland and Fiddler on the Roof.
in 2016, Jessica joined the US National Tour of Wicked as Elphaba. After receiving tremendous acclaim for her performance, Jessica transferred to Wicked on Broadway where she played Elphaba for the musical's 15th anniversary.
Jessica originated the roles of Aunt Val and Kate Bush in the world premiere of Becoming Nancy in Atlanta and starred as The Narrator in the 50th Anniversary Concert of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Lincoln Center.
Jessica is currently starring in Get Happy: A Judy Garland Centennial Celebration ahead of joining the off-Broadway company of The Bedwetter for the final week of the musical's run. Later this summer she will reprise her performance as The Narrator in Joseph at the Muny.

Fresh from her run in Cinderella, Georgina is starring in the brand new British musical Millennials at The Other Palace Studio.
Written and composed by Elliot Clay, Millennials turns up the microphone on the lives, the losses and the frustrations of young people in the modern world.
After completing her training at Arts Ed, Georgina made her stage debut starring as Alice in Dick Whittington at the National Theatre. She then joined the original cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cinderella at the Gillian Lynne Theatre as alternate Cinderella which saw her play the role two performances each week.
Georgina received a Black British Theatre Award nomination in 2021 for Best Recent Graduate. Elsewhere, her workshop credits include Mandela (Young Vic) and The Enormous Crocodile (Roald Dahl Story Company).

Fresh from her run in And Juliet, Kirstie Skivington is starring as Emmeline Pankhurst in Fantastically Great Women Who Changed The World.
Following its UK tour, the production is currently concluding a run at the Theatre Royal Stratford East before visiting Canterbury and then playing the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
The musical is based on the award-winning picture book by suffragette descendant Kate Pankhurst and features stories of some of history’s strongest mothers, sisters and daughters who changed the world.
Kirstie's West End credits include swing in Ghost The Musical (Piccadilly), Viva Forever (Piccadilly), I Can’t Sing (London Palladium) and 1st cover Jules in Bend It Like Beckham (Phoenix). She played Vicky in the world premiere of Everybody’s Talking about Jamie in Sheffield before becoming the show’s resident director and choreographer whilst understudying Miss Hedge and Ray when it transferred to the West End.
Some of Kirstie's other credits include Side Show (Southwark Playhouse), Jesus Christ Superstar (Regent's Park Open Air Theatre), Mother Goose (Hackney Empire) and Sylvia (Workshop, Old Vic).
Most recently, Kirstie was part of the original cast of And Juliet, understudying and regularly playing Anne Hathaway to huge acclaim at the Shaftesbury Theatre.

Joanna is currently reprising her performance as Bloody Mary in South Pacific.
Following an acclaimed run at Chichester Festival Theatre, Daniel Evans' revival of South Pacific is back for a run at Sadler's Wells ahead of a UK and Ireland tour.
Joanna made her West End debut as Kim in Miss Saigon at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and went on to play the role in the original Australian production, the original UK and Ireland tour and 10th anniversary West End performance.
Her other West End roles have included Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, both Éponine and Fantine in Les Misérables, Christmas Eve in Avenue Q and Sheila Franklin in Hair.
Joanna is renowned for starring as Grizabella in Cats all over the world. In Manila she has played Mimi in Rent, Francesca Johnson in The Bridges of Madison County, Maria in West Side Story and Maria Von Trapp in The Sound of Music as well as Nellie in a concert production of South Pacific.
Most recently, Joanna starred as Jenna in the international premiere of Waitress in Manila.

From Medical School to Drama School to Harvard Law School!
This week's guest is Michael Ahomka-Lindsay who recently starred as Emmett in the sell-out London revival of Legally Blonde directed by Lucy Moss at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre.
After leaving medical school, Michael pursued a career in performing and secured the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation scholarship to train at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. After graduating, Michael starred as Benny in Luke Sheppard's production of Rent at the Hope Mill Theatre. He then went on tour as Maugrim in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe before landing the role of Emmett in Legally Blonde.
Michael can soon be seen in new musical To The Streets! in Birmingham which runs 19th - 28th August.

Having recently completed her run as Elle Woods in Lucy Moss' revival of Legally Blonde at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, Courtney Bowman is about to star as Lauren in Kinky Boots In Concert at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
Returning to the West End for the first time since 2019, Kinky Boots In Concert also stars Cedric Neal as Lola and Joel Harper-Jackson as Charlie with the London Musical Theatre Orchestra.
Courtney won the tenth annual Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year competition in 2016. Her theatre credits include The Wind in the Willows (UK Tour), Martha in Blondel (Union Theatre) and Fatimah/cover Pritti in Everybody's Talking About Jamie (Apollo Theatre).
She starred as Anne Boleyn in the West End production of Six, taking the show from the Arts Theatre to the Lyric Theatre before opening the show at its current home, the Vaudeville Theatre.

