If you've had the feeling that the residents in the lofts are all a bit too nice, things are about to change.  Catch up with Zahra, Wayne, Mallory and Brandon, and meet someone new from the second floor.  At least her dog is nice! 

As spring progresses into summer, we get to catch up with the Freeling family.  And a few others make an appearance, or re-appearance.

Things have grown a bit dark at both the Lofts and the Ridge in this episode, but we'll meet a new neighbor, Evie, and hear her story.  We'll also check back in with Jennifer, John, Dani and Benjamin too - plus get an update on the renovations at the cabin.

It's Friday the 13th, thank goodness! Join us back at the Ridge to catch up with some things that are happening, and some things that are happening again.

We're not all natural believers, but sometimes even skeptics might take the leap of faith when it comes to the afterlife.  In this episode, we'll hear things in a whole new voice when it comes to ghosts.

A little tease to get us back into the Season Two - after far too long, Jennifer returns to the cabin to get it ready for an upcoming storm.

Halloween is over, but the spooky times have only just started.  In this episode, an entire community comes together to try and find a lost dog at the Ridge, while the trees have been keeping secrets.

With the residents finally making a few connections, and working together, it's got a lot of people thinking, and re-thinking things.  In this episode, we'll no longer be left in the dark when it comes to a few things different people know...

It's almost Halloween, and that means it's almost time for some Halloween festivities - both at the Lofts and at the Ridge, who is ready to be invited to a little fun, and a lot of spooks?

A condo in the building is for sale, but no one knows who lived there? Fathers are finding out their daughters are hiding some secrets, and Sophie makes a new friend.  It's been an interesting stretch at the lofts, come join us!

Nights have been without sleep at the lofts, and it's making for some weary days.  As it were, quite a few of the residents are having a hard time believing what they're seeing, or at least making sense of it.  Join us to see just what's happening with Dani, Meaghan, Cami, Eliza and Vidya.  

In the wake of Halloween, the residents of the lofts are trying to piece together exactly what is happening to their quiet little building, all while more confusing coincidences continue to take place.

Times are complicated, and everyone at the Lofts is just doing their best to get through it all, together.

It's been a while, but that doesn't mean nothing has been happening, time to start back up, where it all began!

Have you ever wondered what draws certain people to stories and places filled with mystery, fear and the inexplicable? Why some people seem to experience things just beyond the explainable, be that considered “paranormal” or “supernatural”?

In this pilot episode of Haunted Happenstance, we meet Jennifer and follow along for her move into Boston, and into a very special building.  Find out if it is merely coincidence that has drawn her and her neighbors to this creepy place, or is it something more (or spookier) than that...

In this return to the cabin we will meet the Freeling family, as well as get to catch up with so many other Neighbors new and old, at the Ridge, and at the Lofts.  

Oh, just one more thing.

Or a few, actually.  Trust me, they're important.

This winter solstice a few of our favorites are doing their best to bring in a new season of light and hope, all too ready to usher out the darkness.

Enough has happened in the building that Jennifer is starting to wonder how it all relates, and is feeling a bit fearful for all of her neighbors.  Catch up with several of the residents in this episode to see what else has been happening, and get to know the newest ladies from the first floor.

Our first "Quaran-teeny" was based on requests from a special listener, Neighbor and Patron, Jennifer S.  She was looking for a spooky tale about gardening, spring time and spending time with her flowers.  We also incorporated a few names that are favorites of hers.  Enjoy!

With a new year upon them, the residents struggle to piece together the strange happenings occurring in the building, and in their lives.  Revisit Alyssa and Meaghan's horrifying night, catch up with Neil, and a secret of his, and share a frightening meet up between Dani and Charlie.

We spend some time in a dark place with Jennifer, at the lofts, before returning back to the Ridge.  And regardless of where people are, it seems like everyone is nearing their breaking point.

We're back in the woods at the Ridge, and we're picking back up a story from last fall, one that was ended abruptly thanks to a zoom glitch, or was it? ;) 

This bonus episode is short, sweet, and very much needed.

This next short little spook takes place in a neighborhood Jennifer knows well -- but we'll hear about it from Trish, and her townhouse neighbor Connor.

It's Halloween, the building is in full spooky mode, and the Neighbors are coming together to celebrate, and then, afterwards, hopefully leave the rest in peace.

This Christmas Day, join Noelle, as she spends the holiday, and her birthday with Ranger, and a ghost of present day.

Spring is finally here, but the tone in the building is anything but light.  We catch up with a few ladies in the loft, while Jennifer takes a break, and tries to find Sophie.

It's Christmastime at the lofts - and things are a bit more scary than merry for some of the residents.  Jennifer catches up with the girls, Mallory visits her mom in the hospital, we get to know some more about Vidya and Nora, and we even meet a new hunky neighbor -- a single man in residence at last!

On this seventh day, we meet our seventh ghost, and spend time with two ladies who never had the chance to take center stage, but are ready for their spotlight now!

This Day After Christmas, Boxing Day, join Eevie, as she spends the day unwinding from the holiday while being visited by a ghost of days yet to come.

It was shrouded in a deep black garment, which concealed its head, its face, its form, and left nothing of it visible, save one outstretched hand. This Halloween Bonus Episode shares stories from beyond the lofts, including tales of famous, and not-so-famous, ghosts haunting the neighborhoods of Beantown and beyond.

In this little tale, we'll spend some time trying to figure out just what is going on with all the missing people at the lake.

Quarantine has lasted somehow longer than 2020 itself, and it might be high time to get back to the cabin, back to "real life" or whatever that is nowadays.  Are you ready?

In this third episode we meet Brandon and Tess, learn how they met, and get to join them as they have one inexplicable and creepy evening at home.  What is going on in this building?

One last tale to revisit our characters from Season 1, and this time, to tie up one family's unfinished story.

In this episode we split our time between the Lofts and the Ridge, but some things are overlapping the locations - and nothing is exactly as it appears, at least at first.  

In observance of Independence Day, we're going to visit some of my favorite haunts of Philadelphia - including many of those from the founding souls of our the country!

What isn't going wrong at the lofts? Sophie is missing, Cynthia is missing, and now Tess has uncovered some things she REALLY needs some help working through, let's check in and see what else is going on too, as if this wasn't enough.

So many are trying to do what they can to help out during this pandemic, and some have found distraction and production in pulling out their dusty sewing machines and making masks.  In this shorter tale, two roommates do what they can to help, and just stay safe, and alive during self-isolation.

This short story was also based on a suggestion from a Neighbor and Patron! We'll take a ride with a health care professional as she starts her long day working through the pandemic -- and as if that wasn't a scary enough, she'll have even more tagging along.
