  4. Be ready to wait: Sometimes advancing in your career or starting a new venture requires patience and following someone's "vision" on how to do that.
  5. Be curious about other cultures: The more curious you are, the better.
  6. Accept criticism and work with feedback: This piece of advice is probably the most important in the whole industry.
  7. Prepare for a safe leaving: Have a solid plan and safety net in place when making significant career changes.