Having co-hosted our second ever podcast back in 2019, 251 episodes later Jay Perry is back and In The Frame!
Jay recently completed a run in the West End production of Hamilton at the Victoria Palace Theatre. He joined the show as a standby before taking over as Aaron Burr for a six month run.
Jay made his West End debut as a child in Whistle Down The Wind (Aldwych) before joining pop group S Club Juniors. He then returned to theatre as an adult, with his early credits including Gilbert in Hairspray (Gordon Craig Theatre), Rufus & cover Curtis in Save The Last Dance For Me (UK Tour) and a Drifter in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Aldwych Theatre).
Jay joined the West End production of Motown The Musical at the Shaftesbury Theatre in 2017 as a cover for Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. He ended up becoming an emergency cover for Berry Gordy and then, in 2018, took over from Cedric Neal and played Berry Gordy for the final year of Motown's run, marking his West End leading man debut.
After completing his run in Motown, Jay joined the Watermill Theatre's revival of Kiss Me Kate starring as Bill Calhoun. During the pandemic he was a standby in Songs For A New World at the London Palladium. On screen, Jay recently played Gabriel Chase in Doctors (BBC). Elsewhere, Jay works closely with the charity Mermaids who support gender-diverse kids, young people and their families.

Zoe Birkett is currently playing Arabia and understudying Satine in the West End production of Moulin Rouge at the Piccadilly Theatre.
Since finishing as a runner-up on the original season of Pop Idol, Zoe has gone on to have an incredible career in theatre.
Zoe made her West End debut as a Diva in the original cast of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, with some of her other credits including: Myth! The Musical (The Other Palace), What A Feeling (Manchester Opera House & London Palladium), Thriller Live (Lyric & International Tour), Respect La Diva (Garrick), Hair (Munich & Piccadilly), Tommy (Prince Edward) and Rent (Greenwich Theatre).
Zoe was nominated for West End Frame's Understudy of the Year Award for alternating the role of Rachel Marron in the UK tour of The Bodyguard and went on to take over the role for a limited time. Most recently she starred as Justice in the UK tour of Rock Of Ages.

Carly is currently reprising her Olivier nominated performance as Erma in Kathleen Marshall's production of Anything Goes at the Barbican Theatre.
Since previously joining us on Series 2 Episode 6 of In The Frame, Carly hasn't stopped! She was cast as Jane Seymour in the UK tour of Six, but sadly never made her debut due to a lockdown. Her recent credits include Shug Avery in The Color Purple (Leicester Curve - Digital), June in Gypsy in Concert (Alexandra Palace Theatre) and Cassie in A Chorus Line (Leicester Curve). Carly received huge acclaim for her performance as Erma in Anything Goes, winning a WhatsOnStage Award and receiving an Olivier Award nomination.
Carly's extensive credits also include: Anita in West Side Story (Leicester Curve), Helene in Sweet Charity (Nottingham Playhouse), Fate in Hadestown (National Theatre), Henri in The View Upstairs (Soho Theatre) and Charlaine in Ain’t Misbehavin’ (Southwark Playhouse & Mercury Colchester). Simon originally went to Law School before entering ITV's Superstar - Andrew Lloyd Webber's reality TV show, casting an actor to play Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar - where he made it to the final thirty boys.
Simon's theatre credits include: Christian in Moulin Rouge (Secret Cinema), alternate Strat in Bat Out Of Hell (London Coliseum, International Tour & Dominion Theatre), Robbie in Twist and Turn (The Other Palace) and cover Gene in Girl From The North Country (Gielgud Theatre).
Most recently, Simon played JD in the original UK tour of Heathers, before reprising his performance in the London production at The Other Palace. During his London run, Simon played JD for the musical's film which will premiere on the Roku Channel in the US in September.
In this episode, Simon discusses how he found his way from Law School to theatre, the Heathers fandom and *that* story about how rehearsing for his Beautiful audition led to armed police entering his house (and lots more).

Today we're joined by Olivier nominated original Six Queen Jarnéia Richard-Noel (also known as Jaye'J) who is currently starring in the London production of Millennials by Elliot Clay at The Other Palace.
Jarnéia originated the role of Catherine of Aaragon in Six The Musical. As part of the original cast, Jarnéia took the musical from its first tour, to a sell out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to the West End where she stayed with the show for almost three years at the Arts Theatre, Lyric Theatre and Vaudeville Theatre.
Alongside her fellow OG queens, Jarnéia was nominated for the 2019 Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical. Earlier this year, Jarnéia and the original West End cast of Six reunited for three sell-out performances at Hampton Court Palace, before shooting a filmed movie of Six at the Vaudeville Theatre.
After training at the Urdang Academy, Jarnéia made her professional debut as a singer/dancer for P&O Cruises. After leaving Six, she played Alice in Dick Whittington at the Norwich Theatre Royal before joining the UK tour of Hairspray as a swing for the Dynamites.
From six to seven, Jarnéia is part of the girl group SVN alongside the original West End cast of Six. Following the release of multiple singles, SVN recently played their debut headline show at the O2 Academy Islington.
In this episode, Jaye'J discusses her path into theatre, her journey with Six and why she's excited to be showing a different side of her talents in Millennials.

Fresh from runs in Matilda and Hairspray, Olivier nominee Rebecca Thornhill is currently starring as Mrs Burke in the UK tour of Girl From The North Country.
Written and directed by Conor McPherson with the songs of Bob Dylan, Girl From The North Country premiered at the Old Vic in 2017 before transferring to the West End and Broadway. The show returned to the West End in 2019, with the production also running in Toronto.
Rebecca was nominated for an Olivier Award in 2001 for her performance as Lina Lamont in the National Theatre's production of Singin' in the Rain. She recently reprised her performance as Mrs Wormwood in Matilda, having previously played the role at the Cambridge Theatre and on tour. She also recently completed a run as Velma Von Tussle in the UK tour of Hairspray. Rebecca created the role of Karen Holmes in the original production of From Here To Eternity which ran in the West End at the Shaftesbury Theatre and was filmed for cinema/digital release.

Jacob is currently preparing to star as Prince Topher in the UK premiere of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella at the Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester. You can see him perform live in concert at Live At Zedel on Monday 26th September.
Jacob joined the 2021 London production of Heathers at The Other Palace, understudying and regularly playing the role of JD. He went on to takeover the role full-time to huge acclaim.
In 2020 Jacob won BBC reality show Little Mix: The Search as part of the band Simply September, and went on to support Little Mix on their 2022 Confetti Arena Tour.

Danielle Steers is one of three performers playing the role of Cher in the UK premiere of The Cher Show which is touring the UK and Ireland. Danielle plays Lady, alongside Millie O'Connell as Babe and Debbie Kurup as Star.
Directed by Arlene Phillips with choreography by Oti Mabuse, this is an all-new production of the show featuring costume design by Gabriella Slade who recently won a Tony Award for Six The Musical.
Danielle's theatre credits include: The Empress in Aladdin (Theatre Royal, Plymouth), Carmen in Sweet Charity (Donmar Warehouse), Shirelle in the original London cast of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Aldwych Theatre), swing and cover Nicki Marron in The Bodyguard (Adelphi Theatre), cover Killer Queen in We Will Rock You (International Arena Tour), Dynamite in Hairspray (Aberystwyth Arts Centre), Judge and cover Pilar in Legally Blonde (Savoy Theatre) and Divine in Respect La Diva (Garrick Theatre).
Danielle originated the role of Zahara in Bat out of Hell, playing the role in Manchester and during its West End runs at the ENO and Dominion Theatre. Danielle reprised her performance internationally when Bat out of Hell transferred to the Mirvish Theatre in Toronto and New York City Centre.
Danielle was the first West End replacement for Catherine Parr in Six The Musical at the Arts Theatre, Lyric Theatre and Vaudeville Theatre. She released her debut album The Future Ain’t What It Used To Be in 2021.

Tosh Wanogho-Maud is currently receiving huge acclaim for originating the roles of Ben E. King, Rudy Lewis & others in The Drifters Girl.
The musical tells the story of The Drifters and the truth about the woman who made them, Faye Treadwell. As their manager, Faye fought for three decades alongside her husband to turn the vocal group into a global phenomenon. Tosh has been with The Drifters Girl since its world premiere in Newcastle in October 2021, through to its West End run which began in November 2021 and concludes later this month.
Tosh began his theatre career as a child, playing Winston in Whistle Down The Wind (Aldwych) before starring as Young Simba in The Lion King (Lyceum).
Some of his other theatre credits include: Four Eyed Moe in Five Guys Named Moe (Newtown Abbey), Respect La Diva (Garrick), Rufus/cover Curtis in Save The Last Dance For Me (UK Tour), Sweet Smell of Success (Arcola Theatre), understudy Mufala/General in the original West End cast of The Book of Mormon (Prince of Wales) and The Producers (UK Tour).
Tosh played Willie in Daniel Evans' revival of Show Boat at the Sheffield Crucible. The production transferred to the West End (New London), with Tosh taking over and starring as Joe for the final months of the musical's run. Tosh then joined the West End premiere of Dreamgirls (Savoy), understudying the iconic role of Jimmy Early. Tosh took over as Jimmy full-time to huge acclaim in the musical's second year.
On screen, Tosh worked on Bridgeton and Jingle Jangle for Netflix, as well as BBC’s Roadkill. He's also an avid writer and regularly does various workshops and concerts across theatreland.

Felicia made her Broadway debut as Felicia Farrell in Memphis The Musical, and went on to play the role in the musical’s US tour to huge acclaim. Her Broadway credits also include playing Diana Ross in Motown The Musical and Josephine Baker in Shuffle Along.
Some of Felicia's other credits include Dreamgirls (US tour) and Emojiland (off-Broadway). Just a few of her US regional credits include playing Celie in The Color Purple, the title role in Medea, Mimi in Rent, The Baker’s Wife in Into The Woods, Mary in Jesus Christ Superstar and the title role in Aida.
Felicia has worked on screen and appeared in NBC’s Jesus Christ Superstar LIVE. She’s an Emmy winner for Jesus Christ Superstar LIVE, a two time Helen Hayes winner for Memphis & Jelly’s Last Jam and a Broadway World winner for Memphis.

Liisi Lafontaine is currently wrapping up her run as Satine in the original West End cast of Moulin Rouge The Musical.
Baz Luhrmann's iconic film comes to life onstage, in a production directed by Alex Timbers with choreography by Sonya Tayeh. Fresh from Broadway where it won ten Tony Awards, Moulin Rouge began performances in London at the Piccadilly Theatre in November 2019.
After understudying Deena in a US production of Dreamgirls, Liisi first came to the UK in 2016 to star as Deena the West End premiere of Dreamgirls at the Savoy Theatre, alongside Amber Riley as Effie. Liisi won huge acclaim for her performance and can be heard on the production’s live cast album.
Some of Liisi’s other theatre credits include Fly (La Jolla Playhouse), Born For This (Emerson Cutler Majestic Theatre), Mickey’s Magical Map (Disneyland) and Disenchanted (Virtual). She has worked on screen, she is working on music and in 2019 Liisi made her London solo show debut with a concert at Piano Works West End.
This episode was recorded earlier this week, as Liisi was preparing to enter her final week of Satine shows before heading back to the the US.

S7 Ep21: Rob Madge, star & writer of My Son's A Queer (But What Can You Do?)

Rob Madge is starring in the West End production of their one-person show My Son's A Queer (But What Can You Do?), following sell out runs at the Turbine Theatre (2021) and Edinburgh Fringe Festival (2022).
The piece is Rob's autobiographical story, celebrating the joy and chaos of raising a queer child... bringing together home videos with original music as Rob sets out to recreate a Disney parade.
Rob began their stage career as a child, with credits including: Artful Dodger in Oliver! (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), Gavroche in Les Misérables (25th Anniversary Tour and 02 Concert) and Mary Poppins (Prince Edward Theatre).
After training at Royal Academy of Music, Rob returned to Les Misérables as an adult as part of the ensemble in the musical's UK tour. They went on to be in the original casts of Bedknobs and Broomsticks (UK Tour) and Millennials (The Other Palace Studio).
Later this year, Rob will play Pat The Cow in Jack and the Beanstalk at the London Palladium.

Grace Mouat is currently starring as Ella in the UK premiere of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella at the Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester.
Cinderella is the only musical written for the television by legendary duo Rodgers & Hammerstein. Originally broadcast live in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, the broadcast was watched by more than 100 million people, before subsequently being remade for TV again in 1965 and 1997 starring Whitney Houston and Brandy.
A new Broadway version with a Tony-nominated book by Douglas Carter Beane premiered in 2013 featuring several fresh characters and songs. This will be the first time a fully staged version of the show has been performed in the UK, following a 2019 one-night concert version in London.
Grace was part of the original cast of Six. She understudied all six queens in the musical's original UK tour and Edinburgh Fringe season before becoming an alternate when Six began its West End run at the Arts Theatre.
Following a triumphant run in Six, Grace joined the original cast of & Juliet (Manchester / Shaftesbury Theatre) as Judith whilst understudying the title role. She went on to play Chrissy in Hair (Turbine), Chloe in Be More Chill (Shaftesbury Theatre) and Woman 1 in Closer Than Ever (BroadwayHD) before returning to & Juliet when it resumed its West End run, following the Covid-19 lockdowns, this time as the alternate for Juliet.
Most recently Grace played Pilar in Lucy Moss' revival of Legally Blonde at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre.
Grace is part of the girl group SVN, alongside the original cast of Six. She previously hosted her own podcast Cut To The Grace and vlogged on YouTube.

West End stars Alice Fearn and Simon Bailey join us for a very special, double trouble episode!
Alice and Simon are both part of the workshop cast of Footballers Wives, and feature on the musical's cast recording which is out now. Footballers Wives has a book by Maureen Chadwick, co-creator of the original TV series, with music and lyrics by Kath Gotts. Alice and Simon play Tanya and Jason Turner.
The duo are also set to perform a concert together, The Last (1)5 Years at the Theatre Cafe on Sunday 4th December. Alice and Simon will perform songs from Footballers Wives alongside some other musical theatre numbers and Christmas tunes.
Alice and Simon first met when they were part of the West End production of Les Miserables for the 21st anniversary at the Queen's (now Sondheim) Theatre. Alice was understudying Fantine and Cosette with Simon playing Enjolras.
Alice is currently playing Beverley Bass in Come From Away (Phoenix Theatre), following an acclaimed run as Elphaba in Wicked (Apollo Victoria Theatre). Her credits also include: Nancy in Oliver! Olivier winner George Maguire is currently starring as Bob Cratchit and Jacob Marley in the European premiere of Dolly Parton's Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol at the Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.
Some of George's early theatre credits include: Stu in Tonight's The Night, Angel in Rent, Joe Vegas in Fame, Marc Bolan in 20th Century Boy, Berger in Hair and Busker in Lift.
George won the 2015 Olivier Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for originating the role of Dave Davies in the West End production of Sunny Afternoon (Hampstead Theatre/Harold Pinter Theatre). He went on to play Macheath in The Busker's Opera (Park Theatre), Orsino/Malvolio in Twelfth Night (Bridge House Theatre), Alan Dangle in One Man Two Guvnors (New Wosley/Nuffield Theatres) and the title role in The Wicker Husband (Watermill Theatre).

Joel Harper-Jackson is back In The Frame to discuss his whirlwind year in theatreland.
Earlier this year, Joel was cast as an understudy in Marianne Elliott's West End revival of C * C K by Mike Bartlett. Joel went on for the role of M multiple times, including half-way through the first preview, due to the indisposition of Taron Egerton. Joel went on to take over the role full-time to huge acclaim, and is now nominated for a WhatsOnStage Award for Best Takeover Performance.
After C * C K, Joel went on to play Freddie in Chess In Concert at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane before playing Charlie Price in Kinky Boots In Concert at the same venue, a role he previously played in the musical's UK and Ireland tour.

Matt Nalton is currently playing The Pub Bore in the West End production of The Choir Of Man at the Arts Theatre.
Described as an " uplifting celebration of community and friendship", The Choir Of Man has returned to the West End for a second run. The 90-minute show features hits from artists such as Queen, Luther Vandross, Sia, Paul Simon, Adele, Guns & Roses, Avicii and Katy Perry, performed by an ensemble of singers and musicians.
Matt previously starred as Nick Massi in Jersey Boys (Piccadilly Theatre). A few of his other theatre credits include: Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Aldwych Theatre), Say It With Flowers (Sherman Cymru), Black Snow (Moscow Arts), Matt Lucas & Friends (Vaudeville) and Sweeney Todd (Rose & Village Underground).
Alongside his performing work, Matt is also a pianist, composer and headshot photographer. Earlier this year, Matt released his debut album Piano Stories which is available to stream.
As a composer, Matt is one half of the writing duo Nalton and Tudor with fellow actor Will Tudor. Matt and Will are working on a plethora of projects and recently previewed some of their work in a concert at Crazy Coqs with lots of top West End talent.

Having originated the role in Germany, Kristina Love is currently making her West End debut as Tina Turner in Tina The Musical at the Aldwych Theatre.
Kristina grew up in the US and after graduating relocated to Germany where she made her professional theatre debut in the ensemble of Dirty Dancing. She stayed in Germany, with her credits including swing in the world premiere of Rocky, Deloris van Cartier in Sister Act, Fortune Teller in the European premiere of Disney’s Aladdin and understudy Esmerelda in The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
In 2019, Kristina opened the German language production of Tina in the title role. Kristina duetted with Tina Turner at the musical's press launch and performed the role for her on opening night. Kristina is now performing the role in English in the London production to huge acclaim.

Olivier nominee Maiya Quansah-Breed is starring as Philoclea in the UK premiere of Head Over Heels at the Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester.
Described as a "hilarious, exuberant celebration of love" and featuring songs by The Go-Gos, Head Over Heels follows the escapades of a royal family on an outrageous journey to save their beloved kingdom from extinction—only to discover the key to their realm’s survival lies within each of their own hearts.
Maiya originated the role of Catherine Parr in Six The Musical. She starred in the show's first UK tour, which included a run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, before opening the West End production at the Arts Theatre. Alongside the original line-up of queens, Maiya was nominated for the 2019 Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical.
Last year Maiya reunited with the original cast of Six for three special performances at Hampton Court Palace, before filming a live capture of the musical at the Vaudeville Theatre. She and the original queens have formed the girl group SVN.

A new song cycle by Sam Thomas, No Limits follows a variety of characters, from every walk of life as they dare to believe in themselves and strive for a better tomorrow. It is described as a "show with heart, humour, LGBTQ+ stories and a message we should all take on board… know no limits!”
After No Limits, Hannah will star as Karen in the UK premiere of The Spongebob Musical which is touring the UK and playing a season at the Southbank Centre.
Hannah started her stage career as a child, playing Brigitta Von Trapp in The Sound of Music (London Palladium) and Jemima Potts in Chitty Chatty Bang Bang (National Tour). She was also in the children's ensemble of Oliver! (Theatre Royal Drury Lane).
Hannah then trained at Italia Conti and the London School of Musical Theatre, graduating from the latter in 2019. During the pandemic, Hannah was a covid temp at Tesco and began creating stagey content on TikTok where she has grown a following of over 750,000.
As we came out of the pandemic, Hannah joined the London cast of Heathers (The Other Palace) as dance captain; during the run she became the first actor to play all three Heathers. Her credits also include: Singing' in the Rain (Adelphi), Babies The Musical (Workshop), Millennials (The Other Palace) and Kinky Boots in Concert (Theatre Royal Drury Lane).

Neil McDermott (Pretty Woman / Shrek) is currently starring as Johnny in the touring production of Home, I'm Darling by Laura Wade.
Directed by Tamara Harvey and Hannah Noon, Home I'm Darling received its world premiere at Theatr Clwyd in 2018, before playing at the National Theatre and then transferring to the Duke of York’s Theatre in the West End, winning the 2019 Olivier Award for Best New Comedy.
Neil recently completed his run as Philip Stuckley in the West End production of Pretty Woman at the Savoy Theatre, having been with the show since its London premiere at the Piccadilly Theatre.

Tsemaye Bob-Egbe recently completed her run as Katherine Howard in the West End production of Six The Musical (Vaudeville Theatre).
Tsemaye ventured into theatre after completing a medical degree. Her theatre credits include Les Enfants Terribles' The Vaudevillians (Edinburgh Fringe Festival), Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Aldwych Theatre), Leading Player in Pippin (Garden Theatre), Tammy Faye (Workshop) and Fairy in Tweedy’s Reduced Pantomime (Everyman Cheltenham).
Tsemaye joined the original cast of Tina The Musical as first cover Alline and an understudy for Tina Turner. She later returned to the show as the alternate Tina, performing the role at least three shows a week.
In 2021, Tsemaye joined the West End cast of Six as Katherine Howard. During her reign, Tsemaye received rave reviews and performed at the Jubilee.
Tsemaye recently made her screen debut in the feature film Pretty Red Dress.

Anoushka Lucas is currently reprising her performance as Laurey in Daniel Fish's revival of Oklahoma!. The show has transferred to the West End's Wyndham's Theatre, following its run at the Young Vic last year.
Having won Best Musical Revival at the Tony and WhatsOnStage Awards, this bold new version of Oklahoma! features all the original dialogue with a re-orchestrated score, reimagined for the 21st century.
Last year Anoushka wrote and starred in Elephant at the Bush Theatre. Having started out as a singer/songwriter in the music world, Anoushka ventured into theatre and has worked as an actor, musician and writer.
She originated the role of Mary in Timothy Sheader's revival of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Regent's Park Theatre, a role she returned to during the pandemic.
Anoushka's other stage credits include: Henry V (Donmar Warehouse), After Life (National Theatre), Chiaroscuro (Bush), Faces in the Crowd (Gate Theatre) and Sparks (Edinburgh Festival Fringe / Vault Festival).

For our 150th episode, Lucie Jones is back In The Frame!
Lucie is currently in her final week of performances as Elphaba in Wicked ahead of returning to Les Misérables as Fantine.
On Wednesday 12th April, you can see Lucie in The Best Of The West End which is playing the Milton Keynes Theatre following sold out shows at the Royal Albert Hall. Lucie will perform musical theatre classics alongside Ben Forster, Louise Dearman and Matt Henry MBE.
She’s also heading out on a solo tour with The Fulltone Orchestra and has released a book with David Hunter called Doctor’s Orders – our friendship in doodles.
Lucie burst onto our screens in the 2009 series of The X Factor (ITV) and has gone on to become one of the most renowned leading ladies in British musical theatre. Lucie made her West End debut as Cosette in Les Misérables (Queens Theatre).
Her credits include: Meat in We Will Rock You (International Arena Tour), Victoria in American Psycho (Almedia Theatre), Molly in Ghost (Asian Tour), Elle Woods in Legally Blonde (Leicester Curve & UK Tour), Holly in The Wedding Singer (UK Tour), Maureen in Rent (St James Theatre & UK Tour), Lou in Girlfriends (LMTO), Heidi in Title Of Show (Digital Production) and The Ghost Of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol (Dominion Theatre).

Frances Mayli McCann is currently reprising her performance as Bonnie in Bonnie and Clyde at the Garrick Theatre.
Frances has been with UK version of Bonnie and Clyde right from the start, originally starring opposite Jeremy Jordan for the concert production at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane which was filmed for release. Last year the show ran at the Arts Theatre ahead of its transfer to the Garrick for this current run.
Frances is an Olivier Award nominee for her performance as Kylah in Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour (Duke of York’s Theatre). Ben Joyce is currently starring as Marty McFly in the West End production of Back To The Future The Musical at the Adelphi Theatre.
Based on the 1985 film, Back To The Future has a book by Bob Gale, featuring sixteen new songs with music and lyrics by Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard with additional songs from the film including 'The Power of Love' and 'Johnny B. Goode'. The show premiered in the West End in 2021 and is set to open on Broadway later this year.
Ben recently made his West End debut as Frankie Valli in the London revival of Jersey Boys at the Trafalgar Theatre. For his performance, Ben received two Stage Debut Award nominations.
Elsewhere, he did the workshop for The Little Big Things and filmed a role in The Power (Sister Pictures/Amazon Prime).

Amy Thornton is currently starring as Nini in the West End production of Moulin Rouge at the Piccadilly Theatre.
Amy was part of the musical’s original West End cast in the ensemble whilst understudying Nini and Arabia. She has now taken over as Nini full-time and is dazzling audiences eight times a week.
Amy's West End credits include: Palladium Panto (London Palladium), Matilda (Cambridge), Rock of Ages & Flashdance (Shaftesbury), Never Forget (Savoy) and Grease (Piccadilly).
Her credits also include: Evita (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), Fame (UK Tour & Monte Carlo), Cats (Jersey & Guernsey) and Starlight Express (UK & Scandinavian Tour). She was also in Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (Universal).
In this episode Amy explains how breaking her ankle changed the course of her career and led her to working as an assistant, associate and resident choreographer with the likes of Ellen Kane, Karen Bruce and Fabian Aloise.
Amy was resident choreographer for the West End production of Matilda, assistant choreographer for the US, Australian, German, Chinese, Paris and UK touring productions of The Bodyguard and associate choreographer for Regent Park's Evita.
Most recently Amy was Ellen Kane’s assistant choreographer for the film adaptation of Matilda, which received huge acclaim for its choreography.

Olivier winner Matt Henry MBE is In The Frame!
On Wednesday 12th April, you can see Matt in The Best Of The West End which is playing the Milton Keynes Theatre following sold out shows at the Royal Albert Hall. Matt will perform musical theatre classics alongside Ben Forster, Louise Dearman and Lucie Jones.
Matt was most recently seen on screen as The Doctor in the Netflix film adaptation of Matilda The Musical, following his acclaimed performance in the West End run of The Drifters Girl alongside Beverley Knight.
In 2015, Matt starred as Lola in the West End transfer of Kinky Boots, winning the Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Musical. Matt reprised his performance when the musical was filmed for release.
Some of Matt's early shows include The Lion king, Miss Saigon, Saturday Night Fever, Avenue Q and The Rat Pack: Live from Las Vagas. His credits also include The Two Noble Kinsmen (Globe), One Night in Miami (Tour) and Our Lady of Blundellsands (Liverpool Everyman). He appeared on the 2013 season of The Voice UK.
In 2017 Matt was awarded an MBE for his services to musical theatre.

Lucy May Barker is playing Rebekah Vardy in Vardy V Rooney: The Wagatha Christie Trial which is running in the West End at the Ambassadors Theatre from 6th April before heading off on tour.
Lucy is reprising her performance, having starred in the play's premiere performances at the Wyndham’s Theatre last year.
The trial that gripped the nation has been adapted from seven days of High Court transcripts by Liv Hennessy and directed by Lisa Spirling. From sting operations to sensational headlines, this verbatim production reveals what went on behind closed doors in the case that turned social media sleuthing into high drama. Audiences can see first-hand, and in the words of Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney, how the extraordinary week in court played out.
Lucy was last In The Frame whilst playing Sophie in the West End production of Mamma Mia!, a role she has previously played in the show’s UK and international tour.
Just as she was preparing to say goodbye to Sophie, the pandemic hit and her run was cut short. However, when theatres reopened Lucy reprised her performance as Sophie in the first ever open air production of Mamma Mia! before joining the tour for a limited time.
Lucy has also played Ado Annie in the UK tour of Oklahoma! and Johanna in Sweeney Todd in the West End and at the Chichester Festival Theatre. Some of her other credits include Earthquakes in London (National Theatre), The Crucible (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre) and Thark (Park Theatre).

Charlotte Gooch is currently reprising her performance as Penny Johnson in Dirty Dancing, a role she first played sixteen years ago!
Dirty Dancing has returned to the Dominion Theatre ahead of a UK & Ireland tour. Based on the 1987 film, Dirty Dancing is written by Eleanor Bergstein, with direction by Federico Bellone and choreography by Austin Wilks.
Charlotte first joined Dirty Dancing in 2007, understudying Penny at the Aldwych Theatre. She went on to play the role in the show's first-ever national tour, West End revival at the Piccadilly Theatre and the original German production in Berlin.
Last year Charlotte starred as Kathy Selden in Jonathan Church's production of Singin’ In The Rain (Sadlers Wells and UK/International tour) to huge acclaim.

From lawyer to West End performer, Sam Oladeinde discusses his path into theatre and career so far.
Sam completed a law degree before obtaining a Disney Theatrical Scholarship to attend the Royal Academy of Music.
His theatre credits include: understudy Burr, Lafayette/Jefferson and Mulligan/Madison in Hamilton (Original West End cast, Victoria Palace), Motumbo and understudy General in The Book of Mormon (Prince Of Wales), understudy Ramses in Prince Of Egypt (Dominion) and Young Scrooge and Fred Anderson in A Christmas Carol (Dominion).
Most recently Sam played Bob & Others in the West End production of Come From Away (Phoenix), reopening the show after its Covid-19 closure. Next up Sam will play Leon Czolgosz in Polly Findlay’s revival of Assassins by Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman at the Chichester Festival Theatre.
Sam has also worked on screen, filming roles in Casualty (BBC) and Doctors (BBC). He recently wrapped filming for the upcoming Amy Winehouse biopic Back To Black, playing vocalist Zalon Thompson.
In addition to many workshops, concerts, rehearsed readings and audiobooks, Sam has an extensive recording career and has featured on the soundtracks for countless films.

OG Queen and Olivier nominee Alexia McIntosh is In The Frame!
Alexia is currently starring in Big Aunty at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry. The piece is directed and devised by Corey Campbell.
Described as a darkly comic family drama, Big Aunty offers a welcome opportunity to gather and reflect on challenging times and how we can find a path to resolution.
Alexia originated the role of Anna of Cleves in Six The Musical, taking the show from its first every UK tour through to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and then to the West End at the Arts, Lyric and Vaudeville Theatres.
After three years in Six, Alexia wrapped up her reign in November 2021. She reprised her performance last July, reuniting with the original cast for three special performances of Six at Hampton Court Palace before shooting Six The Movie in the West End.
Alexia was nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical at the 2019 Olivier Awards along with the other OG queens; together they have formed the girl group SVN.

Mary Moore is currently playing Debbie in the official Take That musical Greatest Days which is touring the UK and Ireland.
Featuring the music of Take That and a book by Tim Firth, Greatest Days follows a group of five best friends in the 1990’s who are obsessed with their favourite boy band. The girls reunite more than 20 years later with a plan to see their heartthrobs one last time in what could be the Greatest Days of their lives.
Last summer Mary starred as Jan in the West End revival of Grease (Dominion Theatre). Her credits also include No Limits (Turbine Theatre) and Bring It On (Southwark Playhouse). They played Amy March in Little Women (Park Theatre) and Eva Gottel in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice (Southwark Playhouse).
On screen Mary has appeared in Doctors, as well as the live filmings of Little Women and The Sorcerer’s Apprenctice.

Olivier nominee Claire Machin recently joined the West End production of Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre as Madame Thénardier.

Rachel is currently starring as August in the UK premiere of The Secret Life of Bees at the Almedia Theatre. Adapted from Sue Monk Kidd's novel, the musical has a book by Lynn Nottage, music by Duncan Sheik and lyrics by Susan Birkenhead.
Taking us back to the civil rights era of the American South, The Secret Life Of Bees follows an unlikely pair who flee their small town and seek salvation at a remote honey bee farm run by the remarkable Boatwright sisters.
Rachel made her professional debut in The Legend of the Lion King at Disnleyland Paris and went on to join the West End productions of The Lion King and Sister Act.
After understudying Meat and Killer Queen on the first UK & Ireland tour of We Will Rock You, Rachel transferred to the West End production as Meat, becoming the first black actor to play the role.
Rachel went on to play Mimi in Rent (UK Tour) and after a run as the alternate Felicia in the original West End cast of Memphis, she took over the role from Beverley Knight. Next up, Rachel played Nicki and covered Rachel in The Bodyguard (UK & Ireland Tour / West End / Toronto).
In 2017, Rachel was cast as the original Angelica Schuyler in the West End premiere of Hamilton, receiving an Olivier nomination and tremendous acclaim for her performance.
Most recently, Rachel played Mrs Neilsen in Girl From The North Country (West End / Toronto), The Ghost of Christmas Present in A Christmas Carol (Old Vic) and Songs for a New World (London Palladium). Last year Rachel released her debut solo album, From My Lips To Gods Ear.

Sifiso Mazibuko and Kyle Cox are currently playing Otis Williams and Paul Williams in the original West End cast of Ain't Too Proud - The Life and Times of The Temptations.
Having opened on Broadway in 2019, Ain't Too Proud opened in London to huge acclaim earlier this year. The show follows the remarkable journey of The Temptationsfrom the streets of Detroit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Danny Mac is playing John Wilkes Booth in Polly Findlay’s revival of Assassins by Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman at the Chichester Festival Theatre.
Danny made his professional debut as a child, playing Gavroche in Les Misérables. After training at ArtsEd, Danny made his West End debut in Wicked as part of the ensemble whilst understudying the role of Boq.
Danny then landed the role of Dodger in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks and stayed with the show for four years to great acclaim. Fresh from Hollyoaks, Danny competed in the 2016 season of BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing where he finished as a runner-up.
Danny has since established himself as a leading player in musical theatre. His roles have included: Warner in Legally Blonde (Leicester Curve), Gabey in On The Town (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), Joe in Sunset Boulevard (UK & Ireland Tour), Captain Crewe in A Little Princess (Royal Festival Hall), Bob Wallace in White Christmas (Dominion), Nino in Amelie (UK & Ireland Tour) and Giles in The Mousetrap (St Martin's Theatre).

The show recently completed its run at the Manchester Royal Exchange ahead of transferring to the Young Vic in September. Earlier this year, Mei became the first East Asian actor to be nominated for Best Actress at the Olivier Awards for her performance in the RSC’s production of My Neighbour Totoro.
Some of Mei's other theatre credits include: Dear Elizabeth (Gate), The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe (Bridge), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Regent’s Park) and lots more.
Mei also works on screen, with her recent credits including East Mode (Comedy Central) and the Call The Midwife Christmas Day Special (BBC).

Olivier nominee Gabrielle Brooks most recently starred as Ti Moune in the London revival of Once on this Island at the Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre. Next up, she's set to star in Mlima's Tale by Lynn Nottage and directed by Miranda Cromwell at the Kiln Theatre.
Some of Gabrielle's early theatre credits include understudy Gary Coleman in Avenue Q (UK & Ireland Tour), Our House (Savoy) and understudy Chenice in I Can't Sing (London Palladium). In 2015, Gabrielle was nominated for West End Frame's Understudy of the Year Award for understudying Nabulingi in the West End production of The Book of Mormon (Prince Of Wales).
In this episode, Gabrielle discusses her path in the inudustry, including the decisions she made which resulted in her career heading in some very exciting directions.

Obioma Ugoala is currently playing the Narrator in the musical adaptation of The Book Thief which is based on the best-selling novel of the same name. The show opens at Coventry’s Belgrade Theatre before heading to Leicester Curve.
Obioma has had an incredible and varied career; in the world on musical theatre he was Kristoff in the original West End cast of Frozen (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), George Washington in the original West End cast of Hamilton (Victoria Palace Theatre) and Smokey Robinson in the West End production of Motown (Shaftesbury Theatre).
Obioma's credits for the RSC include Rugby / Robert in The Merry Wives Of Windsor, Rat/Shrew in The Mouse And His Child, Keeper in Richard II, Bullcalf / Fang in Henry IV Part Two, Vintner / Ostler in Henry IV Part One, Gower/Grey in Henry V and Bartholomew in Hamnet.
His credits also include Shorty in The Lost Love Speakeasy (The Lost Estate), Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing (New English Shakespeare Company), Troubadour in Holy Warriors & Mardian/Scarus in Antony And Cleopatra (Shakespeare's Globe), Baloo in The Jungle Book Theatre & Razumikhin in Crime And Punishment (Glasgow Citizens Theatre) and Fantam Murillo in The Physicists (Donmar Warehouse).
Alongside all of that, Obiama has worked on screen and has written a booked called The Problem with My Normal Penis which was later renamed The Making Of A Man (and why we're so afraid to talk about it) for its paperback release. The book is all about the myths of race, sex and masculinity.
